>> Kjersti : Well good morning everyone and welcome to our Saturday morning business training with Isagenix, my name is Kjersti Coté your host. A pleasure to be here with all of you this morning and for those of you on the east coast, good afternoon. We have a very, a very informative call for you, very important call for all of you as we have Andrea Frank Henkart [assumed spelling] on the line with us, she’s going to be doing a phenomenal training in regards to how to do the absolute perfect Back Office walk through. And, and with that being said I know that we’re going to go at a very good pace this morning just in the demonstration of how easy and how simple it really is to guide people through their Back Office. And of course, you know, really give the importance where needed and to really show the value behind what we have here, this beautiful eighteen million dollar website and Andrea has mastered this, I’ll tell you that. So it is defiantly an honor to introduce Andrea Frank Henkart to everybody, as she is one of my dear, dear friends. I have had so much fun getting to know her over the last several years. She is a beautiful woman, she is a fabulous wife, a fabulous mother, she is a internationally recognized motivational speaker. She’s also a holistic nutritional counselor, she’s authored seven books, including all of the Isagenix books, or excuse me, all of the books on our family for Isagenix, so she’s done a lot of, a lot of writing inside and outside of Isagenix. She has a best selling book called Cool Communications, she co wrote that with daughter Journey, that book was indorsed by Oprah Winfrey and [inaudible]. She’s been featured on hundreds of radio and TV shows, nationally and internationally including Oprah, I think that’d be a blast, that’d be so much fun. And because of all of her hard work, her dedication within Isagenix, certainly demonstrating her leadership skills and becoming wildly successful financially, she has received some beautiful awards. In 2005, she received the Woman of Isagenix award, in 2006 she received Networking [inaudible] Leadership award, in 2007 she received the Family Commitment Award, and in 2008 received the Outstanding Product Contribution award. And I’m not going to tell you who she was personally enrolled by because that’s part of her story I want, I want her to share that with everybody this morning. But she is a 5-Star Golden Circle Crystal Executive and she just completed her second year on the Isagenix Field Advisory Board. So with that, it brings me great pleasure to introduce her to all of you this morning, Andrea Frank Henkart. Good morning, Andrea, welcome to the cold.

>> Andrea: Good morning Kjersti thank you. It’s always an honor to be here.

>> Kjersti : Well it’s an honor to have you always. I’m very excited about the training this morning. I think it’s a much needed training. And you’ve certainly master how to walk people through their Back Offices. And I know, I let everybody know that we’re going to go at a fairly good pace this morning. But before we get started on that, I would love for you to share your story. You’re, you know, over a couple of minutes, I know you’ve got a [inaudible] version and a long version. And I know that there’s people listening in for the very first time this morning, hearing you for the very first time, so if you don’t mind, share your story with everybody, take us back.

>> I’m happy to do that. It was back in May of 2002, just a couple months after Isagenix had gotten started. And I was at the wedding of a mutual friend with my very, one of my best friends, Doctor John Grey, the author of Men Are From Mars, Women Are From Venus. And John was just telling me about all the new things he’s doing and he told about this thing called Isagenix. And I didn’t want to have anything to do with it and he said Andrea, it’s network marketing and I said are you crazy, you’re a multi gazilionare [assumed spelling] and you’re selling products out of the trunk of your car? What’s wrong with you? And he laughed and he said no, no, no, this company is so different. he said [inaudible] myself with something that wasn’t, you know safe and good and he said this is how I’m going to get back to my family and friends. And I just said no thanks. Silly me, and then fourth of July,

>> Kjersti : Wow.

>> Andrea: Fourth of July 2002, John and his wife, Bonnie, came to a party we were having at our home. He walked in the door, he looked at my husband, he said Reggie, you’re too fat, you’re too toxic, take this and he handed him a program and my husband, like a good Martian, said okay. And things changed after that, so just real quickly to tell you, Kjersti , that I still didn’t want to do the program. My husband did and had amazing results. He gave it to our kids and they had amazing results. And I said if you ever tell any of our friends about this, I’m going to divorce you because I was anti-network marketing, big time, and I mean big time. And it’s fascinating to me, fast forward seven years later, I’ve been in this company for seven years. I’ve been on auto ship for almost seven years. I’ve never missed a day and for the last four and a half years, I’ve been, almost five years, I’ve been sharing this program now and have created financial freedom for myself, gotten my children into the business. We do it as a family and its been a magnificent journey and John Grey is still involved with us and I cant thank him enough for changing, absolutely changing my life, which has allowed me to help other people change theirs. It’s been a great gift and a great ride.

>> Kjersti : No kidding, my goodness, how exciting with that because I got to tell you I, your resistance against network marketing and to see that you actually really discovered what it was all about, through your journey. It really just, it, in the very beginning, and kind of getting things figured out, discovering the culture of Isagenix, getting on the products yourself and really, the drive to share it with others, has lead you to massive amounts of success. So we are so fortunate to have you a part of our family and this has become a family adventure for you too, Andrea, because not only do you have your own center, you’ve become successful, your husband has his own business, he’s becoming massively successful, and then of course, tell everybody about your kids.

>> Andrea: I’m always happy to talk about my kids. My 27 year old daughter, Journey, she’s heading up the GenXY [assumed spelling] call every month, that’s always advertised in the Back Office. So she works with the young crowd, with the 18 to 30 year olds. And my son Quest, who’s 22, just came out of college, he just graduated from UC Santa Barbara and he said all his friends are struggling to get jobs. They’ve got great degrees, they’ve spent their time in school, and are trying to get, they can’t even get re-entree jobs. They’re valet parking and they’re serving in restaurants, which is certainly wonderful jobs but that’s all they’re doing with their college degrees. So he’s now helping them all find a way to create financial freedom and a future that allows them to be the CEO of their own company and to make a difference in other peoples lives. So he’s creating great excitement for the newly graduated college kids and my daughter is leading the way with that. So it’s just a joy that my husband and our kids are all part of this family affair now and my heart is just singing.

>> Kjersti : I know and you know, I got to share this with everybody because this is profound. When we featured Quest and Journey on a call a few weeks ago, and Quest said, you know, he feels, you know, completely amazed being able to graduate with his degree, that just this last May, from college, he said. But my gosh, here you are coming out of college, you know, someone who graduates is expecting to land their dream job, but he said, with the economy as it is, you know, all of his friends from college are going back to their hometowns to work minimum wage jobs. And aren’t even, you know, satisfying their degree that they just worked so hard for. And he said for him to be able to jump into Isagenix right after college, and to take advantage of the business opportunity, not having to worry about getting job placements right now, with his degree because it is difficult, what a blessing it is. And that was so profound because it made me think of all the kids, all over our nation, worldwide, graduating with amazing degrees and with the economy that they’re stepping, stepping out of college, you know, into real life with, it’s just, it’s really a great opportunity for all of them. So I just had to mention that. But thank you for sharing your story Andrea, I’m excited [inaudible]. As far as this Back Office walk through, I know you’re going to go at a great pace. If I have any question, I’ll interject and we’ll get started so I’ll turn the time over to you.

>> Andrea: Thank you Kjersti . And so what I want to ask everyone to do who’s listening on the line, is to get out perhaps a note pen, a note pad and some paper so you can take some notes. And if you can be in front of your computer right now, that would be perfect because you can follow along with me online as we go through this. And Kjersti , can I ask you to be my partner in this?

>> Kjersti : Yes [inaudible].

>> Andrea: Fantastic. What I want to do before I start, I just want to, because I’m going to do this with you, Kjersti , as if I was really doing this with a new associate. So we’re going to walk through it exactly the same way I do that. So before we do that, I want to give a little bit of information and some learning tips that might help everybody listening along the way, would that be okay?

>> Kjersti : Absolutely. And I also want to just mention too, for everybody, since Andrea, I know you and I talked about this. Everybody’s who’s listening, keep your eye on the clock because the beautiful thing about Andrea’s walk through here is that she does it in a beautiful, short period of time, which is a time management to all of you. I mean, your time is money, so when you’re working with your new individuals, you know, keep that in mind and I just wanted to throw that out there.

>> Andrea: Right, thank you. Now here’s what I do. When I enroll somebody, if I’m one the phone, if I’m in person, however it is, at that actual moment of enrollment, we sign them up, I don’t put people in the computer right away. I get their enrollment information and then I do that a little bit later so I’m not hurried to do that, I don’t make any mistakes. With that said, at the end of that conversation, when we’ve got their 30 day program, their presidents pack, their athletes pack, whatever it is put, put on that application form, I say to them, and the next thing we need to do now, within the next 24 to 48 hours is to set up an appointment so I can show you how to manage your account. Everybody’s used to managing their accounts, think people do that online all the time, people understand that. So I found when I said I’m going to walk you through your Back Office, people, I don’t want to, you know, that’s too much for them. So between, within the next 24 and 48 hours, and we set up the appointment. And then I enter them in the computer, they’ve got their web site. And what I’ll do is I’ll send them a little welcome letter, you know, welcome to our Isagenix team, I’m so excited to get started with you. I look forward to talking to you tomorrow at 7:30 PM, be sure you’re in front of your computer. And that’s it, so they have a little reminder email from me as well. The reason I find this Back Office walk through so imparitive with everybody that I’ve worked with, I have a team of something like 23,000 people, I personally haven’t enrolled all of them and I certainly haven’t walked all them through their Back Office, but my teammates have. And the reason you do this is so while people are waiting for their products to arrive, whether they’re coming in as business builders, product users, or skeptic people who just want to shut you up and do this just to see what happens. We want to expose them as much about Isagenix as we can on their own time and this allows them to be proactive. So I always, this is just part of the process that I always do. And then when I call them up and you’ll see the process of how I do this, I have them go online. Now for ease and purpose of this call, I always, when I enroll people, I always just put for their ID and their password, for me, I always just put their first and last name. Kjersti , I know I told you a different number we we’re going to use, and you can use that. But I would just put in like Kjersti Coté, Kjersti Coté, for your password and your ID, keeps it simple. That way, within the next 24 to 48 hours, when I’m online with you, I don’t have to think twice about what clever name we came up with, or what you know, your cat and your dogs name in hieroglyphics looks like, as your password, and you forgot too. It just keeps it very, very simple. Then I can show you how to go in to change that and I do that across the board with everybody because I have so many people I’m working with all time. I don’t have any confusion there. So are you ready to get started Kirsit or do you have any questions as we move into this?

>> Andrea: Alrighty. So I’m going to, so we’re just going to pretend that I’m calling you up and Kjersti , good morning, it’s Andrea. How are you?

>> Andrea: Perfect. And are you in front of your computer as we planned?

>> Andrea: Okay, excellent. So Kjersti , I know, you’re at a game, but we know for our purposes, you and I could do this with our eyes closed. So Kjersti , what I want you to do is I’d like you to type in Kjersti Coté all one word, lowercase dot Isagenix dot com, and tell me what happens when you do that.

>> Kjersti : All right, it looks like I am coming to my own website, it looks beautiful. So is this mine?

>> Andrea: This is your website, and as you can see, your name is right there it says Kjersti Coté and it’s right there at the top of the page. How cool is that?

>> Kjersti : That’s cool.

>> Andrea: And so just tell me what you’re seeing on the screen? Are you seeing this Cleanse for Life bottle and streaming video that’s here?

>> Kjersti : I am, yes. A beautiful big picture right in the center, it looks like there’s some icons down at the bottom, some tabs at the top of the page, you know, that can direct me to product, community, company, all kinds of things.

>> Andrea: Perfect. So we’re on the same page here. Now Kjersti , what I want to do is let you know this your homepage, this is your landing page. You can send anybody here if you’d like to look at what’s going, what you’re doing, this is your homepage. What I’d like you to do on your own time, when you have some time is to spend some time looking at this and getting familiar with it so that you know a little bit more about what you’re doing and what you’re going to be putting in your body. And there’s two of these tabs I specifically want to show you quickly before you launch into your Back Office, which is a magnificent place to go and play. So you see this tab at top Kjersti , that says products?

>> Andrea: I’d like you to click on that and you’re going to get a pull down box. And we’re going to click on the second one that says nutrition, which is going to give you another pull down box to the right, and we’re going to scroll down, oh, lets scroll down to the forth one that say Ionics Supreme. Click on that and tell me when that comes up.

>> Kjersti : Alright, it’s up.

>> Andrea: Great. Now often times, people will ask me well, these products are changing my life. I feel so good but what’s in it. I don’t, you know, I’m not a nutritionist like you, Andrea, I don’t know how to talk about it. Kjersti , right here is all you need to know. Everything you need to know about the product is right here because the truth is, you’re not a formulator, and you’re not a nutritionist, and we don’t need to be, that’s the beauty. We just need to use this and share it. >> Andrea: But for our purposes today, I’m going to show you something really special. We’re going to go into your Back Office so I can show you how to manage your account. Kjersti , at the top left, there’s a, next to the products over to the left of that, it says associate login. Go ahead and click on that.

>> Kjersti : Okay.

>> Andrea: And for your user name and, it says Isagenix ID or username, just go ahead and put in Kjersti Coté, all one word, lowercase.

>> Kjersti : Huh hum.

>> Andrea: And for your password, you can do the same thing. And I’ll show you how you can change that and personalize it.

>> Kjersti : Okay.

>> Andrea: And then let me know when the next page comes up.

>> Kjersti : Okay. It’s up and wow, there’s a lot of information here.

[ laughs ]

>> Andrea: There is and what I want to do is just decipher it all for you and make it easy to understand. And we’ll do this rather briefly because I know your time is limited this morning. We’re going to start just with, we’re going to divide the page up. You’ve got that banner across the top, but I want you to look on the left, there’s a thing that says welcome Kjersti . Do you see that?

>> Kjersti : I do.

>> Andrea: Okay, and then there’s this section in the middle that’s also got a streaming video and there’s another section on the right, that has click here for online tutorial, customer service phone number and current alerts. Do you see that?

>> Kjersti : Yes.

>> Andrea: Great. So we’re going to focus on these three different sections and just by dividing it up, it makes it not seem so much stuff back there. Over on the left, it’s basically just, it’s basic, simple information. It’s the date you joined, it’s, there’s a member ID number here where it says member number, right under your name, that’s an important number for you to remember. That is your Isagenix ID number. And if you ever need to call customer service, they will ask you for that number, so this is your, technically, your account number, so hold on to that and remember that.

>> Kjersti : Okay.

>> Andrea: If you scroll down, you’ll, it just gives you some basic information and we can talk about this at another time if you want to know more, but it just tells you when your products are coming and all of that. If you look over to the right, the far right, if you want to learn more about what we’re talking about today, there’s a magnificent online tutorial or if you forget what we’ve talked about, you can go through that at anytime. Customer service phone number, a good number to have and current alerts will just keep you up to date on current things that go on. They update this every week, sometimes more than once a week, you can go here and just, you know, stay on top of everything if you’d like.

>> Kjersti : Okay.

>> Andrea: And just ask any questions if you have any that come up. Lets focus on this middle section, where this streaming video is and it says Isagenix news.

>> Kjersti : Okay.

>> Andrea: This is, this is the news Kjersti , this is just the new stuff that’s going on. They keep us up to date. Again, you can click on any of these to learn more. If you want to learn about how, if you have friends who speak Spanish, we now have a Spanish catalog that’s available and you can click on that to order that. The third one down is about our Isagenix University. This is our training school. You know, if you get any job, anything you do, you’re going to apprentice. If you’re going to cut hair, you’ve got to learn how. If you’re going to lay carpet, you’re going to learn how to do that. If you’re going to go to law school, you’re going, you have to take the bar and learn how to do that. Our university is so much fun and it’s held in Arizona. And if that’s something that interests you, you can get more details in the Back Office and we can certainly talk about that. It’s a great experience and really a must do for someone who’s looking to share this with more people. So all this stuff is here.

>> Andrea: Yeah, you can look at all of that.

>> Kjersti : this has a lot of information on this page. I like all of the personal information that’s on the left, in that grey column there, that’s very nice. And then of course, it’s good to know that I have other tutorials that I can take advantage of after we’re finished here this morning.

>> Andrea: Great, good, yes. And that is true. And I’m going to show you some more stuff. First, I’m going to show you two important tabs here for managing your account. You see the tabs across the top? My orders,

>> Kjersti : Yep.

>> Andrea: My team, my compensation, etcetera. I want you to click on the one that says my profile. And a scroll down box is going to come down and you’re just going to click on the very first one that says my profile main page.

>> Kjersti : Got it.

>> Andrea: Okay. Kjersti , this is really self explanatory. Your general information is here, your address, your shipping information. If anything changes, your credit card, you just click on the edit button, it’s easy to do. And this is technically where you really manage all of this. If you want to change your password or your display name or your login name, that’s right there under general information.

>> Kjersti : Great.

>> Andrea: Okay. Any questions about that?

>> Kjersti : No, no this is very, very, you know, I definitely am going to be changing my, my password.

[ laughs ]

>> Andrea: Perfect, okay, good. So that, this is an easy thing to do and over, if you look over on the left, there’s a big green pad that says customize my homepage. This is fun. If you really get into this and you decide this is something fun that you want to pursue, you can actually click that button. You can put in a photo of yourself, you can put in your own success story, and it can be even kind of a landing page for you. So that would be something to play with in the future if you’re looking to do something like that. So you can, a lot of stuff to play around here. What I want to do is move over to one other site, one other tab here, over towards the left, I want you to click on my orders, scroll all the way down and click on my autoship, and let me know when that comes up.

>> Kjersti : Okay, now I remember you setting this up for me when I, when you placed my initial order and so I would assume that if I want to change anything, this is where I need to go.

>> Andrea: Exactly. This is where you go for your autoship. And as you see right at the top, where it says my autoship in bold letters, there is a date, that’s when your next autoship will be sent.

>> Kjersti : [inaudible].

>> Andrea: So you can change that, you can change that at anytime. You can change all of your orders here. If you scroll down just a bit, you’ll see a big green tab that says edit my autoship. Don’t do it now, but you can click on that, you can add more product, you can take things off and you can create whatever you’d like here. As long as you do it, you know, three of four days, five days before your autoship comes out, you’re really safe to make sure that, you know, the company is on top of this as well with you. I don’t recommend that you make your autoship go out any further, you always want it to come 30 days or sooner so that you get, you have your consistency to your program coming. And if you do decide to share this with others and build this as a business, you defiantly want to have your program coming 30 days or sooner, not later. Again, we can talk about that more at another time, I really want to honor your time this morning.

>> Kjersti : Okay.

>> Andrea: Is this peice clear? I really want you to understand where your autoship is and how to access it.

>> Kjersti : Absolutely. This is, you know, my orders and then scroll down, my autoship. Yes, this is great.

>> Andera: Perfect.

>> Kjersti : Everything looks very simple I, you know very good.

>> Andrea: That’s so well done. Kjersti , now, now listen there’s one other thing I want to do on my orders here. I want you to click on that tab again, at the top where it says my orders, and I want you to just notice, don’t click on it, but just notice the second thing that comes out in the scroll down box, it says, place whole sale order. Do you see that?

>> Kjersti : Yes.

>> Andrea: Okay. I want you to just understand the difference between my autoship and a whole sale order. Lets say during the month, you’re using this program, it’s working great, you’re excited, you’re having great results, you’re feeling better and you decide, you know what, I think I really want to get that IsoMune and celite [assumed spelling] Andrea was telling me about. I think I really want that now. So what you would do, Kjersti , is you would go into your Back Office, you go right to your whole sale order and you can order that mid month and it will come right to you. You don’t have to wait for your autoship order to come.

>> Kjersti : Okay. That’s good to know.

>> Andrea: And you don’t order, and you don’t order a new autoship at the same time. So if you decide you love the IsoMune and the celite, you would then, you could add it to your autoship and have it come every month. But I want you to see the difference of those two. Does that make since to you?

>> Kjersti : Yes, absolutely.

>> Andrea: Perfect. So before we move on, I want to just be really clear because those are the main things I wanted you to understand. How you can access my profile, your profile and your autoship and your whole sale orders. Do you have any questions about those?

We’re not going to click on them all right now, but if you wanted to learn your first ten steps to success, to be able to share this and help other people, impact their lives and make a difference in their lives, that third one down. You would click on that and it’s steps one through ten. It just takes you right through it. There’s webinars, you could even get some of our Isagenix University online without having to go there, Kjersti . And business training, all the calls and the information on business training. And there’s compliance, there’s just two more things I want to show you on here, the third one from the bottom there on those green tabs to the left. Compliance is crucial. We will take about that more, I know we’ve talk about it a bit already, but I want to be sure that you do pay attention to that, because we want to keep safe what we already have without, you know, making any fauxpaws [assumed spelling] in saying things that are noncompliant.

>> Kjersti : Okay.

>> Andrea: I do want you to click really quickly on the conference calls. You see that tab that says conference calls?

>> Kjersti : I do.

>> Andrea: Click on that and tell me when it comes up.

>> Kjersti : It’s up. [inaudible].

>> Kjersti : Okay.

>> Andrea: These calls happen every week. Isagenix has calls that are fantastic and it’s listed here. You can always find out when the calls are. There’s a product training call every Thursday, that’s usually with a doctor or some specialist. There’s a business training call, oh look there’s me, you can scroll down the Isagenix [inaudible] there’s my daughter. And all these calls, the corporate call, you can learn more about the company. All these calls are archived so if you’re busy or like I know you’re at a game with your kids right now, if you’re at a game and can’t get all these calls and you want to know about them, Isagenix archives all of them to the right. And it’s all there for you, you can go back and listen to all of this, it’s even in Spanish. They have a Spanish corporate update call.

>> Kjersti : Nice.

>> Andrea: Any questions about any of that?

>> Kjersti : No. And, but now I do understand I, you know because once we click on the library, the homepage, that is my, that is the main menu on the left hand side there and basically any of those icons in that main menu will take me to product training, business training, conference calls, you know, marketing material, those types of things. So that all goes into their own page. Another thing that I was going to, that I was going to say too Andrea, that as we’ve been talking, I noticed up at the top on the bar that this is a secured website. This is, my Back Office is a secured site, I love that. As far as information personally for me that’s very important to me.

>> Andrea: It is, it is wonderful. I think, you know, as far as my feelings as Kjersti , again, I’ve been in this seven years, Isagenix doesn’t miss a beat. They stay on top of everything and they make sure that everything is right for us because they have a saying in this company. In Isagenix, they say if it’s not right for the field, it’s not right for the company. And I’ll tell you something, having sat on the field advisory board for two years, that is the honest truth. And it just, it just, it’s beautiful. So and you see that with the secured website and look over at the top on the right, on the left, you can get this, you can pull up this site in Chinese and you can pull it up in Spanish.

>> Kjersti : Wow.

>> Andrea: How cool is that? So you could even go and try and look at it in Chinese if you want.

>> Kjersti : [inaudible] rights.

>> Andrea: Yeah. Kjersti , we’re going to click out of this one and you actually have to close the tab to go out of this to get back to your Back Office and we’re going to, and it’s going to bring us back to your autoship order were we had left off before we went to the library.

>> Kjersti : Uh huh.

>> Andrea: Do you see that?

>> Kjersti : Yes.

>> Andrea: Great. I want to show you one more thing before we end this because it’s just really fun. Do you see the tab at the top over towards the left that says my team?

>> Kjersti : Yes.

>> Andrea: Scroll down to the one that says view placement tree, and click on that.

>> Kjersti : Got it.

>> Andrea: Did it come up? Now, I know this doesn’t mean anything to you and I know you told me Kjersti , that you wanted to just try these product before you got started and before you talk to anyone about it and you weren’t even sure you were going to do that. I just want to let you know that just in case, I want you to scroll down here and you’re going to see your name in a, in a square box and when you see your name in a square box, when you scroll down a bit, tell me when you see that.

>> Kjersti ; I do.

>> Andrea: Okay. There’s a box to the left and a box to the right?

>> Kjersti : Yes.

>> Andrea: Okay. All this is, this is actually your bank accountm because in Isagenix, you make money whether you like it or not you just, you don’t have to accept it, but if you’re interested in accepting the money that will accumulate there, give me a call we’ll set up a time and we can talk more about that. Okay? Now [inaudible].

>> Kjersti : Oh my goodness, now it, wait a second, I notice that there’s someone in my right leg. Who is that person, why are they the there?

>> Andrea: Oh, well that’s very cool, that just means that your team is already working with you and for you. This is a pay it forward system, Kjersti , that helps everybody be successful. So your team members above you have already helped you build that leg. If you want to learn more about our compensation plan, because what that means is that your moneys already starting to show up there and I know that doesn’t make since to you because you said you wanted nothing to do with the business. I want you to scroll back up there to the top and the tab that says my compensation, where it says view.

>> Kjersti : Okay.

>> Andrea: compensation plan details.

>> Kjersti : Uh huh.

>> Andrea: But you don’t have to pull it up now, but you can pull that up and you’ve got pages of written information that is so clear and so explicit and so beautifully done it will help you to understand. You could also go back to your Kjersti Coté.Isagenix.com page, the very first opening of your Isagenix website that we started on.

>> Kjersti : Uh huh.

>> Andrea: And there’s a tab there that also talks about compensation and there’s a nicer video about it as well. So if that’s interesting to you, watch those things, right some questions down and we can set up a time to talk within the next 24 to 48 hours and I can answer all those questions for you. Would you like to do that now?

>> Kjersti : Yeah absolutely. Lets because I, you know now that I’m looking at this, I had no idea that I was going to be given this beautiful website. I should probably know somewhat just in case people ask me what I’m doing that I, I actually know how to take care of them.

>> Andrea: Exactly. So when would be a good time for us to connect again Kjersti , within the next 24 to 48 hours?

>> Andrea: That works. What time, I’ve got some time between nine and eleven in the morning?

>> Andrea: Perfect, we’ll go through that and what I want to do just an ending here with this Back Office walk through that I’ve just taken you to. I want to ask if you have any questions on how to manage your account and if you remember the my profile and autoship and all that stuff because I know I’ve shown you a lot here.

>> Kjersti : Yeah. I think that and I made some notes too, as far as those things just so that I kind of have a little guidance for myself. but yeah, I means I, you took me into where my personal information is, you showed me my profile, of course, you took me into the my orders, where I can adjust my autoship. Because I did notice that if I wanted to change my pack that you had set for me or flavors, that I could do that there and if I wanted to order anything extra in the month, how to place a whole sale order separately. Training, where the training is in the library and then of course, being able to view my team and I’m going to keep my eye on that just to see, you know, if there’s any other people, [inaudible] to that.

[ laughs ]

>> Andrea: You’re going to be pleasantly surprised. You’re on a great team here Kjersti , we’re going to have a lot of fun together. And if you decide you do want to share this with someone, be sure you give me a call so we can talk together and make sure they get the right program for them. And also, if you look at the, in that brown bar across the top that says placement tree, over to the right,

>> Kjersti : Uh huh.

>> Andrea: It says click here for online tutorials for enrolling a new member. So they’ll even show you how to enroll somebody. >> Andrea: Great so while you’re waiting for your product to arrive, you know, if you have some time or fifteen minutes at night after the kids are asleep, if you want to just get on here and play a little bit and learn a few things or watch a video you, you can do any of this on your own time.

>> Andrea: Bye. Now let me just in conclusion, let me just say that a couple of things I want to point out, there’s a lot of information that I gave, of course there’s a lot more I could have given. But that’s a lot and I realize that, and I do that for a reason. I want them to see the value of all these things back there. I have never, ever had anyone say to me, oh, it’s too much information, I cant handle it. Everyone has your reaction Kjersti . They’re like wow, you know, look what Isagenix has done, they’re so together, people love this. So I keep it to a minimum with this information and notice, in between, when I say let me know when this tab comes up, there’s a moment of silence because I realize that I am talking a lot. So when I can stop even if it’s for 15 to 30 seconds, I make sure that I don’t chat about anything else like oh [inaudible], you know just stop talking through the couple of seconds that leave some break for them as they’re going through this. And I just, as you saw I stress the profile and the autoship, I don’t ever want someone to call me up and say, you know, I don’t know how to access this. My autoship came and I didn’t expect it or I didn’t want that, I want to make sure people can be proactive, so. Also one other thing I want to say here in closing. When I’m talking to a business builder, someone who does want to share this, someone who does want to make some money, or even just some residual income, some small residual income, doesn’t matter how much, my conversation is the same except when we get to the placement tree. Then I have a little bit of a different conversation because I can get a little more excited and I think this is your bank account and I’m going to explain to you. I set up another appointment because we have agreed to talk for 15 or 20 minutes now. I set up another appointment. This is your bank account, and we’re going to go through this step by step and I’m going to explain it. Scroll down till you see your name in a box. This is where you’re going to see the money coming in. This is the place that you can look at that’s so exciting and everybody that comes in underneath you, you’re going to be helping serving even if you never talk to them. And, you know, I get a little more involved then with someone who says, I don’t want to do the business I just want to try it, I still take them to that spot so that they can see, oh, so see how Kjersti stopped me? What do you mean moneys accumulating? So that’s how I introduce it that way to someone who doesn’t want to do a business, don’t talk to me about network marketing, anything like that. With business builders, I do take it a little bit deeper, play it, you know, play with them a little more and I can show the compensation plan and stuff a little more, so I wanted to just differentiate that. And, I do Kjersti .

>> Kjersti : Well, I love it and I was timing you and it took, it took about 25 to 30 minutes and one of the things that and that was obviously, leaving time for comments and questions and pauses. But I, I think that it, what I love about it is you’ve chosen the most impotent areas of the Back Office to feed and nourish them with knowledge to help them adjust their orders, their autoships, place orders and of course, do a little bank account. And I think that, you know, even if you’ve got somebody, what I kind of have seen from this Andrea, is that even if you have someone that enrolled just for the product and not for the business, curiosity is something that everybody has and that, for them to know that they can login on their own free will with no one telling them, convincing them, anything, that they can actually just learn about this, see for themselves, kind of do their own little investigation and satisfy their curiosity is fabulous. It will actually build faith because, and belief in what their actually doing within the company itself. And that way you’re not the person that always has to do the talking. They are actually finding that, that as they’re discovering their Back Office, well they’ve got a question, the question might very well be answered through their Back Office. So I think, I think that this really is of the utmost importance for every single brand new associate. I love how you handled it. I love your little, you know, terms of bank accounts and so forth. And it adds value to what they have and especially sharing, but it was you know, that this, this the IT department, how much they’ve actually invested to create this, this duplicated website and like I said, it’s all in a 30 minute period of time.

>> Andrea: It’s true. And you know what, I have to tell you something. Sometimes I do up people. I show them how to manage their account. I walk them through their Back Office and you know what. I’ve done it with people who don’t say one word, no comments, it’s just uh huh, uh huh, uh huh, and that’s it they clearly aren’t interested but at the end, usually a hum. They say that’s interesting and when the people who don’t have any comments, it’s much quicker I really can do it in 15 minutes. But sometimes it does get a little longer when there’s comments and stuff. And so you’d have to allow that 20 or 30 minutes to do this for each new person. And as you said it just sparks interest. They know where they can go, I believe that it really allows them to be proactive. As you said, they can get their questions answered, they can play around, they can learn more or not. It’s totally up.

>> Kjersti : Yeah

>> Andrea: But they know where to go and how to do it. And I just think it’s the biggest gift that we can offer everybody who comes into Isagenix. So they have this opportunity and I just hope everybody, this has helped everybody today and people can benefit from this and follow this somewhat and, and share it with others.

>> Kjersti : Oh, I could not agree with you more. And also to one last, one last comment that I’d like to make to Andrea is the fact that it really shows a brand new associate that we are a high tech, high touch company that, that website is so gorgeous. It’s visual, it’s, I mean just the Isomovies [assumed spelling] tab alone. I mean, that tab right there can take someone to, to have them learn more. In all respects, I think that, or in all aspects, I think that it’s a gold mine. And so Andrea, thank you so much for your time and for being with us this morning and for sharing your Back Office walk through masteries.

>> Andrea: You know I would, Kjersti , thank you so much. Again, thank you for having me on and I just want to say that, Isagenix really has created this magnificent 20 million dollar website. They are, this company is so thought on with the technology and they only keep growing, it only keeps getting bigger and better for all of us.
