>> All right, everybody, well good evening and welcome to our Tuesday night corporate update call. My name is Kjersti Cody [phonetic], your host. But again, welcome everybody, we’ve got a lot of information to cover in a very short period of time, so get out your piece of paper and pencil, get ready to take some good notes for your entire team, especially you leaders on the line. And here with us tonight is our very own Rick Despain. Rick Despain is our vice president of field relations and communications. And I know that Rick, you were listening in on the line as part of the Rhodes [phonetic] family were sharing their amazing stories. And I know that you remember when Jenn Rhodes became a part of Isagenix, and I know that you love that family a lot. And Rick, if you don’t mind, I’d love to just share with everybody. Rick has been a part of our Isagenix family since July of 2004 and he has been just completely embraced by our Isagenix family, I don’t think that there’s one person in this company who just doesn’t adore this guy. He is completely dedicated to Isagenix, travels all throughout North America to really bring to you the corporate message. He was very instrumental in helping to develop the compliance department and the marketing department when he joined us soon after in 2004. And what I should say is that when he came to the table, he brought a tremendous amount of experience when it comes to strategic marketing, communications, direct sales, and network marketing, and he’s just been a lot of fun to get to know. He’s been married to Susie, his beautiful wife. They have six children and many grandchildren. I think Rick, is it eight now, do you have eight grandchildren?
>> I’ve got seven but one is on the way.
>> One is in the oven. Well and I know that he’s a total devoted husband and father to all of his kids, and some of them are actually very much involved in Isagenix. So with that being said, Rick, it’s always a pleasure having you on the line and welcome to the call.
>> Well thank you. This is exciting to be on the call tonight. Again, so much is happening at Isagenix, it’s fun to watch. And what a wonderful call we just finished up with the Rhodes family. And you’re right, I have a lot of love for the Rhodes family, a lot of mutual respect. I’ve actually been on a lot of events with Jim Rhodes. As I presented the business opportunity and Jim of course presented the products, and so he’s just a class act. So congratulations for a wonderful call, Kirstey, with the Rhodes family. Tonight we have a special announcement, I’m so excited to be able to talk about what’s happening. I gave a little preview last week on a corporate update call. We have a new millionaire, Kirstey, a new Isa-millionaire [phonetic] in Isagenix. It’s someone who just started with the company two years ago, it was actually in May of 2007. She went on the fast track, she actually received an award from Isagenix in 2008 and that was the award of a rising star because she rose so fast. Her story is amazing. I just felt that tonight everyone would want to know who the newest millionaire, our 38th millionaire in Isagenix, and she comes from West Hampton Beach, New York. She’s a six star golden circle [inaudible] I remember just earlier this year, actually it was I think in October or November of last year she hit five star, and then in just a few months, I think it was less than six months she hit six star which is going from 100 cycles a week to 200 cycles a week. Think about doing that. I interviewed her on that one, it’s just amazing and how she’s our newest millionaire. And I hope she was able to make it on the call because I talked with her earlier and she was doing a meeting in her home, training her team, but she said that she was going to kick them all out of the house and let them listen to this call on the phone. And I’m hoping that Jenn [phonetic] Smith [phonetic] was able to make it on the line. Jenn Smith, you’re our 38th millionaire, are you on the line?
>> I’m here, can you hear me, Rick?
>> Yes, we can.
>> Hello. You made me sound really good, that was fun, can you do it again?

>> I’m sure we’re going to be doing this again and again and again the way that you’re going.
>> My husband wasn’t on the line, let me put him on the line so he can hear that.

>> Let him know what a wonderful human being he married, right?
>> Yeah, let’s let him know, hold on a second. Thank you, that was fun.
>> Well congratulations for being an Isagenix millionaire. There’s a lot of new people on the line. Of course the Rhodes family, I don’t know if you were able to listen to the call before, but the Rhodes family were on. It’s amazing how this company has grown, Kirstey talked about it in the previous call about how we’ve grown over the last seven years. You started in May 2007 and I’ve just got to find out what you were thinking. You started a new home based business called Isagenix. In your wildest dreams, did you think you would end up being an Isa-milionaire in two years?
>> It’s probably not the answer people are looking for, but it’s the reason for my success, so I’m going to say yes. I mean, I know that sounds maybe like, what? But I went in it with the same conviction then that I did now. And when I saw this opportunity, Rick, just to explain a little, my husband is very supportive and he and I have always done investments and we’ve always been very successful. But I’ll never forget the day two years ago when he grabbed me by the hands and he said Jenn, do you realize you found a piece of real estate south of the highway in East Hampton and you were the first one in? Do you realize that? It was that day, it was his belief in me, it was meeting all of you, that once I got that belief, I knew I was on a fast track and I knew what I wanted. I knew exactly when I wanted it by, and I started acting, I think I was acting like I had already accomplished it back then. So it’s truly that conviction. And believe me, I want to share that I had my ups and my downs, I had my share of more rejection than I did successes. But you know, it was just keeping myself focused and focusing on the people that were doing it. I had my eye on my goal. I knew when exactly I wanted it by and I stopped at nothing. But I think it’s very important, Rick, that somewhere some people need to reach in. Once you get that belief that you’re going to be that person, I think you’re unstoppable. So most people are thinking, you might say, “I never imagined in a million years.” You really need to believe it can happen to you, I think that that’s a key nugget for people to find that belief. Because let me tell you, Rick, if it can happen to me, it can happen to anybody. I’m a mom of three kids. There’s just nothing fancy. I’m not someone who came in with this rolodex of people, I’ve never done network marketing before a day in my life. As a matter of fact, in the beginning, I think you’ve heard me say I actually got paid with the company, called the customer service line and said to Fernando, “Look, you guys are going to mess up my taxes, I told you I don’t to do this as a business.” That’s crazy, but you could ask Fernando, you can’t make that stuff up. So if I can do this, anybody can do it. Two years ago I was cycling zero cycles. Zero. I mean, how many people on this call - that was only two years ago, Rick. Everybody, anybody can do what I’ve done. I really hope that my story of simplicity can inspire a lot of people in really coaching and connecting with everybody that I’ve ever brought into Isagenix. Did I know? You know, I’m a believer of the secret. That first day when Tom had belief in my and I found that belief in myself, all along I kept saying I can do this and I really believed that I could. And I think that’s important, I think that’s really important that people need to know, number one, anybody can have what they want. Start really visualizing and seeing yourself in that place and when you want to be in that place and you know what, whatever you really believe is going to happen is exactly what’s going to be the outcome.
>> And you’re absolutely right. And Jenn, I answered that question, I calculated that question because yes, I saw you on stage at our celebration where you became a little bit of a star in Isagenix. I mean, in the two years that you’ve been growing and building your business, yeah, you’ve kind of done it a little bit under the radar screen. We’ve heard a few things about what you’re doing. And then of course you can’t argue with success, right? Your success is going crazy. But you shared at the celebration and again, I totally enjoyed your presentation on stage.
>> [inaudible]
>> And that’s where you talked about that you envisioned it, you believed in the secret and you saw where you were going. And that’s why I wanted you to answer this on the call because there’s so many people that start with Isagenix with a dream and they say yes, I want to be there. They want to be an Isa-millionaire and then when it doesn’t happen for them, they say well okay, what’s going wrong? And I think you just hit it, is that you need to visualize, you need to see yourself going there, and as you do that then you start acting like you’re there and that’s how you become the leader the people will follow, correct?
>> Oh, absolutely. Rick, as silly as this sounds, and I was there my first year and I was circling zero cycles. I’m telling you, I was kind of bumping elbows with Jim Rhodes and all these people because people just kind of thought that I must be successful in the company because I was walking around like I was. You know me, Rick, I’m a humble - well I guess you’re not humble when you have to say you’re humble. But I wasn’t going around [inaudible] I was going around confident. I always tell everybody I always like when I do an event, I want to put somebody in my team in one of the tags where it says You’re a Five-Star Top 25 Income Earner on there, because when you put that tag on something happens to you. You start acting that part. And just reiterating, it’s funny that - I’m glad I answered the question right because I’m a little hesitant to answer it that way because I think most people, Rick, might say, “Oh my gosh, I never imagined that it would be me.” Well if you never imagined it would be you, it’s not going to be you. You have to know and believe. And here’s the good news, you don’t even have to be that good at Isagenix, you don’t have to be that good at this. If you really believe that you can do this - now you can’t sit home and rub your fingers on your temples and vision this, you’ve got to be out doing something, working some angle, talking to people. But if you really believe that this is going to come to you, you’ll trip on somebody while you’re walking across the street and sure enough they’ll pick you up and they’ll say, “I want to build a business with you.” If you really in your heart believe it, you’ll draw it to you.
>> [inaudible] I have two more questions I want to you ask you and I want to keep the fun going because in Isagenix, you know, I’ve said before and this is a great time to just reconfirm it. When the company first started, as for credibility, we needed to have the credibility of John Anderson and the formulator and the products of course. And then we started receiving the evidence that it really worked for weight less. I started attracting the doctors and I started attracting athletes, and now we’re attracting celebrities, and now we’re attracting the business builders seven years into we’re attracting so many new people because we are providing the evidence that this really works, this is home. And I mentioned before, Isagenix is like a ground floor opportunity but we’re already on the seventh floor. Seventh floor of infrastructure, seventh floor of experience, never missed a weekly commission in seven years. So everything is lined up. You’ve been able to latch onto this opportunity, become an Isa-millionaire in two years which is phenomenal, but really anyone with some drive and some gumption and belief in themselves could do the same thing. So setting that up, my next question to you is that you are bringing people onto your team, you’re helping them, and I’ve been watching the rank advancements within your team. There are people joining your team, your sister, right? Your family?
>> Oh yeah.
>> You’ve got people coming up to the ranks that are doing the same thing that you are. So give us a glimpse into what you do with your team so that your team believes like you and they grow also, because it’s one thing to become and Isa-millionaire, but I see down the road that there are going to be lots of Isa-millionaires on your team. What are you doing to make that happen?
>> You know, what I’m really doing is I make it my personal goal when somebody comes in, really, I don’t even think my cycles are relevant for quite some time. My job is to make every single person that comes onto my team, what are your goals? I tell them this, Rick, I say, “You employ me, put to me work. I’m going to live vicariously in your world and I’m going to grow you and I’m going to make you cycles and I’m going to make you a lot of money.” And what that’s allowing us to do is play on each other’s strengths to give you a little bit more detail. So I work with them and I do in-homes with them and I just keep going and I work through world. Very often you won’t see me be the top top enrolling sponsor, but as you discovered, you just said it, I probably have - there’s always at least five out of the top ten top enrolling sponsors who are usually represented for my team. I do contests, so the last eleven weeks I had something like 21 rank advancements, and I really focused the team on that, you know, it is my 50 percent my responsibility to get my down line to advance in rank. And if that dedication and that commitment and that time and energy that I put into them, it’s creating that relationship that makes them want to do this because we’ve crated friendships. We have strong bonds of friendships between my team that people even if they were kind of getting tired, because it happens, they’re not going to leave because they’ve created a friendship with me and they’ve got that accountability to the fact that I’ve put a lot of time in with them. My motto, and I say it with my team all the time, care, coach, and connect. For second to nothing, care, coach, and connect. We take product users, we put all these product users on the program, and the product users bring us business builders. And I just duplicate and I tell everybody to do the same thing. And we do in-homes, that’s no secret, I mean, I’ve been saying that for two years, we do in-homes. It’s nice to grow people one-on-one but it’s really nice to grow them six on one. Say it once to six people. And what I do that’s really important is I teach people to do in-homes. I teach them, so they do it once, they do it twice, and then they’re expected to do it and teach their people to them. So that’s it. But I truly tell them, I promise big, but the good news is I deliver bigger. And actually [inaudible] my sister, Kris [phonetic], that’s standing next to me. So that’s [inaudible]
>> You didn’t kick her out of the house, she’s not driving home listening [inaudible]
>> No, no, [inaudible]

>> [inaudible]
>> This is great. I have one more question for you. This interview is to honor you for becoming an Isa-millionaire, you know, recognize your accomplishment, but also take advantage of your knowledge to help new people. With the new rank advancements bonuses and the new contest, the million dollar pool, right now the enrollment into Isagenix is skyrocketing, it’s fun to watch. And we’re bringing so many new people, five to 600 a day who are joining Isagenix. You add that up and it’s thousands per month, it’s over 10,000 per month. And many of them are on this call or will be listening on the podcast, or going back to the archive in the back office and they will be listening to this interview. But I would love to have you talk about is for a new person who’s just enrolled in Isagenix, just looking at this, they want to improve their health, they want to start creating a residual income, what would you say to a brand-new person listening in on this call tonight of how to go and achieve success through Isagenix?
>> Again, I turned product users into business partners, so I don’t talk business at all in the beginning. My idea is to get the nine-day auto shipped and the 30-day in as many hands as possible as absolutely as fast as I can, I let the product do the emerging. So what I’ll do is I’ll tell somebody, “Here’s what we’re going to do,” I’ll look at somebody and say, “You want my help, I’m going to set you up, I’m going to put you on a nine-day, I’m going to auto-ship you the 30-day, and I’m going to coach you all the way through.” That’s it, that’s all I commit with them. And then from there I coach them on day three, day four, day five. When they bring me a friend, that is my opportunity to let them know, when they say, “I have a friend that wants it.” And the reason they say that to me, Rick, is because I’m all about them, I’m all about their product experience, I’m all about helping them before I am business. I do not think about the business outcome, I think about them, getting them healthy. Usually I create these strong connections with people when I coach them, and from there I’ll say, “Well listen, I appreciate that you,” you know, they’ll bring me a referral and I’ll say, “Gosh, that’s so nice of you, I’m flattered that you think enough of me to give me a person, but I couldn’t possibly take them until you give me minutes, look at what I have to show you and tell me you have no interest, and then I’m very comfortable working with your friend. But I need you to give me permission first.” That’s how I break them into the business and then I grow from there. And if they want to do this as a business, I sit them down and I train them how to do it, and then they do the same thing to their people.
>> So it duplicates?
>> Yeah, that’s it. That’s what I do, and it’s all about caring, coaching, connecting. And the deeper the relationship, I coach whether they’re [inaudible] they look like they’re going to be dynamic business builders or they look like they’re 90 years old and have all kinds of ailments and really just looking for a friend. I coach people no different. I don’t think about the outcome, however, I want the outcome so bad that I coach so strong, so it draws the outcome to me. People are saying, “Gosh, I want to do this with you.” Because a lot of people look at me, Rick, and say, “You know what, I like that girl, she wasn’t pushy, she didn’t do the typical sales thing. I could do that.” There’s a lot of people that aren’t - I’m so uncomfortable with sales, would you believe it? I can’t even talk about it, it’s so uncomfortable for me. There’s more people like me than the other way, so what’s happening is I’m attracting all those people that are so happy that I came to them with this nice approach, and then they think, “Wow, she’s doing really well and she didn’t come on strong with me, I can do what she did,” and that’s what’s happening, is I’m attracting 90 percent of the world that otherwise would have never thought to do this because they liked the way they were coached. That’s exactly, Rick, how I grow my business.
>> The secret of a millionaire, right?
>> Yes.
>> I could interview you all night, Jenn, but we have rank advancements to give tonight and we have another interview [inaudible]
>> Sure. There’s one more thing [inaudible] nugget, real quick [inaudible] nugget.
>> Go ahead.
>> So important. The success of me - I just told you what I do, there’s no [inaudible] that’s what I do, but I focus with my team. I really work with my team. I mean, you only have so much time in a day. There’s your family, there’s your friends, and then there’s teams. Really focus on the people in your down line, give them your heart, give them your soul, give them all your time. So I know you have things to do, but that’s a critical nugget in the success of [inaudible]
>> Yes. And thank you for being on the call tonight, thanks for making the time –

>> — and cutting short your training there you had in your home so you could be on this call. But it’s a big deal for us to welcome you to Millionaire Circle -

>> Your accomplishment is just more evidence that yes, our products work, our opportunity works. And in seven years, think about this, in seven years we’ve created 38 millionaires, you were able to do it in two years and you did it in a way, you know, we hear sometimes, “Well if you get on the ground floor, if she gets there from the very beginning then of course you’re going to make it.” We had a lot of millionaires that did that, but you didn’t do it that way, you came in later, 2007, and you still did it.
>> And can I just share, and this is going to inspire people. I’ve never in my life gotten one person below me from above me. Some people that will resonate with. I’ve never in my life got somebody placed below me from above me. I came in and I -
>> You mean you didn’t have a power leg or something [inaudible]
>> I didn’t have one, not one single one, not one, I’ve never gotten one from above me, not a soul. I think that should inspire people because if I can do it, it always kills me, if anybody has just two people underneath them, just get on your knees and say your prayers, it’s a blessing, and go for it. I did this with none of that. So everybody else should be able to do this light years ahead of me. They should really be able to double the pace that I did if they’re coming in with a team.
>> Perfect. That’s an excellent message, thank you for sharing that. Again, thanks for being on the call, Jenn.

>> Well thank you very much, Kirstey. It’s great to be here tonight, and I have been so inspired, first of all by the beautiful Rhodes family and then by Ms. Jenn Smith. What an amazing woman. Congratulations, Jenn, what a phenomenal accomplishment. So it’s great to be here, thank you, Kirstey.
>> Thank you, I was muted, thanks.
>> Evv, you’ve been to two of the events during the fall tour, like I said, Edmonton and Vancouver, now of course Kelowna is coming up this weekend. What can you share with people, maybe three points that you really feel that you’ve been able to take away from attending these last two events, and then of course moving into this weekend in Kelowna? What are some of the things that when people can tap into the fall tours that are going on throughout Canada or the United States, what can they look forward to as far as receiving in going to these events?
>> Well yes, I would like to comment on that, Kirstey. First of all, I think one of the things that is my philosophy and what I teach in my team is I teach my team to build towards events. So we do 90-day blitzes and working towards events. And the Canadian Fall Tour has certainly been an amazing thing. And so what people can really expect, first of all for new people, the reason that you really want to get as many people out to these events as you can is for brand-new people, often they need to see the big picture. They need to see all of the people that are involved, they need an opportunity to meet the leaders in case of course in Edmonton as well as Vancouver they got to meet Jim and Cathy Couver [phonetic] as well as some of the other leaders in the field as well. And I think that’s a very important key for a lot of people to be able to tap into the leadership and to see the big picture, to see all of the people that are coming, and to meet other people, and to hear the amazing stories. I think that’s one of the keys as well. You know, it will build their belief level in not only the company, but also in the product when they hear the amazing product stories that come from all parts of the country. The stories are different and yet you know, they resonate all the same because of course Isagenix is at the core of all of the amazing stories. Real people with real results. And then the opportunity again to hear from different trainers, to hear their perspectives, and people need to hear things actually at least seven times before they really get it. And do you get your trainings in your in-homes and you get your trainings in your smaller events. And then you go out to the big events and you hear the same thing over and over again and it just has an impact on you. You know that you’re in the right place doing the right things, hearing the right things and so it’s a big deal. And we’re very excited about the events in Kelowna this weekend. When I was involved in of course the Edmonton event, because that’s where my team is, then the Kelowna event, I said, “If I’m going to be involved all these events I’ve got to have the best.” And I believe that Jay Bennett is one of the best trainers in the field. And I’ll tell you, the people here are pretty jazzed that he’s going to be here with us this weekend.
>> Well good. You know, you have covered everything I was going to talk to you about, building towards events, but you covered that beautifully. And I think that you’ve really helped to paint the big picture of what events really can truly mean to those people that are coming into Isagenix brand new, helping to build the belief. And I’m sure you’ve seen this happen before where people walk into an event, it’s day one, and they’re just thinking, “Oh my gosh, what am I doing here? I don’t know if I should even be here.” And by the end of the event, you know, after a couple of days, the event is wrapping up, I mean, it is just - the growth that they experienced in that very short period of time and them being to connect themselves to the vision of Isagenix and to all of those in the room, I mean, there’s nothing like it. Would you agree?
>> I absolutely would agree. And just to really solidify that thought, I’ll just tell you a little story. In Edmonton when the Couvers were in Edmonton, there was a lady there, she was a guest and she had been, you know, the person had invited her, had talked to her about Isagenix and she came, you know, fairly reticent. And I’ll tell you what, before the day was over, she had not only signed up, but she was a consultant.
>> Oh my goodness.
>> And that happened before the end of the meeting, that was how she got to see the picture and she was able to just see the benefit of caring about people, sharing with them, and coaching them, helping them to duplicate, and to start that whole ripple effect. Isagenix is a serious business in that it is not an exaggeration to say that we’re in the business of saving lives and changing lives in a huge way. I can’t even imagine where I would be myself physically and financially if I would have continued on the path that I was on five years ago. So it’s a blessing -
>> Wow.
>> — and it’s a blessing to be able to share it.
>> Wow. Evv, thank you so much for coming on and sharing. And I’ve never heard of anybody saying that, that Isagenix is a serious business. But I will add this, Evv, you’re so right, it’s a serious business but with heart. Isn’t that amazing? I love it.
>> Absolutely.

Now Evv and Jenn, I want you to stay on the line because I’m going to announce some rank advancements and maybe some people on your team, you’ll hear their names. The thing that’s exciting about announcing these names is because this is where the rubber hits the road. Isagenix is helping so many people to build residual income. The first category is the two circle, that’s silver and golden, two circle and below, and then the top ten point earners, and then I’ll read the top ten point earners, and then I’ll read the top ten point earners of the three-star circle, both silver and gold and above, so there’s kind of two groups there. Now some rank advancements, by the way, I need to share something with you. If you go in your back office, you can see this list. You can go to the back office and you can see where you’re standing in the bonus pool. The easiest way to do that is as you log in, you just go to My Team, and as you get into My Team, you go to the Home section of your My Team tab in your back office, and you will see that a link to your points and you’ll also see a link to the top point earners in the contest. If you’re name is there, it’ll give you kind of an idea of where you need to be to keep going, so take advantage of that. And now the rank advancements for the week of September 14th through September 20th, we have a new executive from New York, Pat Halton [phonetic], congratulations. We have a new crystal executive from Washington, Amy Voitet [phonetic]. A new crystal executive from British Columbia up in Canada, that’s [inaudible]. A new one-star executive from Texas, Danae [phonetic] and Tim Vaughn. A new one-star executive from California, [inaudible]. A new one-star golden circle from Texas, Andy and Tonya Garrett. A new two-star executive from New York, Krista Slyker [phonetic]. A ha, there’s a name someone will recognize. And a new two-star golden circle, one-star from Texas, [inaudible]. So congratulations. Now consider this for this week, for September 14th through September 20th we had 592 new consultants, that is remarkable. 11 new star consultants, 7 one-star silver circles, and one two-star silver circle. The rank advancement bonuses, we started announcing these because the way that this works, when you become a consultant, any cycle, you can receive $50 as a rank advancement bonus. As a star consultant you receive 500. As a new executive, 1,000. As a crystal executive there’s another 500, so that’s 1500. And then as a one-star golden circle, as you reach that level, there’s $1,000 as a rank advancement bonus. Two-star golden circle, 2,000. And a three-star golden circle, 3,000. And so we’ve had a lot of fun this week. The total paid bonuses worldwide, we had 57 consultants receive their consultant bonus. We had 32 star consultants receive their $500. And we had 27 executives receive the 1,000. We had 10 crystal executives receive 1500. We had four new one-star golden circles and three two-star golden circles, and four three-star golden circles. Isn’t this incredible? And we had 629 personally enrolled consultants earn the $25 advancement bonus, the consult development bonus. This is just exciting.

And there’s one other announcement for tonight, is that we just received this, it’s a new promotion that will begin October 1st which is Thursday, is that we have our Top Achiever event. The registration is still open, the registration is only 199 to come to Top Achievers and that will be January 22nd and that will be in the Biltmore Hotel here in Phoenix, Arizona and in January Phoenix is a nice place to be, especially when it’s colder in most of North America. But that event, we have a special promotion now to help you to earn some more prizes as you attend this event. When you enroll three new consultants between October 1st and December 27th, that’s during that enrollment period just for the Top Achiever event.
