>> >> Kjersti Cote: Well good morning everyone and welcome to our Saturday morning business training with Isagenix. My name is Kjersti Cote, your host. It is a pleasure to be here with all of you. It is September 19th, 2009 and how time flies when we’re having fun. Fall is upon us and you know now I really feel that from what I’m getting, the buzz in the field is that the year is you know three-quarters of the way you know into this year and there’s a lot of goals that have been accomplished. People are kind of reassessing their goals, where are they at and what do they want to fulfill between now and January first? Many of you know that a lot of our incentives end January third, so it’s kind of — it’s a really, really good time to kind of see where you’re at with your goals, where you want to go. And of course this morning’s call. I am very, very excited to have Kevin Gawthrope on the line with us this morning as he is going to be talking about social media. And now the big deal here is that as you’re kind of reflecting on what you’ve been able to accomplish so far this year and where you’re going, how can social media kind of play into what you’ve got going on for the remainder of this year? And I think that the information that you’re going to be hearing this morning, is going to be very instrumental on the direction that you’re going online. Certainly as a company - as Kevin and I we were visiting a little bit earlier - we’re really going in a very fabulous advanced direction and what an amazing company to be a part of as we are keeping up on the latest and greatest when it comes to technology. And of course, this morning you’re going to be learning a lot about how to integrate this social media network marketing going on in your business building effort. So obviously it’s about harnessing the power of social media to explode your business. And so without further ado, I would love to introduce Kevin Gawthrope to everybody. He is Senior Manager of Web Services and Digital Marketing. He has been with Isagenix for about 2 plus years. Now let me tell you just a little bit of his background. He brings over 15 years of online marketing and design experience to Isagenix. He has worked for industry leading interactive agencies such as Digisist, Cramer, [inaudible], I hope I’ve pronounced that right, where he managed the online brand for over a dozen Fortune 500 clients including IBM, FedEx, Kraft, MGM and Disney. Isn’t this cool? He has also led the in-house interactive departments and redesigned the corporate website for Staples and U.S. Airways. And like I said, he’s been with us for a little over 2 years and he and his skilled team have launched the award winning, redesign of Isagenix.com along with the design of the new user experience of our associate back office applications. So yeah: kudos to you Kevin and your team. It’s so amazing. So simply amazing. I know it’s not simple stuff though. [Laughter] With the advent of new policies and procedures that insure a solid internet marketing strategy for Isagenix associates, Kevin has been able to identify the intersection of social marketing and network marketing. So beginning with our celebration that we just experienced last month of the even, Kevin looks forward to continuing to present and deliver these social media tools and strategies to the tens of thousands of associates out in the field growing their Isagenix business. So we’re really, really excited as technology advances to have Kevin leading our digital department and really kind of using his skill and his knowledge to kind of incorporate everything that he knows as technology advances into our Isagenix businesses. And it’s kind of funny, I’ve got to say Kevin. I had a wonderful experience last night on our product training — or a couple of nights ago on our product training. Someone asked what a podcast was so I know we’re going to get into that in just a second: you know, kind of maybe touch on that a little bit later on in the call but technology is fun and I love it. I’m really, really enjoying it. So with that, Kevin good morning and welcome to our call.

>> Kevin Gawthrope: Morning Kjersti, thanks so much for that great introduction. And I can’t tell you how excited we are about sharing these tools with everybody. Celebration was an amazing, amazing time for us. We had about I would say a personal touch point on this topic with about 1400 of our associates at Celebration. And we couldn’t — we wish we’d had more time to actually meet with more folks and give them the tools. And we are doing a few things in the near future to bring these tools out there to our associates where they are as well as doing things like this with a podcast and we’re going to have a lot more tutorials and walk throughs of the details. So anything that you hear today will be available on www.Isagenixuniversity.com in the coming days and over the next week including the presentation from Celebration that took place in early August. That is already live on the site. And we’ll have more calls to action at the end here of where to go and tips. So again, this call will be available on www.Isagenixpodcast.com the next couple of days. And you’ll be able to refer back to it as well as www.Isagenixuniversity.com.

>> Kjersti Cote: Nice, and I love that. I love the fact that we record all these calls, people — literally at people’s fingertips to listen, to reference to and of course - Kevin I know that you know this - the transcription being available to our associates later on where they can literally print off and read what you’re going to say today. But let’s — I’d like to just kind of start off by saying my mom - bless her heart - is not into technology. As a matter of fact, I think she’s got a phobia of technology. Her getting a cell phone and using the cell phone was like a huge leap for her [Laughter]. So when it comes to computers, internet, it still amazes her to sit in my office and watch me use Microsoft Word which is you know a very simple, easy to you program. But you know so there’s people on the line that may be the same as my mom: might be a little bit you know fearful of technology and incorporating into Isagenix. And I know that you and I had discussed this previous that we’re going really keep it to laymen terms today and really keep it simple and really kind of go you know in an order of A, B, C because we want to make sure that everybody on the line feels very comfortable, knows exactly what to do. Because quite frankly Kevin, would you not agree that the information that you’ll deliver today and this whole you know connecting into the social media thing can really, really enhance and take your business to a whole new level?

>> Kevin Gawthrope: Absolutely. You know, it’s all progressive knowledge and we know that everyone is starting sometimes at Ground Zero. And that’s okay because that’s technology and you build on what you learn. And what we’re going to do today is really kind of step through and do a little bit of social media 101 and try to create some analogies in the real world with conversations and meeting new people and just conversing and that’s sort of transitioned and transformed into this technology. And then obviously walking through and getting through the steps and how does it all integrate with the content and the tools and the information about our products and services that’s already out there, how these 2 worlds come together and really kind of deliver on the promise of how we’re really at the forefront of the intersection between social networking and network marketing. We’re doing it like no other company out there and I think that’s very exciting.

>> Kjersti Cote: I know and can you just kind of talk about that for a second because as far as we’re going it like no other company, I mean kind of paint the picture of how advanced Isagenix is versus other — just network marketing companies in general? I mean where are we at? Are we completely you know like years into the future of — you know compared to some other companies? I mean where are we at?

>> Kevin Gawthrope: No that’s a great question. I would say that we’re at — I would definitely think we’re above average if not you know at least maybe not the leading edge but cutting edge. At least within our own industry we are definitely at the forefront. I think we’re blazing a trail here. My feeling of what I’ve seen in some competitive analysis, there are some brands out there that do have a presence within this world of Twitter and Facebook. However, I think there’s still a hesitation of when are you able to put that best foot out there? And really what it comes down to and you’ll see this sort of weave into some of what we’re going to talk about today. It’s really less about these tools and I can’t stress that enough. It’s not necessarily about Twitter or Facebook. It’s about the communities and the connections that you’re making with these tools that regardless of what the tools are a year or 2 or 3 down the line, if these — the communities and the connections that you’re building will come with you regardless of what the tool is. You’re building an ecosystem around you and your personal brand and I can’t stress that enough. I mean we’ve seen it. We’ve seen it come over the past few years. So the folks who do know a little bit about this, you’ve seen it. We’ve had Friendster that evolved into My Space. And then My Space evolved in to Facebook. Now we live in this world where we have Facebook and Twitter and we’re going to talk about today how that — how they coexist. People were asking a lot during Celebration and since then “When do I use Twitter” and “Do I use one or the other? Is Twitter going to take over Facebook or vice versa?” And we’ve actually uncovered a very clean and simple way where the 2 coexist and it really gets into managing folks that are already in your ecosystem versus they’re not. But I think honestly, that there is no one out there coming at this the way we are and I’ll tell you why. It’s about compelling, relative content. And I would challenge any other company out there to be able to talk about their products and their services the way we can about ours. It’s about the stories and it’s about the technology behind what it is that we do. And that’s the game changer for us and that’s what puts us out there.

>> Kjersti Cote: I love that. That is powerful because if you really look at what Isagenix is, changing people’s lives, the stories that come out of people going on a simple 30-day program, mixed with a little bit of coaching which I know you’re going to give today on really how to take your presence on Twitter or how to take your presence on Facebook and what to say: a little bit of etiquette. And kind of moving forward with that. It can be incredibly effective so let’s get into it. I mean what is the Topic Number 1 that you’d like to lead us into this morning?

>> Kevin Gawthrope: Sure, I just want to basically start by saying how social media has transformed like I was saying earlier from some basic communications with technology that we’re actually very accustomed to and how it’s evolved to the state that we’re in. Because one of the things we pointed out in our video at Celebration and just to kind of set the stage here. Social media, you know being social is a part of human nature. You have conversations with people and it’s interesting because I just had a conversation with my father-in-law last night who’s visiting us from Colorado. And he was asking me — he’s pretty savvy when it comes to web. He knows how to operate his web browser and he surfs the web but he didn’t really know how to make that leap into “Why Twitter? Why Facebook?” And one of the things I always say is you know these technologies have been out there in different forms for awhile now. Email, you know which is the extension of sending out a handwritten letter in the past is a way of communicating. It’s a way of having a conversation. Email just helped close the gap on time and making it easy. Text messaging has also been out there for 10 years and that has been something where people are — it’s a one on one conversation. And just to kind of jump a little bit ahead and make an analogy here, text messaging is a one to one relationship. Twitter is almost like sending one text message and blasting it out to people who are following you. And we’ll come back to a few things of how Twitter’s analogies to the real world. But that’s just one little piece there that is — when you send a message update on a text message, you’re going to one-to-one person. But on Twitter, if you do that 140 characters, that goes out to your ecosystem and basically you’d be able to send one message out to hundreds of followers: potentially even thousands in some cases. So there’s a little bit of a power of like “Now I have a distribution channel for what’s on my mind.” And that will create some other things that are interesting. We’ll talk about real time search. We’ll talk about how people stumble across what you’re putting out there on Twitter a little later in the conversation. But to bring it back real life, again conversations: you go out to a dinner party or a community event. You know, you arrive and you have friends and there are people that you already know there or maybe not. Maybe you’re going to an event and you haven’t met anyone yet, but there’s like-minded individuals there. And you’re looking for conversations to take part it and mingle and discuss and this is a lot of — and that’s a real world example. But that’s basically what we’re doing here with social media. Now I tell people all the time, people ask “Why Twitter? Why Facebook?” A really good analogy that works out there is and that I think makes the most sense is you use Facebook to manage the people that you know, because more than likely because with you know 400 million active users now on Facebook, and with people spending 3 times more time on Facebook than on Google right now - which just came out this morning - there is somebody you know in your ecosystem in the real world: people that you know; friends, family, colleagues who are on Facebook. And that’s how you get introduced to Facebook. You know, your friends, your family, your colleagues, your coworkers, past classmates, community organizations, those types of things. Twitter is really to manage the people that you have not met yet; people that you don’t know. Now how would we put that in terms of sort of what we’re talking about today in sort of business training? Look at Facebook as your warm market and look at Twitter as your cold market. We’re going to come back to that in a little while about how to get people from that cold market to that warm market. But really the bare bones of what we’re talking about today is why Facebook and why Twitter and then how does this integrate into what we’re doing here at Isagenix? We’re going to connect those dots very soon. The story I want to share with you is about 2 years ago, I was where you are: not knowing what why Facebook and what the potential is here. And I was working at a second job at Apple Computer in the retail division because I love the buying process and I love how people make considerations on buying computers or you know just having that customer experience and being you know in there — in the customer experience is a big part of what we do. And I was talking to some colleagues, a lot of college students and Generation Y folks who are on Facebook. And at the time I said you know “Why do you use Facebook?” And I was talking to my friend Morgan and she said you know I’m just sick and tired of having a conversation with my friends’ answering machine or my friends’ voicemail. And what Facebook allows me to do is I can go in when it’s convenient for me, ad my status, what I’m doing, add some pictures, what I’ve been up to, my friend can do the same thing and all my friends can do the same thing and then that way I can check in on what they’re doing when it’s convenient for me and they can check in on what I’m doing when it’s convenient for them. That way when we do sync up either in the real world or on a phone call, you have plenty to talk about. It’s like you’ve always kept in touch. And at that moment I got it. It made perfect sense to me of what the power of Facebook is. It’s that asynchronous conversation to keep up with people that you know. And then we’ll also talk about how Twitter plays a role in this as well.

>> Kjersti Cote: Wow, I love this. This is so cool because I like how you just painted that picture of “I’m sick and tired of carrying on a conversation with my friend over her answering machine.” I think that is fabulous. I am you know a Facebook user and I agree because I’ve got — well through my Facebook I’ve got I don’t know, 700 friends. That’s a lot of friends. And some I know very well. Some I know very little, but to be able to stay in communication with all of those people would be near impossible. I don’t think I’d be able to actually work or take care of my family. [Laughter] So to be able to go on and make a statement and be like “Hey, you know here a little bit food for thought” or you know — like a couple of days ago my husband and I celebrated our 15th wedding anniversary so I posted it. And it was unreal how many people actually sent back a reply and commented on that and said “Oh my gosh, congratulations.” You know? And that’s cool to be able to do that to share you know or to kind of tap in and say “Hey everybody, update me what’s going on in your life,” I think is a lot of fun. And I’m very intrigued Kevin on what you just said about Facebook being your warm market and Twitter being your cold market because everybody on the line that’s a network marketer knows exactly what you’re talking about. So I just want to throw that in there.

>> Kevin Gawthrope: Great, great. Let’s take it a step further now. Let’s — we talked about you know individuals. But one of the things that we want people to do is we are out there on Facebook and Twitter. We’ve been out there now for over a year testing the waters and determining what the best content for us to put out there is as an entity so that we can sort of build a community in a different way because again this is a distribution channel for us as much as it is you. Our conversion point is to being these tools to you to help you grow your Isagenix business. That’s where we are successful and that’s why we want to make sure we’re constantly — we always test everything on ourselves first. And we need to really honestly and one of the analogies that I use, we need to eat our own dog food and we need to make sure that we’re putting the stuff out there, that we’re actually doing it ourselves. And so that’s a little bit of a term from one of my heroes Guy Kawasaki: he says that all the time and it’s true. When software development or other things like that, you need to be making sure you’re actually using what you’re talking about. So it’s another way of say practicing what you preach. Along those lines, we want to make sure everybody knows where we are on these sites - on Facebook and Twitter - because it helps tie the discussion together and a little of the tutorial. So if you are already on Facebook or if you choose to sign up, you want to go to www.Facebook.com/isagenix. It’s that simple. Again, all of these tutorials will be on www.Isagenixuniversity.com. You don’t need to take any notes right now. These are just to help the discussion along today. On Twitter, we’re on www.Twitter.com/Isagenixintl. The abbreviation for international. It’s all one word. Isagenixintl: after that Twitter.com. It’s also worth mentioning that all of our videos, all of our product videos that are now on our product pages of our site, all of our training videos that we do for Isagenix University, a lot of what we do with our new Transform your Life Video is also on our You Tube page which is also considered a social media site which is www.Youtube.com/isagenixvideos. And those videos can be shared on your Facebook page, on your Twitter page, on your blogs. We people to be out there and using this concept and we’re going to show you how all this content integrates. The nice thing about You Tube is that it allows you to share videos, compliant videos with you know anywhere you like on the web whether you have your own blog or your Facebook page. With one click it’s really easy to share. Everything we’re talking about today too worth mentioning is that we have new policies and procedures like we talked about in the intro here that are supporting internet marketing for our associates. And that’s something that we’re going to be basically putting out there very, very soon in a formalized manner than supports everything we’re talking about today. So we’re actually leading with the tools and how to use these tools, knowing and having the confidence that we actually have new sort of like an internet marketing Bill of Rights for our associates that support this thinking. And it gets into a lot of different details about blogs and blogging, search marketing as well as social media. So look for those very, very soon. That’s sort of the backbone and behind what we’re doing and it helps support the entire strategy we’re putting out there. So I just want to mention that as well. So that’s how to go ahead and sign up for Facebook and sign up for Twitter if you’re not already there, how to find us and when you do find us, be sure to hit that follow button on Twitter. That will allow you to receive all of the information we’re putting out there on a daily basis, all of our updates. We have lots of different news releases and we promote these podcasts on Twitter and it’s a steady stream of communication. So just like you’re keeping up with you friends on Facebook and Twitter, or like I said before the people that you know versus the people that you don’t, we’re one of those people that you know and you can keep up with our content as well. And on Facebook, once you go to www.Facebook.com/isagenix and you’re logged in, you just hit that Become a Fan button at the very top of the page and you will now receive all of our content on your wall on Facebook on a regular basis. Again, we’re putting out really compelling stories once or twice a day. We really try to keep the frequency at a level where it makes sense and it actually helps enhance the conversation. And we’re going to talk about that in a second.

>> Kjersti Cote: Cool. And the fact that you’re going to bring You Tube into this is really, really cool. So I’m taking some serious notes here. I hope everybody else is on the line as well but again we are recording this that you can find this call at a later time. So Kevin, go ahead and continue.

>> Kevin Gawthrope: Sure. A couple of things we want to make sure that are key take-a-ways today is in part of our overall philosophy: can’t stress enough that we know that conversations are taking place out there, you know in even the real world but also on these tools you know about health and wellness, about diet, about eating better, cleansing, whatever it may be. We want to be part of that conversation. We recognized this about a year and a half, 2 years ago. It’s not about people coming to your website and learning about everything they possibly need to know. The conversation about a particular company or brand or product is happening out in this ecosystem, outside of the website. People are making decisions in conversations and considerations about our brand without even — before they even go to our website or without even going to our website. So we need to make sure that we’re going out there where the conversations are taking place and that’s really what this is all about. One of the things that we talk about and why these tools are so important, we talk about now how do these things get integrated? Well, we want to make sure that everybody knows that they have their replicated website which is just a general Isagenix website. One of the things we’ve found is that not everyone knows they have one. When they become an associate with Isagenix, you have a retail website that allows you to sell retail product, inform people who want to know more about the product, learn more about our success stories and also be able to sign them up and save for wholesale pricing. That can be done only from your personalized Isagenix website that we create for you. What we’ve done is we’ve taken everything a step further with the content on these pages. So if you have a Twitter account or if you have a Facebook account, you can go to any one of your pages on our site, on your site, on your replicated website — so for example, I’ll use myself as an example. Let’s just say we have you know www.kevin.isagenix.com because I’m an associate. I’m not truly one but I’m just using that as an example. So it would be out there. So www.Johnsmith.isagenix.com. Go to any page on John Smith’s site, one of our product pages for example, one of our success stories, even the video page, any page on our site can be actually be — content from that page can be shared on these social media tools. So we’ll use the cleanse page for example: so www.Johnsmith.isagenix.com, navigate to — go to your cleanse page on your site and you’ll see across the top of every single page on your replicated site, there’s a share toolbar. Now share toolbar has a number of things. It has an easy way to print the page using our print styles so it’s a clean print of the page. You can email this page to anyone that you like using your general email client. More importantly, you can click on the Facebook or Twitter icons. When you click on the Facebook icon what happens is it actually scrapes the information from that page, puts a thumbnail within Facebook, it jumps you over to the Facebook site. It adds a thumbnail from that page and if there’s more than one image on the page, you can actually use the little arrows to cycle through. You can actually get the title of the page, a link back to your page on the site and basically the product information. And with one click on that Facebook page, on that little interstitial page you’ll see into the page that carries that information over, you’re sharing that content on your Facebook page just like if you did a status update. So whether you said “Hey I’m going to the grocery store today and then bowling later” or you’ve actually clicked in this icon on your replicated website and hit Share, you’ve updated something on your Facebook page that your friends are seeing. Now let’s say for example they want to now take it to the next step and read more about this. They’ll click on that link. It takes them back to your replicated website - not our site but yours - and now possibly can convert a sale or more information or even possibly sign them up and save. And now you’re driving incremental traffic, unique incremental traffic from your Facebook ecosystem back to your replicated site when they may not have even known about it in the first place. Similarly, you can do the same thing with Twitter. We’ve already preprogrammed all this for you. Again, you’re not writing any copy here. With one click, we make sure that it takes the information from the page and we do something along the lines of “learn more about IsaLean shakes at Isagenix.” And there’s a tiny URL which is a masked URL but it goes back to your page, not ours, but yours. And it has a little tag for Isagenix so if anybody’s searching on Isagenix, this will come up in their search within Twitter. And we’ll talk about the power of that in a second. But now 2 ways with one click from your site, now driving incremental traffic from the friends and people who are following you on Twitter back to your Isagenix website. So again, that’s why it’s so important to be out there building your number of followers on Twitter and your friends within Facebook.

>> Kjersti Cote: Very cool. Very cool. And I’m actually on my website right now Kevin just to kind of go through. One of the things that I thought was a really cool thing to post on Twitter or through Facebook is if you go to the front end of your website and you — there’s 5 choices. There’s products, opportunities, community, company and Isa Videos. If you go to company and you kind of scroll down, you know there’s a little option in the drop-down box that says press release. There is a plethora of articles that talk about Isagenix is named as one of the fastest growing companies, all the way from read about Isagenix in U.S.A. today. I mean these are really cool things where Isagenix has been publicized whether it’s you know in you know on TV or in newsprint or something like that, that would be fun to post on your website. That and one other thing that came to mind Kevin and maybe you can kind of expand upon this a little bit is Angela Lovelace, I mean her story is absolutely phenomenal. I mean she is a down syndrome young lady is 18 years old and prior to Isagenix you know was really living a life that was — she was unhealthy, she was overweight, she could not read, there were many things that her and her family were dealing with and she chose — she was very curious as her daddy was blending Isagenix shakes up in the kitchen every morning. Asked her daddy, you know “I want one.” And from that it completely transformed her and she is witty, smart, she’s now reading. I mean it’s just totally amazing the transformation. To be able to share that through Facebook or Twitter, how would someone go about doing that?

>> Kevin Gawthrope: That’s a great point and it’s sort of an extension of what we were just talking about. You know, Angela’s story is wonderful and we have wonderful success stories across our entire site which can be shared the same way we just described on Facebook and Twitter. Let’s take it to the next step up here because these stories do fall into that. They’re part of our sort of our news feed and what we’re putting out there because one thing we’ve seen evolve over time now like Angela’s story and all of our success stories and other press releases like you mentioned, is we have a real communications team here and sort of I kind of call it the “Where CNN.com meet’s Isagenix.” And that’s in the form of our Isagenix Newsroom Blog site that we have out there now. That’s a publicly facing site. And that site again is www.Isagenixnews.com. You can also type in www.Isagenixnewsroom.com. That will work as well. And that is a daily updatable site. That’s a blog that our communication team puts our there and it has all of these wonderful stories out there. Now what’s great about this is 2 things. Number 1 is we tie our Facebook presence - Isagenix corporate Facebook presence - to this page so that when you do follow us on Twitter or you are a fan of us on Facebook, you will see these stories come in automatically on your wall as we’re updating them here. We update a story, about 2 hours later it automatically appears on Facebook and on Twitter. It’s a set it and forget it type of situation. You can now also do that for yourselves. Now here’s an example I want to give. There are going to be steps in the back office. I should say when you go to www.Isagenixuniversity.com there will be a way to show you the steps of adding this content for yourself on your Facebook and Facebook page so we’re not going to spend a lot of time going through the actual step details here. But the philosophy is, is that how great would it be to be able to take that information from this website and have it look like it’s coming from you because you are an Isagenix associate and share that with friends on Facebook? Now the power of this is, we’ve talked about how to add content from your replicated website using our share bookmarks with Facebook and Twitter and we’ve also — and we’ll show you on www.Isagenixuniversity.com how to add the blog feed using RSS - RSS stands for really simple syndication - and basically with about 2 to 3 steps adding that URL from www.Isagenixnewsroom.com to your Facebook page you are now looking like an expert and using our content and leveraging all the content that we provide you with, with your replicated site and this blog, on Facebook to the people who want to learn more about you. So here’s an example. You’ve been talking to someone out there — and this is where it all comes back to the real world because again people do want to pick up the phone, people do want to meet person in person. And that’s the power of all this. You know, way back in the day the web - when I say way back in the day, this has only been about 15 years - but in the web that’s sort of like dog years. Everything happens so fast. But basically people do want to have that person-to-person communication. And when the web first came out, it was about connecting people with information. Well the web now is much more about connecting people with people. And this is what this technology is all about. So at the end of the day, here’s an example. You’re at a community event and you haven’t seen somebody in a long, long time. This is a friend of yours in the real world: you haven’t talked to Mary Jo in about 5 years. Mary Jo sees you and says, “Oh wow, you look great. You’ve lost so much weight. How did you do that?” Well you know I’ve been doing a lot of things and try this product Isagenix. And you could be kind of a quiet seller or you could just be all about Isagenix. We’re all very excited about our products. Well you know follow me on Facebook. Or you’re having this conversation even in a virtual sense on Facebook because you’re joined groups, you’ve joined forums that talk about weight loss and eating better and those types of things. Well here’s an extension of that conversation. So they want to know more about you. They go to your Facebook page. They hit you know I want to be a friend of this person. And you accept that friend and then immediately they see all of this content once they go to your page that you’re putting out there about our products, our success stories, our videos. And then also woven in with that whether it be our Isagenix news blog or we also have a health blog as well which is www.Isagenixhealth.net that also can be tied to your Facebook page. And see, all of this nutritional information about our products. Out of the gate you immediately look like an expert — and you haven’t written one word. Because there’s a lot of people out there who aren’t copywriters or they’re not journalists. And that’s the power of these tools. We quietly introduce these products into the conversations simply because we know you’re having these conversations out there. It’s not a hard sell. If you’re having another conversation or you’re at a party or something like that and you’re talking about the baseball game last night, the last thing you want to do is [inaudible] run into the middle of the conversation and say “Hey, buy a shake!” It’s not about that. It’s about contributing to the conversation that you’re already having. And this is where by adding this content and these people learn more about you. You’re quietly introducing our products into your conversations.

>> Kjersti Cote: I think it’s brilliant. Absolutely brilliant.

>> Kevin Gawthrope: One last little piece I want to share with everybody is how Twitter ties into this. We talked about earlier in the conversation that you know you use Facebook to manage the people that you know. And the extension of that is you’re on Facebook because somebody you know in the real world - friend, colleague, family - you know said “You should be on Facebook.” Twitter’s a different paradigm because not all those people may not be on Twitter but it’s important to be there and to put this content out there and share this content from your replicated site there as well. Because if you are doing status updates which is really what Twitter is. It’s just a simple status update from Facebook if you are familiar with Facebook. You’re constantly putting out information. And Twitter is evolving beyond “Hey my cat just rolled over.” You know, people are actually putting more compelling content out there now than just that. And you’re putting out amazing content using these tools that we’re giving you today. Here’s where we talk about the cold markets or the warm market. The power of Twitter is this. If somebody comes upon Twitter and if you even look at their homepage now they’ve actually redesigned it a little bit to make it look more like a search engine. The power of Twitter is real time search. If you want to see what people are talking about right now, you’ll put in a topic and learn more about that. It’s where people find breaking news now. It’s where people find things going on you know in the world. Maybe — one of the things it’s a big thing for is unfortunately celebrities that have passed this year. It’s been a big trend there. But there’s all different ways to get the latest and greatest information before the 6 o’clock news, before you can come home and watch the 9 or 10 o’clock or 11 o’clock news. So you’re putting out their content — you’re putting content. Now one of the things you want to do is you want to search on things that you enjoy on Twitter. This is how you’re going to find people that you want to follow. So if it’s photography for example - and this is going back to my conversation with my father-in-law last night - put terms up there that you enjoy. You’ll find people who think the same way as you or I should say are sharing information or status updates on what they like to do. You start following them. Well then chances are if they learn more about you, they’ll follow you back and now you’re building an ecosystem. You want to make sure you’re putting this content from Isagenix what your replicated site out there. And the reason why is if people come across just like if you’ve just typed in a term that you’re interested in, there’s going to be people out there who are interested in cleansing or in weight loss or a nutritional shake, that happens. They’ll put that term in and you want to make sure you come up in that real time search, that you become a result, a relevant result in their search. And what happens is when they see you start talking about cleanse or shake or this information that you’re putting out there and they want to learn more about it, they’re going to learn more about you. They’re going to follow you and you’re going to follow them back. And you may even get into a conversation because there’s ways to do direct messaging and replies to each other via Twitter. Now again, this is all within your cold market like we talked about. And here’s the best part, they want to learn more about you, the best thing to do? Well learn more about me on my Facebook page. Now what’s happened is they come now, they go to your Facebook page and see even more content that you’re putting out there that we’re writing for you. They become a friend. You accept them as a friend. And what you’ve just done now is you’ve converted somebody from your cold market to your warm market. They’re now from the person that you didn’t know, and now they’re the person that you know because they stumbled across you because you were putting content out there that was relevant to them. And that’s probably the last piece I’ll give you today as far as the conversion points here. There’s a lot more coming. There’s a lot more on www.Isagenixuniversity.com, but that’s one little snippet of how this whole world comes together and delivering on the promise and why we’re out there doing things in the way other companies are not. It’s about our stories. It’s about our products. It’s about what we can talk about them. And we’re giving you that compelling content to be successful and to use social media to grow your Isagenix business.

>> Kjersti Cote: Nice, I love it. I love it. And you’ve been so thorough: everything’s been simply put for everybody, very easy to follow. And we are looking forward to seeing more enhancements to the education on the website: www.Isagenixuniversity.com. That’s going to be fun. And so anything else? Anything else that you want to share with everybody listening in for closing?

>> Kevin Gawthrope: No, I think that that’s a good amount for today. Of course I could go much deeper and much more technical. I think what might be nice is we hopefully can come back and do more once this content is out there. There is a lot more coming. A couple of things I do want to mention are the types of training tools that will be on www.Isagenixuniversity.com. We have one that’s basically how to sign up for Twitter and follow us on Isagenix. How to sign up for Facebook and become a fan of us. We have another one that we’ve just finished that is adding the content from your replicated site on Facebook and Twitter. And these are just 3 or 4 easy steps. And you’ll see it. These are about 2 minute videos: maybe 2 and a half minutes. They’re not long. They’re very simple and they walk through. And what’s nice about them is you can watch them over and over again, slow them down, speed them up, whatever you like. We have another one that talks about what I was mentioning earlier about adding an RSS feed. That really simple syndication feed from one of our blogs onto your Facebook page. And what that does is it’s a set it and forget it type of mentality, where once you do it once every single time we update a story on our blog, it comes along for the ride on your page so you never — and then 2 hours later it shows up on your page and anybody who is following you will see that as well. So anybody who’s a friend of yours will see that but you can also share that story to individuals using your share toolbar within Facebook as well. We have another one that teaches you how to embed videos from You Tube onto your Facebook page or your blog. And we’ll talk about blogs and blogging probably in the next month. We’re going to have even more advanced tools on www.Isagenixuniversity.com. I talk about search marketing, building non-replicated websites, building your own websites and also sort of the dos and don’ts and policies and procedures there as well. But we are opening that world up a lot more. So this is really, really exciting stuff happening.

>> Kjersti Cote: I can’t wait. So we need to get you scheduled for another call in the future like you know maybe the end of October or something like that because this is just absolutely amazing. And I think that you know obviously the how-to’s are very important and I think that it helps too for those who are internet savvy they’re going to eat it up and for those that maybe have slight you know fear of what’s going on to get the instructions to be able to you know take advantage of it just as everybody else. I think it’s fantastic. So Kevin you’ve been amazing. Thank you so much for being on the call this morning and imparting so much knowledge and information to us. We appreciate you and your team: your brilliant team. All that you’ve done. I absolutely love the website: the www.Isagenix.com website. Everything that you guys have done and all that you’ve created for us to be able to build our businesses worldwide on the net, it’s just — it’s phenomenal. So thank you very, very much for all that you do.

>> Kevin Gawthrope: Well thank you for having me and it’s been a pleasure. And there’s one more thing I do want to mention and for any of our Canadian associates that are on the call right now, we are going to be doing social media breakout sessions at Isagenix University in Toronto which I believe is going to be October 2nd, 3rd and 4th. I believe I have those dates right. So make sure if you are coming out for the Isagenix University in Toronto, please tell others because we will be doing some of these breakout sessions. It will be a little bit more in depth and visual that what we described today. And we also have one-on-one training there as well if you want to take a 15 minute break and you’re kind of taking a breather, get some fresh air, we will have a table set up there for any — answer some quick questions. We will be there the entire weekend and we’re real excited about that. And we also are working on coming out to more events as well and also some one off travels as well. But stay tuned for more on that as well. We’re working on that right now. We want to bring this to as many people as possible. These tools are so important and we really think that this is going to move the needle not only for our overall business but more importantly for individuals growing their Isagenix business. We want to make sure we’re bringing these tools out there and making them easy to use.

>> Kjersti Cote: Very good. Wonderful, well we’re looking forward to all of the knowledge and education as it unfolds. It’s going to be great. Alright well thanks again Kevin for being with us and I just want to thank everybody for listening in and to remind everybody as Kevin and I have mentioned throughout the call that this call has been recorded. It will be posted on the www.Isagenixpodcast.com website. Phenomenal website. And so that you can reference to it at a later time. And don’t forget that we do have a transcriptionist that transcribes all of these calls so that you may view everything you know for your reading pleasure. Print it off. File it you know wherever you like and we just again we appreciate your time. Go out and have an amazing rest of the weekend. We’ll meet everyone back here next week on the 22nd of September where we will have some phenomenal guests on the call. And as a matter of fact, it’s funny Kevin you mentioned the Gen XY and being able to work with them you know when you were working with Apple so that’s actually going to be our featured guests for next Tuesday on the 22nd at 6:30 Pacific time for our Real People - Real Results call. They’re going to come on and kind of share you know how do they view Isagenix? What is there story? How did they get involved? So if there’s anybody that you know that is you know in their you know early 20s, mid 20s, late 20s get them on this call and have them hear the stories. Other than that again have a wonderful weekend everybody. Take care. Bye, bye Kevin. Bye, bye everyone.
