>> Well good morning everyone and welcome to our Saturday morning business training with Isagenix. It’s a pleasure having you with us all. And for those of you on the east coast, good afternoon.

We are very excited to have you all on. This morning’s call is going to be a very informative call packed with all of the information, all of the nuggets from Celebration last weekend and here with us this morning is Chet Seely. He is our Vice President of Field Development. I am very excited to have Chet on. Actually I got to meet Chet face to face at the annual celebration and what an amazing guy. I just got to tell everybody if you haven’t met him yet, we just had an amazing addition to our corporate team. He comes to the table with a ton of experience when it comes to helping to guide and direct this company. And of course help you all out in the field get the very best in the near future.

So let me tell you just a little bit about Chet. He’s been in direct sales for goodness about a decade and a half - since 1995 - where he has enjoyed building organizations as an independent associate or representative just like all of us out in the field. And also has held several corporate positions. Obviously, he’s been very, very successful bringing his experience into that corporate side. Before joining Isagenix, Chet let a sales force of hundred thousand as Senior Vice President of Global Sales Marketing and Events. Prior to that, Chet was Vice President of International for a direct sales company living and working in Seoul in Tokyo for about 5 years. He earned his MBA from Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana. He’s married. He has 4 children which we all saw a picture of all 4 of his children. They are so beautiful. Their ages are from 7 to 12: that’s the range.

The youngest of whom he and his wife Rebecca adopted while living in Seoul, Korea. He enjoys a very active lifestyle, especially working out and playing tennis which I know he’s passing all of that good stuff onto his children. But it’s definitely like I said, a pleasure having him as a part of our corporate team now. He was up on stage sharing some of the amazing things that you’ll hear this morning and we’re just grateful for you Chet for all that you’ve done so far. And by the way everyone, Chet’s been with Isagenix just for a couple months now and he’s been able to do so much in that short period of time. So good morning Chet and welcome to The Call.

>> Chet Seely: Good morning, Kjersti. Thanks for having me on The Call. And thanks to everybody all over the United States and Canada and I know we have some people from international locations that are actually calling in today. So welcome to Isagenix all around the world. We’re excited to have you and want to extend a warm welcome. You know, this was my first Celebration that I’ve ever attended at Isagenix. You know, I’ve done a lot of these conventions before and had the chance to visit and speak and really mingle with a lot of great people in the past. I was with a really, really small company. You might have heard of it. I can’t tell you the name of the company but I’ll tell you this company sold Melaleuca Oil just if you happen to know any of the companies that sell Melaleuca Oil.

>> Chet Seely: Then you might like connect the dots on who I was with for the last 15 years but it was a fantastic experience and a fantastic training ground and I really loved the experience, but I had a chance to meet Jim and Cathy not too long ago and we actually met in December. Just because you’re on this call this morning I want to share with you just a little bit of the personal side of the business. But I met with them in December and I had a chance to kind of see who they are, what makes them tick and I took it slow. We took several months to you know get to know each other and make sure it was a good fit because I think it’s important that I respect — first of all that I know the culture of Isagenix and second of all that I’m able to respect that you know on a personal level. And I found at Isagenix is a company of integrity. They’re a company of passion. They’re a company of hard work and service to one another. And all of those values lined up very, very well with who I am and where I want my career to go and really who I want to spend my time with.

So I was so excited to join Isagenix here a couple months ago and be able to meet all of you and of course Celebration was a great chance to extend the number of people that I’m able to get to know and so I appreciate the very, very warm welcome from all of you and look forward to working with you in the future and build a multi billion dollar company. And that’s what I want to talk to you a little bit about today. I know about the jump from say 200 million, 300 million dollars because that’s where I was when I joined the Melaleuca Oil Company. We made the jump to you know, a billion plus. And so making that transition, helping the company go through that and keeping the culture in tact and keeping all of the key pieces of the company that we all love, keeping those pieces sacred and special is really kind of my expertise and I love growing the company and making that happen. I wanted to just share with you a little bit about Jim and Cathy and what — you know, we’re going to cover a lot of announcements today but the first one I just want to spend a minute on and share with you some context around.

At the very beginning of Celebration, Jim came out and he announced a succession plan. And you know, we made the announcement. We moved over it pretty quick and there were so many other announcements that I haven’t heard a lot of people talking about that succession plan after Celebration, so I wanted to share with you what I think that means. Now if you’ve been in the industry for a little while you know that a succession plan allows you to will your business to your children, your spouse, your significant other, your partner. And this is a significant step forward for any direct sales company. It costs a lot of money if you allow people to will their business. You know, there’s a long term, very large investment that you have to make in people if you’re going to do that. But I think it tells you or should tell you where Jim and Cathy’s head and heart are. They’re not looking to build a business for you know the next 1 year, 2 years, 5, 10 years or even our lifetime. You know, a lot of businesses would just love to last a lifetime. Jim and Cathy have already put the pieces in place and are thinking in terms of multiple lifetimes in terms of building this business. So I just want you to understand where their head and their heart are. And I think it tells you a little bit about their focus and the time and the passion that they’re going to be putting into this business. They’re building a business to last multiple lifetimes, and that tells you that they’re people of passion. They’re a people of leadership.

They’re a people of vision. And I respect that about Jim and Cathy. And it’s a very expensive announcement that Jim made at the very top of — to mention. But it’s one that I don’t think we’ve spent enough time on. So when you have a second later you might want to shoot Jim and Cathy a quick note, a quick email and just tell them what you thought of Celebration. If you weren’t there, you might want to just shoot them a quick note anyway and tell them that you — thank you for their vision and their service because I think some of these announcements that they made there are very, very significant and we moved over them so quickly that I just — I want you to I guess understand the heart and the passion and the intent behind the announcements because I think it speaks volumes for both where this company is going and just as importantly who Jim and Cathy are. So I just wanted to share that on the top of the call. And Kjersti I’ll just into the announcements today.

We’ve got in addition to the succession plan, we have a number of exciting announcements and I wanted to go over those with you today. First of all, if you were at Celebration you know that Kevin Adams came out and he announced a new insurance program. If you want to go in the back office you can get all the details on the insurance plan, but health insurance in our industry for independent associates - if you’ve ever been in that position, which I am - you know that health insurance is the name of the game. And you can pay you know on the low end you can pay 700 dollars a month: on the high end you can pay about 1200 dollars a month for your health insurance. Of course you can get those little cheap prescription discount cards and those things are all available but that’s not real health insurance, right? Real health insurance is going to cost you between 700 and 1200 dollars a month depending on the size of your family and your circumstance. Well, Isagenix just rolled out health insurance for our associates. We are the first company that I know of in this industry to have health insurance for their independent associates. And there’s no other company that does anything like this. So if I were you, I’d be going and talking to everybody in this industry and telling them, “Do you know we have health insurance? You know, you might have a prescription discount card but we have honest to goodness health insurance and we just rolled it out for amazing prices.” Go to the back office and check out the prices sheets based on your individual circumstance, but let me share with you a couple friends. I actually ran into a friend from college. He was attending Celebration. I didn’t know he was going to be there. He didn’t even know I’d joined the company.

So we kind of had a chance to say hi to each other after Celebration and I also ran into a girl that I knew in high school. And it was great to talk with both of these old friends, both of whom I didn’t know were even enrolled in Isagenix but both of these guys have health insurance that they’re currently paying for. One is paying 1250 dollars a month I think he said, and the other is paying 800 a month for her health insurance for her family. And the comment from both of them was very, very similar. The comment was something to the effect of, “We just got a thousand dollar pay raise” because of in the case of the gal from high school a 600 dollar pay raise “because we are going to pay so much less for our health insurance now than we were before.” Guys for most of you on this call, you’re health insurance with Isagenix is going to cost you 200 dollars. So you know that’s going to vary by person, by circumstance so make sure you go with the back office and check out all the details, but unbelievable rates. And we’re the first company - to my knowledge the only company - in the industry that offers real bonafide health insurance for our independent associates so another industry first and an exciting announcement that I appreciate Kevin sharing with all of us there. So it would be really - I think in the next month - something for you to focus on. In order to qualify to get on the health insurance - you don’t just put down your 200 dollars - you actually have to kind of be part of the Isagenix family. And well what do we mean by that? You have to have cycled once in the last 6 months.

So we went back to February 2nd and we said, “Okay, we’re going to pull together a group of people who have cycled 1 or more times since February 2nd up through the end of August. And those are going to be able to be eligible for this health insurance benefit.” So the call to action’s very, very simple. If you haven’t cycled - I’m sure everybody on this call has - but if you haven’t cycled since February 2nd, or people in the organization haven’t, you really need to get the message out and they’ve got to do it before the end of August. And the reason we have that cycle requirement in there, it helps us to keep kind of the group of people that are insured really close to the best. This is literally funded by Isagenix and so we want to make sure that we’re got people that are healthy, who are using our products. We know if they’re using our products they’re going to be healthy and we know they’re part of the Isagenix family. So the more healthy we are, the more reasonable those rates can be for all of us. And of course Isagenix is subsidizing this so it keeps our cost down as well so we encourage you to use our products and cycle and join us in the health insurance program, especially in the United States: not so much for our Canadian friends because they have a great system that’s working well for them. But in the United States we’re really in sort of a health care, health insurance crisis right now and this is — to be in the state of a crisis and to meet the crisis head on with a solution this great, is just tremendous and I don’t know any other company that’s doing anything like this. So it’s great to be part of Isagenix and it’s great to have this announcement to share with you. Next, let me jump to the third announcement.

Jim Coover announced a 1 point 2 million dollar pool. Now if you were watching the presentation you might have said, “Oh my goodness! How am I going to earn those points?” Let me make it really, really easy for you today. Bottom line, we are going to share a million dollars with everybody on this call and with whoever else wants to be in the pool. I don’t know another company that just a million dollar pool announcement but I think that might be just Isagenix doing that too. But it’s very, very simple how you get in the pool and you can definitely earn more than your fair share in this pool if you just jot down a couple notes today. So first of all, it takes 1500 points - that’s 1 thousand 5 hundred points - in order to participate, to be able to get in the pool. And that may sound like a lot of points but let me tell you how you earn points. First of all, you earn 1 point for every personally enrolled associate who places an autoship order of 100 bb or more. So let’s say you enroll someone here in the month of August and they had 2 autoships that spooled here in the month of August of a 100 bb or more of each order, then you would receive 2 points for that 1 enrollee who had you know, 2 autoship orders actually spool and send out. So and as long as that person stays active, they’re going to continue to order in September, they’re going to order in October so you could continue to receive points for that 1 enrollee over the next 5 months: the duration of this contest is 5 months. So your 1 enrollee can count for you many, many times but here again the secret then, whatever you do in the month of August, the month of September, the month of October, the earlier you do it, the more times the points will accrue because they’ll have orders in upcoming months. So once again, August then becomes a critical month to kind of get your pool bonus participation started.

So, 1 point for every personally enrolled associate that you enroll, but you also earn 3 points for every personally enrolled associate who advances in rank. So this could be somebody that becomes a consultant for example. That’s a rank advancement So, if you have someone who’s an associate, maybe they only have 1 on the left right now. They need one on the right. Okay, they go out and get their 1 on the right. They become a consultant rather, you now earn 3 points for that new consultant rank advancement. And the best part about the rank advancement points - the 3 points - these do not need to be from new enrollees. So let’s say that you have people all over in the organization, let’s say you’ve been working in the business for the last 5 years and you have a lot of enrollees: 50, 70, 100, 150 enrollees right now in your business. You can go out and help those people that are already enrolled. They can advance in rank and you’ll still earn points. So you earn points for rank advancements on new enrollees who advance but also existing associates who advance in rank. And then what we do is we take the number of autoship orders and we take the number of rank advancements and then that equals your total points. So let’s say you had you know 10 autoship orders that shipped this month and 2 rank advancements which is a total of 6 points then because each one of those are worth 3, right. So you would take 10 times 6, you got 60 points this month. That continues month after month after month. And we’re just going to take all of your autoship orders, all of your rank advancements and multiply them together and that gives you your total points. Let me just give you a feel for how easy this is.

If you were to go out this month and you were to enroll 2 associates - 2 new associates - and then you helped 2 people advance in rank: let’s say consultant or above. And you continued to do that every single month for the next 5 months: 2 new associates, 2 new rank advancements and they continued to order. You know, your new associates would have to keep ordering for the duration of the contest. But if you did that - 2 and 2 - then you would have 1800 point before the end of the contest. So you can see, 1500 points is not going to be hard. If you do 2 and 2 and you get 1800 points. The key here is consistency. If you start now, you start early, and you’re just consistently going about building a business and then you’re consistently enrolling new associates and helping people advance to consultant or higher, you’re going to be in the million dollar pool. It’s very, very doable for everybody on this call. So I want to encourage you to go out and get your part of the million dollars. Now we probably have some people on the call that are saying, “Okay, that’s good. We want to be in the pool but I want to make sure I get a set amount of money” because you know, you might have 10 people in the pool, you might have 20 people in the pool and of course the value would vary depending on how many people got in that pool. Well you can set your sites on a really high goal here. If you’re in the top 5 of this pool, we’re going to send you on a Mediterranean cruise with Jim and Cathy Coover. The Mediterranean cruise is a 20 thousand dollar cruise. So you can put 20 thousand dollars in your pocket or save yourself 20 thousand dollars I guess and go with Jim and Cathy on the Mediterranean cruise.

So I wanted to make that available to everybody on the call. But in addition to that, the top 3 businesses in this pool, they earn a 1 time incremental bonus - so this is on top of the million dollars whatever they would earn in the million dollar pool - they would earn, the third place would earn an additional 40 thousand dollars, second place would win an additional 60 thousand dollars and first place is going to earn an incremental additional 100 thousand dollars. So bottom line, we’re going to be giving away a lot of money at Top Achievers. If you plan on being there, it’s going to be an exciting meeting and you know we ran the numbers and if we would have done this last 6 months, there would have been some people that earned 50 thousand dollar checks had we had this contest in place the last 6 months. So very, very exciting time for all of us and I think there’s going to be a lot of great checks for people that are going out and participating in the pool. It’s something you really are going to want to pay attention to. Next, we had this great idea. We said, “Okay, in addition to the 5 Mediterranean cruise winners from the pool and in addition to the announcement that we made last December - who several people are on track to earn the Mediterranean cruise by increasing their cycles by the criteria that we announced the end of December of last year - we also wanted to open up the Mediterranean cruise to a few more people. So we came up with this idea to — let’s ask people to increase their weekly cycles by 75 for 2 consecutive weeks in order to qualify for a free spot on the cruise for themselves and spouse or significant other or partner. And so we had this all planned out. We did all the — you know, I don’t want to bother you with all the details but when we do these we have to look at the numbers, make sure they all make sense and we have to make sure we’re not giving away the golden goose here. But it was going to be expensive but it was going to doable if we did that. Well, Jim Coover got up on stage and - bless his heart - he decided to make it a little bit easier for everybody. The number we had set going into Celebration was 75.

If you increased 75 cycles for 2 consecutive weeks during the money you’re on the cruise. And that’s available to everybody. Well what Jim did, he got up onstage and said “You know, let’s really go for it here.” And he opened it up to everybody if you increase by 50 - 5, 0 - for 2 consecutive weeks you qualify for a free spot on the cruise for you and your spouse or partner. So very, very exciting announcement and much more doable — much more expensive by the way. They’re going to spend a lot of money on this but very exciting for everybody out there. And I think we’re going to have a really exciting cruise in the Spring of 2010 with a lot of people on it. So all you have to do, let’s say you’re at 150 cycles right now. You need to take it up to 200 and you need to hold it there for 2 consecutive weeks sometime between now and the end of the year. And you’re on the cruise.

It’s that easy. So I know it’s a lot of work to increase by 50 cycles but we have several people do that all the time so we know that this will happen for many, many businesses and we’re excited for you and excited to welcome you on the 20 thousand dollar cruise with Jim and Cathy Coover. Probably the most exciting part about the cruise for me is the chance to network with them, the chance to spend time with some of the top business builders. So let’s say you’re new to the business, this would be something that you’d want to, to really set your sights on and to plan on being on the cruise. And my favorite part about the cruise contest, it’s not a competition between you and somebody else. It’s just a conversation with yourself in the mirror and those are my favorite kind of contests when I’m competing against myself when I can look at myself in the mirror and say, “You know what? I’m going to go for this.” Because once I set my sights on it, I think you’re like me, once you set your sights on something you’re going to go for it. And this is something that you’re not competing with against somebody else so it’s all the more doable. Next, we announced - Cathy actually announced - some exciting new rank advancement bonuses at Celebration. Now you’re going to want to pay attention to these because these are all brand new money and I’m going to give you a couple of hints here at the end that will show you just how ridiculous the new money really is. Okay, so for new consultants we’re going to give you a 50 dollar bonus. For new Star Consultants we’re going to give you a 500 dollar bonus. Crystal Executives, we’re going to give you an incremental 1500 dollars. Executives an additional thousand dollars for advancing to Executive. For 1 Star Golden Circles an additional 1 thousand dollars.

Two Star Golden Circles 2 thousand dollars and for Three Star Golden Circles, 3 thousand dollars. So a lot of new money and just for advancing in rank. Something we have never had before and I think we’re going to have a lot of people obviously looking at the rank advancement opportunity right now. But let me tell you just how easy this is, okay? Let’s — and this will show you also how this works. Let’s say that there was an associate named Sue and she was a Two Star Golden Circle prior to February 2nd. Now why does February 2nd matter? Well what we did, we went back and we said “Okay, February 2nd is the benchmark.” Whatever your highest status was after February 2nd, that’s your benchmark status. All you have to do is advance past your benchmark status so it doesn’t even have to be your recognition rank. You just have to advance past your benchmark status and then you’re going to be paid these rank advancement bonuses. So once again, Sue was a Two Star Golden Circle prior to February 2nd and then on February 10th — or prior to February 2nd. February 10th, then she was a One Star Golden Circle and she has 15 cycles. All Sue has to do is increase her cycles by 5 and become obviously a paid executive to become a Two Star Golden Circle again and at that point she’s going to receive how much? She’s going to receive 2 thousand dollars for a rank advancement to a Two Star Golden Circle. So it’s not even her high rank - her high rank in this case was the Two Star Golden Circle - she’s not having to advance to a new high rank which in this case would be Three Star. She just has to advance past the benchmark status which was the high status from February 2nd to the point where we started this contest. That becomes your benchmark rate. As long as you advance 1 or more levels above that, we’re going to pay you the rank advancement bonuses. So I imagine there’s going to be a lot of people out there who are increasing their cycles by 5, 6, 7, 8 and they’re going to be you know paid a lot of extra money that they wouldn’t have been paid before. So of course in this example if Sue went past the Two Star and she went up to Three Star, she’d be paid 3 thousand dollars. Now the only important thing to note here, if you’ve been paid the Executive or Consultant Bonuses, those bonuses are not paid out again. So let’s say that Sue had fallen back from Two Star Golden Circle back to One Star Silver. Well if she were to go back up to Two Star Golden, she would qualify for the Two Star Golden 2 thousand dollars, but she wouldn’t be paid the Executive Bonus because that’s — once an exec, always an exec so that’s just something for your to note. That part of the bonus doesn’t pay out. Make sure you look at the cycle count because that’s what you’re going to want drive. That’s where this rank advancement bonuses pay out so make — keep your eye on the cycle count because that’s the key indicator that will determine whether or not you’re paid. Next and finally, I’m running out of breath Kjersti.

This is a lot of exciting stuff. But we had — I had the chance to talk about some autoship rewards and I know — I just want to thank everybody that was a part of this effort. Rick Despain, David Wood, Liz Harvey, Kevin Adams, of course Jim and Cathy Coover: there was a lot of people that went into this and really there’s been an ongoing discussion with the Field Advisory Board for months, before I came on board. It was just my opportunity to stand up and share with everybody. But what an exciting time and I don’t know another company that has these types of rewards just for being an autoship associate. Let me share with you what we announced at Celebration. First of all, as you know we’ve been testing a contact management system called My Isagenix. We’re going to launch that officially in September. In My Isagenix, you’re going to find that there’s a place to keep track of all of your contacts. You’re going to be able to keep notes on all of your calls and all of your contacts. You’re going to be able to take advantage of a Drip Email Campaign. It’s a very sophisticated contact management system. If you’re still using those old spiral bound notebooks to try and track all your contacts, it’s time to get out of that zone because at this point if you’re like us, you’ve got friends from Facebook, you’ve got friends from church, you’re got friends that you go play sports with, you’ve got you know college friends and high school friends. You’ve just got too many people that you know. It’s impossible to keep track of them all in one of those little books so contact management system. Free for being an autoship reward associate. There’s no other company that has a free autoship — or contact management system. It’s just never been done. So a very exciting first announcement we’ll be rolling out.

It’s still in tests right now. It will be rolling out officially September 2nd. We’ve been testing a leads management or a leads system and the leads system has — we’ve been able to get some great feedback on that: what’s worked well, what hasn’t worked well. We’ve incorporated all of that feedback and now we have 3 levels of leads: kind of good, better, best. And the best leads cost you a little bit more because these are people that we’ve talked to in the last hour. They’re pre-qualified people that have said “We want to build a direct selling business.” You know, “Hook us up.” So those guys are a little bit — they cost you a little bit more but we’re not talking a lot more here. You can buy 50 credits for 25 dollars. And just to put that in perspective, for all of your leads if you were to have a 1 to 3 percent — somewhere in between 1 and 3 percent conversion rate of leads to actual enrollments, you would generate a great return on your 25 dollar investment. So I encourage you if your contact list is running low, I don’t know that there’s many people that are in that situation but if you’re one of the ones that says, “Hey you know, I’ve been in the business for 10 years and I’m in Fargo, North Dakota and it’s cold out here and we don’t get out a lot” kind of thing, then by all means take advantage of the leads opportunity. One of my best friends actually lives in Fargo and that’s why I brought up that example. And he’s been working leads for about the last oh I’d say 8 years in his business and he’s done phenomenal. He meets a lot of great people that way and once again for a very nominal investment, as you long you turn those you know 1 to 3 percent, if you’re turning them around and turn them into enrollments, they’ll be a tremendous return on your investment. So I want to announce that’s going to be available just for autoship associates. Next, we’re just rolled out a new pricing structure. The 30 day pack and the 9 day pack: we just added incremental value for autoship reward associates. If you’re on autoship and you purchase a 9 day pack you’ll receive an incremental 9 dollars of value per pack that you order. If you’re on autoship and you purchase the 30 days pack, you’re going to receive 39 dollars of incremental value. Now let me put that in perspective. Let’s say that you’re on autoship for the upcoming year and you bought the 30 day pack. You know I’m using the 30 day pack at home right now so if I was an autoship associate for the upcoming year, on the 30 day pack I would save 468 dollars.

That’s a number you can take to the bank. That’s the amount of money that they are going to keep in their pocket for being an autoship rewards associate with Isagenix. So I want to encourage you to really get that message out. That should help a lot of us as we’re building a business right at the point of sale: right when we’re talking about the enrollment proposition we can share with them you know the real value right up front of being a - you know - an Isagenix autoship reward associate. On top of that, we have just increased the value of the first member — the new member order. Now if you’re not familiar with Isagenix, the new member order is the first order that somebody places after they become — after they’ve enrolled in Isagenix. And on certain products on that new member order, we have discounted the price by 5 percent. So what does that mean to you? Well, not only does that mean that your new autoship rewards enrollees are going to be able to get a great value through the new member order, but we know that if we can help our new members to try new products right up front, products that they wouldn’t have tried otherwise, that they will be around with us not for 1, not for 2, not for 3, 4 or 5, but for 7 or more months they will stay with you on average as an autoship rewards customer if they try more products in that first order. So we really wanted to pay a lot more commissions this way. We know that if you’re helping people try more products up front, they’re going to be with you a lot longer. That’s going to be a lot larger residual income for you and your family. And so we’re looking forward to paying those commissions. And we believe as you really get the new member order out in front of people and show them the value, they’ll order more products and we’ll be paying more commissions and we’ll all be happy there.

So I wanted to point out the real value of that new member order and encourage you to talk about the entire line of our products right from the very beginning. On top of that, we’ve reduced the membership fee. Of course you know that in the month of August for autoship customers - for autoship associates - that we’re going to continue to wave the membership fee. So that’s there for you just for the end of August. That’s another reason why you know moving forward and really jumping on this August opportunity really makes sense. But in addition to that, we’ve introduced a 2-tier pricing structure so that autoship rewards customers pay a 19 dollar enrollment fee and non-autoship rewards customers pay a 39 dollar enrollment fee. So the 20 dollar difference in between those 2 prices, once again it’s incremental value right up front that’s available just for your new autoship rewards customers. And then finally probably one of the biggest announcements that we had at Celebration: another very, very expensive proposition. We have just announced that we are going to for all autoship rewards associates, we’re going to start banking volume in their back office. Now let me tell you what that means. Let’s say that that Jay Bennett enrolled me and you know, I just didn’t get it at the beginning. I didn’t understand what it was. I didn’t understand the pay plan. I was confused but I wanted to try the products. So I enrolled as an autoship rewards associate, I got on the products, I started seeing great results but you know, I didn’t really do anything with the business. Well Jay Bennett, he knows that I — you know, let’s say I’m a real estate agent. I know a lot of people in town and he’s aware of that. So he goes to work and he happens to find somebody that’s good. He finds Renata Lee  and he puts Renata under me.

And lo and behold in 2, 3 months of me using the products, the business has kind of started to build a little bit underneath me and he gives me a call. And he says — if you’re like me, it wouldn’t matter if I had like a thousand in my back office or if I had like 10 thousand in my back office. Jay would call me and he would say, “Hey Chet, do you know you’ve got a thousand points in your back office bank that’s just waiting to be cashed out?” Well that would get my attention. I don’t if they’d get your attention but a thousand points — I don’t even know what that would mean if I hadn’t started the business but that would still get my attention. And that would probably lead very quickly to a discussion of, “Well you know Jay, tell me how I cash out that bank account.” And so I think as you have those discussions with your autoship rewards associates, you’re going to find that a lot more of those people go consultant. And you know the value of helping people go to consultant. You know when that check starts to flow in the home, that they get excited about the business, they — you know the retention rate obviously goes up, but the duplication which is so key in this business, duplication really takes off. So it’s a very, very expensive proposition to put all group volume in everybody’s back office and pay out on all that group volume.

This is how crazy this announcement is guys. Let me tell you how this works. Not only does group volume bank in the back office for new autoship enrollees. For all autoship enrollees: they don’t even have to be new. They could be with us for the last 5, 6, 7 years. If they’re on autoship, their volume is going to start to bank as of the date we made this announcement. So that’s going to start to bank but even if they cancel autoship — let’s say they go off autoship for 3 or 4 months, that volume in the back office in their bank, it doesn’t go away. It stays there. And as long as they come back at some point and start to build, they can start to accrue again and add to the volume that’s already sitting in the in the back office. So not only does the volume — we’re going to start counting volume up right from their enrollment if they’re an autoship enrollee, but if they were to drop off autoship, we’re going to keep it there and continue to pay them when they come back on autoship or become a paid as consultant. So volume banking in the back office, just waiting to be cashed out: a huge new announcement. I just don’t know — there is no company that does anything like this. And that’s really what I kept kind of — that was the feeling I had when I was at Celebration. I just kept looking around and I kept thinking, “There’s no other company that’s been in business 7 years.”

Let me put it this way. I’ve been in the industry for almost 2 decades now and I’ve — you see a lot of companies come and go. You see the old companies: the companies that were you know formed 30 plus years ago. Let’s set those aside for a second because those are kind of — they were back in the 50s or something: the big A company and some of those companies. They had a different paradigm and a different model back then. But I started thinking about it the other day. I thought, “What company has been formed in the last 30 years that has you know at their 7 year mark had this much in sales, that had over 125 thousand active associates, that had all of these benefits including volume banking in the back office for people who aren’t even doing anything? They’re just on autoship?” And I started thinking through, “What company meets this criteria that has this much in sales at the 7 year mark, and has this many active associates, that has products that show real results that can be demonstrated to people, that has real science, that has you know the type of management team in terms of professionals from Proctor and Gamble, from you know ConAgra, from different companies all over the world, the biggest and best and brightest, not to mention people from our industry? What company meets all these criteria? I just can’t find one.”

There’s only one in my mind and that’s Isagenix. And I started talking to Cathy. We’re going to play with this a little bit more but I think we could put out a challenge - like a 10 thousand, 100 thousand dollar challenge - and say find us a company that meets all the specs. I don’t know of one, guys. And that’s why it’s so exciting to be with Isagenix right now. There is just not a company that is doing what we’re doing: that has the track record, that has products that demonstrate real results, that has power and then goes as far as to be this generous with compensation initiatives. So it’s been a humbling honor to be part of Isagenix so far and I haven’t been on board very long but I’ve just got to tell you I appreciate the warm, warm welcome. And it’s my opportunity and privilege to be able to serve you in this business and to be able to help out in your business building efforts. By all means, give me a call at the home office if you need anything but you’ll probably be seeing me a lot in the field and I’m looking forward to building a strong Isagenix business with each and every one of you, not only for our lifetime but as Jim would have us think a little bit bigger, but for the lifetime of our friends and loved ones for generations to come. >> Okay, well Chet, oh my goodness. I mean this is some amazing information. So let me just kind of review again because I want to go down my list just so that everybody really makes sure that they got all of the major announcements. Obviously, Succession Announcement where you can will your spot. The health insurance plan that is available to Isagenix. And just to clarify Chet, I know on stage you had mentioned that Isagenix is not the insurer. We are not an insurance company. I just wanted to make sure that that is correct. Correct?

>> Chet Seely: That is correct. We’ve contacted a third party to be the insurer. We don’t really want to get in the insurance business, but we’ve got one of the best and brightest in the insurance business with us as a partner. And so you’ll be working with a third party but you’ll be working through Isagenix.

>> Yeah, that’s exciting. And then of course the 1 point 2 million dollar pool. This is so cool. I am really anxious to see what this is all about and obviously 1 point for enrolling someone, 1 point for every time their autoship triggers or every time a hundred bb hits in their back office personal volume, correct? Is that correct or is it just on autoships that you collect the points?

>> Chet Seely: Anytime that an autoship order of hundred bb or more ships from a new enrollee enrolled after the start of the contest, you’ll get 1 point.

>> Got it. Okay, and then 3 points for rank advancement. And then just to clarify the autoship points are times by the rank advancement points and then of course that gives you your final points number, correct?

>> Chet Seely: That’s absolutely right. That’s why it’s so easy to get to the 1500 mark because it’s multiplied, right?

>> Yes, okay. Top 5 go on the Mediterranean cruise. The third place goes home with 40 thousand. Second place goes home with 60 thousand additional dollars. And then first place gets an additional 100 thousand dollars.

>> Chet Seely: You got it.

>> Oh my goodness. Okay. And then the next nugget that I wrote down that you shared, you’re going cruising on the Mediterranean cruise if you increase your cycles by 50 for 2 consecutive weeks. And then of course rank advancement bonuses. You talked about new consultants gaining 50: Star Consultants 500 dollars, Crystal Executives 1500 dollars if you go Executive which is after your 6 months of being in Isagenix. You still get a thousand dollars which is exciting. One Circle and Circle you get an additional thousand dollar bonus when you achieve that rank, Two Star Golden Circle, 2 thousand dollars, and 3 Circles and Circle 3 thousand dollars. It’s a lot of money. So like if someone came in — yeah. If someone came in as an associate and went executive and went One Star, Two Star, Three Star, what’s the total of money that they’re actually going to be bringing in — in the whole process? Have you guys gotten that one figured out? I mean it’s…

>> Chet Seely: Well, yeah we actually were playing around with the numbers. There’s over 8 thousand dollars here for people who really hit it hard. So if you’ve got somebody new in the business you want to put this out in front of them. They’ll do the math really quick, but there’s a lot of money here for somebody who wants to come in, especially if they have a lot of contacts. They could really hit the ball out of the park and make a lot of money in rank advancements but if they do that, they’re going to probably be in the million dollar pool too so it’s not just about this. It’s going all to kind of add together and create some really, really big checks in the months to come.

>> Oh my goodness. This is exciting. And then of course, certainly last but not least was the autoship rewards program. I mean this program is amazing. It’s multifaceted. It’s not just about getting your 10 dollars each month per Isagenix associate. Remember all that you guys? If there’s someone on autoship that you’ve personally enrolled, the company blesses you with 10 dollars per autoship on your personally enrolled each and every month. This is on top of everything. I mean this you know the contact management system — if you were not part of the pilot study and you didn’t get to check it out in your back office, let me tell you this is a very cool, easy system to use and to operate to manage your people to — like Chet said, there’s like an emailing system that’s already in place, customizable emails you can customize or you can literally use the emails that have been customized for you and send them out to your contacts. It’s amazing. It’s free if you’re on autoship. And then of course the lead system: you’re invited to do that. Savings on your 9 day and 30 day. Nineteen dollar enrollment if you’re on autoship or if you sign up for autoship at the same time. And then of course I think my favorite part of this is the last announcement that you made Chet and that was the — if you’re on autoship, even as an associate, you’re volume banks.

So if you’re got your neighbor that comes in, doesn’t want to have anything to do with the business but she wants to go on the products: she’s got a lot of health challenges. You start her off. She’s on autoship. She’s using the products. In the meantime, you’re continuing to build your business, putting people below her you know which is a gift to her - same with anybody else that’s above her in the genealogy - and that volume is just sitting there banking, banking, banking, banking, right leg, left leg. And all she has to do is go consultant to get cashed out on that volume. That is so impressive to me to know that that volume isn’t going to flush you know based on her personal volume orders, which that’s what it was before. I mean this is just like — this is taking our business building efforts to the whole new level. We’re just so excited. And then of course Chet, I know that the IsaBody Challenge Winners for 2009 were announced. Amazing, amazing transformations that we saw on stage with those individuals: 2010 is underway. You can find more in your back office. Also there’s some new tools — Chet did you want to make a comment on the IsaBody Challenge?

>> Chet Seely: I just wanted to say that, you know the IsaBody Challenge and the new tools that Kjersti’s going to talk about, we’re going to be talking about all of the announcements that I just announced now and the new tools and the IsaBody Challenge at some post Celebration follow-up meetings that we want to invite everybody to be at. And just wanted to make a quick mention of these. If you missed Celebration or if you were there and you said, “Oh I wish my next door neighbor or my friend you know at the gym had a chance to — would have had a chance to hear about Celebration.” We’re going to bring Celebration to you with what we’re calling the Celebration Blitz. We’re going to hit the United States. We’re going to head to Canada. All at once we’re going to Albany, New York, Kansas City, Missouri, Edmonton, Canada,  Idaho, and Anahuac, New York, Arlington, Texas and Salt Lake City, Utah, Miami, Florida, Denver, Colorado and then right following on the Blitz, we’re going to be going to San Francisco, California on Sunday.

If you miss Celebration, you need to go to the back office. We’re going to be going to all different locations across the United States and Canada on August 22nd and 23rd. Jim and Cathy Coover are going to be at Edmonton. There’s a big meeting that’s going to be held in Toronto. So you need to go and find out a location near you and if there’s no location near you, we are going to make a webinar of the actual presentation that’s going to be happening at these locations. So if you say, “Wait a minute I’m in once again Fargo, North Dakota. Nothing going on in Fargo at least as far as a big corporate meeting.” Got ahead and make the commitment to yourself and your team. Gather 8, 9, 10, 12 people at your home, download the webinar and have the meeting yourself. We’re going to make that available for you to do. Basically we’re going to blitz the entire all of North America in 1 day: August 22nd. And then on the 23rh our fall tour kicks off in San Francisco. So the next day the fall tour meetings kick off in San Francisco and then you know we’re going to Richmond, Virginia, Vancouver, BC, Toronto, Ontario, Calgary, Alberta, I mean it just keeps going. So there’s going to be a lot of opportunity for you to learn about the new tools and the IsaBody Challenge and all of the exciting announcements that I just went through at the post Celebration meetings and we’d like to invite each and every one of you or challenge each and every one of you to be part of that. Kjersti there’s just a — to me it’s a very simple call to action right now. Number 1, we’ve got to go get everybody in autoship. Number 2, August is the month. Everything counts in big time in terms of your points, in terms of the free enrollments. August is the month to take action. Soon once you kind of get the word out about autoship, you need to get going and start enrolling and help your interested team members to do the same. And then third, we’d love to have you at these post Celebration meetings because I think there you’re going to finally cement in the vision of this 1 point 2 million dollar pool and then that becomes really the name of the game for the next 5 months is how you get in there because there’s going to be a lot of money to be distributed to each and every one of you. So Kjersti, it’s a pretty exciting time to be part of Isagenix. What do you think?

>> Oh my goodness. I always say this. I mean just when you think it can’t get any better it does. And we are just so excited to see what’s going to happen for the remainder of this year. I mean you guys have made it so easy for all of us to become massively successful no matter what. And Chet, I just want to thank you so much for being with us this morning and sharing all of this amazing information. Look forward to getting to know you even more over the next several years and of course, for those of you on the line, we just we love you all. Thank you so much for being with us. Kjersti Coté (pronounced KEER-stee KOH-tee) is the daughter of Isagenix Founder and Master Formulator, John Anderson. She has been an Isagenix member since the company began in March 2002.

In addition to coordinating and hosting our weekly conference calls, Kjersti is an author and wellness & cleansing coach.
