>> Good evening. And welcome to the Real People, Real Results call with Isagenix for Tuesday at 6:30 on June 16. And we welcome all the new people and new associates who are — who want to listen tonight about the fantastic results with Isagenix.
My name is Rick Despain. I’m vice president of field relations, and I’m your host for this call tonight. Our regular host, Kjersti Cote, is on a well-deserved vacation. She’ll be back next week. As we get going tonight, I just want to remind everyone that as you hear the stories on this call tonight, you will hear some excellent stories. We’re looking forward to this.
One of the things that I just need to let you know, just to give you some disclaimers, when you hear about any weight loss or other results on the call tonight, just remember that the statements that we make on this call are not –have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. And any income that you hear tonight, just remember that what we represent tonight — well, you know, you’re effort — in other words your success and your efforts will dictate what kind of success that you have with Isagenix, and it depends on your own personal skills and business skills and time and commitment, and even demographic conditions.
So tonight, as we talk about the Real People and Real Results, we have an incredible group of people that will be sharing with us tonight. And I’m so excited to be with Isagenix. I’ve been in with the company for five years as an employer, and I have watched this company grow in leaps and bounds, and what’s exciting is that we’re seven years old now, and across North America, we are still a ground-floor opportunity. The beautiful part of that is we’re already on the seventh floor of experience and infrastructure, and seven years of mounting evidence that our program works, with 130 plus 100-pound club members and seven 200-pound club members, and one 300-pound club member, plus athletes and plenty of people who are having success along with 36 millionaires in the company.
So we have lots of evidence to show that our company is working, and tonight, we have two wonderful people that will be on the call. They are Three Star Golden Circles, which means that they earn a six-figure income with Isagenix. They’re also Five Star Executives, which means that they have developed five executives in their group. That’s why they’re Five Star Executives. These are dynamic — a dynamic couple from the — from down there in Texas. And they have two beautiful children, Robin and Ron. And they’re very, very excited about Robin and her husband’s track and what they’ve been able to do. And the lady in this couple has been in direct selling for 37 years. She earned 16 free luxury cars, and she has won trips all around the world.
She retired in January of ‘07 and then looked at Isagenix and started to go with this. They became Crystal Executives within their first six weeks, and now they’re thrilled to have almost 3800 people on their team. They earned a free cruise their first six months with Isagenix. This is exciting. As they started in July of 2007, two weeks later they went to the — our Isagenix Celebration. You know, think about that, two weeks later. Now, that’s commitment. And they went there. They saw the people going across stage. They saw the results, and they saw the big picture. And they set a goal to be one of the next six-figure income earners that Kathy Coover — you know our cofounder put that challenge out to them, and they decided to do that. And they were able to reach that six-figure income earner in their first full year in Isagenix by 2008. Now, they’re in the top 100 income earners.
So these people know what they’re doing, and they have the goal to become millionaires with Isagenix. And I’m sure that they will be able to do that the way they’re going. So please welcome to the call tonight Ron and Joanne Blackman. They’re Three Star Golden Circles and Five Star Executives. Welcome. And they’re from Collierville, Texas.
>> Thanks Rick. This is Ron, and we’re so excited to be on here tonight. We have really been on an exciting journey with Isagenix. And as you said, we did go to the first — in the first two weeks, we went to our first Isagenix gathering, and we were at all. We really were excited about what was going on, and we wanted to be a part of it. So we have now started to make some serious money. And that’s okay with me. You know, we’re doing better in our retirement than we ever did when we were working. So it’s exciting to be able to do that. We do –
>> Well, that means that your grandchildren are really enjoying what you’re doing. I understand you have four grandchildren.
>> We do. We do have and two brand new ones. And we — I mean, two that are in Isagenix, so we’re excited about them, and what they can do for themselves in Isagenix. Anyway, we have just returned from a three week stay in London and over in the European area. And I was on the computer every morning checking to see how we were doing. And even though we weren’t here working, our cycles kept coming. And that is true residual income that I love. And it’s exciting to be able to see that and see that happen. So anyway, I’m gonna introduce you to my wife, Joanne, my bride of 49 years. And she is really the strength behind us. And she is our backbone and our real go-getter. And you’ll see that as she talks. Anyway, here’s Joanne.
>> Thank you, honey. Well, thanks –
>> Welcome, Joanne.
>> We’re so excited to be asked to share tonight. And, as you said, we have three of our awesome team members that are gonna be sharing in just a minute. They’re from all over the U.S.: New York, Arizona, and Texas. So hang tight because they are gonna — they’re gonna — well, all of us that are on this call tonight are gonna be Isa millionaires, and you can count on that. Well, we’re so blessed to have found Isagenix. And I want to cut down what I’m saying because I just realized the time is going so fast, and I want you all to be able to hear from our people. But we do want to thank Isagenix. I want to tell you that Robin and Stryker our daughter and son-in-law, are leading us and supporting us, and we’re just forever grateful that they came over and talked us into getting into Isagenix, I think the same day that Hillary Courtney brought them into the company. And we live 1.6 miles from each other, and we were the first people that they approached.
So I want to give you all a tip and say talk to your family and close friends. Some will say — maybe say yes, and some will say no. But the ones that love you like we love our kids will say yes. So I wasn’t easy. I sat there with my arms crossed for three hours, but just to get them off my back, I said, “Okay. I’ll do it. But I don’t want any part of the business.”
And I remember Robin’s little sad face when I said that. But we signed up around midnight, and 12 hours later, I got my first business associate. I was a reunion, and a cousin said, “I just got to get — lose some weight.”
So she, you know, forced me into telling her what I was doing with Isagenix. So she signed up with a 30 day. 18 hours later, I was really feeling great. You know, this a product where you could have immediate result, and you know, you don’t have to wait months and months to get those results. Well, I called a good friend in South Texas, Ally, and signed her up with a President’s Pack. So I was a consultant within 36 hours. And remember, I said I didn’t want to do anything with the business. So don’t listen to people that say that, you know, because when they fall in love with the products like we did, I think that they’ll be doing it, you know, for themselves. Well, Ron and I feel 20 years younger, don’t we honey?
>> We do.
>> I say, “I’m 48, and he’s 49.” And you know, I told our age. We’re really 20 years older than that, but you know, 48 and 49 sounds pretty old to me. But anyway, it’s just been a whirlwind. I will tell you, when I first started, I made my list. I contacted my friends, and I gave them a short, enthusiastic story. And I asked them if they we’re interested in health or wealth or both. And the one’s that said wealth, I sent them to Six Figure Makers.com. Six Figure Makers.com. And if they said health, I sent them to Isamovie.com. And George Reese shared that with me and encouraged me to do that. So it was — to me — and I don’t want to say it’s easy. Easy means with little or no effort, but it’s not difficult. And if we can do it, anybody that’s on this call that’s listening can do it, too.
We’re just so excited about network marketing and the health and wellness industry. You know, it’s a 500 billion dollar a year industry. I will tell you that we just have the best company, the best support, leadership, the Coovers and the staff. Rick, you’re one of the best. You know, this company is so –
>> Thank you.
>> and there’s so much integrity within this company. And, as you know, the training is just superb. So I just want to say, “Ladies and Gentlemen that’s on this call, we’re all in the right place. It’s the right time.” And I just want to say get excited about this opportunity and go for it. You know, if it’s — it’s left up to each one of us individually, not anybody else but ourselves, you know. And I’ve also heard that there’s three types of people. There’s, the first, the people that watch things happen. Then there’s people that make things happen. And then there’s the people that are out there wondering what happened. But I think the people that are on this call tonight that took the time to be here, are in that category of people that make things happen. And I do want to tell you that there’s three people that’s gonna share real quick with you tonight. And they’re people that are making things happen.
And so, first I want to introduce Barb Favor. She’s a little dynamo, and she just has a lot of heart and drive. Barb retired from a very successful career of 27 years with a direct sales company. She started on Isagenix to release weight and lost 35 pounds quickly and with ease. And by the way, she kept it off. She looks great. And many of her friends and family members started on the products after seeing her success. And she became a Crystal Executive in her first five months and is a Two Star Golden Circle, and on her way to Three Star. She’s 100 percent sold on the products and the opportunity. And she feels that she has a new lease on life and loves helping others find freedom from physical and financial pain. So from Buffalo, New York, Barb Favor.
>> Well, good evening, everyone. I’m so excited on this call and be able to share with you, and I’m so fortunate to have the wonderful upline that I have. And Joanne brought me into the company just about a week after she got into it. And I remember to — telling me she was going to a convention that weekend, and did I want to go? And I said, “Well, I don’t want to go. I’m just — want to get this weight off.”
And somehow she talked me into going, and I went and went to my first Celebration a week after being on the product. I hadn’t — didn’t even have the — my package yet, didn’t even know how to spell Isagenix until I — and I was just absolutely blown away by, as Joanne said, the integrity of the company and what — how amazing this whole — the people were — the leaders of our company. I just loved being there and mingling with all the people that are really making it happen. And I have to tell you that some of the — to me, my biggest key to success, I believe, is going to events. And this year will be my third Celebration that I’ve been to, and I haven’t even been in two years yet.
So I’ve been to two Top Achievers. I’ve been to two Isa Universities. I’m going to Enlighten Training Circle this week. And I’ve been two retreats in Kansas City and to — I’ve been to Toronto several times. To me, if you want to be successful with this business, you’ve got to hang out with the people that are already are successful, and teach you how — what they’re doing. That’s what worked for me. It builds my belief. It builds my knowledge. It builds my motivation to just keep going with this company. I also think that I’ve never seen a company where all you have to do is reach out to help somebody else, reach out and show them a way of life with these products that’s gonna — that can greatly improve their health, can help them to lose weight if they need to do that, and when you see the immediate results that Joanne was talking about — within that first week, you’re getting these wonderful phone calls and people thanking you because you shared this product with them.
I really did only lead with the product when I first came in because I was so excited about it myself. But now, I see the company and the opportunity as my number one priority now because I know the financial stress that people are in today. And we absolutely have an answer for that for them and can certainly take the financial pain away from people by showing them and giving them the steps to be successful in Isagenix. I am totally sold on the fact that network marketing, and in particular our company, Isagenix, is the wave of the future. And we are going to see things happen in the next two to three years like no other company ever has seen in the — in this whole industry. And I believe it’s happening already, but we’re just hitting the tip of the iceberg, and it is going to explode. And I just feel like every single person on this call is absolutely at the right place at the right time. And congratulations, I will tell you if you haven’t registered for your Celebration yet, do — please do that because it’s an investment in your entire future. You will not be sorry.
I’ve heard that this is gonna be the best Celebrations we’ve ever had. And I can’t even imagine how it could get better than the other two that I’ve been to. But they’re promising us that it is going to be better, and so I just can’t wait to get there. Thanks for inviting me on, Joanne, and let’s go become millionaires.
>> Oh, hey girl, there’s — I know you’re gonna be. Can you all see why she’s so successful? She hangs out with successful people. And events are — that’s where they’re at. When we went to that first celebration, Barb said to me, “Now, Joanne, how do you pronounce the name of this company?” She came all the way from New York to Las Vegas and didn’t even know the name of the company.
>> That is good.
>> Okay. Well, I’ll hurry on here because we just have a few minutes, and I want to be sure these two next speakers get in. We have a fantastic motivator. He’s so good looking; it’s hard to believe this guy is a grandfather. His name is Bobby Dalby, and he’s a retired athlete and retired — not retired — real estate agent. He’s an avid bicyclist, doing several 100 and 150 mile rides each year. Bobby’s also a licensed massage therapist. He joined Isagenix in August 2007 to release a few pounds that didn’t belong to him. And after releasing 30 pounds in less than 30 days, he got excited about the business and felt he had to share with everyone he knew. He and his beautiful wife, Wanda, live in Flower Mound, Texas. He’s a Crystal Executive, One Star Executive, One Star Golden Circle. Here’s Bobby Dalby.
>> Thank you, Joanne. And, you know, it’s kind of funny because when my wife told me what she did — we were on a trip traveling. We were actually taking two cars to Alabama, from Texas to Alabama to trade in for one car. And so we were traveling in two cars. And Joanne called Wanda. They’d been friends for about 30 years, I guess. And so Joanne called Wanda, and she was telling her about Isagenix and trying to explain to her their success and stuff. And Wanda said, “Okay, Joanne. Spare me the details. Just send me the stuff.” And so Joanne said, “Okay. Well, where do you want me to send it? Who do you want me to sign up?” Whatever. She said, “Well, just sign Bobby up, okay?” And Joanne says, “Well, do you want to talk to –?” She said, “No, just sign him up and send us the stuff.” And so that’s what happened.
And so when we got to Alabama, Wanda told me that — I said — what had happened. And I said, “Well, great.” You know, I want to be healthy, and I certainly want to get rid of these things that don’t belong to me. This thing I’m carrying around my waist. And so — anyway, we drove back home, got home, and we each had trip planned. And I was going on a hunting trip for a couple of weeks, and she was going to — on a business trip to Las Vegas. And so here came this box of stuff, and we started dividing it up, and she says, “That looks too complicated for me.” She said, “You figure it out.” And so I studied it, and I said, “Okay, this is what we need to do.” And so I packaged this up for her trip, put it in a Ziploc, enough scoops to have a shake a day, and she went off. And I just took a canister, and I took off to Colorado on a hunting trip.
And so during that — her trip, she got this unbelievable success and came home and called Ron and Joanne and said, “I get to know where — know more about this product.” She said, “Again, I’ve lost a couple of inches in my waist.” And she said, “I can tell the difference in the way I feel. So she went over to Ron and Joanne’s, and they gave her the CDs and things like that. And she came home and listened to them. And here I was off up in the mountains. And she called me. I checked in every other day or so. And she says, “I — you really got to listen to this stuff.” And she said, “I’m gonna send you these CDs.” And I politely said, “Honey, I can’t listen to CDs in the mountains.” And she said, “Well, you have a 13-hour drive home. You can listen to them then.” And so she sent them to me, and the short story is that I listened to the CDs on the way home, and when I walked in the door, after a 13-hour trip and listening to six or seven CDs twice, to or three times, I said, “Okay. We’re gonna try this, and we’re gonna give it 100 percent effort.”
Well, that was September the 16th, 2007. And at that point we really got serious about program. And, you know, I thank God every day because this has been a blessing because I had this thing around my waist that didn’t belong to me. And in less than 30 days, I got rid of it. I lost 30 pounds in 30 days. And so — and my goodness, I — you know, like, one of the things that I did every morning — kind of funny, I’d get up in the morning and I walked to the kitchen and I’d get a cup of coffee and I’d sit down in the chair. And I tried to figure out which part of my body hurt the worst. And than I’d take three Aleves and go about my day. And I don’t have to do that anymore at all.
And so I feel like that it’s taken about 20 to 30 years off of my age and the way I feel. And so it has also helped me relieve some of the cravings that I had. I had a soda and a — I hate to say this, but I love beer and I have a soda and a beer craving, and I pretty much had several of those a day. And I have not had a soda since September 16, 2007. And so the aches and pains are gone. And I still do two shakes a day most of the time because it makes me feel better than eating. Now, one of the things that my wife really enjoys me saying is when she told me about this, I said — I told her, I said, “You know what? I really like to eat, and I’m not gonna drink my food.” Well, hey, I lied. Now, I –
>> Because you love it.
>> Now, I do. I drink my food. And we absolutely buy everything the company sells. I mean absolutely every product. And we consume absolutely every product the company sells.
>> And they — and let me tell you, these two people look like it. They — both are in their 60s, and they look phenomenal. They could both be models. Well, Bobby, thank you so much, and I don’t want to cut you off, but I do want to give Terry a round of — at least a couple of minutes here. And I do want to correct him. Ron sponsored Bobby. Wanda and I are friends, but Ron sponsored him, and he’s so glad he did. Well, on fire with enthusiasm is Terry Bernier. And she’s married to Greg Bernier. And Terry’s a full-time Isagenix person; along with being a stay-at-home mom of three busy teenage boys, 13, 16, and 18. She’s a Crystal Executive, One Star Executive, One Star Golden Circle, almost Two Star. She’s excited to help others make a great income, from Tucson, Arizona, Terry Bernier.
>> Thank you, Joanne. It’s a good thing I talk fast, huh? Well, almost two years ago, I was introduced to Isagenix by an excited friend who was experiencing a great result from her products. And my friend and I had a health connection, and we were always looking for the latest in health and nutrition. And Joanne was kind enough to share her excitement about the product with me. I was excited to just regain some focus, some energy, release about 10 pounds. So I said, “Yes, send me that product.”
And, you know, in just a short time, I really saw all those goals achieved very simply. And my husband watched me. He goes, “Okay, if you can do this, I’ll try it.”
So he did he. He released 23 pounds in his first program. The energy, the focus, and so much more was given back to him. And they did, and we have so many testimonials now in our group, but the enthusiasm of Real Results with Real People, it’s contagious. And that’s how it was introduced to me, and that’s how I’ve continued to share it, that enthusiasm. But, you know, to have a home-based business, to decide your paycheck every single week has been a real blessing for me. I’ve always believed in being a stay-at-home mom first and foremost, and not having to sacrifice anything at any time.
I’ve home schooled my older two boys, and one just graduated in December. But just being able to get paid what you’re worth and be home with your family is just the greatest blessing. I just continue to share the product and the opportunity at the same time, and then just support my team through coaching and whatever they needed. But I am so excited about the company tools that they put in place for us because, you know, the company, with our new leads program has just made our business so doable for anyone. And just to know that the company supports us in that way.
One thing I do love, too, is just being able to share this product and opportunity with my family. I now have just not myself and my husband on the product, but my mom, my three sisters, my brother, and my oldest son just turned 18 in May, so he’s now an associate. So I just can’t think of a better gift to pass on to my family than health and residual income. So I can talk fast. I think I did it in one minute or so. So that’s my story. I’m totally blessed. I love Isagenix, so thank you so much for the opportunity.
