>> Alright. Well, good evening everyone and welcome to our Tuesday night real people, real results call with Isagenix. It is an absolute pleasure to have you here can us. My name is Kjersti Cote and we have some amazing quests that will be on the line with us in just a few minutes sharing their amazing Isagenix stories and really taking us back to where it all began for them. But before I bring on our very first guest I’d love to just kind of preface this call with just a little bit of history of what Isagenix stands for, where it came from, and what we are all about. Isagenix was founded in March of 2002 by three individuals, my father, John Anderson, and Jim and Kathy Coover. It was an amazing meeting between the three of them; they actually had been acquaintances for about 25 years and had known one another. And, of course, they crossed paths and upon conversation really connected quite well.

And might I add that my father and the Coovers had retired, everyone was enjoying requirement. And to make a long story short, they actually really became passionate about what was missing in the world today and what was missing is obviously a product line that is loaded with super nutrition to cleanse and revitalize the body and at the same time as people regain health and vitality and feel amazing, for them to be able to share their stories and to be rewarded financially for that as well was really something that my dad, John, and the Coovers really wanted take on. So they came out of retirement, literally set up the entire infrastructure of the company and got everything functioning well enough to open the doors in March of 2002.

I believe that it all happens in about three to four months, it was crazy because my dad had produced in total about 450 nine day cleansing systems, cleansing and fat burning systems. It was kind of like a study, like a little pilot testing, and that literally sent excitement rippling through the United States and through Canada to where people were needing more, they were desiring more products and systems. And so, of course, it was around the clock, a lot of work and a lot of time and energy put forth by my dad and Coovers and, of course, those that they brought on as their team at corporate to launch the company in just a couple of months. So it was amazing to see that happen. And then, of course, once the company really started, in about nine months time the company generated 19 million in sales. Isn’t that something?

And I love to talk about sales because really we are not a company that advertises, we are literally a company that gives the gift of these amazing nutritional systems to associates and they get to share these with their friends, their families, their neighbors and obviously they gain financial benefit there as well. But it’s amazing to me to see what’s happened and for every dollar that has been brought into Isagenix really is a representation of those lives that have been changed with their health, their well being, their wealth, and, of course, that was just in our first nine months of business, that 19 million. All of the way our sales has increased throughout the years and last year in 2008 we did 250 million, isn’t that impressive? It’s so cool. And, of course, making us almost a billion dollar company.

So we are very very excited of what Isagenix has been able to provide to those out there, allowing people to dream, allowing people to regain health, to lose weight, to feel great, to gain energy, and all kinds of things. And so, this is exactly what this call is about. It’s about inviting some of our top achievers in Isagenix to come on the line, to share from the heart of what has happened in their life since they even heard the word Isagenix and to take us back. So the first guest that I’d love to introduce to everybody, and I’ll start off with the Mrs. here and that’s Sherri Giannella and Sherri and her husband are two star golden equals, crystal executives within Isagenix, which means that they make a beautiful income every single week, we get paid weekly here with this company. And they have been married for quite some time, they have four kids and they hail from the big state of New Jersey. They own two Italian restaurants, so they work around the clock, they are very dedicated. And they had an amazing experience when it came to Isagenix, they were introduced to Isagenix, I’ll have them tell you exactly how they were introduced and they really haven’t looked back since. So, Sherri, good evening, welcome to the call.

>> Hi, Kjersti, how are you?

>> I’m doing good. It’s so good to have you. I know you have got your hubby on the line with us as well tonight. But I want you to just kind of take us back with, you know, how did you discover Isagenix and, you know, were you a skeptic or were you intrigued and when you actually discovered what it was, I mean, tell us what happened with health and, of course, with financial aspects too.

>> I was booking a party, actually at the restaurant for a couple of girls that were going to have a party for their mom, one being Karen Toffurie, who is also in the Isagenix. And she was drinking, dumping brown out of a water bottle and I was, of course, intrigued by it and interested. I asked her what she was doing and she said she was doing a nutritional cleanse program and that, you know, the side benefits could be a release of pounds and inches and I was interested in it and I wanted it and especially a week before my husband told me I looked like a stuffed sausage. I didn’t ask any questions, I just said I was going to do it and I got the nine day program, called her the next day, and after about nine days of being on my program I released seven pounds and twenty four inches. I mean, but I’m not losing my energy, it was unbelievable. I slept better, I never felt better in my life and I just couldn’t stop talking about it.

So, of course, you know, a couple of people in my family, my husband, my mother, they all wanted to do it and I called up Karen to get them onto a program and she said, well, why don’t you, you know, this company pays for referrals, so you need two people, one on the right and one on the left. So I said, okay, I’ll try it. So I put them on and I became a consultant in five minutes and it’s just, you know, been ever since, just totally, you know, signing people up and, you know, with the restaurant too, everybody was a little skeptical and saying how are you doing this cleansing program at a restaurant, but now I, you know, it’s like we teach people how to eat out and cleanse.

You know, how to eat healthy became a way of life for us and, you know, it’s just been such a great experience. And financially, you know, after a couple of weeks we just, we couldn’t believe it, I didn’t even know what I was doing and my husband, he, you know, kind of saw it and he was like, what are you doing here. And I said, I don’t know. So he looked into it further and we started doing it together and, you know, it’s just been great, especially with the economy the way it is and to have that extra income, you know, always helps.

>> Absolutely. Well, that’s amazing, I love it. How classic for you to have someone come sit down in your restaurant and be drinking something brown out of a bottle and you say what is that? You are thinking that maybe you can serve them a beverage of some kind and for you to have been introduced to the cleansing system that way and seven pounds in nine days is amazing. And then, of course, you guys really took off. You said that you didn’t really know what you are doing which really tells me, have you ever done network marketing before?

>> Never. Never in my life.

>> Never.

>> No.

>> And so now you jump into it, you don’t have no idea, you go to a consultant in about five minutes putting one person in your left team and one person in the right. Because for those of you listening on the line, you build two teams, and so you just started sharing and before you know it, you circled and circled, this is fantastic. So at what point did you actually, you know, share this was Ronny? And I suppose I’ll let you introduce your husband.

>> Well, about a couple days after I was on the program he started to see the difference in me and then about a week he was like, I need to do this too. So anyway I’ll let him tell his story, but without him and his support I would have never been able it do this. We have worked together at the restaurant, now we work together with Isagenix. He’s always there for me, always supported me and, you know, Ronny, are you on the line?

>> I’m here.

>> You want to tell your story?

>> You hear me good? I’m on a cell phone. Yes?

>> Yes.

>> Yes, loud and clear.

>> I’m Sherrie’s husband, Ron. Yes, it’s true, back in July when I mentioned something about a stuffed sausage she kind of took offense. I was just kidding in a way, but anyway the next day when she found from the Toffuries, who are our sponsors, about Isagenix she told me she was going to do a product no matter what it cost. And I said, okay, go ahead and she started the product and after four days, it was on a Sunday morning, I told her whatever you are doing, I said, keep doing it because I noticed great changes. And in just her well being, I noticed, you know, she didn’t have a lot of weight to lose or inches, I noticed a different transformation in her body.

I noticed her mind changing; she was more even keeled with the family, with the children. And I was overweight at the time, 225, and I was resorted to the fact that at 45 years old I’m going to like this for the rest of my life. I tried every diet in the world and, yes, I’ve always lost weight on these diets, but I always went back to the weight and if not gained more weight on all these diets. I said, let me try this thing too, you know, and in three months I shed 45 pounds. I went from a 40 inch weight to a size 33. Sleep habits, never like I had before, my sleep pattern changed tremendously. I used to stare the ceiling, I have a hard time going to sleep, I wake up many times a night. That does not happen anymore.

With two restaurants that we own, four children, a busy life I did have a tremendous amount of stress. That level has really bottomed out to where I really don’t feel any stress, I still feel great. Three weeks into my program, we were on vacation in October at the Cayman Islands and my blackberry went off, I was on the beach on a Tuesday, and Sherrie’s commission check came through and I said this is a pretty large amount of money, it’s only been three weeks, what did you do for this? She said, I have no idea. I says, well, you are not talking peanuts here, I said, you are talking a nice sum of money. I say, if you would multiply this times four weeks this pays for our two car payments, one being a BMW 750, and the other being a large Infinity truck. I said this is nothing to sneeze about; I need to know what you are doing. She said I don’t know what I’m doing; I’m just referring the product and helping people. I said, okay, when we get home from vacation I’m going to check this out. I think I have a good business mind being a business owner for 25 years, I said we are going to see what this model it all about because this is crazy.

We came home, I checked out the business model and it was a no brainer. I sat down with Sherri and said this is something we need to do. This is crazy money not to do and just a long story short we became star consultants in about a month. We became crystal executives, I think, Sherri, in two months, is that correct?

>> Yep.

>> And in four and a half months we became two star golden circle. Our goal was to be three star by this August’s celebration, which we will probably achieve. And having two daughters, one seventeen, one sixteen and approaching college, really, now we are not looking at car payments anymore, this is basically free college tuition as of this point and it’s only growing and we’ve only been in this less than a year. And if we can pay for college tuition in a year just by helping people and making them feel good with their health and their wealth, what’s a better feeling than that? You know, you start in a business not knowing what you are getting into and you get calls and you just hear people thank you that they lost weight and thank you that they are making income that they didn’t have, passive income, they don’t have to leave their house and they can still run their families and it’s just a good feeling to have all the way around. And that’s basically our story. Isagenix has changed our life.

>> Wow. That’s an amazing story. So if you guys hit three circles in golden circle before the event, which is in nine weeks, just so everybody knows that’s listening in, three circles in circle is a beautiful six figure income annually. I’m just ecstatic. So, let me just kind of rewind. I just want to make sure I got the dates right. You guys just discovered Isagenix last October, correct?

>> I know. Mike, you say October, but it was    we started.

>> July.

>> July. And we were on vacation in August of last summer.

>> Okay. Alright. That’s okay. That’s okay. Because I’m thinking, whoa, you guys have been boogyin’, you guys have had a lot of fun. I love what you shared about college tuition, you know, passive income, people being able to do this from their home. That’s what I love about it, is to be able to set your own hours as you are raising your kids. You talk about having kids at home and you guys have five and a half year old twins too. So you have incredibly busy lives. You know what is interesting too is there’s people that are, you know, lookin’ to share Isagenix with individuals and I can bet you that there would be a large number of people that would love to have shared Isagenix with you, possibly, I’m talking in general, but when you really take a look at a couple like the both of you who have four children, two restaurants and managing these businesses, you know, you wouldn’t think that you would have time to add something else into your life. So what could you share with people in regards to that as far as Isagenix, you know, being a burden or not. How has it flowed right into your life just beautifully and subtly? I mean, how has that changed?

>> I personally think that it just came to us naturally. It was just something that we should be doing and I mean, we work at it, we do it, but we enjoy it also. I find is very very rewarding helping people. I have people that call me up all of the time and thank me. You know, my mother who lost, you know, 38 pounds, who is 66, you know, who just looks so unbelievable and feels great. Its part of our life now and I think people    I think a lot of people think that they don’t have time. But we are busy people and, you know, if you want it you make the time.

>> Absolutely. I love it, so it’s almost like it’s a joy, it’s not necessarily work at all being able to share. Yeah. Yeah. It’s so cool. Okay, well I know that we have got two more guests on the line so, Sherri, who do you want to introduce first?

>> Um, I’m going to introduce Linda Negan from Mahway, New Jersey. She’s one of my consultants, she’s been working with me since August of last year and now she’s become one of our very dear friends. Linda, are you on the line?

>> I’m on the line. Hi, Kristie. Hey, Sherri. Hey, Ron.

>> Hi, Lin.

>> Hi Linda.

>> Hi there. Yes, um, I did, I started with Sherri back in August with Isagenix. And my story basically is I didn’t know Sherri and I didn’t know Ron and I went to their restaurant for dinner one night and just started a conversation with Sherri where she told me how great she felt and told me all about Isagenix and I think what Sherri didn’t know was I had been researching cleanses for a few months on my own. I hadn’t told my husband that. I was a runner who sustained an injury and I had gained some weight and I was feeling a little down about that and I was looking for other options to lose weight and feel better. And I was very disappointed in the other products that I had researched because I didn’t like the fact that they had contained, you know, things that were more stimulants and a lot of chemicals in them and I really shied away from it. But having that conversation with Sherri that night really was it was just an amazing turn of fate for me. It was just great and I did the product.

I did the nine day cleanse. I lost seven and a half inches I lost seven and a half pounds and thirteen inches. And, you know, besides losing the weight, that made me feel really good, but I just felt, I just felt overall fantastic. I felt like, just like Ronny, I was sleeping better, I had very bad seasonal, you know, nasal sensitivities, I had watery eyes, and a lot of itching and it really impacted my quality of life and that no longer impacts my life. I am free of that. And I can run with a lot of energy, I have two children; I’m sending a daughter off to college in August and I’m, you know, the main thing is that I feel great on this product and I can sell it and feel good about it. I am an oncology nurse, so I do have some medical background. And my children are on it now and I really feel like having the kids on it, that I’m really making an investment in their future long term health. I feel there’s no other way, no other way to be but to be on Isagenix.

>> Wow. Amazing story. And I don’t know about you Sherri and Linda, I don’t know, I don’t believe in coincidences, I believe that was totally meant to be. I mean, Linda, you were looking at cleanses and all of a sudden, you know, walking in the restaurant and running into Sherri and her sharing what she did. I just think that is very cool. So congratulations on all of your success. Okay, Sherri, I know that you have got one more guest. Who else is on the line?

>> I do. I have Elena Baker from [inaudible] New Jersey. Elena has been a family friend of ours for 25 years. She’s also one of my Isagenix consultants since July. Elena, are you on the line?

>> I’m here. Hi, Kristie. Hi, Sherri. Hi, Ron.

>> Hi.

>> Hello.

>> Hi.

>> Well, I was introduced to Isagenix through Sherrie’s mom. She mentioned that she had done well with this. We work in a travel agency together and Sherrie’s mom was on the program for about five days. I was out of the office and I came back and she told me she was doing it for that long. And it was so clearly visible that she had already lost enough weight, maybe it was inches even more than weight, I just said, get your daughter on the line. I have to give this a try, I have to jump on board because I was struggle with another weight loss program, something that I had done in the past, the one where you go there every week and you pay your thirteen dollars and, you know, I was successful on that at one time but I don’t know if it’s because I was about to turn 50 that things just started getting harder for me.

So I was trying that other program for about seven months, had lost barely five pounds, paying the weekly fee, paying for my groceries, trying all kinds of boxed items and everything and I was really miserable. So I just said I have to give this a try and I’m surely am glad that I did. I lost about six pounds the first week and maybe eleven or twelve inches, in total I have lost 32 pounds in about three and a half months and I have kept it off now for almost a year because I have started the end of July.

So I would say besides for me it’s all about the inches and the weight loss and being able to wear your jeans and just be happy. That’s what makes me wake up happy in the morning, to be able to be dressed and comfortable. But besides that, you know, I didn’t know that I was going to have all this energy, I didn’t know that people at work would tell me that I have more patience and I definitely have less stress on the job for sure. I feel a lot more alert. I used to actually struggle to stay awake on the drive home, it was a long drive home for me on Route 80 and, you know, all of that just got so much better. So I guess you become a walking example and people can tell that you are, you know, have lost weight and you are obviously happier, so they just start to ask you. This is how everyone’s business just sort of evolves. I think that I’m not very different than most people; I think that this would happen to me and can happen to no one. You are a walking example and people just want to know what did you do? And I really think that weight loss is pretty close to a lot of people’s hearts, especially those that are very overweight and have struggled for years, like myself. So, weight loss has always been a problem for me. I really do think now that, I’m over 50, technically, that I do think that I have found something, finally, that I can live with. It’s totally like a lifestyle for me now, it’s flexible. Sherri and her mom know me well, a lot of partying, a lot of dinners, barbecues and all of that. I started in July, it was the middle of the summer, there were a lot of things that came up and I was able to, you know, have that weight loss consistently every week even though, you know, I was able to maintain my lifestyle. And it’s been that way for, you know, like a said, almost a year now.

So these are the things that make me happy. As far as the business end of it, it really just came to me, I didn’t go after it, you know, looking back now there are certainly things that I could have done to make the business grow even faster, but, you know, I was thrilled that all of a sudden seeing between 400 and $500 a week additional income. I work at a travel agency where our pay checks were just cut by 20 percent a couple of months ago, and I’m really happen that I have Isagenix as a backup. There’s something else that I wanted to mention.

>> Wow.

>> I don’t know if we have time, but I had tried another program, another weight loss program where you buy their food and that turned out to be very very expensive. There’s an initial investment that you put out in addition to anywhere from $120 150 per week. And I just felt like it was a quick weight loss, but then it came back faster and even more and it didn’t teach me anything. It didn’t know where to go after I was done eating their food. So, with Isagenix, you know, it’s a shake every morning for breakfast, a cleanse a couple of times a month and it is working really well.

>> Well, you know what? I have to say, Elena, I didn’t know that, you know, weight loss companies there were some of them that sell you the food that it would cost you $150 a week. I’m envisioning like a total health and wellness pack landing on your doorstep every Monday. That’s a lot of food. It’s amazing. And while you benefited from the weight loss and you lost inches and you lost pounds, you look like a million bucks, you know, I can’t help but think of the changes that are taking place internally like listening to our doctors and all of the little things that I have learned from people like Jim Rhodes and, of course, my dad, all of the transformations that take place in the quality of health internally that I can’t see, it shows up through, you know, energy and better rest and feeling better.

And so I think that with all of you on the line, goodness, I think all of you have lost about 100 pounds together which is really fun. You know, think about it. I think it was actually one of our quick staff, I think Rick mentioned this last week that so far since Isagenix has been opened as a business that I think people out in the field have collectively lost something like 5 million pounds. And I just thought, oh, my gosh, that’s a lot of weight taken off the earth. I don’t know, maybe it’s kind of hard to fathom, but we are really really excited that you guys could all be on the line with us. You guys have done a beautiful job sharing from the heart and we just want to thank you for opening up and thank you Ronny and Sherri for being with us and inviting on Linda and Elena. You guys are amazing and I love the East Coast accent, I just love it. Thank you again for being with us.
