Isagenix Corporate Update June 9,2009

>> Rick Despain: Welcome everyone to the call, especially those who are brand new and this is your fist call. We have been talking about the new Isalean shake, and they are going to be available in June later this month, and it is exciting to be able to talk about this, because they will also be available up in Canada also. >> Kjersti Cody: I know. I’m really excited for this event for all of the East Coasters and Isagenix or anywhere close to the area to get to this event. >> Kjersti: Okay, Kirk, well, good. I want to introduce you. I just–Kirk Metz is actually going to be one of the guest speakers, guest trainers, at this Enlightened Training Circle on the East Coast here coming up, and let me tell you just a little bit about Kirk. He is a 6-Star Golden Circle, a 3-Star Crystal Executive. He’s actually one of our Isagenix millionaires, which, you know, there’s 36 millionaires. Can you believe that in just seven years, and Kirk is one of them.

He has served on our field advisory boards in the past, and he’s definitely someone, you know, in my eyes that is all about personal development, mastering yourself. And he really helps to take his own team and help them to see their greatness, and so it’s wonderful, Kirk, that you’re going to be there at the event helping to train. And, of course, just so everybody knows, Kirk hails from Las Vegas, Nevada. And he’s married to his beautiful wife, Jamie. They have a beautiful daughter, Kaylee or Kylie. And, Kirk, tell us. Are you excited to go to this event? And maybe for those who are brand new to isagenix, I mean, what could you share with them about that they could expect in going to an event like this?

>> Kirk: well, I am. And thanks for that introduction, Kjersti.

>> Kjersti: You’re welcome.

>> Kirk: No, it’s really cool. The cool thing for me to watch is that there’s so many people, you know, in a lot of teams, and I think it’s really cool that it’s going to be back in New York. Just working with some of the teams back there, and Dale’s team, and Drew, and Jeff, and some of Patty and Herb’s people with Bill, and David, and Dr. Jay. These guys are getting so ramped up for this. There’s going to be so many great people there. Jimmy Smith’s going to be there.

It’s going to be an all-star hookup I’m telling you, and the program itself is so cool, because I think David has such a unique ability to work with people and help them to see some things that maybe they’re not seeing for themselves that can take them to such a next level. And I know from just the momentum going into this anticipation looking at the teams that are coming and a lot of the leaders that are coming, it’s going to give a lot of people a piece of information you just can not get anywhere else. When you’re there, you’re working with some people at this caliber and with this kind of vision, and these kind of skills and they’re operating going into the rest of this year. What I seek is this, Kjersti. People who are going are going to get a piece that you can not get anywhere else. It’s going to give them an advantage to step into momentum, skill set, clarity. And I think the big one is that clarity. Just people who have clarity operate with a different degree of certainty, and that’s called confidence. And people pick that up in a heartbeat, and people who pick it up go, “Man, this is a leader. I want to be on their team.” And so it’s such a great transition. I know there’s a lot of teams that really, really, really, really, really–I don’t ever say that with five reallys. Really encourage people to come with a person on their left team and a person on their right team. Most people that come with a person on their left and a person on their right and they can operate as a team, can hookup and create such a momentum that–and watch what happens.

Those teams will come out of there with a skill set of vision to get their teams in to such a greater degree of momentum that they’ll show up at conference with three times, four times, five times as many people as they were going to. And that’s night and day, because what I know about conference after we come out of conference and knowing what Jim and Kathy and John have planned for us, is that a lot of people are going to watch their incomes double, triple, and quadruple by the first of the year. And so it looks like this, Kjersti. How would you like to go to EPC, and even if you’re just at two, or three, four cycles right now, by the time you come out of there watch your cycles go up to six, eight, ten, twelve by conference knowing that after conference you’re going to watch them double, triple, quadruple after that? For many people that’s exactly what’s going to happen, and this is that kind of event that gives you a catalyst, a confidence, a clarity to operate in to do just that, to just take it to the next level. So I am pumped. As a matter of fact, I’ve been running around all day just getting–I feel like I’m going tomorrow. I’m not going till next week, but the teams out there, the expectation in they’re getting ready and the people that are coming in and coming to this, I’ve been talking to them. It is going to be one of the best events in the whole country this year. And I’m excited to be out there with these guys.

>> Kjersti: Yea, woo! We’re excited. We’re very excited. Now, Kirk, while we have you on the line, because I know that you are very, very busy man, and, I mean, here you’re a 6-Star Golden Circle. You’re an Isagenix millionaire, and, you know, you had a little bit of network marketing experience prior to Isagenix. Tell us about, give us just a couple of nuggets. What do you really feel, you know, sum it up. What do you really feel has contributed or partially contributed to your success at Isagenix, because there’s a lot of new people on the line tonight listening in. And despite the economic, you know, woes that are going on out there, Isagenix is growing with leaps and bounds. So with all these new people, what kind of golden nuggets could you impart to them tonight on what you really feel help you gain the success that you have even today?

>> Kirk: Well, I think really it’s just the core principles behind what we do. And actually I was invited to a lunch today, which was very interesting, because I was sitting. The guy that took me was a financial advisor of mine, and we were sitting with a number of other people very high-up in other marketing companies. And what they found so remarkable about Isagenix and what we do and the success that we have there is that it’s such an amazing blend, but it’s really one thing. And watch this, because this is exactly what it is. It’s a health, wealth environment. It’s not separate. The people that start to understand that, move at a whole different level. It’s not one or the other, or one first or the other. It’s one thing at one time. It is a health-wealth environment. What does that mean? It means because this technology.

I like to call it a technology. You know, what John developed, these nutritionals, the way that they’re combined, the way that they go into the body, they’re ability to create results. And look how much, it just keeps getting better and better and better. You know, I thank God for your dad everyday. It’s just amazing what keeps happening. Look how good the cleanse drink is. You know, it just shifts your whole paradigm about what you’re seeing and what’s available, and you come out of there with a solid plan, and a great tool, and a great team, and you’ll watch your income double, triple, and quadruple by the first of the year. And I love that, because if they’re at, you know, $2,000.00 a week, $3,000.00 a week by the first of the year, and they’re just at three cycles now, you and I both now, Kjersti what’s going to happen next year. They’re going to go from 3 to $6,000.00 a week higher than that, 6-Star, $10,000.00 a week. It’s amazing to me, and that’s available. And so it is, but it is this. When people position themselves around people that have that kind of environment built around them, they will accelerate to those levels very easily and very naturally. >> Dr. Richard Bogdanski: Yes, can you hear me?

>> Rick: Yes, excellent. Now that I know that you’re on the line, let me introduce you, doctor. A new 3-Star Golden Circle and a 1-Star Executive, and he resides is Riverhead, New York. And he’s a practicing chiropractor for over 27 years in the Long Island area of New York. And you’ve been involved with Isagenix for two years, I understand, and everyone in your family has made it to the rank of consultant, so I love that. And so I’m sure that you’re committed to helping others through your practice and through the Isagenix products. Welcome to the call, our newest 3-Star Golden Circle.

>> Dr. Bogdanski: Thank you.

>> Rick: And I guess I need to ask you, are you going to the Enlightened Training Circle this weekend?

>> Dr. Bogdanski: well, I wouldn’t miss it after all I’ve just heard anyway. [Laughter]

>> Rick: That’s this next weekend, the 18th through the 20th. Hopefully you can take advantage of that, but share with us your story a little bit about why you’re so excited about Isagenix and how you use it in your practice.

>> Dr. Bogdanski: Well, I found out about it myself about two and-a-half years ago at a chiropractic seminar. And I was looking to lose a few pounds, and you know, my short story is I lost 16 pounds in 11 days. And all my patients started noticing that I was walking around pulling up my pants while I was walking through the office. So, of course, they wanted to know what I was doing, and that led to me sharing it with them on a weekly basis. And I don’t know about you, but I can’t help but get motivated by everything around me everyday. You read the news. You watch the television, and it’s a very sick country out there. So as a natural healthcare provider, Isagenix just goes really well with what I do in helping people become healthy naturally.

>> Rick: Exactly. It’s interesting that when you mentioned that you watch the news and everything. Yes, there is so much negative news out there, and people are looking for answers, but they’re not finding them. And here we have the answers, so how do you actually share it in you practice? How do you get someone interested besides just seeing that you lost 16 pounds? I’m sure you have some kind of a system, or how do you do it?

>> Dr. Bogdanski: One of the things we do with our introductory examination, of course, we weigh and measure people. And that usually gets them to tell me that they need to lose a few pounds. And I say, well, you know, that may not be the main reason you came to my office, but that is one of the things we can help you with. And, obviously, at least to me as a chiropractor, if I can get 20 pounds off of somebody’s spine, you can really hope them with their healthy lifestyle. And as they get more involved with the Isagenix program, they start to see other things happening, and, of course they tell their family, their friends, and it just keeps spreading. And as I mentioned, I do a once a week meeting at my office, which leads to other meetings and other chiropractors and other doctors. One of the interesting things that’s happened, I’ve had a lot of medical doctors in my office referring their patients to my office, because when my patients go to their office, they notice how much better they’re looking and feeling and getting better results with their medical situations. So they’ve been referring them to me for the weight loss program, and I’ve got a few of the medical doctors even on the program. So it’s like anything else. It spreads by word of mouth as they get results.

>> Rick: Well, that’s exciting. Its wonderful to see the medical doctors give you referrals. Now talk to me about your family. When I was reading your bio, I mentioned that everyone in your family has reached consultant. Tell me about that.

>> Dr. Bogdanski: Well, it’s funny. I have two sons. One is very big. He was a defensive lineman in college football, and the other one is very thin. He was more of a receiver in football, so one guy is always trying to lose weight, and the other guy is trying to gain weight. So one guy is on two shakes a day, and the other one ads a shake a day to gain some weight. And my daughter who is graduated from college as a therapist, a rehab specialist, is working in my office right now, and she helps an awful lot. When the patients come in, I’ll pass them over to her for the weighing and measuring, and if they’re interested in the program, she’ll go over the nine day or 30 day or whatever she thinks is appropriate for them. And, you know she follows up with phone calls, you know, on the first day of the cleanse or whatever program they’re on and answers a lot of their questions. And it’s just nice to have everybody involved. And, of course, my wife works in my office too, so she’s always telling everybody about how great they look when they walk in the office. So that’s always a big plus.

>> Rick: That’s a lot of fun, so you have your family involved. That’s a family affair. That’s exiting. But there’s one other thing I want to know is that as our newest 3-Star Golden Circle, you know, you’re cycling enough now with Isagenix that you are creating a residual six figure income. I don’t know if you intended for this when you got involved with Isagenix, but I’m sure it’s got to be an incredible side benefit. But in a practice like yours, what does it mean to have an additional six figures a year coming in just by helping people?

>> Dr. Bogdanski: Well, I have a very busy practice as you mentioned. I’ve been in practice over 27 years, so I didn’t get involved in the program for the financial aspect. I did it for helping people, but it’s always nice when you reach a level like that. Interesting story, over the past winter, we had really bad winter here in New York. And I think it was a Friday afternoon when we had a really bad snowstorm, and I left the office and hardly anyone came in, because they couldn’t even get to the office but on the way home, I was smiling to myself thinking, wow, I hardly had my patients come in today, but yet I was turning cycles whether I was in the office or not. And a light went on in my head at that time that I really, really, really need to share this with other chiropractors and other doctors and professionals in general, because no matter what happens with your business income, the isagenix income just keeps rolling along.

>> Rick: That’s exciting. I mean, has your practice been affected by the recession at all? Is this helping to replace some of that income, or are you just getting this in addition to?

>> Dr. Bogdanski: I don’t know if there’s any other doctors on the line, but to say the least, the insurance companies are hammering us. Everybody has got the HMOs, PPOs, and people are coming in with bigger co pays than I see. And it’s funny. I went over an insurance statement with my receptionist today, and we billed out over $1,000.00 on a patient’s claim, and we got about $107.00 back. So we’re really getting hit, and it’s rough. It really is, because when that happens, you have to have the patients put out more of the payments, and they’re not happy about that either. So it’s really affecting everybody. But, again, to know that every week we have some residual income coming in, I don’t feel pressured, you know, to worry that much about the finances, and I can feel free to practice the way I want.

>> Rick: Well, thanks for giving us those words of wisdom. I have one more question. I’m sure there’s someone on the line that would love to have a chiropractor in their origination, and so how would you tell us, especially a new person, how would you approach a chiropractic office? How do you, you know, what did they say to you that you got interested and then tried the product, lost 16 pounds, and it went form there, because you saw the results. But how did they approach you? You know, teach us how we can do this.

>> Dr. Bogdanski: Well, you know, chiropractors and probably any doctor, we get hit from all sides. we’re getting phone calls all day long with people t5yring to get us to sell whatever, especially when it comes to nutrition, because chiropractors are known to have nutrition in their practice.

>> Rick: Yea, and I can just imagine. Right.

>> Dr. Bogdanski: Sure. My advice would be, you know, it’s just like anyone else. You know, we’re the same as anyone else. We want a good product. We want good results, and we want it to help us. And if it helps us, we know we’re going to share it with someone else. So my advice would be the same thing you do with anyone else. Tell them your story, you know. Obviously, if you know a chiropractor or a doctor or whatever and you see him and meet him, and say, “Listen, I just lost X amount of pounds on this cleanse grogram. I think it’s great for me, and I think it could work for you. And I think it could help your patients. Let’s sit down and talk about it.” You know, we’re no different than anybody else. We have the same needs and wants, so that’s how I would approach it.

>> Kjersti: I’m just dying to know how many people, because we’re nine weeks away. I mean, the registration is still open, and so I’m curious as to how many people will be there this year.

>> Rick: Well, that was just shared with me. I tell you what, going ahead. I’m going to find that, because that was shared with me, and it’s around–

>> Kjersti: Okay, and the reason why I wanted to know, so, Rick, while you’re looking, I’ll share with everybody, you know, it’s hard to imagine that when you are one person in a sea of people that you would actually feel warm fuzzies, and somehow you do. It never ceases to amaze me. Our events, our annual celebration, has such a special feeling when you’re there. It’s hard to even describe. Last year there was around 4,000 people that went, and, you know, every year it gets bigger and bigger and bigger. Like our fist year we had about 800 people, and then it went to 1,500, and then 2,000, and then 3,000, and, of course, it’s growing. Every year we’re like oh my gosh, what are we going to do? It’s getting bigger and bigger. That’s a lot of people. How are you going to feel the same. You know, this closeness and this unity that Rick’s talking about that, but I’m telling you, you do. And it’s an amazing three days of, you know, learning keys on how to explode your business from industry leaders. And hearing inspiring stories of how Isagenix has completely transformed people’s lives, of course, getting exclusive access to new products, and new business tools, and, of course, you get to hear form world renowned keynote speakers, dynamic, amazing people up on stage that really helps to drive it home and help you to discover your why. Like why are you there?

And the only regret that you will ever have in going to an annual celebration is not having your entire team there with you. I’m telling you, I know what that feels like, and when you’re sitting there in the audience and you’re learning and you’re feeling and you are really connecting, all you want is your own family, your own friends to have been able to be there so that you could look over at them and glance. You know, do you have goose bumps too? And it’s like, yea, you know it’s just a really cool thing. I believe if you get yourself down there, and you pay for your hotel, they’ll take care of you from that point forward. And, boy, I’ll tell you, I volunteered once, and I had an absolute blast doing it. Rick, do we know how people now are registered so far?

>> Rick: Yes, we do. Liz Harvey and Shelley Rippy shared this with me on Monday, and I just had to find my notes. We have over 6,000 associates and leaders registered for the celebration, which means between now and August this gives us a chance to have over 7,000 or more people coming to the celebration. This will be our biggest celebration ever, Kjersti.

>> Kjersti: I know. Isn’t it exciting, and, of course, Rick, we can’t forget about the IsaBody Challenge. It ends next Monday on June 15th, and I know that you guys are really looking forward to reading through all of the essays, looking at the before and after. So, of course, to be able to see the winners of the 2009 IsaBody Challenge is going to be so much fun, so take advantage of getting yourself registered and be there. It’s going to be fun. So, Rick, back to you.

>> Rick: Thank you. And now a great announcement. I am just so excited about this, because about a month ago it was our leadership call that the Coovers do each month. And on that leader call, they announced new bonuses, new rank advancement bonuses, where you can receive bonuses for becoming a consultant, for becoming a star consultant, and an executive. And these bonuses just changed everything fur us. I mean, this company has just been awesome, and it’s the best out there.

And now it’s got even better with these bonuses, and this week was the first time that we paid out bonuses for the people who had earned those new rank advancements. And, Kjersti, this week we paid out $90,000.00 just in this week for the bonuses for the ranks achieved in May since that announcement was given. That is huge. And another thing I want announce that you’ll see in your back office is that on that same call we announced that the Autoship Rewards Program, which, remember, Kjersti, includes the $10.00 if you’re on Autsohip and have you’re personal tool on Autoship, you received $10.00. That was announced to be concluded, remember, at the need of May. It’s extended thorough the celebration, so that’s great news in conjunction with all of these new bonuses. And the President’s Stimulus Plan, this is President Cover’s Stimulus Plan, is going that he announced at the top achiever event, and so tonight I’m able to read the names of those who have achieved that bonus. This is always exciting. This where you become a Star Consultant, and you develop five consultants. You receive $250.00. That’s the President’s Stimulus plan from president Coover. ad if you do it on both sides and have ten, then you receive another $250.00, so you can earn up to $500.00 in that President’s Stimulus plan. The people that I get to read their names tonight, congratulations. They have received $250.00 for developing five consultants. And for the week of May 25th through May 31st they will receive $250.00 to be paid in their next commission. And the first is Doris.

So congratulations. Kay Boyce, Dr. Charles Campbell, Larry and Bonnie Carroll, Richard DeSanto, Dr. Michael Decamp, Gia Lee, Joseph Lowe. I keep seeing Joseph Lowe’s name. Congratulations there. Barbara Lynn Matson, and I just announced that she is a new 3-Star Golden Circle, so congratulations, and that’s one of the reasons why she’s doing it. She’s developing consultants. Michelle Powell, Denise Rimee [assumed spelling], Dr. Bruce Rippy, Debbie Russell, David Schwartz, Jack and Gail Shakeshaft, and [foreign language]. All of these will receive $250.00 for developing those five consultants, and that’s how you build teams and how you achieve rank advancements and will receive even more bonuses for becoming Star Consultants and executives. So congratulations to everyone who is able to achieve this, and keep going after those bonuses. We’re also going to have hopefully Joel Dickman from our marketing team, and these three individuals, Dr. Harper’s going to talk about, you know, your body, what’s been going on during the whole entire IsaBody Challenge, which this is going to be a fabulous call whether you’ve participated in the challenge or not. He’s going to be talking about earning fast cash with our new bonuses, our new incentives, and, you know, he’s going to totally spell it out, so get your piece of paper and pencil ready so that you can really have a full understanding of these promotions that are going on so you can cash out, get more money going into your pockets and teaching your teammates how to do the same. It’s wonderful team building incentives. We’re just really excited that we’ve got so many amazing things going on here at Isagenix that rewards us financially for our hard efforts, our hard work, so Rick will be with you on Saturday morning.
