>> All right. Well, good evening everyone and welcome to our Tuesday night’s corporate update call Isagenix International. My name is Kjersti Cote, your host, and for those of you who are — were just on the line listening into the real people, real results call with an amazing call. And I just want to remind everybody that that call was recorded and will be posted in your back office in the online library for you guys to enjoy at anytime that you chose to do.

So, we — as I said before, we’ve got a lot of information to cover and here with us tonight is Rick Despain he is our Vice President of Field Relations within our Corporate Headquarters Isagenix. And he’s been with us now for 5 years. He came in just a couple of years after the company had started and we are so grateful for Rick and all that he’s contributed to Isagenix, the growth. He actually comes to the table with 25 years of experience in strategic marketing and communications. 18 years of experience in direct sales and network marketing. And he’s worked with many other network marketing companies in the past prior to Isagenix helping their sales increase double, triple, quadruple, and so forth. And he was — was very instrumental in getting our– a compliance department set up and our marketing department set up when Isagenix was just in its infancy still. And now he travels all over North America helping to train all of you out in the field. And again, we’re grateful for his dedication, he’s positive attitude and he’s sweet care that he brings to all of us when we’re around him. So with that Rick, good evening to you. And welcome to the call.

>> Well, thank you Kjersti. Good evening and good evening to everyone who’s listening to the call especially our new associate and new people who are just finding out about Isagenix. It’s an exciting time. How are you doing Kjersti?

>> I’m doing great. The sun is finally shining Rick here in Montana, very, very exciting.

>> Oh, nice one. Well I’ve got the first part of good news that I get to share is that, that Kathy Coover just finished a super Saturday in Seattle this past Saturday. And oh, just amazing, over 200 people there and guess what Kjersti? We had the biggest week ever in the — in this year, 2009. There was this past week with the biggest week in Isagenix history in 2009 which is awesome. We always wanted to, you know, take advantage of that. And then we have a lot of events coming up and things. But we have some great announcements to make and I just wanna share this with you Kjersti and everyone on the line is that our marketing department has done another incredible superb job and that is we have a new product catalog. It’s just launched. It’s starting to go out in orders. I don’t know if you seen it yet Kjersti but it is beautiful.

>> Yes, it is attractive. It actually came in somebody’s package, their autoship package. And I saw it a meeting last night and it is a very attractive.

>> Oh, it’s awesome and it starts out of course, you know, giving the reason why Isagenix and then it goes through our packs right in the middle. There is the Isagenix wholesale and retail pricelist so you can refer to it very easily. And then it goes through and it gives all of our nutrition supplement facts on the back. That includes IsaDermix. And on the back page, this is the one that I like, on the back page it has members of our 100 Pound Club, you know, just holding the jeans and the dresses and things that they no longer fit into. Yeah, then, you know, the big ones and it’s just awesome to see that. If you wanna take a look at this, it is absolutely, absolutely gorgeous and what a beautiful job. It’s called the “Spring Catalog 2009.” As you know as we update our products at the top achievers events and then also at celebration, we update our product catalog. The next thing I’m excited to share with you is we have the new IsaNEws. This is the spring and summer edition. It’s the spring-summer 2009 and it features on the front page of course on the cover. Enjoy a little cleanse everyday. This is our everyday cleansing, new positioning, and oh, the photography is incredible. It talks about our new IsaDermix.

Also secrets from our top recruiters that we’re sharing up the top achiever event, there’s a lot of photos and things that happen there, the top achiever’s event. And there is even an article about how they get a beach ready body as we go into, you know, into that latter part of the spring and go into the summer. The IsaDermix photography is incredible. I’m just saying it’s just awesome. And then David Wood, our Senior Vice President and Chief Training Officer is — has a wonderful article on how to become unstoppable and, you know, how to not listen to the voice in your head that a lot of people listen to that tells them, “Oh, you can’t do this and, you know, and not worth it or something like that.” He teaches you how to go through that and become unstoppable and go after it. So I’m excited to announce that that will be delivered in your orders or starting next week, that’s great. Now and, I don’t know Kjirsti, there are so many announcements. Do you wanna go over some of these [laughter]. Let’s see.

>> I — yes, or do you wanna — do you wanna talk about what’s going on at the Isagenix University on May 29?

>> Oh, yes.

>> [Inaudible] This is the real biggy.

>> I’ll let you do that one because this is the exciting.

>> Okay, okay. It really is exciting. And you know Kjersti, we, you know, this is our third year and I was involved in the beginning of putting this together. And I have to tell you that, you know, in the 18 years that I’ve been in network marketing I’ve worked for six companies. I’ve had lot — a lot of fun in this industry but I have never been able to be a part of a contest or an organization like this that creates such an impact. I mean I’ve been in good companies they have great nutrition, have good minerals, and they have good antioxidants, and you know, essentials and things like that but they were never — I mean that company was never able to produce the top results.

We, you know, that we achieved in this IsaBody contest. I mean, all the companies that I worked for before could not do this. And I’ve been thinking about this, you know, all the companies that we see out there, there’s some new start up ones, there’s a lot of juice companies that are in the market right now. None of them can achieve the results we get in this simple contest to the IsaBody Challenge, that’s just how incredible the products are. And you know, listening to the call before, you know, the real results, real people, that what’s separates this company from any other company in the markets. And also another Crystal Executive from California, Arsh Mashaw. And we have a 2 Star Executive, Dr. Jeff Bury from New York. By the way he was one of our Isabody challenge finalist last year. And then we have a new 1 Star Golden circle, and this is exciting for me to announce this gentleman from Colorado. He is an extreme adventurer. He this one who hops out of an airplane and he base jumps and he’s hang gliding and everything, this Kenyon Salo from Colorado. Congratulations for becoming a 1 Star Golden Circle. And another 1 Star Golden Circle from Washington is Lisa Vanderspek, congratulations. A 2 Star Golden Circle from Pennsylvania Lynn Kamur and Mark Attix or Attix, congratulations to both of you. And a 2 Star Golden Circle out in New Mexico, Jema Fontain, she a former realtor. I met her in a meeting out in Albuquerque and she’s just tearing enough with her team and she has a team of realtors who decided they wanna do something during the recession Kjersti. And so they — she is a 2 Star Golden Circle. And then I mentioned that Dale Latour from New York was new executive, he also became this week a new 2 Star Golden Circle, that’s moving fast. So Dale –

>> Wow.

>> you are moving. And then we have a 5 Star Golden Circle and I remember this gentleman when he first won our Adventures in Paradise Contest and I saw him out in the Bahamas. He’d won that contest and that’s where I first met him but we have a new 5 Star Golden Circle from New Jersey in the New York area, his name Drew Berman and I’m hoping he’s on the call. Drew are you able to get on the call?

>> I am, can you hear me?

>> Oh, excellent Drew. I’m glad you’re on the call. Congratulations for being a new 5 Star Golden Circle and you’re also a 1 Star Crystal Executive. I just watched you over the last two and a half years earn a spot in the top 50 in Isagenix. You — from what I understand looking at the reports, you enrolled 157 new team members which helped your group grow over to 6500 people which is incredible. I understand you’ve been a sales and marketing for about 15 years and involved in network marketing before for around 7. I also understand that you have a new eBook out there on the internet called “Make Your Vision A Reality.” How — well I ask you at the end how you, you know, how you can download that. And — but you’re a great mentor. You’re a great coach. And most importantly you’re a husband and a daddy, right?

>> Well, I’m all those things. Rick thank you. It’s been an unbelievable adventure. I’m coming home with one of my top trainer who’s sitting next to me Stephanie Weems. We just get [inaudible]. We signed up three people on the spot and I’m pulling over on the side of the road so that I don’t crash into a car.

>> [Laughter] We want you safe. Tell us why are so excited about Isagenix, what you were doing to build your team and you’ve been able to accomplish a 5 Star in two and a half years which is just awesome. Tell me how you do it.

>> One on the left. One on the right. Do it again and again. Let’s see, your numbers were accurately be six months ago. I’ve got a 165 personnel and 7500 people on the team and boy do I just have a curricular team, people are excited. We got lit up. I got my butt kicked at Isagenix University by the Cepedas and Jim Smith and they share — they — Jim Smith, he opened up our calendar for 90 straight days opened it up to our group. So I looked my wife in the eye who is four months pregnant Rick and I said, “Baby going to work and I’m booked two nights a week till convention.”

We just came from a small in-home in New Jersey, signed up three people on the spot and our team is kicking butt all over North America. People are having results and, you know the products saved my dad’s life and I’ll say whether it’s compliant or not, maybe it was a nice coincidence but my dad looks 56 pounds lighter and 20 year younger and, you know Rick it’s — you’ve been around the industry Rick and I came from another company where I had to build six legs with volumes flashing every month and this has been a dream come true my friend.

>> Oh yeah, [laughter] and I know how would that feels. I was involved in that before. Now, you’re wife Cory — now you have a four year old son, Tyler, right?

>> Yeah, that’s correct.

>> And your wife Cory. So now you were booked for two home presentations every week and until the convention, that’s why you’re successful.

>> Well, my wife is a, you know, four months pregnant, I said, “Honey, I said, “Listen, this is the time it’s this 90 days, this is gonna make or breaks it.” And she said, “Alright, you’re lucky.” When I went 5 Star I came home and there were fliers and pictures all over my desk and all of desk that said, “Go daddy. 100 cycles. 5 Star. We love you. We’re proud of you.” And, you know, that’s — it was a miracle and, you know, it did happen at 11:58 p.m. on Sunday night. So I’ve been around here. I was watching you. I was counting it. And you know, 5 Star is only the beginning. It’s only an acknowledgment of the amazing team that I have and [inaudible] in their support.

>> Well, let me ask you. I mean this is an exciting time. But you know, over the last years, you know, we’ve heard a lot in the news that we’re in the recession, that teams are going — not going too well, and look at you, you have increased your own economy. I would say that you’re not participating in the recession just like Isagenix. What do you say to people, how do you approach them? And these are things that new people would like to hear. ‘Cause you’re successful, what do you say?

>> Well first, I was using what David Wood taught me which is just a simple question of, “Do you know anyone who’s been affected by the current financial crisis?” I had a lot of success with that until Kathy Coover came and just swiped it with two words and that mean everything to me she said, “You or anyone in your family been affected by the current financial crisis?” And that was really impactful for me and now I’m finding doctors are being very, very turned on by these real estate agents, athletes, popped through world professionals are being turned on by this. And I believe it’s the — it’s not only the industry of the future but I believe — I believe we’re gonna change our company and change the industry. Well, I think we just began what’s about to happen.

>> Alright, I totally agree and the reason why I’m in this company is because I didn’t wanna compete against it [laughter]. I was the VP of sales of another company when I first saw this and I didn’t, you know, when I realized what Isagenix had I didn’t want to compete against it. I truly believe Drew that Isagenix is the new phase of network marketing done right.

>> Well I believe so and I believe, you know, you mention my eBook and I appreciate that. I wrote the eBook based on old school methodologies of the language used to build this business, the language needed and turn it into an income stream and [inaudible], and how to network and how to recruit and how to ask yourself the right questions. And it’s on my website Rick at drewberman.com, a lot of tips about the industry, my eBook, what I’m doing on the internet. And I think with now old school methodologies plus new school plus the internet plus our program, I mean, it’s game over. It’s game over. And my favorite quote, my favorite person that I talked about is Paul Zane Pilzer who wrote in his book “The Next Millionaires” how the business and industry of health and wellness and the business and industry of distribution is gonna create a million millionaires in the next decade. He describes it as the perfect storm. And I’m gonna get my share. I’m gonna pick my piece.

>> Rick, I heard we’re kissing number one. How far are we from California?

>> [Laughter] I cannot reveal that but you’re knockin’ on the door.

>> Yeah [inaudible].

>> Just let the friendly competition begin, right [laughter]?

>> And I’ll end with this Rick, you know, every time I see you I share with what you said that really made a difference in my career. So now that you’re in to viewing me, I really wanna honor you. When I met you in the Bahamas and you spoke and you had tears in your eyes and you said that you know people are laying down the line and putting their careers and their families and their homes at stake with their career at Isagenix and you were gonna take that. Personally, responsibility and not let people down, that made the difference for my wife and I to truly believe and move forward and run with this thing.

>> Well, thank you very much and I was simply paradigm the vision of Jim and Kathy Coover because they were the ones that founded this company with John Anderson and all three had that in mind and as I went there as a messenger for the founders and I feel the same way. Thank you. That’s why I have tears in my eye at the time because we believe that and we take it seriously. This company is gonna be long term. We need this company to be here for us, for our children, and our grandchildren.

>> Well I appreciate you so much –

>> Thank you.

>> and the opportunity so much. And my final thought comes from an e-mail I got from Lenny Evans just a week ago, he said, “Stay focus brother. All distractions are equal.”

>> [Laughter] Well, you have to take at least one day and celebrate.

>> Yes, absolutely.

>> [Laughter] Celebrate 5 Star Golden Circle. Congratulations again and you’ve done this in a very momentous week because it was the largest, you know, the biggest week in 2009 for Isagenix. And let me just share also that in our rank investment and for this week we also had 251 new consultants, 9 new Star consultants, and 9 new 1 Star Silver Circles, 2 new 2 Star Silver Circles, and 1 new 3 Star Silver Circles. So I just love the how our associates are. I guess I have to put it this way. We have a very healthy middle class. I’ve been in companies where they have a lot of the top leaders and make a lot of money then there’s a lot of people that they feel that they are at the bottom and don’t make that much. In Isagenix, we have a good healthy middle class of people who are making money and advancing in ranks all the way from the beginner all to the middle and to our experienced leaders. And so that’s another reason why I enjoyed being with Isagenix.

Now Drew and Kjersti I need to share another thing which is — and very important and that is the recipients of our President’s Stimulus Plan, President Coover’s Stimulus Plan. And — but he announced the top achievers and that was how you could earn 250 dollars by sponsoring five consultants and then with our Crystal Challenge you could win it again on, you know, five consultants on the left, five consultants on the right. So as you become a Crystal in our Crystal Challenge become a Crystal Executive, you could actually, you know, receive 500. This week I want to announce those have earned the 250 winners. We actually have 18 of them, which is awesome. And Kjersti I would like to turn over to you to talk about some of the events that will be happening in this week and, you know, on last week we had an incredible event up in Seattle. We have new event coming this week and of course that will in Oakland on May 16th with Jay Bennett and his time and Andrea and others there. But what’s happening in this week?

>> I am so excited and I think that anybody that lives in the Salt Lake area or any of the surrounding states around Utah, you’re in driving distance to this event. This event that’s coming up this Saturday, May 9th is part of the Spring Tour that we’ve been doing and some of the top leaders that will be attending that event is Kathy Coover, Co-Founder of Isagenix. Toni and Randy Escobar, they are 9 Star Golden Circles Isagenix Millionaires. George Ruiz 7 Star Golden Circle also an Isagenix Millionaire. Don Nooner, a 6 star Golden Circle Isagenix Millionaire. >> Oh, excellent. As we wrap up this call I — what I want everyone to remember is what Drew Berman mentioned is that — all he’s doing right now which is really helped him build his business is just ask that simple question, “Has this recession affected you or anyone in your family or someone that you know and would you be open to learn in how to create another income stream even in a downed economy?”

You lead out right now with those words and a lot of people would be interested. Yes, we, you know, we still talk about cleansing and nutritional cleansing. We still talk about what these wonderful products do. But during this recession, when people are concerned ’cause they’re watching the news and, you know, listen [laughter], listening to that, you know, the radio talk show programs and their — reading US Today and other newspapers and they’re scared. And right now we have the answers as a company. We know how we can do this.

We have now — we have 34 millionaires in the company. I just found out that we have a number of 35. We are going to announce that person tonight, weren’t able to get a hold of them so I’ll do it next week. We have 35, and we’ll probably have 36 by next couple of weeks and possible another one by the convention. In other words, this company truly has it going on and to have people like Drew Berman who can reach 5 Star Golden Circle, that’s a hundred cycle, a weekly cycles to be able to build that business in two and a half years. We have a going on here and I applaud everyone that represents Isagenix as they’re talking with their friends and family and business associates because we can change lives.

Now I’d like to turn the time back over to you Kjersti to talk about our conference call this week. Oh! I forgot one thing. I have to mention one more thing, is that we recently went through a change in our conference call, you know pass codes and numbers and I just kinda wanna lead into that, you know, for you Kjersti ’cause we are working on making our pass codes easier to remember. So that — make sure that you talk about that when you announce the calls for next week.

>> Yes, yeah, okay, so say bye-bye to the 7 digit number [laughter]. I — you know, we’re just testing all of you out there, I’m thinking. But you know what you will use the same number, the same dial-in number for this week’s call, the 712-432-0443. And of course you’re listening time that you dialed into the 927452-pounds, you know, continue to use that on Thursday and on Saturday but starting next week the pin is gonna be changing to something so simple and easy for you guys to remember so that it doesn’t matter where you’re at, if you’re in the gym you got your headset on and you on MU, or in the car, you know, just remember — memorize that number to dial into and your pin number is gonna be 4000-pound. I love it, just four numbers, 4000-pounds! And that’ll be take effect next week.

Of course, that will be in your eNews that will be coming to you next Tuesday morning so we hope you enjoy that. And then this week we have some phenomenal calls. I am so excited. Thursday night at 6 p.m. Pacific, we have Dr. John Gray who is the author of “Men Are From Mars, Women Are From Venus.” He fell in-loved with Isagenix back in May. Actually I think April of 2002, just right after the company had launched. He heard about it through some of his good friends and took one look at the nutritional panels on the back of the product and said, “I gonna meet the formulator.” And so he arranged a meeting with my dad and the rest is history. He’s been with Isagenix ever since and we have a customized line that really helps people to feel happy and have lasting romance, it’s the Mars Venus products.

And he’s gonna be with us on Thursday night. So, you know, mark out a full hour of your time this call will be one hour in length. Again, it starts at 6 p.m. Pacific and we love John, Dr. John Gray. On Saturday’s Business training, we are gonna be doing an International Six Course Gourmet Taste Test Presentation. Now just — that was mouthful words. International Six Course Gourmet Taste Test Presentation that is going to be trained on by Randall and Betsy Burt, the Montana Housewife and Husband. And you know, this is really how they got — they start ‘em in Isagenix and started making a substantial amount of income in Isagenix was they started doing taste testing parties at people’s homes and then of course they change the name to In Home Taste-Testing Presentation. And oh, you know, they put on the chef’s hat and the apron and they have a blast. But let me tell you something, this call is gonna start at 9 a.m. Pacific and there’s gonna be some documents that will be uploaded into your back office in your online library that you can access after Friday.

Okay, so you can go into your back office, they are called “The International Taste Test Gourmet Recipes,” the internation taste test flowchart and of course so just look for them alphabetically in the business section of the back office and print them off there. They’ll be in a PDF form. And now when you have them in front of you as Randall and Betsy are moving through this presentation, you’re gonna love. It’s very simple. It’s fun. And they serve a six course meal of Isagenix at these taste-testing parties.

I mean, how fun is that? So tune-in to find out all about that and they have a little secret, a little surprise, a little extra bonus that they’re gonna be training on that call. So I’m not gonna tell you anymore, you got to tune-in to find out.
