[Kjersti Cote:] Alright, well good evening everyone and welcome to our Tuesday night’s Corporate Update Call with Isagenix International. My name is Kjersti Cote, your host. It’s a pleasure to be here with all of you. Boy! Is the year flying by or what? Pretty soon it’s going to be midyear. Midyear is just four weeks away. I’m very impressed with the speed of the year. We’ve certainly been able to accomplish a lot and of course here with us tonight, Rick Despain, Vice President of Field Relations. He is going to go through a lot of information. Rick, just to let you know, I’d love to assist. Call on me if you need me on any of this information and I know you’ve got some special guests on the line as well. Now, for those of you who are just joining us for the very first time, brand new to Isagenix, a very warm welcome to you and welcome to our Isagenix family. Now, Rick Despain, I have to tell you a little bit about Rick. He joined our executive, our corporate executive team back in July of 2004, just a couple of years after the company started. And what Rick was able to do in a very short period time, he was very instrumental in getting our marketing department up and running, our compliance department up and running and he has been completely invaluable to all of us out in the field as he travels around North America and world wide helping to put on amazing events to educate us, to support us out in the field, helping us to grow and build our organizations. And then on top of that, when he is at our World Headquarters Down in Chandler, Arizona, he works tirelessly around the clock on many, many tasks, many, many projects and helping to give inputs as he has had a tremendous amount of experience within this industry while helping other companies grow their sales. So, we are grateful to you Rick, for all that you do and special welcome to you. Good evening Rick. Rick, are you with us?

[Rick Despain:] Okay, hello Kjersti. This is Rick, I was on mute, I’m sorry. Can you hear me now?

[Kjersti Cote:] That’s okay. I can hear you now.

[Rick Despain:] Actually, I thought I was off mute, but I guess I was on. Anyway, welcome everyone — boy, it seems they’re just hoping here. I’ve been in meetings all day with Kathy Coover and Jim Coover and Liz Harvey and our sales team just talking about things that are happening this week. We have the IsaU, our Isagenix University going on this week and so, this is an amazing time and all the things that are going on and also tonight, one of our trainers for the Isagenix University and hopefully she is on the line. We tried to contact her and hopefully she was able to confirm. Suzan, are you on the line? I guess she didn’t get on, and, but it’s always fun, right Kjersti? When you try to get a trainer on…

[Kjersti Cote:] You bet.

[Rick Despain:] But let me tell you what’s going on this…

[Kjersti Cote:] I don’t think so — coming into the IsaU. She’s going to be down to see you guys here, you know this weekend and I know she’s going to be traveling tomorrow, so hopefully she’ll make it on the line. [Rick Despain:] Well, let’s hope so too. Anyway, Suzan Hart is a 4-Star Golden Circle and Crystal Executive and she will be one of our trainers. Let me just give you a glimpse of what’s going on at Isagenix University for those who are listening, our Isagenix University is just one of those things that we do that just creates magic. I’ve been involved with it for almost five years now. Kjersti, you know on July, we’re almost in June, but July will be five years for me and I remember being at the first Isagenix University and just to see how this company has grown and how our culture is growing and how our leaders have grown going through that university. And we have another one this weekend. We should have between three, you know, 300 and 400 people there. We have an incredible event planned this time because we have a doctors’ panel that’s flying in, which will be one of the first at Isagenix University. We’re also doing some filming with them, so you know I’m getting those double duty, but one of the things that I love about Isagenix University is the fact that when people come and they see the Coovers and see how real they are. Kjersti you’ve been down here quite a few times you know for the university and tell me what your reaction is and why you enjoyed the university just as much as I do.

[Kjersti Cote:] Well, you know I do, I love the IsaUniversity. They are amazing. They are loaded with all kinds of knowledge where people to, you know be able to take with them, take back to their hometown and really put it to work in the field and helping to grow their business, but you know one thing that I am still passionate about is I’ve seen people walk into that event just not feeling like maybe they made the right move in going to the events and they feel like maybe they are like a little nervous on what’s going to happen and they are maybe a little bit skeptical on Isagenix. They aren’t quite sure what’s going on and by the end of the event, by the time it’s over and done with, they are — they have found their home. You can see it in their eyes. They rest their gratitude and for the company and what it means and what our core values are, what we stand for and that they have found something that it’s truly worthy of their time, their energy. And to go out and to sign to people that need what we have, it’s just you can see the passion as they get ready to go home to their families and to their friends and to the area they live in and share Isagenix. So, it’s an amazing place to build your beliefs, to build your, you know build upon the education and all of the amazing gifts that comes with surrounding yourself with the leaders too. It’s a lot of fun. If you’ve never been to one, everybody listening you know on the line, you’ve got to get yourself registered for the IsaU and especially if you live anywhere close to this one that’s going to be taking place this weekend. Rick, I think, can’t they — can they get themselves registered at the door?

[Rick Despain:] Yes, they can. We’ll do that. We have enough room and you know the seats are limited. They can do that and you know, you were talking about what [inaudible] Isagenix. Let me just kind of get this down to a nutshell for you. If you knew Isagenix and you see the amazing things that happen with the products just like we heard on the real people who registered for this and you have just enough of the taste of Isagenix that you want to know more, you can walk into the university and experience — I guess the best way to say is the whirlwind, so that’s the word, just how real this company is, just how real the Coovers are and John Anderson is the founder.

And just see the culture that we have put together and so you’ll walk in and then you’ll walk out and you’ll get it. And what I mean by get it is everything comes together you say okay this is it. And then if you are a leader then send your new people to the Isagenix University. Do everything you can to help them to make the goal and get there, so they will get it and once you get Isagenix into as Lenny Evans says, you know, it doesn’t matter when you get an Isagenix, it’s when Isagenix gets in to you, you can — that’s best accomplished at Isagenix University. We’ve noticed that the people who come, they stay with the company as retention, they become leaders, they go out and they build their business so as that’s one of the biggest things that we do you know each year. And so the actual items here is just take this home with you and say go to Isagenix University yourself and also get your team there whether we’re holding in Phoenix or the ones that we had up in New York. We will plan these other ones across the country, make sure that you attend. Now, on tonight’s call I have some you know incredible announcements of some recognition.

I enjoy this so much because I see how the company is growing every week as we see the progress. You know, we are a seven-year old company that is a ground floor opportunity, which is always amazing. I always say when I’m out in the field you know I ask people do you want to be part of a ground floor opportunity? And they always say yes, so how about a ground floor opportunity to just happens to be on the seventh floor already. You know seventh floor of infrastructure and seven years of paying on our com plan every week without fail, you know all these things are incredible. So, in this call you will hear again about how we are advancing. Let me give you just a glimpse of it. It’s that one of the big announcements over two weeks ago was our, on the leadership call was about how to earn fast cash with Isagenix. So, the Coovers announced a new program of rank advancement bonuses.

In other words, there is — you can receive $50 when you become a consultant, and then $250 when you become a star consultant, $500 when you work and become an executive and then on top of that, we have the President’s Stimulus Plan. Part of the announcement tonight is to let you know that the Coovers looked at this and they have extended the President’s Stimulus Plan through August 30, to coincide with the other bonuses and rewards that they announce through August 30. So, we have two promotions running concurrently, but it’s just awesome when you realize Kjersti that when you can start a new person and say if you want to become a Crystal Executive and just go out and bring five on the left and five on the right on your team, the bonus is now total $1,550 with these two promotions going together. That’s the fastest cash I’ve ever seen in Isagenix. In fact the fastest cash I’ve ever seen in any other company in this industry in my 18 years of history.

So, this is an amazing thing to take advantage of. Last week, we announced our 36th millionaire, which was Lenny Evans and we talked about these bonuses and so tune in to that call. We gave more details on it, but take a look at the flyer that’s in the Back Office of how to take advantage of these new bonuses. Now, another thing that is coming up and in fact Kjersti, I would like you to talk about this. Kjers, you’ve been to a Master the Art of Connection, haven’t you?

You know as we grow as a company, and we experience the product, and we experience the com plan, then you realized that as you start leading the team and start bringing other people with you that you need to learn how to lead them and become a better person and become a better leader. I guess I shouldn’t say better person, but a better leader and so you can as you build your team, you can lead that team and these are the things that you learn when you come to the Enlightened Training Circle: The Art of Connection is to help people to realize how to talk and open up and start conversations, connect with people. We have a new 1-Star Silver Circle and that’s David Morris out of South Carolina. Congratulations David. We have new Crystal Executive out of Washington, Zong Fa Shoon [assumed spelling] and also another Crystal Executive out of Washington, Helen Zang Chin, and so congratulations to those three rank advancements this week. And also there were 323 new consultants this week and 4 new star consultants, so that’s you know congratulations to everyone. And another announcement is — this one, I got out of a meeting today.

They just announced and this is for our associates and friends up in Quebec, Montreal was that Kathy Coover’s new website which is sixfiguremakers.com has now been translated into French. We have subtitles under her introductory movie and then the webinar that or the presentation has also has been all translated into French. I don’t have a last name there, but all these associates will receive the $250 for the President’s Stimulus Plan. Now, this weekend at the Isagenix University, I just want you to know that Kathy Coover will also be hosting an opportunity meeting on Thursday night of this week in Phoenix at the Marriott. So, if you have people in the Phoenix area, please take advantage of that and have your friends and associates and go on and attend that meeting. And then also this weekend as part of this Isagenix University the thing that I am excited about is this doctors’ panel. It’s not the first. We’ve had doctors talk before in Isagenix University, but this is the doctors’ panel. We’ve brought in doctors from all over the country and this is an exciting event. I am very excited about that and one of the things as we film this and we will use these segments in the future, so you know take advantage of those as we get them and we’re also closing in on our last. I think, it’s — I don’t know Kjersti how many days left.

I didn’t calculate this up. We were only two months away from our celebration in Anaheim and as we go over the planning stages for this is, all I can tell you is that this is going to be an exciting event. We have had so many good events in our celebrations, I just feel that this is going to be the top one ever just because of how many people we will have and so take advantage and register now. There’s a lot of exciting things going on this year and so with that being said, we want to be able to support you during your summer months. What are you going to do between now and the annual event to really hit some new goals, hit new heights in your business and where are you at right now. So, it’s going to be a really good check-in point for everybody. Get your entire team on to that call.
