>> Alright, well, good evening everyone and welcome to our Tuesday night corporate update call with Isagenix. It’s a pleasure to have you all with us. We have a wonderful amount of information to cover, lots of exciting things happening in Isagenix. And of course, here with us tonight are none other than Jim and Kathy Coover. I’m always tickled pink to have you guys on the line with us as we only get you once a month maybe, if that, so it’s always fun. And for those of you who are brand new to Isagenix or Isagenix family, Jim Coover is our president and CEO. His beautiful wife Kathy Coover is our executive vice president. And we are so incredibly grateful for these two as they are leading this company to great heights. It’s amazing to me to see the growth that’s taking place every single day and the true dedication that Jim and Kathy have to all of us out in the field.
They’re constantly looking for ways to make the best company in the world even better. And their motto is, Jim, excuse me. If it’s not right for the associates, then it’s not right for our company. And their goal is to create a safe company that associates can count on, that they can call home for the future and, of course, something for them to be passionate about and they’ve certainly done that. So, Jim and Kathy, we’re grateful for all that you do, and with that, good evening and welcome to the call.
>> Well, thank you, Kjersti, and welcome everybody. Gosh, it was so great to hear you all announcing now yourself from all over in North America. And it is a real privilege to be on the call. We have lots of exciting things to share and, in fact, earlier this morning we concluded our monthly call with our–members of our executive leadership team, those of you who have achieved leadership status in Isagenix and I think we had over 400 people on that call.
So they heard it first but you’re right behind them, and so tonight you’re gonna be hearing some exciting things that are gonna impact not only your future but to really help us propel and maintain the incredible momentum that we have. First off, one of the things we did this morning was to recognize what a great month we had in the month of April. You know, we brought in nearly 14,000 new members to our Isagenix family and welcome to those of you that made it on to the call that maybe you’ve just joined us but I think it’s just evidenced in the way that we’re growing. And also, one of the exciting things and I’m–hopefully, he was able to make it on the call tonight.

>> Great. We were able to recognize tonight someone who has been with us for a number of years now, and I think he validates what’s really possible with the Isagenix opportunity. He’s actually a resident of Florida. He’s a practicing chiropractor. He is actually a well-known speaker in the chiropractic community. But in terms of his contributions to Isagenix, he’s grown on to become one of our top leaders. You know, he’s a 6 Star Golden Circle, which means he actually generates between 10 and 20,000 dollars a week in income. He’s a 3 Star Crystal Executive, which means he’s personally enrolled at least 3 people who have gone on to become executives themselves. And what’s really exciting is he has just become our newest, and that’s our 35th total, millionaire in Isagenix. So, David, I am pleased you were able to make it on the call. David Singer.
>> Thank you so much for–I feel like I was just told I’m a Lieutenant Colonel in the US Army.
>> Well, I’m glad–most of those aren’t millionaires.
[ Laughter ]
>> Yeah, they don’t enjoy such benefits, you’re correct.
>> Yeah, they certainly don’t have residual income, so why don’t you just share with everybody a little bit about, you know, your journey and how excited you are to head a new milestone.
>> Well for all those, you know, on the call, I just wanna thank you for being here tonight and to tell you that when this journey began I had no idea that I would make any money at this. That wasn’t my motivation. What happened for me is my wife, who has tried to lose weight throughout her life, has never been able to succeed, and was introduced to Isagenix by a friend and I started watching her become more and more thin and better, better looking. And I said “Honey, what’s going on? What’s–you’ve tried every diet out there, nothing’s ever worked. What do you, you know, what are you doing?” And she said, “Well, I’m doing this thing called Isagenix.”
So I said, “Well, you’ve tried everything I’ve ever–nothing’s ever worked.”
And we were convinced because she had had a thyroid problem in the past that she could not lose weight because of that. And then I decided to test it out on–I have 35 people who work for me so I decided to test it out on some of my staff and all of them succeeded with it. And because my purpose in life is to help people become healthier, I decided to start sharing it with others on health; particularly doctors could use it in their practice to contribute to the health of their patients. And people often ask me, well, how did I get doctors to do this since doctors are so resistant to doing anything of a networking marketing program? And I didn’t approach him from that angle. I approached them from the angle of helping more people get well, and by getting more patients into their practices, and the idea of doing networking was just secondary, you know, concept. And because weight loss is without question the largest issue in our nation, I was able to get them to understand the logic that if they didn’t diversify their practice and add to their practice this element, they would be losing out on a major part of the population. And so, in my case, it’s a little bit different than others.
The people, a lot of these thousands of people that I’ve enrolled, did not go on themselves to desperately do network marketing but basically just straight retailed. But because it spread like wildfire, it was able to catapult me without–I mean, I just never thought this would ever happen. I was, every step along the way, I kept thinking this ain’t gonna happen. And then it just kept happening and happening. But, of course, I was only able to succeed because I got myself surrounded by some very key people. And for those of you on this call who wish to aspire to greater heights, I think the only thing I could say to you is, one, you have to have a passion and the love for what you’re doing, which I know you do or you won’t be on this phone call. You obviously have to believe in the product which, again, you–if you were on this phone call. But the other thing is you’ve got to find for yourself a great left and right arm.
I have many businesses. I had probably 7 corporations. All of them do, you know, over a million dollars a year and the reason I’m able to succeed in life is because I always choose a good right arm. Another, somebody who stands right next to me and help us make all these things happen. And when you’re looking to build your down line, there are many people in this program who’ve become millionaires with only 2 or 3 people on their left and 2 or 3 on their right who really decided to go for it. So it’s not like you’re trying to enroll and get an army of other generals, you only need to get a few and this thing goes and I think one of them is on the call with me here tonight, whose name is Debbie Russell. Debbie, are you there?
>> I am, David.
>> I just want to thank you, Debbie, for helping make this possible.
>> You’re very, very welcome. It’s been my pleasure.
>> And I–
>> One of our generals.
>> Yeah, there’s one of my generals. And Steve, I don’t know if Steve’s on the call. But anyway, that’s my tip to everybody. You’ve got to look for your generals on your left, your generals on the right who will take your motivation and inspiration and bring it down the line.
>> David, you’re an incredible role model and we’re just proud to have you as our partner and part of the Isagenix family and, you know, it’s all about leading by example and you’re certainly setting a great example for not just your team but for everyone in the Isagenix family. Thank you.
>> Well, thank you.
>> Okay, well, what I’d like to do is, I think Kathy was actually–I know it was a moving day, but I’ll let her share some other exciting things that are going on.
>> Well thanks, Jim, and congratulations Dr. Singer and we’re so proud of you. It’s so exciting.

>> I’m certainly excited.
>> It’s so exciting. And are you fired up or what?
[ Laughter]
>> Okay, well, I have the honor of talking about our new Lead Generation Program and you may have heard a little about it. You may have received an email on it. And if you have not and you are paid as consultant, you need to get with your upline and they’ll get you on the program, but you need to be a paid as consultant. You need to be on auto-ship. When you have it must be an autoship and you can participate in our lead–new Lead Generation Program.
We’ll have approximately 60,000 leads a month and they’ll be all business-focused leads. And we will be training you on exactly how to work the program. I built two organizations with leads and so I’m really a master of it, so I’ll be training you through webinars, how to qualify, how to sift, how to sort, and quickly get the information out to people and look for the winners. So as David Singer say, he’s just looking for a few winners, that’s it, just a couple, and have them run with it. And we’re really excited about–you will be launching some time the first part of June.
You will also get the most amazing new contact management system. This new contact management system will be able to use for your warm market or even your people that you personally load. You’ll be able to use it for follow up with maybe you could in a tradeshow or maybe like Dr. Singer who’s–who talked to a lot of doctors who appealed to use this contact management system, it is unbelievable. Our IT department put this together. I just cannot even believe what they put together. So that will go along with it. So for the big sum total of 25 dollars a month, you’ll get 25 leads and you get the contact management system. And then, if you want to play more leads, they’re a dollar a piece. And what’s so great about the leads is you can say, okay, I want to target Florida. You can pull out all the leads from Florida. If you want to target women, you can see the first name, you can pull the women out. If you want to target Hispanic people, you can pull out Hispanic people. So it’s really gonna be amazing.
So we are really excited about that to help you. Just another way to help expand your business so Isagenix is investing back into all of you to make your life easier, make your businesses grow, so I’m really excited about it. We also have–one of the things–one of the first that I want to bring on the line tonight, and when I think of the words fired up, fired up goes to a new meaning, turn up the volume, crank up the volume, and like think of this couple. This couple, well, just went 6 Star Golden Circle, and that means they’re making between 10,000 and 20,000 a week. They did it in record breaking time, in less than 2 years. They hailed from the great state of New York. They are very passionate about Isagenix. Just do it day and night and they are setting the pathway for a lot of you to follow in. They are rising stars last year and just a dynamic duo and that’s Pat and Herby Cepeda. Patty and Herby Cepeda, are your there? Well, that was a good build up and nobody’s there. [Laughter] Maybe they’re on the other line. [Simultaneous talking] They could be because I know that’s happened to me before. It’s so frustrating but.
>> Stay on the line.
>> Yeah Patty, I’m not at my email so I can’t send it to you. But anyway, we wanna make sure that if you can’t swing on the other line, you could email the pass code. They might want to come on later. Some are back to use them.
>> Okay, I appreciate it, Kathy. And yeah, we have lots of exciting announcements beyond the lead program, but one of the things that Kathy failed to mention is in order to qualify for the leads program, we want you to be on autoship. So autoship has its privileges and, in fact, that’s one of the things that I want to spend some time on tonight to share with you that’s gonna open up so much possibility for you. ‘Cause autoship really is the foundation on which you’re going to build not only your future but your residual income. And in just using a quote from Jimmy Smith, who is our number one incomer all of Isagenix, now what he says is if you want to improve the quality of your life and get on the Isagenix vehicle for success, the number one thing you need to do is you need to put these products in your body everyday and the best way to do that is to be willing to invest at least 100 PV each and every month in the finest nutritional product in the world which are gonna change the quality of your life.
That’s the foundation of each and every person who’s enjoyed success in Isagenix. So, one of the things that we want to do for all of you is to make it even more positive, more powerful for you to be able to share the benefits of why people, why your new customers, why your current associates need to be on autoship. And so today we unrolled a whole new element of benefits that are gonna be starting, some of them starting right now, actually, started as of May 4th. And let me just go through a couple of those. I mentioned that in order to qualify for really any of our promotions, the–excuse me–the president’s stimulus plan or crystal challenge, you want to be on autoship. And also, what you want to do is by being on autoship, what it’s gonna do is it’s gonna qualify you to be able to be entitled to special savings on all of your future orders. So only autoship associates are going to be able to continue to benefit from the special pricing that we make available in those packs that, you know, we use as people join the program, the 9-day, the 30-day, the Total Health and Wellness Plan, you know, the President’s Pak.
All of those packs, as you know, have very special discounts associated with them and they are available to help introduce people to Isagenix, you know, as they first joined. But in order to continue to be able to purchase those products at below wholesale which is what the special packs are, you’re gonna need to be on autoship in the future. That will be in effect as of June 1. Also, what we’re gonna be doing is–many of you know that we are beginning to expand our footprint around the globe and some of you have chosen to participate in having a multinational business of your own and it’s as simple as finding an international agreement. You can do that in your own back office. And historically, if you sign an agreement, if you were a star consultant or above, or if you personally enrolled 2 people in market, you could be eligible to earn team bonuses on the volume that people in your organization that happened to be in regions outside of North America.
And so we have literally hundreds if not thousands of associates have already done that, but one of the benefits that we just added to being on autoship is that if you’re on autoship now other than actually completing your agreement by being active on autoship, if you’re a paid-as consultant, all that volume is going to stick to you that is being accumulated in from members that are ordering outside the North American region. So, that should be very exciting news to everybody on this call. Other things that we introduced today, and we’ll be sending out a flyer on this in short order. But as you know, many of you in fact have already qualified to benefit from the president’s stimulus package which is going on right now which, if you’re able to personally enroll 5 new consultants and they go on to earn at least one cycle, we give you 250 dollars. And that’s a program we introduced few months ago and will actually be running all the way up through July 12.
But what we’re doing tonight is we’re actually sweetening the pie, and we’re saying for every personally enrolled consultant that you are able to help to get promoted for the first time to paid-as consultant and they earn a team bonus, we’re gonna give you an extra 25 dollars associated with that and there’s no limit to how many, you know, of those bonuses that you can earn. And the only qualification again is you also need to be on autoship yourself. So that’s one of the other features of the autoship rewards program. In addition, we are going to–and we just introduced some advancement bonuses, so the way this work is that as you advance in rank, there’s gonna be a one-time bonus that’s available to you.
And this is true for people who were advancing in rank for the first time to consultant status who are in their first cycle, to star consultant who have 5 personally enrolled consultants who’ve each earned a cycle, and ultimately, to executive who–which means you have 10 personally enrolled consultants who have each earned one cycle. As consultant, we’re gonna give you 50 dollars. When you make star consultant, we’re gonna give you a one-time bonus of 250 dollars. And when you make executive, we’re gonna give you a one-time bonus of 500 dollars. Now this program is gonna run, started on May 4th and will run all the way through the April–or excuse me, August 30th. So again, it’s one more way that we want to not only encourage you to build your team but to put more money on your pocket so that you can be joining us in the upcoming celebration, and obviously, have an incredible tool, an incredible incentive to start building your team and providing greater rewards than we’ve ever had before.
>> So, I guess you would all agree that there’s more reasons than ever to be on autoship and we’ll be getting out, as I mentioned, flyers on that and quickly ask questions to clarify that for all of you. But it’s as simple as this, lead by example. Put these products in your body everyday, be on autoship of at least 100 each PV each month, and you’ll qualify for all of these special benefits that I mentioned tonight. And future ones we’ll be introducing, you know, in the near future and certainly in celebration. So with that, I know that we had an opportunity to congratulate David and Patty and Herb. In fact, I’m going to probably open the lines at the end of the call and allow them to speak, but we did have some people–

>> You missed an amazing introduction.
>> No, we were here. We heard it. We were all fired up and we were speaking and you weren’t responding to us.

>> Yeah.
>> Okay, so why don’t you just share with everybody, you know, what being a part of the Isagenix family has meant to you and the people you care about.
>> Patty, you want to start or would you like me to–
>> Go for it, go for it.
>> We are unbelievably fired up, you know. The motto that you created that if it’s not good for the associates, it’s not good for the company, well, you’re taking the steps in the right direction by these enhancements. And I’ll tell you what, these are the little things that I know our team gets fired up about. But you’ve–I mean our success comes at the expense of a lot of great people on our team who are out there and they’re catching the vision of where we intend this company on, you know, intend the company to be in the next 36 months to the next 60 months. It’s not a, you know, for us to stay stagnant at 250 million a year, bull. I mean we have full intentions on helping the company grow to billions of dollars a year.
And you know how fast we do it is gonna be dictated by the mindset that we all have, so I would encourage everybody to have the mindset of the people that, you know, are helping to get us to where we’re at. It’s not a function of Herb and Patty Cepeda. It’s well beyond that. It’s a function of Kathy and Frank, Susan Monahan and Jeremy McClain and Wendell and Tammy Moore and Paige Malasania in Rochester, New York. I mean, here’s a young lady who’s never been in network marketing before and she’s masterminding and she’s building an unbelievably self-sufficient team all by herself in Rochester, New York. We have Dr. Craig Warburg, Dr. Peter Horvath, Dr. Virginia Juliano who you keep pronouncing the name wrong when you mentioned the top recruiters in the company. [Laughter] It’s Juliano and, you know, these are people who are out there doing it. Dr. Jay, Dave Zebrowski, Mike and Lorie Morelli and Denise in Glen Oak, and you know the list can go on and on and on, but the key is they’ve all caught a hold of a vision, a vision that was set by you and Kathy. And you know what, it continues to grow and it continues to expand and it continues to be, you know, elaborated on us to how we’re going to actually reach those corporate goals.
And I hope and pray to God that there’s never an end to setting those corporate goals. Because what you’ve done tonight, I mean, you could had just very well just created the next monster in this company that grows to 6 Star Golden Circle Executive within a 6-month or 12-month timeframe. I think those days are about to come. You may not have seen it, I don’t know if the company has realized it yet, somebody growing to 6 Star Golden Circle executive within 6 months to 12 months, but those days are coming and if they–you know, we certainly haven’t seen it in 24 months. But if you continue on the path that you’re on right now with these incentives, my goodness gracious, it’s gonna happen very quickly. So yeah, we’re fired up.
>> We’re gonna do it together. And, Patty?
>> Yeah, we are excited. I mean, this is exciting. It’s just–you know what it is, because we have a company. We have a company that for the first time we’ve seen in over 20 years being in this industry that truly has true networking. I mean, we have a product that’s unprecedented. There’s nothing out there and we can say to people, listen if–you know, you don’t even have to do this business. Don’t even think about that method. Don’t tell anybody that knowing full well that that’s not the case. They can’t help it because I always got this from Lenny Evans way back when we’re all in–people say, what do you do, what do you do.
They wanna know what we did, how did we do it? You know what, if you can press play on the DVD player, you’re good. All you do is you tell what happened. How did you find out about it? Well, that’s all we ever did and we pressed play. And I remember, well, how could verbatim say what people said? And Lenny Evans said one time, you know, within days people looked different, within days people feel different. I’ve been saying that forever, almost like it’s my own version. I know he doesn’t care ’cause this whole witness and stuff, you know, everybody just feels for everybody else and so we’re good. But that’s all we did. We discussed client, how many times can we do that, how many people can we put in front of the opportunity, how many people can I tell that story. Show the plan, show the plan, show the plan. My story, the company’s story, and the com plan, that’s it. That’s all we ever did. And it’s all on the videos. And now, today, what beautiful 6 figure maker does that? So you can share your story and press play again. Here we are, press play. It’s just simple and I think that people complicate it. And it’s not complicated. It’s staying in touch with your group. You get people on the program. You’re with them.
You’re walking them through, but you know what, not taking responsibility, because it does get away from you. I’m talking to a control freak today, and it’s so funny because I feel that others might sound crazy but if you’re gonna have a group that’s gonna have thousands and thousands and thousands of people in it one day, and can you see that, yes. I say, well, you’re going to end up losing control of it, so put the responsibility back on them. Don’t tell people that you’re gonna call them everyday at a certain time. Put the responsibility and your responsibility is in new cleansers to reach out to me on a daily basis.
So I had to put the responsibility back into the hands of people so you don’t have so much on your plate. So I just–little things like that that if we teach our team that it’s very simple, don’t complicate it, you don’t have to get complicated. It’s just–you know, and again, back to how many times can you show the plan, how many people can you get in front of me, because there’s a hurting world out there right now both physically and financially and so we talk both. We’ve always talked both. Our story encompasses the business overview. This type of industry, as you know and as many people share that it’s recession for–I mean it explodes during recessionary timeframes. So that’s what we’re seeing, we’re excited and I just, you know, you just can’t get out there. I wish there was more than 24 hours in a day. You just can’t get out there just to and share with the people.
>> We do have advice for people.
>> Yes.
>> We do have a piece of advice for people.
>> Yeah?
>> Treat this business and the company as if it started today. If it started today and all of the people are gonna emerge from you listening right now, how much of an urgency would you work with? Because it feels like the company just started today to us. I mean, you and Kathy do a great job of making us feel like that as if the company is just in its infancy stage. And the truth of the matter is we really do took that to heart and we believe it and it’s because of that we’re, you know, we know that we have timing on our side. You know, we won’t be able to sing the same song to the same degree to this, you know, in the same atmosphere 36 months from today, 60 months from today. We can do it right now, so how urgent can you treat this business and go out there and do it?
>> Well, you guys got me fired, I will tell you that.
>> Jim, you know, one other thing I wanted to share is, you know, Patty said something about 6 figure makers. There’s a lot of new people on the line and we have a new website and it’s www.sixfiguremakers.com and you got to check it out tonight. You’ll be able to purchase the DVDs, some concept. We just sent one out to our top 100 money earners so they could use it. If you just play that 3 times a day for people, I mean, you watch your organization grow, it’s gonna explode. And one other thing, Jim that I just found out today is our report don’t report anything more than a 10 star and we just broke an 11 star. And that is Ms. Renata Lee, and I don’t know if she’s on the line or not but I just found out. The report didn’t even show that, but Ms. Renata Lee is one of our very first 11 star executives. She’s obviously–and very successful, one of our top, top money earners, that 11 stars. She’s promoted 11 executives, so congratulations to you Renata and we’ll bring you on the call on the leadership call the next time with Herb and Patty. Back to you, Jim.
>> Well, thank you. It’s just if anybody on this call is not excited, you’ve got to be brain dead because it’s just–isn’t it great to know that you’ve got partners like these that are part of your team. And that’s what Isagenix is all about. It’s all about team building and, you know, just–I know it’s been a long call but I do wanna give recognition to, you know, we had over 300 new consultants advance just this last week. And, in addition, we had 4 new Star Consultants and we had 19 new 1 Star Silver Circles. That means they generated at least 10 cycles. And we had three new 2 Star Silver Circles. That means they generated more than 20 cycles.
So, you know, wherever you are in your Isagenix journey, remember, everybody, Herb and Patty, Dr. Singer, all of our millionaires, they all started exactly where you are. They’ve been progressed through the ranks just as you had to, and so, you know, we just want to encourage you to go for it. I mentioned the president’s stimulus plan earlier where people can be earning 250 dollars by personally enrolling 5 consultants who go on to earn their first team bonus, and let me give you just this week’s earners.
>> I’ll bet 250, extra 250, Herb and Patty, who you just heard from. So obviously, even with their success, they’re not stopping to build and rest on their laurels. We had Carol and Ben Slick. We had Jamma Fontaine, Paulette Laviano, Pauleen Luang, John and Laurie Lauber, Theresa Lovelace, Jackie Mofay, Sandra Bailey McCauley, David Morris, and Dr. Moe and Dr. Laurie. So congratulations to all of you. Just in closing, I want to remind everybody, there is an amazing event happening on the West Coast this weekend. It’s a super Saturday that’s happening in Oakland, California. You can find the details on it in the back office, but let me just say that if you wanna learn from proven success people, we’re gonna have, you know, man of the year, 6 Star Golden Circle Jay Bennett. Lenny Evans is gonna be there. Dave Austin, Andrea Hancard, Wendy Moore, you know, Christine Haley, Rick Despain. I mean, it’s gonna just be a fabulous event. So, you know, I think you can tell there’s a lot going on in Isagenix.

That actually, the closing of that will be the 15th, so it’s gonna be I think this Friday. So I just wanna let you all know that it’s–I’m proud to be your partner. It’s exciting to know what we’re doing in terms of impacting both people’s health and people’s wealth.
