>> Well good morning everyone and welcome to our Saturday morning business training with Isagenix. It is an absolute pleasure to be here with all of you. My name is Kjersti Cote, your host. And this morning’s call is gonna be just a phenomenal call. We have a ton of guests on the line that will be sharing their story and what exactly they’re doing to generate such a substantial amount of activity and success within their groups. So before we begin and I bring anybody on, anybody that’s on the moderator line, there’s a little bit background noise so if you can again, if you can mute out. You can press star 6 if you need to. That way we have a good quality recording here this morning.

I would love to just kind of process this morning’s call with the fact that these top recruiters that we have on the line this morning are the top recruiters for the month of March and let me tell you, some of these individuals have, you know, enrolled a ton of people. We’re talking 14 people in 30 days. You know 20 people in 30 days. So they’re gonna share their story real quick with all of you and then go into about a 4-minute bliss on what exactly they’re doing in their organizations to generate so much excitement. So you guys are more than welcome to take notes. This call is being recorded as well so that it will be posted in your back office within the next 24 hours. So with that being said, I would love to introduce our number 1 income earner for the month, not number 1 income earner. Wouldn’t you love that Alicia?

[ Laughter ]

>> Yeah.

>> The number 1 recruiter for the month of March. Her name is Alicia Barwick. She held from the State of Utah. She works Isagenix full time. She is also a 5 Star Golden Circle. She’s gonna be celebrating her third year anniversary with Isagenix pretty soon. So, good morning Alicia and welcome.

>> Good morning.

>> Well what I’d love for you to do Alicia is obviously share your 30-second story? How did you hear about Isagenix? And then share with us some of the things that you’re doing to really incorporate a lot of success and excitement in your organization?

>> Okay. Well, before I found Isagenix, my husband was working 60 to 80 hours a week and I was kind of feeling like a single parent. And so I decided to start looking for another source of income so he could be home more. And lo and behold circumstances brought me into my neighbor and she introduced me to Isagenix and just the people that I met that were already involved were just such a high quality of people and hearing about the success that they already had, I decided that I was gonna give it a try. And here I am 3 years later and I’m happy to say that my husband only works part time for himself and just so great to have him home more and we’ve had so many physical and financial blessings through Isagenix and I just consider Isagenix to be a precious gift that was given to me and I’m very thankful for that.

>> Wow, that’s great. What a wonderful thing to have your husband home with you now and not to be so tasked with hours in work and you know. Now tell me, what are you doing within your business? You’re a 5 Star Golden Circle. That’s a gorgeous 6-figure income, multiple 6-figure income annually. So what are you doing to generate so much success?

>> Well, I’d like to say like there’s like some magic pill or something but I was just kind of looking to see what I’ve been doing and I think the thing that has made a difference in my life is about, you know when I first started out, I would go be at meetings, you know. I contacted my warm market and I did some health surveys with some cold market and few months down the road, I realized that things weren’t going as well as I wanted them to. And I started to let doubt and fear creep into my mind and I had a heart to heart talk with my Isagenix sponsor Debbie Younkin and she gave me this self-help–self-improvement book and after reading that book it lived a life changing experience for me.

She definitely acted on inspiration and gave it to me and just reading that book I had some questions answered that I’ve been having a long time and I just started to have craving for self-improvement books and I just listened to them whenever I could, read them whenever I could. And before I know it transformation started taking place and I had a definite change of focus. Instead of focusing on the fact that I was only cycling once a week, I became thankful that I was cycling once a week. And I learned to stop comparing myself to others and realized that we were–that we are all unique. And I learned how to be a receiver which requires learning optimism and gratitude and by doing that I was able to recognize opportunities of my life that I might have missed before but you might be wondering how these all plays to my Isagenix business.

But when I started practicing these valuable concepts, I learned that my Isagenix business started to grow. For example, people from a warm market that I had previously contacted and that they had turned me down before, they all of a sudden had a change of heart and wanted to keep going on the products and doing the business. And–

>> Wow, so you became almost like a magnate for people as you were going through your personal growth.

>> Right.

>> And your journey, you know, that I know we’ve heard this before that when, you know, your poise and your posture is–when you step up into a leadership position, people are magnetized to that. So basically in essence that’s what exactly what was happening and you just–you started just enrolling people right in the last. Would you say that your commitments on a daily basis is just to move forward strong and be persistent and consistent and is this part of what’s generating excitement in your organization?

>> Yes, very much so and also I started to say prayers of gratitude for all my success and seems like the more I’m grateful, the more success that I am blessed with.

>> Absolutely. Wow, well thank you so much Alicia for being with us this morning. We want you to stay on the line and I’m sure that you’ll enjoy hearing Debbie Younkin at the–a little bit later in the call but I’d love to move on to Dr. Giuliano [phonetic]. She is just an absolute amazing woman, totally on fire. She is an Ob-Gyn and she practices in Albany, New York. She’s incredibly successful doctor and she found Isagenix. Dr. Giuliano, I cannot wait to hear your story because I know that you are, you know, on fire right now with your organization. So go ahead and take it away.

>> Well good morning, Kjersti. Thanks for that introduction. That was quite an introduction so I hope I can live up to that. Yeah, I am very excited. I am working with my husband, Dr. Peter Horvath. We’re a two-physician family and we are very busy. We had been involved in two other network marketing businesses but none with the incredible compensation plan and product line at Isagenix. And we both find ourselves incredibly blessed to be on Herb and Patty Cepeda’s team. I mean they are just incredible people. They inspire and, you know, their training is just unbelievable.

We have training calls every morning and we have very powerful weekly meetings oftentimes in their home. So what happened was Herb and Patty basically put out a promotion for a cruise, you know, enroll 30 people in 30 days and I think Herby understands my personality and that he knew that if he put a challenge on the table that I would have to participate. So we worked very hard and it does take effort. We had a written goal and we made a persistent consistent effort on a daily basis to attain that goal.

>> And we did extra meetings on our own. I’ve learned how to do my own PowerPoint presentation by default when my upline person who is scheduled to do it couldn’t show up. So, that was kind of a baptism by fire. [Laughter] But you know we both are so sold on the products that it’s easy for us to you know, talk to our patients and tell them you know, my goodness what incredible health benefits you will experience, so please come to meeting and see for yourself. And so here we are. We sponsored 30 personnel in addition to where we have, is it 10 or 11 consultants now. I think we have 6, 6 or 7 on one side and 4 on the other, so we’re one consultant away from being executive.

>> Wow, and so let me ask you when did you guys actually discover Isagenix, was it just a few months ago?

>> Actually it’s interesting. I was exposed to Isagenix through a nurse, Marybeth, to whom I’ll be forever grateful back in the summer. And I got in just to use the products and you know I enrolled a couple people but I wasn’t really focused on building a business. Because my husband at the same time was exposed to a different multilevel marketing company and he was trying to build that. So it wasn’t until February 10th I believe when I forced my husband to come to an Isagenix meeting at Patty and Herb’s house and I had the stage set. I had Herb ready to talk to him plus another number of people who were successful in the business and he was convinced.
And so since then the momentum has just been incredible and you know if you can build it with a team member with a spouse or whomever, it’s just so much better, so much easier. Because we both have our own strengths and our own weaknesses and you know we support each other and it’s just been an incredible journey.

>> Now your consultants, your 9 consultants that you’ve created so far, are these patients that you have gotten started on the products and then you know shown them the business opportunity that they could take advantage of? Are these business associates and friends and family that have caught onto the vision with you?

>> Well it’s a mix. Actually, we’ve got a couple who are patients, a few who are friends and family. And you know basically what we do is we present the product line, we present the health benefits. And then by the way if you want to get your products at, you know, even more of a discounted rate you just, when somebody asks you how it is that you loss that weight or why you’re feeling so good, you just share with them and you plug them in. And basically you know we’re doing meetings now in my husband’s office so it’s very easy for the few stuff members that are in our business now to plug patients into those meetings. And the system is obviously really working so it’s very, very exciting for us.

>> Wow! Well congratulations on your success, 30 people in just a little over you know a month’s time. I know that just in the month of March you guys enrolled 25 people. That’s something to be so proud of. And obviously you can tell you’re very passionate about what you’re doing and congratulations on getting your husband to that first meeting back at Herb and Patty’s. I know that they are just a hoot to be around. And I think the message is very clear, is to really stay in touch with your upline, have your upline help. Especially for those who might be skeptical or those who you know might not be ready to make a decision yet. I think that will really help them to move forward. So I wanted to thank you again Dr. Giuliano and I just want to move forward and do a little roll call here. Did Deborah Cowen [phonetic] make it on the line? Okay, well then let’s move on to Pam Fahey. Good morning Pam. Welcome to the call. And just for–

>> Hi Kjersti.

>> Good morning. And just for everybody listening in Pam has been with Isagenix for a little while, couple of years now. And they run the Platinum Wellness Center in Oklahoma City. Pam has studied nutritional weight loss for over 25 years now. And they are on fire with Isagenix. It’s so exciting to see what they’re doing within their organization. So Pam, go ahead and share you’re 30-second story, and you know over about 4-minute period of time cover what are some of those things that you guys are doing to generate success.

>> Sure, thank you Kjersti. My 30-second story is a little bit different than a lot of the people in the company. I’m a huge, huge skeptic. I’ve been involved with networking for over 20 years in a nutrition field and when I was introduced to this, I was not interested in starting over again at all and my dear sweet friend shared persistently for 3 years with me before I finally said yes. So please, please don’t give up if people that you want to be on your team say no. She was persistent for 3 years, so she’s been very blessed for being persistent with me. I actually tried the products just to prove to my dear friend Elizabeth that they would not work on some stubborn belly fat that I had gotten from a failed in vitro attempt.

I took off 10 inches off of my stomach in record time and so I got very, very interested to find out why this was working when nothing that I had tried nutritionally or weight loss wise had worked, and all of a sudden 10 inches off my stomach was gone. So I attended an IsaU and I became an executive 3 weeks later. So the IsaU is highly, highly important to me for people to get to get the right training, and not only the training but the camaraderie and meet the people that are there too because I believe that the spirit is so strong there of people trying to help people. And I dropped from a size 14 jeans down to a size 6 and I’ve been Hog Heaven ever since [laughter], so I love Isagenix and what it’s doing for me.

>> Now, yeah and I know that you have recently been doing some news coverage and stuff like that on a local news station where you live for helping out Zach Porter [phonetic] who is now a US marine. I believe he lost 150 pounds using Isagenix. Now you know you can share just a little bit about that but what else are you doing? Like are you holding opportunity meetings for your individuals that are on your team to bring people into your home or to a location to learn about Isagenix? What other things are you doing?

>> Well, I do so many different things. I kind of put down a list of a few things that I do that I think everybody can do. Some of the things I do everybody can’t do because I have a wellness center, and not everybody has a wellness center. But some of the things that are working for my downline I noticed that I wanted the 250 dollars too for 5 new consultants. And I said wow, you know what did I do and I looked through my list of my new people that I’ve been bringing on and so I’m creating consultants instead of associates. So I believe everybody when they come on they should become a consultant as soon as possible and get them paid.

And so I came up with be a bumblebee, be a bee and so the bees, if people want to write this down, be persistent. Look at Elizabeth, she was persistent with me for 3 years, so if you want to recruit you have to be open to sharing with every person you run into in people that are on your list. And even wrong phone numbers, one of my most recent new associate, Natalie, was a wrong phone number that called me wanting a weight loss product that I don’t carry. And within 2 hours she was at my office and she’s already released 10 pounds, so she’s very happy, so be persistent. Number two, be a product of the product. Use all the products. I use every single product except for men’s essentials, that’s the only one I don’t use [laughter] and, but I use every single thing, so I have a story to go with every single product. Be a great listener is also very important. Everyone I believe on the face of the earth really needs Isagenix.

Most people don’t realize how much they need these foods. I asked a lady today that was in my office this morning, if you could go into the grocery store and pick the top 10 foods that we’re gonna be nutritionally complete for you, what would those 10 foods be? And she was dumbfounded. I said well guess what, you don’t have to make that decision here, you can pick any product that we have and it’s in that top 10.

If you have it in a grocery store this would be it. We have the top 10. We have the top however many products we have. That’s how many top products we have. Pick any product. And so be a product of the product, then be a great listener. Everyone needs it, they don’t know why they need it so you have to listen to them and pretty soon people will tell you why they need this product. So if you’re a great listener you’re gonna hear people yelling at you why they need Isagenix. And then next one you have to be a great sharer.

When I share products with people I don’t hand them something and expect them to use it. If you hand somebody a product they’re gonna go home and put it down like I don’t know what to do with that. Instead I take an IsaDelight piece of chocolate. I break it in half in the package. When they open the package up and slide out half and put it in their hand, what are they gonna do with that piece of chocolate? They have to put it in their mouth and I say let it melt on your tongue, and then while they got their mouth shut sucking on that wonderful chocolate I’m able to share with them about these wonderful foods. Or you’ll open a piece, a package of Want More Energy, I want more energy stick and I pour it in their water bottle. So if you give them a package of something or a product sample, you need to really give them that sample and I usually eat it with them.

>> My number 1 thing that I’m using now that has been helping me recruit people every, 100 percent recruitment, is if I can get them to try my Venus Ambrosia recipe that I put together and everybody in the company should order the John Gray Mars and Venus Super Shake and instead of making it as a shake, all they got to do is pour it over fresh fruits, stir it up, add a little 1 teaspoon of water or teaspoon of coconut oil and you’ll have the most decadent, delicious meal that you eat with a spoon instead of drinking it as a shake and it’s been stunning. We’ve sampled over 20 canisters of Venus and Mars Super Shake since January and we’ve had over 500 people sample it and they all love it. It’s been 3 people out of 500, if not like that.

>> Oh, my goodness.

>> Yeah, and then the next thing is be a barter expert. Do no pull out your checkbook or credit card too fast. You can trade services that you get for product and you’re gonna have a win-win. I went to get a tan ’cause I was going on a cruise and I wanted a spray tan. I didn’t want to get in the beds. The owner of the tanning salon bartered me product and she’s now a consultant. My dentist and I have bartered. My chiropractor and I have bartered. Be a barterer because that’s a win-win. And then you can find them up and it’s a true win–you know, win for them too. And then the last B, is be fun. See how big you can smile. And when you smile big people are attracted to you and they wanna know what you have that make you smile like that. And my motto is if you’re not having fun, you’re not doing it right or you’re not doing the right thing. So try Isagenix, it will make you smile.

>> Yehey! That is great. What a lot of amazing little tips there and it’s funny because the last event that we went to someone came up to me and said, what’s going on here? You know, the county people are here. I said well at this event there’s about 2 to 300 people. She said, what are you guys doing because everybody is so happy? I’ve never seen so–like a big crowd, like everybody is smiling, everybody is like fit and gorgeous. What is this, you got to tell me. And I think I love that. Yes. It’s you know one way of drawing people in. Well thank you Pam, I appreciate you. And we’re gonna move on to Bobby Martin. Bobby Martin lives in Albuquerque, New Mexico. And Bobby got it figured out on how to enroll like 19 people in 30 days in the month of March.

I love this because, you know, for everybody listening in on the line, to be able to get some tips on where to go, what to do, what exactly do you need to be doing to generate some excitement and of course to share Isagenix with individuals. This is like golden information here for you. So good morning Bobby, welcome to the call.

>> Good morning, thank you Kjersti.

>> Alright, well I know you were retired before Isagenix and you are 62 years young and tell us your story. Exactly what has been taking place and what have you been doing to recruit so many people in a very short period of time?

>> Last November, I received a call from a good friend, Denette Break [phonetic], who is a doctor of pharmacy informing me that she and her husband who is a chiropractor were starting on a [background voice] business. When I asked what type of business she said nutrition. And then I asked is this some kind of network marketing deal? She said it was and I wished them good luck but made it clear that I was not interested. You see in 1996, I had sold a company with over a thousand employees to do network marketing because I believe it was better model for creating wealth. But after about 7 years of some success, but mostly failure and frustration with several different companies, I quit and swore I’d never get suckered in again. It might be a better model and theory but not in practice or so I thought. I did however agree to try the products because I needed to loose some weight and I began using them in about the middle of November. It took about 3 weeks for me to get completely hooked but I actually didn’t start building the business till January.

To date I’ve lost 40 pounds. I feel great. My shirt size has gone from double XL to a large and my pant waist has come down from a 42 to a 34. The decision to build an Isagenix business came about for about–for two reasons. The dramatic change in my physical appearance and energy level turned me into a walking billboard. Everyone I knew was asking me how I’d lost so much weight, and when I told them Isagenix they want to try it too. The second reason came into play when I met some of the incredible people in my upline who were really serious about creating residual income. Deb Erickson became my teacher. Rick Peterson became my coach. And Bob Crisseto became my mentor.

I learned how to build my list and refine my list by identifying the 20 presenters who really want to build a business. And then I learned their scripts to use over the phone and in the email followup. Each of these individuals have created a very successful business that are –and they’re always available to me. Not only to tell me how to grow my business but to show me by modeling it in their business. We do three-way calls together and we have innovative ideas about how to approach new people and overcome objections. It seems to me that they’ve actually created kind of a unique network marketing hybrid where you combine the best of network marketing with the best of franchising, where my strengths become productive and my weakness has become irrelevant.

I guess I’m on this call today because we’ve done an above average job of recruiting. There are several reasons why we’ve been successful in this area. My personality makes it easy for me to approach people even strangers to share something I really believe in and I have unshakable confidence in Isagenix, both the company and the products. I have unshakable confidence in my upline and their system for building a solid business and I have unshakable confidence in my strengths that I’m completely confident that my upline will help me effectively manage around my weaknesses. Another major reason for the number of enrollments was my participation in a group contest to see how many of us could send out a hundred business overviews during the month of March.

>> Wow.

>> I sent out a 110 and had a real good signup ratio. Now I need to pull in out that I didn’t do this all by myself. My wife Carolyn [phonetic] has been a huge help. It’s [laughter] kind of funny when I think about it. When Carolyn and I first started dating she was far more concerned that her family would discover I’ve been involved in network marketing than that I had been married and divorced 4 times. Even though she believed in the products because she saw my improved health and weight loss, she was still really uncomfortable with the business idea. It really wasn’t until I attended, we attended actually, Isa University in February that she really got on board and started helping me share the good news of Isagenix with all her family and friends. Kjersti, I’ve been a businessman for over 40 years and I’ve never seen a better opportunity or enjoyed anything more. My plan is to make Jimmy Smith the number 2 income producer in Isagenix.

[ Laughter ]

>> I love it. I love it. Absolutely, I think it’s wonderful and I bet you anything that Jimmy would love to see you pass him up just knowing Jimmy. He’s such an amazing man and well congratulations Bobby in all of your success and we appreciate you sharing. The next person that I would like to introduce to everybody is Dr. Adam Propper. He is obviously been doing something right as well. He’s had a lot of fun recruiting people. As a matter of fact, Dr. Adam Propper enrolled 17 people in the month of March and he’s had a lot of fun. He’s a board certified chiropractor practicing in Westport, Connecticut and he has a tremendous amount of experience. He is a 3 Star Golden Circle crystal executive. So Adam, did you make it on the line?

>> I am, in between adjustments here. Thank you.

>> Okay, alright. Well we’re ready, go ahead and take it away.

>> Well, thank you Kjersti for inviting me on to the call. Basically, I joined Isagenix about 3 years ago, in 2006, and I was introduced to it by a friend of mine Dr. David Singer and we were on a seminar and he told us a story and he said, look, you gotta look into this product guys. This is amazing. I don’t use the rostrum for anything else but to tell you what works and so I got my whole staff on the program within a couple of weeks and we kept it is as pilot. We just–we’re silent in the office. I didn’t wanna say anything to anyone, and my patients were coming in telling us, “What are you guys doing? Did you get a haircut? Did you take a vacation, what’s going on here?” And within a week after we did the first sign day, I lost 14 pounds. My wife lost inches, she looked radiant and my associate loss some weight and we all look great, energy was going through the roof.

It was my god, what was going on here? I finally got the idea. Let me–so many people are asking me about it. I said, “Let’s have a workshop and it was the easiest thing I ever did.” I got 30 people to workshop the next week and told them about the Isagenix program. Out of that workshop we had 16 people signed up and then we started our program and it’s been nonstop ever since. So it’s been a real great ride. The way I really succeed in this program and I’ll tell you the first thing is I married the right woman because she is amazing and she just like gung-ho with this and second of all, we love the products. I mean, I think the secret to success and as I listen to everyone else speak, you know we all have our little marketing strategies and whatever but we’re all products of the products and I think the people on the top line of the company really love and live the products.

>> And I find when I’m coaching my downline and I’m trying to get them up to speed with it, the ones that are really struggling are the ones that really don’t use the products, they don’t have an idea. They think it’s a 9-day program or a 3-day program and you don’t have that lifestyle concept. And I think what makes us successful in the office is we are willing and not just that we do it. We’re willing to go out there and tell people, as many people as we can and we’re getting fun of as many people as we can. The story of last week, it was a week and half ago. I did a little program. I got 40 people too and basically, you know, the title of the program was super nutrition for athletes. And guess what the subject matter was about? It was about how to use Isagenix to improve you life and health and put into a context of, you know, how athletes use it.

So it’s such a versatile program and, you know, as I spoke to you Kjersti I said, God bless your dad for coming up with this because this was an answer to our prayers, you know, in our area. My wife Ginger and I was sitting at a ferry station, you know, waiting on a beautiful September day back in 2006, waiting for a ferry and there are hordes of people around and, you know, moms, dads, kids and I pointed out something to my wife I said, “Ginger look around you, tell me what you see?” And to her surprise and to mine, 90 percent of the people we’re looking at were overweight and obese and worst of all the kids, the children, I mean teenage kids and they’re walking around with ice cream cones and, you know 15,000 ounce Coca Colas and you know whatever. And what’s happening is, you know, we just sat there and said, “We can’t accept this anymore. We have to do something about it.” And within 3 weeks of that declaration Isagenix came in to our lives.

So we’re really happy about that and it’s been a rocket ride ever since. My recruiting success is really very simple, get in front of as many people as you can and simply just tell them the story, just simple. It doesn’t have to be–you know, you don’t have to have a gimmick, you just tell them the story. I’ll tell you one thing though, the IsaDelights are a great thing to have in your pocket, you know, and we have it in the office all the time. We buy lots of IsaDelights. We have it as a reward. When I’m running behind in the office, my wife gives out the chocolates, it gets everyone happy [laughter] you know, they’re very happy about it. And you know they go what is this? I said, “Well this is on our nutritional program.” She said, “You can’t be kidding.” You know, if you can introduce samples to people, they really, you know, they really say, “Well this is not so bad because what I find is a lot of people have misconceptions about cleansing or nutrition and unfortunately they’ve been helped and failed in many other areas. So they actually look at help as a betrayal.

You know, you go up to a person say look I wanna help you. They go, well I don’t trust that. Prove it. You know they’re doubting Thomases. But the fact is, you got to start some people on a longer runway to get them going and one of the things that I’ve done personally with my patients and with the people I meet in Isagenix is that I just don’t have any stop. I mean if they say no to me, I just keep going yes until they get their interest up, you know. And the thing is that, you know, we’ll get them on a shake or, gee you don’t have to do a deep cleanse, you can–did you know you can just have a shake in the morning for breakfast. Oh, really I could do that? Yeah. And you know, listen to product sells itself.

Once you get people on it they always come back saying, my god, I can’t believe how great I feel when I took that shake. I said, wow, you know why don’t you have two shakes a day and see how you feel then. Okay and they come back and say, my god I lost a few pounds. This is great. What do I do next? Oh, have a little–have an ounce of cleanse juice in the morning before you shake and then have your two shakes, good. Before you know it, they’re coming back to us saying, gee, you know, I wanna get myself on a deep cleanse, how do I do it and I want my husband to do it. So it’s just basically loving the products and really you know having that admiration for it and if you do that it just radiates that. I mean I don’t know, you know, any other way to say it. Then whatever you do if you just say hello, they’re gonna wanna sign up. [Laughter] And I like the philosophy too though.

Someone mentioned earlier that, you know, we have a standard. We try to sign people up as consultants, particularly when I’m doing doctor’s offices ’cause I get a lot of doctors calling me and they wanna sign up their offices for Isagenix. So my first step is to create a consultant environment in their office and I explain to them very succinctly but shortly. Well, you know, this is a business too. You know, this is what you can do and I’d rather you start up with you and two other people so you’re a consultant status. We can get you into commissions within a week or two. And you know, for people that want to run a business, that’s really important because a lot of doctors particularly and I’ll talk to the doctor issue very quickly. You know doctors have a barrier to get through, you know. If you’re a consultant out there trying to get to a doctor’s office, don’t knock on the door and say look, I have this great program. You really can’t sell a doctor. You know we’ve been so jaded by everyone that’s coming on our doorstep to tell us whatever down the road. It’s really you know you might wanna do this, you might wanna get them on a program, you might wanna kind of you know give them a shake, you know try this out for a week and see how you like it. Or you know do something of an exchange in that way. That would be fine but you know, don’t walk in the front door and try to get doctors. And if you’re trying to get offices converted into this and you got doctors in your downline or you have doctors you wanna really sign up, you know you’ve gotta take your time with that because there’s a ramp or a runway that’s a little longer than the average person on the street getting on the program.

I mean I can walk into my reception room and go, okay, I want you, you, and you, come with me, you need to be on this program and I have an authority in the office, I can do that. But when you’re on the outside, if I’m in the supermarket, we always have cards on us and we’re always talking–we are Isagenix. We don’t wear t-shirts, we don’t put banners on our cars but if I hear something the conversation comes back to, well how’s your health and what would you like to improve about your body. And as soon as I get in that conversation, basically they’re closed on it because at the end of–end result I say look would you like to get some help on this issue. And if you do this right they say yeah and I say well we’re having a workshop in our office, why don’t you just come in or come in for a consultation or sit with me or I’ll call you tonight and we make contact. And that’s really the simplicity of just seeing lots and lots of people but if you can get in front of more than one person at a time, and I think this is a great strategy, and give a little talk. You know, if you have a bunch of people, friends, family members, just get them in the house like they use to do Tupperware parties, you know.

>> Nice.

>> Get in front of numbers instead of one or two at a time. It goes a lot easier because the energy, this synergy when you start talking about this product and the program and they see the testimonials. I have a woman that actually she won an award with you guys because she lost 100 pounds, Annie Mansfield. Annie is a friend of mine, she was a patient of mine, she became one of my best top consultants and she is like rocket riding herself up to the top and she is really working it.

So you know, we have patients that we’re turning on to it, we have patients that are actually making residual income just because they wanna take their husband out to dinner and they wanna get free products. But I have people on this program that have been using it consistently for the last 3 years that, you know, they’re not in my office environment anymore. They moved on, they moved out, wherever they went but they’re still part of our family so it’s almost like having a virtual office, this office without walls and we’ve had referrals from both sides of the continent. You know, I have family members in our town in Westport and they have family members in California that wanna do the cleanse. We just get them on the cleanse and we’ll do it over the phone and internet. So it’s really, your mind gotta stretch you out of your box and just don’t think about a 9-day system or a 30-day system. Put people on the program even if it’s for the Slim Cakes or like the IsaDelights or just get them started. I think that would be my message to whoever is listening on that.

>> Well, that’s amazing. Lots and lots of golden nuggets in there from talking about approaching a healthcare professional to, you know, really becoming the product to the product. We appreciate you Dr. Propper. Thank you so much for being with us this morning.

>> Oh thank you, thank you Kjersti.

>> Yeah, and I wanna move on to Roger Haley. Roger Haley hails from Texas, the big state of Texas and he has been with Isagenix for 1 year now. He is a former football and basketball player. And Roger recruited 17 individuals also in the month of March. So Roger did you make it on the line?

>> I’m here Kjersti, how are you doing today?

>> Good morning, doing good and our time is flying by fast so I’m gonna ask you to just really share your 30-second story and in about 4 minutes’ time, what have you been doing to generate excitement?

>> Well, first of all let me just say that I’ve actually been on the program for about a year, didn’t get into the business until about 6 months ago. I’ve actually lost 47 pounds on the product itself.

>> Wow. Wow.

>> I went from a size 54 to a 48 and trying to get down to a 42. [Laughter] So the product itself works. What I’ve done recently is that I’ve gotten contact of a person by the name of Donna Richardson Joyner. I don’t know if you know who she is. She is an aerobics guru and so what I’ve done is I actually send–I have a good product here. Let me find a vehicle that’s already moving and try to attach what I do to it. And so I’m on into fitness centers and what I’ve done is actually got with her and become the nutritional side of it for the aerobics side.

>> Nice, nice, and so how are people receiving that? Are they open to taking a look at the nutritional system? Are you finding that people really are wanting what you have? Well I think what really helps is that most of us when we go and work out we don’t see any results for months and months. With the combination of aerobics and the combination of the Isagenix itself, what has happened is in 13 days you see an 8 to 10 pounds loss. And anytime you can see a result, you continue to do what you do.

>> Right, absolutely, isn’t that exciting? I love that and I find that people, you know, they’re like well I don’t know if I need that, I just work out, it’s the way that my body is. It’s like now, listen if you’ve never been on Isagenix you really don’t know what your body is capable of doing. So as people are going on Isagenix, you know, are they actually referring more people to you which you know is just you’re becoming an Isagenix magnet?

>> Well, actually like Bobby, I’m a walking billboard again losing 47 pounds. People are asking me, what are you doing? Of course the moment I have an inroads to them, I’m talking about Isagenix. The other piece is I’m also a diabetic and so when I got on this product, they would give–put me on insulin. Well I’m glad to say as of today I’m down to 12.5 milligrams of Actos. They’re not even talking insulin, so not only do I get it from a weight loss, but also talk about the diabetic side of it which has been a great, great pull for Isagenix. Wow, that’s great and for those of you listening in you know, always keep in mind that Isagenix doesn’t cure or treat or prevent any kind of a disease or illness, but you know as Roger’s had massive amounts of success, I know that you probably worked with your healthcare provider too to help guide you along the way with that. But congratulations Roger on your success and keep up the good work and I–

>> It sounds good Kjersti.

>> Okay, thank you. And the next person I want to move on to is Jane Mason. Jane, she is a go-getter, I’ll tell you. She has been on fire with Isagenix. She is an RN. She specializes in intensive care. She is also a mother of 3 grown children. She lives in Colorado and Houston bouncing back and forth between that. Her story is amazing, so Jane did you make it on the line?

>> Yes I’m here.

>> Good morning. Alright. Well share your 30-second story and tell us what are you doing to generate someone–so many you know exciting people in your organization in encouraging your team to grow?

>> For years and years I have been gathering up with people that were overweight, grossly overweight and counseling them not so much on nutrition but on some mental blocks and the trapping–trapped feelings they have and breaking that down. And I had one person in particular who couldn’t find a diet which just, you know, made me crazy and she has given me the nickname G.I. Jane which I’m learning to accept. But I told her to go get a diet and call me on Monday. And so that was the end of it and then I ran into another friend who was a size 4 suddenly and it was Isagenix. And so I put Sandy together with Nancy and that didn’t really work out too well. She didn’t wanna try it because she didn’t want to spend the money so I tried it. So Isagenix down our throat, right, so anyway. You know the IsaU has my personality. I’m very upfront, very–you know just saved her life and don’t, you know, those were all the cordiality. So in any way, I lost 32 pounds so I am the walking billboard and everyone noticed this. I mean I’m 64 so losing 30 pounds in your 60s is a miracle, I promise.

So that’s my 32nd story is that I tried it, it worked, and I will coach you to do the same. And I just love it, I’m convicted in the product, I love the product, and I will talk to anyone about it. Like the other day in Cusco, a woman was beside and she had beautiful tulips. And I said “Gosh those tulips are just beautiful” and she said “And look at all these vegetables and fruits and I can’t lose weight no matter what I do.” Well, that was into her and she is 81 years old. She has lost 12 pounds on Isagenix the first month. And you know she is–that’s how I do it. I just have a license to get in people’s faces about their health like some of the doctors and chiropractors said earlier that you can just say it and they’ll follow you. But you know this works so I have been really successful because I have been doing this for years without Isagenix. So now I’m using Isagenix with so much more success for everyone.

>> Wow, wow. And Jane I know that obviously your passion is just, you know, permeating through the phone lines. I love it because–and I think that you have absolute unshakable belief and I’ve said this before to many people is that it is so nice to not have to go to bed at night worrying if Anne is gonna have the results that she is really wanting. I mean people just order the products. They go on the products. You know, they drink it and eat it down and they have the results that they’re looking for. And we were talking again about this last night at a meeting that it’s not something that you really need to worry about. There are only two reasons that people would not have success and that is if they have severe thyroid challenges or they drink tons of coffee during their program. So I don’t know, Jane I love your–you in sharing your story, your experience being down 30 plus pounds and then of course just being passionate in going out there and sharing it with others and as obvious through that patch, they certainly paid off.

>> My sister is a registered dietician and she’s my younger sister. And to get your younger sister to do anything, I don’t know if any of you have younger sisters but she took this program apart. She took it to the internet. She took the ingredients to the internet. [Inaudible] picking everything she could apart and she loves it. So I don’t have to [inaudible] on that area, you know she’s done it. So that you know the sister thing, it fail–it did not fail the sister test.

>> Nice, that’s great. Wonderful, well thank you so much Jane for being with us this morning and we’re gonna move on to Scott Daly. Scott has an amazing story as well. My goodness gracious, he’s also a program director for 3 different radio stations. He’s married. He has a beautiful little daughter. He obviously is a very busy man but yet Scott was able to enroll 15 people in a 30-day period of time last month. And so Scott did you make it with us–make it on the line?

>> I’m on you, I’m here. Thank you very much.

>> Hey, welcome. We’ll go ahead and share.

>> Well it’s a pleasure to be a part of the call. It’s really inspirational here, everybody else’s angle on Isagenix. I’ll give you a brief rundown. I’m 38, got a great wife and daughter. I’m a type 1 diabetic and 6 months ago I weighed about 318 pounds and I felt like I was about 20 years older than I actually was. Had no energy, took naps everyday, and I just felt like I was at an all time low lifestyle wise. And to say I was skeptical of Isagenix, that would be a huge understatement. I mean I actually turned down the consultant twice. Reluctantly, my personal coach Tracy Brown, she brought me a box for free. And she said “Look, I know you’re not feeling well. Just try this stuff, put it in your body. And if nothing happens, I’ll leave you alone.” And I thought, “We’ll here’s a great way to get rid of this girl.” But you know what within a week I was calling Tracy back and said I gotta have this stuff, sign me up. I was feeling so much better up to date and let’s see. I started in September right before the holidays. I’d lost 65 pounds, went down 3 shirt sizes and 5 pant sizes, soon to be 6. Actually, the one that I’m wearing are baggy.

>> Wow.

>> Yeah.

>> Wow and so obviously 65 pounds lighter. Now do you feel that you’re 38 now rather than 58 or do you feel younger than 38?

>> I don’t feel like I’m 38. I feel like I’m about 28 actually you know.

>> Yeah.

>> I feel great and like you said I’m a program director for 3 stations and I’m very busy. I just got off the air with my morning show and right after this call I go down and do a living leisure expo for the whole weekend. So you know it’s kind of a crazy lifestyle so I definitely pull off the energy. But you know I share my story with my listeners. I’m kinda transparent that way. I’m on the air and I am–my life is right out there for them. They’ve seen me go through my health struggles and now they see me having positive results with Isagenix.

>> And I told them in the beginning, gosh all over the news you hear about everybody cleansing and doing all these different programs. So I though to my self let’s try one of these nutritional cleansing programs on the air and see what the big deal is. For better, for worst I’m gonna try one. And the reason I did this was very personal actually. I absolutely have never been involved with network marketing before. I’m very skeptical of network marketing until now. But I did it for a very personal reason and I thought by going on the air with this, this would be the ultimate way to hold myself accountable. And it really is because I have people that seek me out everywhere I go. Are you the dude loosing all the weight, you know they don’t know my name but they know I’m loosing weight. And like I said I had absolutely no intention of pursuing Isagenix as a business but the more that I share it on the air about what was going on positively, the more people, they would call me.

They would email me, they would stop by the radio station, they would find me when I was out at the car dealership doing a remote and my wife actually turned to me and said huh, you actually got quite of an opportunity sitting at your feet there. And I thought to myself, you know you’re right. And I would be the first, I mean radio. Not everybody has a radio station. Not everybody has a morning show. It’s an incredible leads generator, I’ll give you that. And it puts me in contact with a lot of people that I wouldn’t normally have a chance to meet but I believe and I was talking to Peter Greenlaw. Actually I had him on the air the other day. And I believe this and Peter agreed, the most important thing that we have as a tool is a real personal and passionate believable story or experience with Isagenix. And when people listen to your story and you learn to say it passionately, it builds up the trust factor with these people. And they want what you have. Just like earlier in one of the other call said they want what you have.

>> Yeah.

>> You know, and when I present people come by the station. When I present in people’s homes, I carry before and after pictures of me which are amazing already. I even break up the big old boy pants from the closet and put them things on over my other clothes ’cause they will–they’re that big. Soon I’ll have a belt that will go around my waist twice and when they see that, I don’t have to know everything there is about the ingredients to Isagenix. When you can come up with a passionate believable story and you’re standing right in front of them, they really can’t argue with you much you know.

>> Wow, Scott, thank you so much for sharing and really the message in you getting across is people becoming a part of the product and sharing their story passionately in a way that is really gonna hit home with a lot of people. I mean 80 percent of Americans are overweight.

>> Oh absolutely and you know the most–

>> I think we’ve got a little bit of a market here.

>> The more people I talk to, I’ll inspire everybody with this. The people that I talk to on the air and I talk to hundreds of people, I ask them sometime in my presentation have you ever heard of Isagenix. 90 to 95 percent of them have never ever heard of it. So it seems like there’s a lot of us when we get together at an event or on a phone call. But I think we have such an untapped market. And Kjersti, if I could leave everybody with a positive, I love positive sayings. This is my favorite inspirational thing and it’s probably sitting on your computer ’cause you got an email from me. But it’s from America’s very first billionaire Henry Ford and this is my favorite saying and I consider this every time I’m talking to somebody. “Whether you think you can or cannot do something, you’re right.” So that’s my favorite.

>> Wow, very good. Yeah, yeah, yeah, I love that. Alright well thank you again, Scott for being with us and I wanna move on to Brian, Brian Gimrick [phonetic]. And I hope that I’m pronouncing that right, Gimrick, is that right?

>> Wohoo!

>> Alright, well Brian and his beautiful wife Gaby. They are in Isagenix team together. Gaby’s background is health and fitness and Brian’s background is he has a PhD in physics form the University of Arizona. They currently live in Scottsdale, Arizona. I know Brian has an amazing story so Brian I know you’re on the line, go ahead and share your 30-second story and then take it away.

>>Okay thanks, Kjersti, for the introduction. Yeah, Gaby was introduced to Isagenix by her friend Cameron Westburg [phonetic] who lost a great deal of weight. And I was really skeptical at first. She bought the products and I was like what are you doing, you know. And, but then a couple of things happened.

You know I watched Gaby lose her mommy fats as she calls it from her first son and our twin boys and but she slimmed all the way down. So seeing that was amazing to me and then you know Dr. Becky did amaze her in her upline and they’ve provided a lot of support and just being, you know, being able to talk to Dr. Becky and even just listening to her videos and she knows so much about medicine and hearing her talk about the products soon you realize the products were legitimate and that the business was legitimate. So eventually I was convinced and you know I tried the product and lost weight and felt healthier and felt like I was building muscle and everything so we were hooked at that point. And you know we pulled our skills and sort of slowly grew our business, you know based on our skills sets. And of course you know now we’re here today so we just keep growing.

>> Wow, now some of the things that you guys did. You just gather family and friends and do presentations. You connect people to 3-way calling with your upline. What are some of the things exactly that you guys have done? I mean ’cause I know you enrolled 15 people in the month of March?

>> Right, yeah so I mean, but it started out. Gaby was doing a lot of that and again she kind of led the way ’cause I was still kind of skeptical about the business. I knew the products work but I was kind of skeptical. So she was doing more things like, things like that and we definitely got people interested but we found that, you know we started like my background had been doing a lot of stuff online. So we started, you know, we basically started treating our Isagenix business like it’s a business, you know. And we felt like if we can be serious about the business and treat it like a business, how would we grow it?

And the first thing that we realized that we needed to do was to know about the product. So we were using the products and everything and that was good but you know so we started watching IsaVideos and that was a great way to get up the speed on just more info about the product. And we started learning more about sales and marketing because a lot of people think you know sales and marketing are a bad thing but we found the more we learn about, you know, sales and marketing, how to do it right, you know. It’s really about solving people’s problems. Then we could use that knowledge to grow our business.

So some examples of the stuff that has helped us like you know you need to help people find you. So once we ran out of sort of the warm market, we need to find ways to help people find us and we found that online we could do things like you know getting in the yellow pages either online or offline, you know like a real business would do. Getting in directories, joining Chamber of Commerce, placing ads, going on Craigslist, finding old friends in Facebook, things like that. So basically helping people find us and then once you do that though and whether you’re doing stuff online of offline–sorry, we feel like you really need to keep track of what’s working and what doesn’t because I feel like if you know it’s great to give and it’s great to share and everything but especially if you’re spending money like you’re giving free samples and things like that.

You’re not tracking your revenue and what works and you’re not gonna be able to share with people for very long. So if you wanna promote the business, you know make sure you’re keeping track of what works and then doing more of that and doing less of the things that don’t. And you know–then we found the other half of the equation is customer retention. So obviously finding these people is great but you need to find ways to keep people you’ve already, you know, drawn into either the business or using the products and you know online that means sending emails, you know like personal emails as well as newsletters and yes, even you know phone calls. Even though online you end up leaving a lot of voice mails sometimes because people, you know, they might not answer the phone but even that shows that you’re serious. Again like I said a real business would do that.

>> Excellent.

>> And we’ve been using some of the tools like IsaMentor, a good tool for cleanse coaching and things like that and finally just, you know, remembering that we’re part of a team and I’m, sometimes I like to feel like I can do everything [laughter] but I’ve learned that I can’t. So you know if someone in your team is great on the phone you know work with them to help. That’s great way to get new people. You’re gonna have weaknesses. Work with people on your team to, you know to pull your strength together so that you can–

>> Nice. Nice. Wow, lots of good things. You talked–you hit on something that has not been hit on before this morning and that is retention. You know making sure that you’re doing followups through emails, calls, you know and really staying in touch with your team. That’s a very important fact. So thank you so much Brian for being with us this morning. We appreciate you and congratulations on your 15 newbies coming in last month. That’s great.

>> Thank you.

>> Alright. Well I wanna–we have two people left and that would be–Matt Rockwell is our next, second to the last guest speaker. He is a 7 Star Golden Circle and he’s in our top 10 of income earners.

>> He is one of the master minds behind the go cleanse system which has taken many, many ordinary people and helped them to become extraordinarily successful within Isagenix. A lot of the people that have jumped on board and have used the go cleanse system as a vehicle, they’ve had so much fun doing it. So Matt’s a part of the RGG group along with Peter Greenlaw who was mentioned a little bit earlier in the call. So Matt, did you make it on the line? [Pause] Are you there Matt?

He–he’s not with us. Well that’s okay. Well let me share something with all of you in regards to Matt. I spoke to him a couple of weeks ago in being on this call and so something must have come up but he really is very, very passionate about Isagenix and certainly, Matt’s being able to recruit 15 people just last month, he’s a 7 Star Golden Circle. You know, he’s still active rebuilding his business. He’s really not stopping and I love that and that’s the exact same thing with Jimmy Smith, our number 1 income earner.

These individuals, they are still continuing to go out to share their stories and to peak interest and to really get people going on Isagenix. They’re very passionate about it. They feel that everybody really needs what we have and so it’s exciting to see Matt continuing on with his success, being 7 Star Golden Circle. He will absolutely hit 8 Star. I have no idea when but I bet you anything it’s gonna be within the next year, so congratulations Matt on your success and then last but certainly not least is Debbie Younkin. She has also been on fire. Has had a lot of fun building her Isagenix business.

She is a mother of 9 children, step mom to 6 and she’s a grandmother of 14 grandchildren. That–they have a gigantic family. [Laughter] They live in the Sate of Utah and they have been with Isagenix going on 6 years. Obviously something must have clicked because she’s decided to really step it up and start building her organization. She’s a 1 Star Silver Circle and she recruited 14 people last month so Debbie, welcome to the call.

>> Thanks Kjersti.

>> Yeah.

>> How exciting.

>> And you’re last but certainly like I said not least, we’d love for you to share your 30-second story and then tell us what exactly are you doing to recruit these people?

>> Okay, well. Kjersti, I was introduced to Isagenix by a good friend Danny Jolly [phonetic]. I know that you know her and I think that some people might know her but she is a great sponsor. My husband and I tried the products and we had great results. We got so excited when between the two of us we lost 50 pounds within the first 2 months, real excited. But I lost about 20 and then I’ve got on to loose more. I’ve lost 40 pounds altogether and the products just keep making me feel better and better, I just feel younger. I feel younger than I did 6 years ago when we started and I work out regularly now and I have fun doing it and you know we’ve been able to replace my full time income and that’s been a great blessing for us.

Really so many things in my life have improved and I’ve improved so much with Isagenix and the associations that have come from Isagenix. I just am so grateful to Jim and Kathy Coover and to your dad, John Anderson for their vision and for their commitment to excellence. Now, you know I have written down some tips here for becoming a top recruiter. Because you can see I didn’t just shoot to the top of the company like some people that come in then they seem like they’re shot out of the canon to the top, people Hilary Courtney or Herb and Patty Cepeda or something, you know. [Laughter] It’s taken us longer but you know that helped us develop patience and persistence so you know that’s a plus thing right there and I think you know sometimes people think that if you’re not you know having a large circle of influence or just have the personality that it just helps you to just do that or maybe have already gone through the learning curve to help you to just shoot to the top but you can’t do it but you can and that’s what–you know that’s what my story is, hopefully gonna give people hope with that. You know they say that it’s a–

>> Absolutely.

>> Yeah, they say it’s less painful to build fast than slow and I really believe that but I think it’s even more painful to not build at all.

[ Laughter ]

>> Right.

>> You know so we [simultaneous talking].

>> So what are some of those tips? What are some of those tips?

>> Got it. You know, there’s three things that I think have been really helpful and I’m just gonna jump right to that. Yeah, I think you need to build and your faith and belief, and I use affirmations to build faith and belief. You know post their affirmations around their house and I think that’s great and they say their affirmations several times a day but one thing that we’ve done that I think has been so helpful.

I have a group of friends that we’ve formed a support group and we meet on the phone everyday and we do what we call matrixing and that’s where each person takes a turn stating their goal or affirmation and then everyone else on the call affirm or support that person by describing a future situation as if it’s already happened or telling them things that they see that are happening now that show that that goal or affirmation is coming to pass and it has been amazing, the results of that. I mean I think that to be on this top recruiter call is one of things that had happened because of that, so make your affirmations come alive. And then another thing is always just to keep learning and improving yourself. Of course all the company training, we have those wonderful training videos in your back office. You always need to go to local meetings and to Isagenix University of course and of course our annual celebration. I know people have talked about those and then we have great tools.

Our upline–we have our upline leader George Ruiz and also Jay Bennett and I use their tools. I use Jay Bennett’s leanandcleanforlife.com training website and he also has a little presentation website called skinnywow.com and I use that and I also use IsaMovie to present to people and that’s really been working great. It’s been wonderful to have a way to train new people by putting them on that Lean and Clean for Life. And then I’ve also taken extra trainings to learn about people, how to work with different kinds of personalities, and I’ve also taken a class called Mastering Leads from Kim [inaudible] and I think that really helps. I do work with cold leads. I work warm leads, referrals and cold leads and that, you know, I just keep doing and that’s where these people have come from this month.

And then the last thing that I wanted to talk about is just always keeping in action. The thing that I’ve learned is it isn’t always the exact action that we take that directly brings about those amazing things that happen to us but when we stay in action and keep taking actions and especially the ones that we feel inspired to take, it causes things to happen and to be attracted to us that we wouldn’t have if we were just you know standing still. I believe it shows God or the universe if you prefer that that we’re serious and that we really believe and that we really have faith that what we are affirming and wanting will happen. So you know basically, just keep working at it, keep trying new things, call people, talk to people. If you can create consistency and action you’ll see the results and that’s about all I have. I mean you can all do it.

>> I love that. What amazing tips too. I think that those are pretty powerful and you know I heard it–I don’t know who said this. Somebody said this last week that really the products are perfect, the opportunity is perfect and the timing is perfect and especially now when there’s so many people that are looking for a brand new business opportunity because of, you know, for whatever reason, getting laid off their company, you know going into you know shutting down. I mean there’s so many people that are looking for work and they’re hungry and they’re open and especially for mommies that have babies that, you know, to have an opportunity to work from home you know and to really create a massive amount income, I think it’s pretty powerful.

So Debbie, thank you for being with us as well. We appreciate all of you. You guys have all been amazing sharing their–your stories and opening up and sharing tips for success for all of our listeners listening in and there’s just a few more things that I’d like to add that, especially for you, all of you that are listening in that are still looking for you know, for more tips and more things and more knowledge to really take with you.

One of the things that I can share is to get in to your back office and go through the conference call library and select a couple of calls here and there to listen to, to receive further training from some of our top leaders. Also the podcasting is available. I don’t know if everybody knows what that is all about but podcasting is where all of these calls are actually–they’re recorded, they’re posted in your back office but even more so, they’re posted on a website where you can actually go and subscribe to the podcast and get started on receiving these calls into your iTunes Library and then of course these calls will be downloaded in–on your MP3 player or your iPod. So go to isagenixpodcasting.com or do–or you can actually go through, in through iTunes and actually go into your iTunes Store and click on podcasting in the upper left hand corner and do a search that way as well.

And then another couple of more things, the online library is just not only powerful when it comes it audios and videos but documents and there’s a couple of documents that I wanna direct you all do and that would be the Memory Jogger. The Memory Jogger is a PDF form that you can find in your business section of your back office and everything is listed alphabetically, so again just look, you know scroll down to the end, find the Memory Jogger, print that off and actually start creating your list because I think that as all of these individuals as they share their tips for success and what exactly they’ve been doing, they’re all very excited about sharing their story and so the best thing for you to do is to create your list and figure out who you know in your community and throughout North America that you could share your story with.

So the Memory Jogger is a very powerful tool, print off several, have your friends do it to their–in this business with you and have fun as Pam said. Kjersti Coté (pronounced KEER-stee KOH-tee) is the daughter of Isagenix Founder and Master Formulator, John Anderson. She has been an Isagenix member since the company began in March 2002.

In addition to coordinating and hosting our weekly conference calls, Kjersti is an author and wellness & cleansing coach, and works extensively with the Scientific Advisory Board as well as many of the top leaders in the field.
