>>Well good evening everyone and welcome to our Tuesday night real people, real results call with Isagenix. It is a pleasure to have you all with us tonight. My name is Kjersti Cote, your host and it is April 21, 2009 and as I have mentioned before, I think spring has arrived. I know that Phoenix today hit like triple digits I believe so if that’s the case I think it’s here. [laughter] But we are grateful to have you all with us. We have three amazing guests with us tonight.

The RH group and that would be John Macker, Al Shur and Judi Harris. These three individuals have had so much fun building their Isagenix business together over the last couple of months and what I would like to do is prior, right before I introduce these individuals to all of you I’d actually like to take everybody back to the very beginning of Isagenix and what a ride we have had. If you are just listening in for the very first time to find out what Isagenix is all about or if you’ve just joined our Isagenix family, over the last seven years we have experienced tremendous growth and it all started, our company launched in March of 2002 and founded by a guy by the name of John Anderson and Jim and Kathy Coover, beautiful couple.

So those three individuals founded Isagenix and I gotta tell you something, they were all retired. They actually came out of retirement to start this company to really make a difference and impact world health and to give back. To provide a financial opportunity for those to be able to take advantage of and boy did they. I think that the timing was absolutely the best timing that it could have ever been. As many of you know we have a health crisis going on, we’ve got a financial crisis going on and Isagenix is a vehicle that allows you to jump right into and go as fast as you want to go and really hit you know massive amounts of success, not only with your health but also with your financial aspects of your life.

And so what we were able to do in a short 9 months, our first 9 months of business from March 2002 to December, we generated 19 million in sales. And I gotta tell you 19 million dollars, this is not a company that we advertise for and of course in the first 9 months we didn’t even have a tool, I don’t think. [laughter] I think there was an associate that came forward that said I think I can record a cassette which is amazing cause I don’t think cassettes even exist anymore so as technology has advanced dramatically and Isagenix is certainly a company that embraces that technology. But of course as I had mentioned the first 9 months was a lot of action going on. In the 2nd year we generated 35 million in sales, the 3rd year it was 50 million, the 4th year it was 65 million in sales and then it went from that to I believe 190 in sales and then last year alone we did 250 million in sales. That is really, really exciting.

And the reason why I like to share that is because for every single dollar that has rolled right into Isagenix means that that has impacted someone’s life with their health and of course with their wealth because for every dollar that rolls into Isagenix the field gets paid out 50 percent of the BV on that product making our compensation plan just absolutely amazing. We’re not going to get in to the compensation plan tonight but going back to you know the health crisis going on, the financial crisis going on, Isagenix is a lot of fun to be able to take advantage of and to get started with a business where you can be your own President and CEO and work from home and set your hours and work as fast as you want to gain the success that you’re wanting. So with the individuals that we have on the line tonight they have experienced a lot of success in Isagenix. The first couple that I’d like to introduce is Al Shur and Judi Harris. They’re a wonderful couple. They have had massive amounts of experience within their careers when it comes to real estate and being a major developer. As a matter of fact, Al was in real estate for over 30 years. He was massively successful and I know he tried network marketing. He did very well but he really couldn’t find the perfect company until Isagenix so I want him to share a story in a second but Judi, she’s been a major developer for about 30 years and Al and her met just a little over 2 years ago. Al introduced Isagenix to Judi and the rest is history and of course they’re making history so with that Al and Judi did you make it on the line?

>>Judi: Yes we did

>>Al: We’re here, Kjersti

>>Kjersti: Alright well good evening and welcome to the call.

>>Judi: Thank you.

>>Kjersti: Yes and what I’d like for you guys both to do is just share a little bit of your background experience. Throughout your career what have you guys been able to see and experience and I know that you’ve experienced a lot of success but tell us a little bit more about yourself.

>>Judi: Well I’ll go first. I’ve been in real estate for over 30 years and very, very successful, tops in my field. And I’ve done network marketing but I never, never could just find the right product. I could never find the right company. It was always a hit and miss. But I loved the excitement of network marketing but it was always doom and gloom. And then when I met Al he told me that he wanted me to be healthy and he introduced me to Isagenix and it has been the most exciting moment when I went to celebration right after we met and I saw the company and what the company was like and what the value systems were and the product worked just wonderful. I’ve lost over 42 pounds. I’ve never felt better. We live Isagenix. We love the product. It has just been the most wonderful, exciting ride we have found a home and we love it and we love Isagenix. We love the company, we love the business. We’re just here working all day long and playing.

>>Kjersti: Oh my goodness, Judi so you’ve released 42 pounds?

>>Judi: Yes

>>Kjersti: That is phenomenal and then Al, I know that you’re down a few. Before you share that tell us a little bit more about your background.

>>Al: I certainly will. First of all I’m 69 years old, Kjersti, I mean I’m a young 69 and I have been a major developer. I had the largest drywall company and development company in the United States. We went public in 87. I’ve been through the gamut of all the corporate. I’ve been through that. You know I’ve made the 7 figure income but you know what? I worked 80, 90 hours a week. So when, in the year 2000, in the year 2000 I had open heart surgery. Well, and everything was fine. Surgery went wonderful, everything was fine but I had gained an extra 65 pounds. Well my cardiologist told me, about 4 and half years ago, he said mister you better lose 20, 30 pounds. He says if you don’t you’re going to lose 10 to 15 years. I said uh oh. Well he woke me up.

Well I’ve tried every form of weight loss there is in the world. Well none of it works. You lose 10, you put on 15, you lose 20 you put on 25. Well I was introduced to Isagenix by Mr. John Macker 4 and half years ago and he told me that if I did the system the way it was designed he would guarantee me fabulous results. I said ok I’ll try it. So I did. My first 9 day cleanse I lost 19 pounds. My second 9 day cleanse which was about a week later I lost another 12 pounds. I lost 31 pounds in 18 days. As of today, well actually within 3 months I’ve lost my 65 pounds and have never gained a pound back. This is just the greatest company, the greatest comp plan, this is the best I’ve ever had in my life, Kjersti.

>>Judi: We are in love with it.

>>Kjersti: Wow and so just a little bit of your background, you know Judi with a little bit of network marketing experience, you know, what do you think about Isagenix, the compensation plan? What’s your take on network marketing in general as well?

>>Judi: Well actually to be honest with you when Al introduced me to Isagenix I was not gonna get involved in the plan because I had had so many disappointments even though I loved network marketing I just never made any money. And every time I started making money they would take people and put them above me and change things around.

But then when I got involved and I looked at the plan and I saw the way it was designed in Jim Coover’s brilliant mind, the way he designed it and Kathy, I love her. She is so warm and loving and they’re just very supportive and of course we’ve making a lot of money and we’re home. And we work when we want to work. Al went and shot golf today. I went to the office today to send some papers out and we’re just loving it. I mean it’s just the most phenomenal plan. We can’t believe it, we just can’t believe it and we want to thank John Macker for starting all this with Al 4 years ago and that’s why we joined forces with him. It’s been a wonderful ride.

>>Kjersti: Yeah, wow

>>Al: Kjersti, I have one thing I’d like to say and this is something that I’ve experienced, yes the financial, the monetary is phenomenal. The money we’re making is absolutely wonderful but the psychic income when you can take somebody like I have taken a gentleman 23 months ago by the name of Mark Weber, you know who I’m talking about

>>Kjersti: Oh yeah, you bet

>>Al: Weber weighed 500 pounds and I put him on Isagenix and monitored him, coached him through the whole cleanse and Mark Weber has now lost 352 pounds. Psychic income is worth, I cannot tell you how much.

>>Kjersti: 352, that is just unreal. Now is Mark the only one that’s in the 300 pound club?

>>Al: Yes he is, he’s the only one.

>>Kjersti: Yeah what an amazing story he has and so you brought him in, you coached him through it. Not only was it life changing for Mark but what a life changing experience it was for you and Judi.

>>Al: Oh absolutely it was the most gratifying thing in the world.

>>Judi: Al is a great coach and I think we owe a lot of that to what he had to work with. He had a product that is just absolutely phenomenal. He had a compensation plan and the backing. Look at you with the phone calls and there’s just not enough stuff that you give us. We have so much support and so much wonderful counsel that it has been the most wonderful, exciting experience of our life and Al is the greatest coach and he watches over the people. He calls them every few days to see how they’re doing. It’s just wonderful. I can’t even say how much we love it.

>>Kjersti: So far out of the RH group we’ve heard 2 stories and your weight loss combined is 107 pounds

>>Judi: That’s right

>>Kjersti: So now what I want to do is bring in your business partner, John Macker, and John did you make it on the line?

>>John: I’m here. This is the best partner that anybody could have.

>>Judi: We love John, we love him.

>>John: I love you guys too. Thank you.

>>Kjersti: I know you guys have been business partners just since you know January. I know you’ve known each other longer than that but John take us back. I mean what’s a little bit about your background? What were you doing prior to Isagenix?

>>John: Well I was working as a sales manager at an Audi dealership when I was introduced to Isagenix. And you know I was paying about 70 to 80 hours a week in order to earn my 6 figure income and after receiving my 3rd pay cut in 2 years I started to pray every single night before I went to sleep for a better way. And you know everything happens for a reason in the universe is on purpose and the universe was definitely listening to my prayers because a twist of fate put me on the phone with a gentleman named Jimmy Smith and Jimmy went on to share his story with me and his story was he was a 74 year old retired butcher and he had found network marketing 12 years prior to finding Isagenix. And when he had learned the power of network marketing and he could put the efforts of 100’s and 100’s and potentially 1000’s of people to work for him you know he thought that was the best kept secret in the free world.

So he got involved in network marketing and joined a couple of other companies and had some success and was very familiar with the compensation plans and their products and the ownership and management running those companies. He was very, very knowledgeable and when he shared with me all that knowledge he just captured my attention. And he was with another company prior to Isagenix that he was making 18 to $20,000 a month residual income with this company and when he got that phone call from Carol and she told him she said Jimmy listen, I think I’ve found the company that we’ve been searching for our entire life. She said this company has a binary that pays on both your teams with no blocking and Jimmy was like that’s impossible. It doesn’t exist cause we’re in a binary right now and it’s not like that and she said check it out, Jimmy.

So Jimmy checked it out, got on the product, had a great result and he was actually willing to walk away from that residual income at 74 years old. When he told me that that night on the phone, now keep in mind I’d never met the man before, ok, never met the man and he shared that story with me that got my attention. Cause I don’t know too many people that are willing to walk away from that type of income at any age and he’d only been involved with Isagenix for about 4 and half months prior to being on the phone with me that night and he was already making a very, very good income in a very short amount of time. And so that caught my attention.

I signed up that night. It was October 21, 2002 and I became a consultant that night. I personally enrolled 5 consultants before I ever even did my first cleanse cause I came in for the business opportunity because I wanted out of that 70 to 80 hours a week so bad and I’m sure there’s a lot of people on the line tonight that can relate to working a ton of hours and you have no time to enjoy however much money you make and you have very little time to spend with your family.

You heard Judi and Al just say that you know they’re living their life, they’re enjoying their life and they’re getting paid to do it. And that’s really the appeal of this business model for a lot of people and it was the appeal for me cause I wanted out of there. But I knew that would only take me so far, ok. You cannot just drive this business only. You have to be a product of the product so I got on the cleanse. My first 9 days I was able to release 10 pounds and an inch and a half off my waist, could not believe those results. So I tried to prove them wrong by doing another cleanse a week later and went on to release an additional 15 pounds for a total of 25 pounds and 3 inches off my waist in a very short amount of time. I was blown away. And I started sharing that story with everybody I came in contact with, Kjersti. People starting asking me what are you doing? You look fantastic. And I would just do 3 way calls with Jimmy Smith all day long. I would send people to the most amazing website in the industry and people just started enrolling and literally in 6 short months I was able to replace that 6 figure income that it took me 8 years to produce.

And I’ve since doubled and tripled it and had a lot of success along the way and you know what? I want everybody to understand that life is always gonna come at you. Life is always gonna come at you and through challenges and adversity some of the greatest blessings come our way. And Al and Judi are a couple of those blessings for me because 2 years ago I was faced with some adversity in my relationship, in my marriage. I got hit with a lawsuit and I don’t want to go in to all the details of that but Al and Judi were there you know with me and for me at the right time where we could actually discuss and form a partnership and it’s been such a perfect marriage between the three of us because like Judi said, Al is a great coach.

I mean he’s there for people, answering the questions, coaching them through the cleanse. He’s the best coach on the planet. And you know my forte is obviously doing presentations and trainings and 3 way calls. I’m a recruiter, I’m a closer, that’s what I like to do and that’s where I focus and spend most of my time and it’s so nice to have Al and Judi there that are the support system. So we really, really work very well together in this business.

>>Kjersti: Wow that’s amazing. And I know you guys have had a lot of fun doing it. Now John, I know you’ve lost 25 pounds in a very short period of time but how many pounds did you lose total because you are a lean, mean, fighten machine right now. So how many pounds total have you dropped since finding Isagenix?

>>John: Well collectively over 7 years [laughter] it’s probably well over 50 or 60 pounds.

>>Kjersti: Yes about 50 pounds. Even if we just took 50 pounds I mean that’s 157 pounds lost with three of you. I just love adding these totals up. One time we did this challenge 1 year and everybody emailed in their weight loss as they were going through their challenge and we ended up totaling up and it weighed, I believe in just a very short period of time I believe everyone lost collectively about 2300 pounds in about 6 weeks and it was so exciting. I’m like everyone, that’s like several like baby elephants. [laughter] So it’s very cool to see that but I think more importantly you guys are 5 star golden circles which is a beautiful, multiple, six figure income annually.

Now let’s talk about Isagenix and where we’re going in the future because you know network marketing is a huge industry. There’s a lot of companies out there. You know let’s start with Al and Judi. You know what are some of the special things that you see within Isagenix, whether it be the culture or the product or the timing and then we’ll move from there?

>>Al: In fact Judi had to take a phone call, she had to leave for a minute but I will take you through it. Let me tell you what I see. First of all Isagenix it is so needed today in this world. I mean there is such a health crisis, as you have mentioned. People, they’re not getting the nutrition and the minerals that they need and people are starting to understand that because they’re not healthy. I mean you could talk to I don’t know how many people but people are just getting sick for no reason. But when they take Isagenix and they put Isagenix in their body, they become very, very healthy and it’s just life changing. So from our standpoint to get people very, very healthy and the visual aspects of Isagenix, what people are seeing.

I mean people are now calling me and Judi and John and they’re saying, my God what is in this stuff? It is unbelievable. You know I’ve lost 15 pounds, I’ve lost 20 pounds, what’s going on. And that is the most gratifying thing in the world when you can make somebody very, very healthy and I don’t ever see it ending.

>>Kjersti: I know. It’s pretty exciting. Now John I mean let’s talk a little bit about the industry. Where do you feel that Isagenix places within this industry and where do you think we’re going?

>>John: Well I think Isagenix is the world leader in, you know not only nutritional cleansing but I think in network marketing as a business model. It’s perfect. Like Al touched on, if you were just to write down 4 specific categories of well let’s take the top 3, the product, the company and the timing of this industry of getting involved with this industry. I mean network marketing is I mean the tidal wave and what we call in business the traction has already begun. This is no longer Uncle Tom’s business you know or the bottom feeders business or a business for people that are doing network marketing because they can’t do anything else. I mean so many professionals and leaders are being attracted to this industry and especially Isagenix.

You know Al, like he said, I mean he used to run one of the largest drywall companies and construction companies in the entire world. He used to own a corporate airplane. [laughter] I mean this guy is a serious business man and Judi has had tremendous success in Las Angeles in Real Estate. I mean they’ve both been very, very successful and these are the quality of people that Isagenix is attracting just from a business standpoint. But when you have a product that delivers the results that this cleansing technology delivers, it’s emotional, it’s visual and it’s dramatic. And when you can put a product in your body that creates dramatic results, it’s a stand alone product.

There’s not another company out there that offers a product that delivers the results that Isagenix delivers and there never will be, there never will be and that needs to be perfectly clear. Nobody will ever duplicate this cleanse. And the example that I like to use is you could take 5 master chefs, put them in identical kitchens, give them a menu to make the same dish and ask them to make the same dish with the same ingredients and each and every one of them will come out tasting a little bit different. Because this product is about the formulation, it’s not just about the ingredients on the back of the label. It’s about the way that they’re formulated. And your dad is a genius. This product will never be duplicated so Isagenix is a stand alone product and it’s the best run company on the planet. Jim Coover is brilliant. I mean his expertise is running network marketing companies and I mean Kathy, just you know go to your website and when that video starts playing on your home page there you see why Kathy has had the success she’s had.

She is an amazing dynamic leader and trainer out in the field. She knows how to really promote and build these things and Isagenix, I mean we’re almost a billion dollar company in 7 years. How many companies can say that? Not very many and I don’t think there will be very many that will ever be able to say that so you know, companies go through 4 distinct phases of growth and I know we’ve got to run here but I want everybody to understand this. They go through 4 phases where the company is just starting ok and then they go through concentration where they’re having a good growth curve. And then they hit what’s called critical mass. Critical mass is like a volcano getting ready to explode. And then once the company hits critical mass it goes into what we call momentum, ok.

Now Dr. Charles King who’s a business professor at the University of Illinois, Chicago, did a research study on this and 80 to 85 percent of anybody that will ever be involved in network marketing company like Isagenix comes in before the company goes into momentum or during momentum. Ok 15 to 20 percent of anybody that will ever be involved in Isagenix comes in before the company hits momentum. What does that mean to all of you? Is that this is a ground floor opportunity. Isagenix is just getting started and they’re already almost a billion dollar company. So I see Isagenix being a multi, multi, multi billion dollar company and you guys know about it right now.

And this product addresses the real issues with people’s health. And again there will never be another product like it. So you have the best product, you have the best run company and you have the best compensation plan in the entire industry. It’s simple, you put one on your left, you put one on your right. Teach them to do the same. It doesn’t get any simpler than that.

>>Kjersti: Wow, well said, John, well said. And obviously everybody that’s listening in I mean these 3 individuals have wonderful passion and are truly excited about what they have and what a wonderful gift it’s been I know to the 3 of you. And so many people are coming in I mean with the recession as it is right now, Isagenix is just a beautiful opportunity for people to take advantage of because quite frankly you know people don’t know what they’re doing. They don’t know what they’re going to do and what an opportunity for people. It doesn’t matter if you’re young, you’re old, stay at home mom or someone that was in the real estate industry that might be hurting right now. Isagenix is here to stay.

>>Kjersti: Yes and what I’d like for you guys both to do is just share a little bit of your background experience. Throughout your career what have you guys been able to see and experience and I know that you’ve experienced a lot of success but tell us a little bit more about yourself.

>>Judy: Well I’ll go first. I’ve been in real estate for over 30 years and very, very successful, tops in my field. And I’ve done network marketing but I never, never could just find the right product. I could never find the right company. It was always a hit and miss. But I loved the excitement of network marketing but it was always doom and gloom. And then when I met Al he told me that he wanted me to be healthy and he introduced me to Isagenix and it has been the most exciting moment when I went to celebration right after we met and I saw the company and what the company was like and what the value systems were and the product worked just wonderful. I’ve lost over 42 pounds. I’ve never felt better. We live Isagenix. We love the product. It has just been the most wonderful, exciting ride we have found a home and we love it and we love Isagenix. We love the company, we love the business. We’re just here working all day long and playing.

>>Kjersti: Oh my goodness, Judy so you’ve released 42 pounds?

>>Judy: Yes

>>Kjersti: That is phenomenal and then Al, I know that you’re down a few. Before you share that tell us a little bit more about your background.

>>Al: I certainly will. First of all I’m 69 years old, Kjersti, I mean I’m a young 69 and I have been a major developer. I had the largest drywall company and development company in the United States. We went public in 87. I’ve been through the gamut of all the corporate. I’ve been through that. You know I’ve made the 7 figure income but you know what? I worked 80, 90 hours a week. So when, in the year 2000, in the year 2000 I had open heart surgery. Well, and everything was fine. Surgery went wonderful, everything was fine but I had gained an extra 65 pounds. Well my cardiologist told me, about 4 and half years ago, he said mister you better lose 20, 30 pounds. He says if you don’t you’re going to lose 10 to 15 years. I said uh oh. Well he woke me up.

Well I’ve tried every form of weight loss there is in the world. Well none of it works. You lose 10, you put on 15, you lose 20 you put on 25. Well I was introduced to Isagenix by Mr. John Macker 4 and half years ago and he told me that if I did the system the way it was designed he would guarantee me fabulous results. I said ok I’ll try it. So I did. My first 9 day cleanse I lost 19 pounds. My second 9 day cleanse which was about a week later I lost another 12 pounds. I lost 31 pounds in 18 days. As of today, well actually within 3 months I’ve lost my 65 pounds and have never gained a pound back. This is just the greatest company, the greatest comp plan, this is the best I’ve ever had in my life, Kjersti.

>>Judy: We are in love with it.

>>Kjersti: Wow and so just a little bit of your background, you know Judy with a little bit of network marketing experience, you know, what do you think about Isagenix, the compensation plan? What’s your take on network marketing in general as well?

>>Judy: Well actually to be honest with you when Al introduced me to Isagenix I was not gonna get involved in the plan because I had had so many disappointments even though I loved network marketing I just never made any money. And every time I started making money they would take people and put them above me and change things around. But then when I got involved and I looked at the plan and I saw the way it was designed in Jim Coover’s brilliant mind, the way he designed it and Kathy, I love her.

She is so warm and loving and they’re just very supportive and of course we’ve making a lot of money and we’re home. And we work when we want to work. Al went and shot golf today. I went to the office today to send some papers out and we’re just loving it. I mean it’s just the most phenomenal plan. We can’t believe it, we just can’t believe it and we want to thank John Macker for starting all this with Al 4 years ago and that’s why we joined forces with him. It’s been a wonderful ride.

>>Kjersti: Yeah, wow

>>Al: Kjersti, I have one thing I’d like to say and this is something that I’ve experienced, yes the financial, the monetary is phenomenal. The money we’re making is absolutely wonderful but the psychic income when you can take somebody like I have taken a gentleman 23 months ago by the name of Mark Weber, you know who I’m talking about

>>Kjersti: Oh yeah, you bet

>>Al: Weber weighed 500 pounds and I put him on Isagenix and monitored him, coached him through the whole cleanse and Mark Weber has now lost 352 pounds. Psychic income is worth, I cannot tell you how much.

>>Kjersti: 352, that is just unreal. Now is Mark the only one that’s in the 300 pound club?

>>Al: Yes he is, he’s the only one.

>>Kjersti: Yeah what an amazing story he has and so you brought him in, you coached him through it. Not only was it life changing for Mark but what a life changing experience it was for you and Judy.

>>Al: Oh absolutely it was the most gratifying thing in the world.

>>Judy: Al is a great coach and I think we owe a lot of that to what he had to work with. He had a product that is just absolutely phenomenal. He had a compensation plan and the backing. Look at you with the phone calls and there’s just not enough stuff that you give us. We have so much support and so much wonderful counsel that it has been the most wonderful, exciting experience of our life and Al is the greatest coach and he watches over the people. He calls them every few days to see how they’re doing. It’s just wonderful. I can’t even say how much we love it.

>>Kjersti: So far out of the R.H. Group we’ve heard 2 stories and your weight loss combined is 107 pounds

>>Judy: That’s right

>>Kjersti: So now what I want to do is bring in your business partner, John Macker, and John did you make it on the line?

>>John: I’m here. This is the best partner that anybody could have.

>>Judy: We love John, we love him.

>>John: I love you guys too. Thank you.

>>Kjersti: I know you guys have been business partners just since you know January. I know you’ve known each other longer than that but John take us back. I mean what’s a little bit about your background? What were you doing prior to Isagenix?

>>John: Well I was working as a sales manager at an Audi dealership when I was introduced to Isagenix. And you know I was paying about 70 to 80 hours a week in order to earn my 6 figure income and after receiving my 3rd pay cut in 2 years I started to pray every single night before I went to sleep for a better way. And you know everything happens for a reason in the universe is on purpose and the universe was definitely listening to my prayers because a twist of fate put me on the phone with a gentleman named Jimmy Smith and Jimmy went on to share his story with me and his story was he was a 74 year old retired butcher and he had found network marketing 12 years prior to finding Isagenix. And when he had learned the power of network marketing and he could put the efforts of 100’s and 100’s and potentially 1000’s of people to work for him you know he thought that was the best kept secret in the free world.

So he got involved in network marketing and joined a couple of other companies and had some success and was very familiar with the compensation plans and their products and the ownership and management running those companies. He was very, very knowledgeable and when he shared with me all that knowledge he just captured my attention. And he was with another company prior to Isagenix that he was making 18 to $20,000 a month residual income with this company and when he got that phone call from Carol and she told him she said Jimmy listen, I think I’ve found the company that we’ve been searching for our entire life. She said this company has a binary that pays on both your teams with no blocking and Jimmy was like that’s impossible.

It doesn’t exist cause we’re in a binary right now and it’s not like that and she said check it out, Jimmy. So Jimmy checked it out, got on the product, had a great result and he was actually willing to walk away from that residual income at 74 years old. When he told me that that night on the phone, now keep in mind I’d never met the man before, ok, never met the man and he shared that story with me that got my attention. Cause I don’t know too many people that are willing to walk away from that type of income at any age and he’d only been involved with Isagenix for about 4 and half months prior to being on the phone with me that night and he was already making a very, very good income in a very short amount of time. And so that caught my attention. I signed up that night.

It was October 21, 2002 and I became a consultant that night. I personally enrolled 5 consultants before I ever even did my first cleanse cause I came in for the business opportunity because I wanted out of that 70 to 80 hours a week so bad and I’m sure there’s a lot of people on the line tonight that can relate to working a ton of hours and you have no time to enjoy however much money you make and you have very little time to spend with your family. You heard Judy and Al just say that you know they’re living their life, they’re enjoying their life and they’re getting paid to do it. And that’s really the appeal of this business model for a lot of people and it was the appeal for me cause I wanted out of there. But I knew that would only take me so far, ok. You cannot just drive this business only. You have to be a product of the product so I got on the cleanse.

My first 9 days I was able to release 10 pounds and an inch and a half off my waist, could not believe those results. So I tried to prove them wrong by doing another cleanse a week later and went on to release an additional 15 pounds for a total of 25 pounds and 3 inches off my waist in a very short amount of time. I was blown away. And I started sharing that story with everybody I came in contact with, Kjersti. People starting asking me what are you doing? You look fantastic. And I would just do 3 way calls with Jimmy Smith all day long. I would send people to the most amazing website in the industry and people just started enrolling and literally in 6 short months I was able to replace that 6 figure income that it took me 8 years to produce. And I’ve since doubled and tripled it and had a lot of success along the way and you know what?

I want everybody to understand that life is always gonna come at you. Life is always gonna come at you and through challenges and adversity some of the greatest blessings come our way. And Al and Judy are a couple of those blessings for me because 2 years ago I was faced with some adversity in my relationship, in my marriage. I got hit with a lawsuit and I don’t want to go in to all the details of that but Al and Judy were there you know with me and for me at the right time where we could actually discuss and form a partnership and it’s been such a perfect marriage between the three of us because like Judy said, Al is a great coach.

I mean he’s there for people, answering the questions, coaching them through the cleanse. He’s the best coach on the planet. And you know my forte is obviously doing presentations and trainings and 3 way calls. I’m a recruiter, I’m a closer, that’s what I like to do and that’s where I focus and spend most of my time and it’s so nice to have Al and Judy there that are the support system. So we really, really work very well together in this business.

>>Kjersti: Wow that’s amazing. And I know you guys have had a lot of fun doing it. Now John, I know you’ve lost 25 pounds in a very short period of time but how many pounds did you lose total because you are a lean, mean, fighten machine right now. So how many pounds total have you dropped since finding Isagenix?

>>John: Well collectively over 7 years [laughter] it’s probably well over 50 or 60 pounds.

>>Kjersti: Yes about 50 pounds. Even if we just took 50 pounds I mean that’s 157 pounds lost with three of you. I just love adding these totals up. One time we did this challenge 1 year and everybody emailed in their weight loss as they were going through their challenge and we ended up totaling up and it weighed, I believe in just a very short period of time I believe everyone lost collectively about 2300 pounds in about 6 weeks and it was so exciting. I’m like everyone, that’s like several like baby elephants. [laughter] So it’s very cool to see that but I think more importantly you guys are 5 star golden circles which is a beautiful, multiple, six figure income annually. Now let’s talk about Isagenix and where we’re going in the future because you know network marketing is a huge industry. There’s a lot of companies out there. You know let’s start with Al and Judy. You know what are some of the special things that you see within Isagenix, whether it be the culture or the product or the timing and then we’ll move from there?

>>Al: In fact Judy had to take a phone call, she had to leave for a minute but I will take you through it. Let me tell you what I see. First of all Isagenix it is so needed today in this world. I mean there is such a health crisis, as you have mentioned. People, they’re not getting the nutrition and the minerals that they need and people are starting to understand that because they’re not healthy. I mean you could talk to I don’t know how many people but people are just getting sick for no reason. But when they take Isagenix and they put Isagenix in their body, they become very, very healthy and it’s just life changing. So from our standpoint to get people very, very healthy and the visual aspects of Isagenix, what people are seeing. I mean people are now calling me and Judy and John and they’re saying, my God what is in this stuff? It is unbelievable. You know I’ve lost 15 pounds, I’ve lost 20 pounds, what’s going on. And that is the most gratifying thing in the world when you can make somebody very, very healthy and I don’t ever see it ending.

>>Kjersti: I know. It’s pretty exciting. Now John I mean let’s talk a little bit about the industry. Where do you feel that Isagenix places within this industry and where do you think we’re going?

>>John: Well I think Isagenix is the world leader in, you know not only nutritional cleansing but I think in network marketing as a business model. It’s perfect. Like Al touched on, if you were just to write down 4 specific categories of well let’s take the top 3, the product, the company and the timing of this industry of getting involved with this industry. I mean network marketing is I mean the tidal wave and what we call in business the traction has already begun. This is no longer Uncle Tom’s business you know or the bottom feeders business or a business for people that are doing network marketing because they can’t do anything else. I mean so many professionals and leaders are being attracted to this industry and especially Isagenix. You know Al, like he said, I mean he used to run one of the largest drywall companies and construction companies in the entire world. He used to own a corporate airplane. [laughter] I mean this guy is a serious business man and Judy has had tremendous success in Las Angeles in Real Estate.

I mean they’ve both been very, very successful and these are the quality of people that Isagenix is attracting just from a business standpoint. But when you have a product that delivers the results that this cleansing technology delivers, it’s emotional, it’s visual and it’s dramatic. And when you can put a product in your body that creates dramatic results, it’s a stand alone product. There’s not another company out there that offers a product that delivers the results that Isagenix delivers and there never will be, there never will be and that needs to be perfectly clear. Nobody will ever duplicate this cleanse. And the example that I like to use is you could take 5 master chefs, put them in identical kitchens, give them a menu to make the same dish and ask them to make the same dish with the same ingredients and each and every one of them will come out tasting a little bit different.

Because this product is about the formulation, it’s not just about the ingredients on the back of the label. It’s about the way that they’re formulated. And your dad is a genius. This product will never be duplicated so Isagenix is a stand alone product and it’s the best run company on the planet. Jim Coover is brilliant. I mean his expertise is running network marketing companies and I mean Kathy, just you know go to your website and when that video starts playing on your home page there you see why Kathy has had the success she’s had. She is an amazing dynamic leader and trainer out in the field. She knows how to really promote and build these things and Isagenix, I mean we’re almost a billion dollar company in 7 years. How many companies can say that?

Not very many and I don’t think there will be very many that will ever be able to say that so you know, companies go through 4 distinct phases of growth and I know we’ve got to run here but I want everybody to understand this. They go through 4 phases where the company is just starting ok and then they go through concentration where they’re having a good growth curve. And then they hit what’s called critical mass. Critical mass is like a volcano getting ready to explode. And then once the company hits critical mass it goes into what we call momentum, ok. Now Dr. Charles King who’s a business professor at the University of Illinois, Chicago, did a research study on this and 80 to 85 percent of anybody that will ever be involved in network marketing company like Isagenix comes in before the company goes into momentum or during momentum.

Ok 15 to 20 percent of anybody that will ever be involved in Isagenix comes in before the company hits momentum. What does that mean to all of you? Is that this is a ground floor opportunity. Isagenix is just getting started and they’re already almost a billion dollar company. So I see Isagenix being a multi, multi, multi billion dollar company and you guys know about it right now. And this product addresses the real issues with people’s health. And again there will never be another product like it. So you have the best product, you have the best run company and you have the best compensation plan in the entire industry. It’s simple, you put one on your left, you put one on your right. Teach them to do the same. It doesn’t get any simpler than that.

>>Kjersti: Wow, well said, John, well said. And obviously everybody that’s listening in I mean these 3 individuals have wonderful passion and are truly excited about what they have and what a wonderful gift it’s been I know to the 3 of you. And so many people are coming in I mean with the recession as it is right now, Isagenix is just a beautiful opportunity for people to take advantage of because quite frankly you know people don’t know what they’re doing. They don’t know what they’re going to do and what an opportunity for people. It doesn’t matter if you’re young, you’re old, stay at home mom or someone that was in the real estate industry that might be hurting right now. Isagenix is here to stay. I do, I want to make one point to, I know that John is a dynamic speaker, Judy and Al you are as well.
