>> Kjersti Cote: Alright, well good evening everyone and welcome to our Tuesday night corporate update call with Isagenix. It is a pleasure having you with us. My name is Kjersti Cote, your host. And we have a lot of information to cover tonight. And here to bring you all of the latest and greatest news are two exceptional gentlemen that we have as a part of our Isagenix corporate team. They both work diligently at our world headquarters in Chandler, Arizona. And I’m gonna introduce the both of them and then I’ll turn the time over to Rick.

I think he got the call, but I’d love to introduce Rick Despain. He is our Vice President of Field Relations. He has a tremendous amount of experience when it comes to strategic marketing and communications, when it comes to direct sales and network marketing. And this is what he does. He came to Isagenix back in 2004. He has been a tremendous asset to all of us as he has helped this company develop certain… …forces within Isagenix, one of them being the Communication, Compliance and Marketing departments and it’s very exciting to see Rick as he’s traveling around North America and actually worldwide to help to train all of you out in the field and to educate you and really be an ambassador for Isagenix. So we’re grateful for him and all that he brings to Isagenix.

And then of course, Frank Felker is our Director of Field Communications. He is a highly sought after trainer and speaker. And prior to Isagenix, he had over 30 years of experience when it comes to helping small business owners across the country increase their sales by connecting them and… …connecting them with their field and helping them share the greatness of their products and their services so he was personally recruited into our Isagenix corporate team by Jim and Kathy Coover and he has also been a tremendous asset to Isagenix as he’s worked on many projects to date.

He joined our company just in September of last year, and I’ve had the opportunity to work with him personally and we’ve had a lot of fun. And I’ve also worked with Rick on so many projects. So it’s great to have you both on the line, Frank and Rick. So good evening and welcome, and I’ll turn the time over to Rick Despain.

>> Frank Felker : ‘Cause I — well, in any event, let me just go ahead and get started, and then if Rick joins us, he can tell us about the big opportunity meeting that he had today. He may not have gotten finished with that in time for the call.

>> Kjersti Cote: Ah well, that’s alright. Frank, I know that you can handle all of that good and juicy news you’ve got for us. [Laugh]

>> Frank Felker : Okay. Alright, well we do have quite a bit of stuff for you guys tonight. Thank you so much for joining us on the call. The first thing I wanna tell you about is that our brand new Oatmeal Berry Slim Cakes are finally gonna be available in the US. They’ll be in your catalogue on Thursday morning. And these things are gonna be a big, big seller.

They — they’re doing very well in Canada. I’m glad that Canada’s had this period of time where they had the Slim Cakes and we didn’t. But now they’re coming available in the United States and I really recommend that you buy yourself a box of these things. They taste great. They have five grams of fiber. They’ve got the Omega-3s, but from flaxseed oil. They have antioxidants that come from blueberries and cranberries. If you haven’t been in there a while, there may be some information that you put in originally that’s no longer correct, like maybe you got married and your name changed, or you moved and your mailing address has changed, the usual stuff, phone number, birth date — I don’t think your birth date would’ve changed, Kjersti, but oftentimes what happens is people change email addresses and then we’re not able to connect with them by email. So go in your back office and check around and look at your personal profile information and just make sure everything’s correct and up to date.

We’re just doing every way we can to make sure that you know about the new phone number, and also, Kjersti will be mentioning the new number in the calls for the rest of the week just to remind everybody.

So, if you got your pen, the new phone number’s going to be area code 712, 432-0443. That’s 712-432-0443. And access code is going to be 922-7452. And then you end that with the pound sign. It’s 922-7452, pound sign. I’m just gonna repeat it one more time. 712-432-0443. Access code 922-7452, pound. So, enough said about that. I know it’s gonna be a smooth transition. We have gone with a much larger conference call provider as the company is growing, and we anticipate to have much better call reliability and quality going forward.

Now, I also wanna mention, it was on this call last week that we announced the official Isagenix podcast. And I wanted to give you a couple of statistics. Right out of the gate in the first 48 hours, the podcast received over 1,000 unique visitors and had over 400 subscribers, which I was surprised about that. I thought that people might be confused about how to subscribe, but apparently they weren’t. And just about 80 percent of the subscribers are coming through the iTunes Music Store, which is the world’s largest marketplace for audio and video content. And we also — strangely, with all those visitors and all those subscribers, we have not had a single call come into the Customer Care Department, looking for support on how to listen to the recordings.

So if you haven’t gone to Isagenixpodcast.com yet, because you thought it would be too complicated or you didn’t know if you could figure it out, go ahead and give it a shot. It’s really, really easy to use, and if you can’t — if something is confusing to you, there’s a video in the back that will show you how to use it. Now, it’s important that you know that starting May 15th, we will no longer be shipping our coated Isalean bars. And the coated bars are the chocolate dipped honey peanut and the yogurt-dipped oatmeal raisin, which of course are my favorites, and I think they’re our best-sellers. But it has to do with the heat here in Arizona, and really across the country. It’s just impossible to ship them without them melting, without some sort of cooling or refrigeration or gel packs or something. So in any event, that’s in the United States and Canada. If you are in Canada, you can order these bars for personal use by calling our Customer Care Department and place a separate order specifically for your bars — not included in anything else.

Now, that’s pretty much what we have in terms of our announcements about products and events and that kind of thing. I want to now read you our rank advancements for the week of April 6th through April 12th. Sam Hwee [phonetic], Sammy Hwee, I believe it’s pronounced — do you know that person? He’s from British Columbia, Kjersti; is that name at all familiar to you?

>> Kjersti Cote: That sounds right, yeah.

>> Frank Felker : Okay. He achieved the rank of two-star silver circle. Alan Mercer in Ontario also achieved the rank of two-star silver circle. Dr. Len Schwartz in Pennsylvania became a two-star silver circle, and Keith Dao from Connecticut became a crystal executive. For the entire week, we had 276 new consultants. It’s amazing. Every week, hundreds and hundreds of new consultants. We had eight new star consultants, eight new one-star silver circles. So congratulations to everyone who advanced in rank last week. Now we’re gonna bring on our very special guest, someone whom I have never met before. Are you there, Jimmy?

>> Kjersti Cote: Maybe he’s on mute.

>> Frank Felker : How do you — what should he — what key combination should he hit to unmute if he is?

>> Kjersti Cote: Uh, star six.

>> Jimmy Smith: I am here, I am here.

>> Kjersti Cote: Great, okay.

>> Frank Felker : Okay, great.

>> Jimmy Smith: I’m here.

>> Frank Felker : Well, Jimmy Smith is the Isagenix number one income earner. And it says here, Jimmy, in front of me that you’re 79 years young, but I don’t believe that’s correct, is it?

>> Jimmy Smith: I’ve had a couple birthdays. I’m 81 years young.

>> Frank Felker : Okay, great. That’s what I thought. And after 40 years of cutting meat for a large retail food chain, he was forced to retire because of a seriously injured back. The age of 62, he was introduced to network marketing by a friend and given a two-hour video that explained the geometric progression of numbers and the mathematics of network marketing. He was fascinated by his new-found industry and he had an epiphany. When the new light turned on, Jimmy found real excitement. Jimmy’s family could well be one of the top income earners — earning families in all of network marketing. In just the last five years in the company he’s involved with — Isagenix — matching the residual income as a family would require $100 million invested at a rate of 5 percent. So Jimmy, you’ve done very, very well. You’re our top income earner. Welcome to the call. How are you this evening?

>> Jimmy Smith: I’m fine. I’m fine. And when you say those numbers, it… rings like music.

>> That’s right.

>> Frank Felker : Yeah, I imagine it does.

>> Jimmy Smith: Beautiful thing. It’s a beautiful thing.

>> Frank Felker : I know Rick Despain was saying that you arrived unexpectedly at an opportunity meeting in San Diego recently, and that you noted to him that your financial freedom literally makes you as free as a bird. You can fly in and out of wherever you want and whenever you want. That must be great.

>> Jimmy Smith: It’s a great feeling. I’ve said that for years: “I wish I was a bird. If it got too cold, I could fly south. If it got too hot, I could fly north.” And now, I’m like a bird. I just fly all over the place. Anytime I want, I go where I want, I stay as long as I want, and it’s a beautiful thing. I love it.

>> Frank Felker : Well, I know everybody really looks to you as the great blessing and resource for the company because of the leadership that you show and the fact that you are willing to share so much. I know that a big issue these days is staying the course and maintaining leadership at whatever level that you’re in, and being consistent and just continuing to work the business and grow it. Do you have any words of advice for people who might’ve, for whatever reason, thought they’d dabble in something else or might go a different direction?

>> Jimmy Smith: Yes, I would like to address that. I have been in this industry for 20 years. And for 14 years, I was actually, I guess, researching the industry. I would join companies, I would learn their compensation plans. I learned all the compensation plans by joining companies. I learned the stair-step breakaway, I learned the matrix, I learned the uni-level. The last compensation plan that I was introduced to was the binary. And the binary compensation, in my estimation, is the most exciting, most lucrative, most explosive compensation plan in the entire industry. And believe me: I’ve done my due diligence.

I’ve done them all. I searched for 14 years. Everything I did for 14 years prepared me for Isagenix. I’m here to tell everybody: there’s nothing, there’s no other company in this entire industry. I consider Isagenix to be the number one premium company in this entire industry. And I can say that because our product’s worked like a charm for 95 percent of the people that use them correctly. People are improving the quality of their health by using the Isagenix products on a daily basis.

The compensation plan is the only compensation plan where you can build two legs and get paid to infinity. And it’s so fair. The person that signs up today and gets one on the right and one on the left gets treated the same way I do, and I’ve been in the company for seven years. And as long as I’m active with 100 BV a month and have sponsored one person on my right leg and one person on my left leg, which makes me a consultant, I qualify to get paid unlimited [inaudible] six percent on all the wholesale BV in my entire group. There’s no other plan even close. Not even close.

And when I think of the integrity of Jim and Kathy Coover, and John Anderson, and all the corporate staff that they have brought on, Jim Pierce, Miss Harrey, Kevin Att, the list goes on and on — Rick Despain — every — this company is doing things that no other company has ever done in the history of network marketing. [Inaudible], Shelly Remis [phonetic] and Lauren. The trainings — I was just in New York for a nice university. I wanna tell ya: it was as good as I’ve ever attended. And I’ve been to most — I’ve been to a lot of them. A lot of them. And New York was exciting, Jen Smith new-sixed [phonetic] our goal in circle, like in less than two years. Herb and Peg Payta [phonetic] just tearing it up, five-star goal in circle, soon to be six in less than two years. And Bill Constayne [phonetic] and Drew Berman [phonetic] and Jeff Stoppler [phonetic] and all those, my daughter Kathy was there and Jim Rose was there. It was unbelievable. It was incredible. Steve Munn [phonetic], and I hope I’m not forgetting anybody, but everybody. Everybody — I was — you know, I’ve been in this industry for 20 years, and the training in New York, the ICU [phonetic] this weekend was as good as I’ve ever seen in my entire life.

>> Frank Felker : Oh, that’s awesome. That is incredible.

>> Jimmy Smith: Just when you think this company can’t get better, it gets better. And I’ll tell ya: anybody — you know, the grass always looks greener in the other guy’s yard. I wanna tell everybody on this call: Iso grass is the greenest grass in the whole industry. Stay the course. If you wanna be a leader, stay the course. Set the pace and help your people, work with your people. I’m here to tell everybody on this call it’s impossible to fail in Isagenix. The only way you can fail is to quit or get distracted by some confusing company.

>> Frank Felker : Mm-hmm. You’re absolutely right and, you know, things do come into your frame of vision sometimes that look attractive and sparkle, but sometimes, like a fish going after a lure, you can jump at the wrong thing, rise to the bait, and the next thing you know, you got a problem on your hands. You know, there was something that you said one time that I often quite in a, when I’m doing trainings and on the calls. That is, all that would be required for everyone in this business to succeed would be for each person to enroll two other people and get both of them on autoship. If everybody did that, the rest would take care of itself.

>> Jimmy Smith: That, that’s it. That’s it. This compensation plan is designed if every single person coming to Isagenix got on autoship, stayed on for life and sponsored two people who did the same thing, it would be impossible to fail. And that’s what people have to learn, and that’s what I teach when I go around the country. I teach the numbers, I teach the mathematics and I teach the ninth wonder of the world. The ninth wonder of the world is geometric [inaudible] numbers.

>> Frank Felker : [Laugh] I like that.

>> Jimmy Smith: The geometric [inaudible] numbers as it refers to people times 100 BV equals financial independence for life. Guaranteed.

>> Frank Felker : That’s great. Very simple and profound. Well, do you know where you will next appear for a training, or just pop up, surprising people where people might get a chance to come and meet you?

>> Jimmy Smith: Well, we’re having a big meeting in Westchester. Rick Despain will be here tomorrow afternoon. We’re having a training from 4 to 6 at the Holiday Inn in Westchester, PA. And then we’re having a op meeting tomorrow night from 7 to 9. I know I’m gonna be out in Newport Beach, California with Jay Bennett on the ninth of May to do a super Saturday out there with Jim Rhodes and [inaudible] and Lenny Evans and Jay Bennett. And Ranonna [phonetic] Lee’s gonna be there. It’s gonna be a super, super super Saturday. So I hope everybody oh the coast or anywhere near Newport Beach is gonna be there and, you know, [inaudible] not going to Australia for about two weeks and –

>> Frank Felker : Oh wow.

>> Jimmy Smith: …my first time, so I’m excited.

>> Frank Felker : That means you won’t be back here in time for the ICU in Phoenix a the end of May.

>> Jimmy Smith: I’m gonna try and make it.

>> Frank Felker : Oh, no kidding!

>> Jimmy Smith: If I can make it, I’ll make it.

>> Frank Felker : Boy, you do fly around like a bird. Unbelievable.

>> Jimmy Smith: I sure do. I sure do.

>> Frank Felker : Well Jimmy, thank you so much for joining us on the call and I hope that you and I get a chance to meet in person some time very soon. I appreciate you sharing your words of wisdom with everybody on the call.

And just the presence that you bring, I don’t — it’s just such a unique culture in Isagenix where you’ve got the number one income earner that will travel, you know, around North America and really worldwide, to contribute in any way that he can. >> Jimmy Smith: Thank you.

>> Frank Felker : Thank you, Jimmy. Well, we got a couple last things to share with you before we sign off tonight. I wanted to remind you about the president’s stimulus plan incentives where you can earn $250 by sponsoring five consultants. So if you have existing associates or new team members who are ready to jumpstart their Isagenix business, show them the power of two, and you’ll earn a reward of $250. Power of two, that’s what Jimmy was talking about, is all it takes to become a consultant. And once you become a consultant and you stay active with your hundred BV, you remain a consultant forever.
