Well good evening everyone and welcome to our Tuesday night corporate update call with Isagenix. My name is Kiersty Cote, your host and it is April 14, 2009. It is an absolute pleasure having you all with us. Hopefully everybody had a wonderful Easter weekend this last weekend.

We have a lot of information to cover so I’d love to introduce both of our guests tonight, Rick Despain and Frank Felker. These two gentleman hail from our world headquarters in Chandler, Arizona and I’d like to introduce the both of them and then of course I’ll turn the time over to Rick Despain to kick off our call. Rick Despain is our Vice President of field relations. He literally travels all over north America and actually around the world to have all of you out in the field grow your businesses by putting on tremendous events, just amazing events, Super Saturdays, business ops, all kinds of meetings to support all of you out in the field. He has more than 25 years experience when it comes to strategic marketing and communications. He has 18 years experience in this industry and he’s had the opportunity to work with 5 different companies in the past helping their sales grow to over you know 100 million in sales annually. And obviously he’s watched Isagenix do that since he’s been a part of Isagenix. So he is the proud father of 6 children. He’s been married to his wife, Suzy, for many, many years and it’s always a privilege having you on the line Rick so good evening.

Also too we have Frank Felker with us. He is our director of field communications. He’s been with Isagenix just since August of last year, September of last year and he has had an absolute blast working with our marketing department helping to develop and create some amazing tools and of course working on projects that will help all of us out in the field grow our businesses and stay in touch with Isagenix even that much more. He has 30 years of experience in helping business owners across the country increase their sales as well. So these two gentlemen, we’re certainly very fortunate to have them with us, a part of our Isagenix family and with that, good evening to you as well, Frank. I’ll turn the time over to Rick.

>>Rick: Well thank you, Kiersty. Hello everyone this is Rick Despain, Vice President of field relations and there’s an exciting week because, in the U.S. at least, because this is tax week. Right Kiersty?

>>Kiersty: That’s right. [laughter] Tomorrows the deadline.

>>Rick: While some of you may be pouring over your taxes I understand. This is a good time to welcome you and just let you know that with Isagenix the taxes can be your friend because of all the tax deductions and everything you receive from Isagenix and you know small business deductions and everything else. Plus you get a nice 1099 from Isagenix or you actually make money so I think of all the things that happen during this tax time how blessed we are to be in Isagenix we have those deductions because of small business. So think about all the good things about taxes when you’re in Isagenix. And another thing is the Coover’s are heading to New York for the Isagenix University this week and I’m heading to Denver for a meeting in Denver this week. So a lot of things are going on and I know Frank is on the line and we just see the, everything is buzzing around here in the office. It’s fun to be a part of Isagenix while everything is growing so fast.

>>Frank: I think buzzing is the right word, Rick. I often compare what happens inside this building to what happens inside a beehive. Its people moving every direction every second, phones are ringing and things are happening and people’s brains are churning out new ideas and creative projects every minute and it’s just a wonderful place to work from an energy standpoint. I know that you would agree and I’m sure all of our associates in the field would agree that it’s also a great blessing and a wonderful satisfaction to be a part of the Isagenix family and to be having such a profound impact on people’s lives.

We have a really special announcement, at least it’s very special for me because I’ve been working on this for months and it’s something we teased you about last week a little bit and now we’re finally ready to unveil it. It was also announced in the Enews that should have landed in your inbox this morning. What I’m talking about is the official Isagenix podcast and I’ll explain to you in a minute what a podcast is and why this is great. But I encourage you to visit Isagenixpodcast.com because among all the other things that you will find there is an instructional video that walks you through the whole process of the podcast and how to use it. But let me tell you a little bit more of what exactly I’m referring to. I often say that 90 percent of the American public doesn’t have any idea what a podcast is and the other 10 percent can’t agree. So what I’ve tried to do with the video that you’ll find there is explain exactly what a podcast is and what the Isagenix podcast is.

The word podcast is a combination of two words, iPod and broadcast. And the idea is that through podcast Isagenix is able to, if you will, broadcast recordings of our four weekly conference calls through the internet directly into people’s iPods. Now luckily you don’t have to have an iPod in order to listen to the official Isagenix podcast. Just as you’re able to log in to your back office and download MP3’s of all the calls that we do, you’re able to go right to the site and click right on a play button listed with each of the podcast postings and you can listen through your computer speakers or headphones like from your computer. You can also right click on an MP3 link just as you do right now in the back office and download the recording to your computer’s hard drive to listen to later. But probably the greatest thing about it is if you do have a podcast, excuse me, if you do have an iPod or if you at least have the iTunes software on your computer and it works both through Macintosh and PC, you can subscribe to the podcast for free. There are actually four separate podcast, product training, business training, real people real results and of course our weekly corporate update calls. I don’t want to go into too much detail because I don’t want to take up too much time of the call but the bottom line is this, now you’re able to share all of the recordings that we create every week, it’s about three and a half to four hours every week, with prospects out there, with family members, with other associates and what have you, simply by copying the link, the URL for the particular podcast that you want to share and pasting it into an email and then emailing it to them. So it’s now available to the entire world.

You can also direct prospects just to Isagenixpodcast.com and have them bump around and listen to a variety of things themselves. There’s just too much to tell. I would like for you to go to that address, isagenixpodcast.com. You’ll see that we already have 35 or 40 recordings posted. You can also, if you are an iPod user or a user of the iTunes music store, the official Isagenix podcast, all four of them, are available through the Apple iTunes music store, which is the world’s largest marketplace for music and audio programming. You can search through there as well. So please go to isagenixpodcast.com, click on the link for the training video and take a look and see about how you can make use of this information at your own convenience wherever you travel, either at your computer or on your iPod on your own schedule and how you can share it with other people in the field. This is a project that’s been in process for a long, long time and required the work of a variety of departments to come together to bring it to fruition and I just couldn’t be happier about it. I hope you will go there and enjoy it.

>>Rick: Well thank you, Frank. This is awesome because as I mentioned to you earlier today, this podcast thing is something that we were dreaming about three years ago. We discussed it, we talked about how we could do it and we’ve made it as a project and you come on and make this happen and put the technology together, just kudos to you. And then for each one of you to be able to access all of this information, download it and just listen to your iPod you know while you’re driving or work or anything like that, it’s just amazing. So good job, Frank, I really appreciate it.

>>Frank: Thank you, Rick, I appreciate that. And I do feel really good about it because the information that Kiersty brings to you 4 times a week is really powerful stuff. It’s extremely informative and educational and oftentimes very inspiring and she does such a great job of it. To be able to have all of this right at your fingertips, it’s just taking this wonderful jewel that Kiersty has created and making it available and the value of it available to everyone and so I’m very, very pleased so thank you very much for the kudos Rick.

>>Rick: Excellent and you know we just received the reports back and the Coover’s announced yesterday, we had a leadership call yesterday and the Coover’s announced the top 25 for the month of March and so I have the honor and the privilege to share that with you tonight. First of all I need to give you a congratulations because in the month of March all of us collectively in Isagenix sponsored over 17,220 new associates into Isagenix, which is awesome. Way to go.

Also excited to announce that we generated almost 22 million, it was 21.7 million dollars in sales in March and so that is awesome, again congratulations and let me announce the top 25 income earners for the month of March. We’re in April now but we’re going back into March. In 25th place in our top income earners, Herb and Betty Sepato  from New York, so congratulations. One person I kinda wanted to point out is Betty Lofren coming in at number 10, this I think was one of her first times to do this so this was a good month for Betty, so congratulations.

>>Frank: Isn’t that great, Rick? Congratulations to all of our top 25 income earners and those people are making some amazing amounts of money as well. Being in the top 25 is a very significant accomplishment. Also in the leadership call with Jim and Kathy was listed the top states and provinces for March for Isagenix. The top 20 are beginning with number 20 Georgia, number 19 North Carolina, 18 is Massachusetts, 17 is Missouri, 16 is the state of Illinois, 15 is Nevada, 14 Connecticut, 13 Pennsylvania, number 12 Alberta, Canada, number 11 is Colorado, 10 is Utah, number 9 is Arizona, 8 is New Jersey, 7 is Washington State, 6 is Florida, number 5 is British Columbia, number 4 is Texas, number 3 Ontario, number 2 is New York and the number one state across the country for Isagenix associates is California. Something interesting about those numbers, Rick that I noticed, three out of our top 12 states and provinces are Canadian provinces and two of the top five are Canadian provinces. So you go Canada.

>>Rick: Yeah [laughter] way to go. And now let’s go over our top 10 recruiters in the month of March. These are the people who are enrolling the most and so number 10 with 17 recruits is Adam Proper  and number 9 Christy Arros  with 17 new enrollments, number 8 Bobby and Carolyn Martin with 19, Merle Croft with 22, and then number 6 is Pamela and Henry Fay  they’re in Oklahoma City with 22 also and number 5 with 23 recruits Deborah Cohan [assumed spelling], number 4 with 25 recruits Virginia Gugliano  and number 3 Karl Fowler with 26 new enrollments, so congratulations, number 2 Patricia Letheno  with 27 and the number 1 top recruiter in the month of March with the most enrollment is Alicia Barwik  with 42. So congratulations to all of our top recruiters. And it’s always fun to see all these new people come in, try our product and have an incredible impact of health just like we heard on the real results call earlier, how fast you can see results with the products from Isagenix.

>>Frank: You’re absolutely right, Rick and our first interview guest today is somebody who had some amazing results. I want to check, David, are you with us?

>>David: I am here. Can you hear me?

>>Frank: Yes I can, great. Well in a little while here later in the call among the rank advancement notices that Rick will be reading, you’ll hear about David and Melinda Debrowski.  And they achieved the rank of crystal executive and four star golden circle and they’re our newest four star golden circle. They live in Clifton Park, New York. They have two children, 3 and 5 year old boys and David did start out by having some great personal success and was able to grow his business to the point where he was able to retire from his career as a teacher which he’s been doing for 9 years. And the next goal is for them to continue to grow their business so that his wife Melinda can also retire. Well David thank you for joining us on the call.

>>David: Thanks for having me.

>>Frank: Could you tell us a little bit about how you were initially introduced to Isagenix.

>>David: Yeah actually we found out about Isagenix at a time where I really, really needed it. I was in pretty lousy shape for somebody, I’m only 35 years old but I was over 50 pounds overweight, two knee surgeries, I was in a lot of discomfort knees and back all the time, didn’t sleep all that well and I just wasn’t over all in the best of moods. I wasn’t in love with my job and the direction things were going you know. And we were walking into Wal-Mart one afternoon and ran into a neighbor who is a friend of my wife’s and my wife saw her and said, gee you know. You look great. And she goes thanks. I’m doing this cleanse thing and I’ve lost like 15 pounds and I feel terrific. And my wife raised her hand and said I want to do it. [laughter] And you know that was it because at that moment and time I knew that that meant I was going to do it too.

So [background talking] had wanted really nothing to do with it, cleanse, all the thoughts that go through people’s head at that time and I just kind of went kicking and screaming but you know I did agree to do it and within days, within days you could see a difference. And my wife, what she did, I got the big brown box the 30 day packet and it’s sitting on my counter and I’m looking at this thing going, what are you kidding me? [laughter] I eat too much of the wrong thing and I see this, this is my box. I’m like alright well I can do anything for 9 days because I decided I was going to do a 9 day focus and she promptly got on a plane and went to a hotel in Utah to be wined and dined at a four start hotel with another networking company and said, left me with the box and I’m going ok this is great. So four days later she came back and looked at me and said, wow.

>>Frank: How about that, just in the four days she’d been gone.

>>David: Yeah I know and at that point I was already blown away and I went on to continue my nine day cleanse I’d lost 20 pounds, 21 inches

>>Frank: Wow

>>David: And over 3 percent body fat in that first cleansing period and never looked back. You know after that it was over 50 pounds, over 48 inches from my body and about 13 percent body fat that I was able to

>>Frank: That’s amazing. I just can only imagine that had meant for you body to be able to release all that extra weight and all that fat. Obviously gonna be a much more healthful way to live. Now how long ago was that when you were first introduced to Isagenix?

>>David: That was September of 2007, the end of September almost to October.

>>Frank: And at what point did you begin sharing Isagenix with other people?

>>David: Very quickly after that, very quickly. I mean the results were pretty profound and very noticeable so it wasn’t long before people started to ask and you know we knew immediately what we had a hold of here. I’d come in and said you know this is something we need to share with people.

>>Frank: And you were aware of the business opportunity as well?

>>David: We were because and again it all starts with my wife and she had a few years back gotten involved with another networking company and she did very, very well but again it just wasn’t Isagenix. It wasn’t the same, the products and we all know what our products are all about.

>>Frank: Sure

>>David: And you know the compensation plan that the Coover’s and everybody has put together is just unmatched, it’s unprecedented, it’s unbelievable and you know once we grasped that it was unheard of but you know the reason why we’d initially gotten into the network marketing, we’re both teachers again. We had chosen our career path and you know saying we’re gonna have a nice life. We’re gonna both be teachers. We’re gonna go through our career. We’re gonna retire. We’ll never be wealthy but we’ll always be doing just fine. It was going to be a good life.

But the thing is my son Michael was born missing his right arm from the elbow down and we had no idea why or where it was coming from but what we did know was the prosthetic devices we wanted to be able to buy for him were very, very expensive and two teachers were never going to be able to afford that. So when she came home one night she had been to a presentation for this other company, this was several years ago, and got very excited about the idea that this could it. This could be the thing we are looking for, a way to create a second stream of income that would allow us to provide our son with what we want him to have. So we plugged away and was working away at that and actually hung on to that for a while even after we started Isagenix and I had already seen this and it was only about a month and we said, you know what? We need to focus our attention on this 100 percent.

>>Frank: Sure, so you’ve recently made a significant rank advancement. Are you doing anything different or can you share with the people listening, you know what, how you go about building your business. Is it one particular approach you use or how are you doing it?

>>David: I think the first and most important thing to remember is that it’s not just me that’s doing it and not just my wife, you know we work together but we work with a phenomenal, phenomenal team of people here in upstate New York. That’s starting to branch out in droves throughout the entire country and you know it’s with their help and with their you know collaboration and teamwork that we’re able to achieve this and we all work together and you know even with the help and assistance of course Herb and Patty Sepato who introduced this to us.

You know with the leadership of Kurt Metts out there in Nevada who’s put together a really in my opinion a wonderful program, the I90 program that we’re working with and I you know thank him for that everyday and you know just a team of people that are you know, I look at them and say yes they’re in my down line but they’re really my team, not my down line. And we work together very hard. We do you know we really focus on coaching. We you know at top achievers, my first top achievers not this year but the previous I saw Peter Greenloft on stage and he really, one thing that really I left there with was he had mentioned how do you build a million dollar site with Isagenix? And he very emphatically said, you teach people how to [inaudible]

>>Frank: That’s great, yeah. I agree with that completely. Well are you guys going to be able to make it to the New York ISAU? We’re just about out of time here but I was curious to know whether you’re going to be able to go?

>>David: Absolutely, absolutely

>>Frank: Great. Well David thank you very much for joining us tonight and again congratulations on the wonderful business you’ve built and your recent rank advancement.

>>David: Well thank you guys for having me and thank you to all my team and to the entire Isagenix family for giving us this opportunity.

>>Frank: Thank you David. Well you know we talked about just a little while ago about the podcast and obviously all the podcastes, [laughter] podcastes, that’s good, all the podcasts are recorded from these conference calls so it’s important for us to remind you that starting Tuesday, April 28, we will be changing the phone number and access code that you use. We’re not going to announce it until the week prior to the change just to avoid confusion but we did want to let everybody know that that’s coming. Don’t panic, everything is fine. It’s going to be a smooth transition. You just need to remember that it will be a new phone number. We’ll be posting it in the back office. Another great announcement I want to make sure you still know about our meeting madness contest where we’re doing everything we can to support and incentives associates to produce their own events out there in the field. As you know, Rick goes all across the country and all across North America doing corporate events.

We also of course have our Isagenix University and top achievers and millionaire’s and celebration but we want this event culture to spread all throughout the field and so we’re offering prizes to associates who either host the most open events or get the most people to attend their events. So there’s a whole section in the back office where you can post your upcoming events to the calendar to advertise them and then after you have your event there’s a form, a meeting madness contest form, that you fill out and fax them to headquarters so we can keep track of your progress. The prize is every month for the top meeting generators and attendee generators is a combination or excuse me, either a laptop or a projector that you can use at your event. Now these events can be home presentations or they can be out at hotels or meeting rooms or wherever. We just want you to generate as much event activity as possible because we have found through our market research that both attending events and producing events are the things that really have the biggest impact.

It’s the main variable that you can track most closely to a person ramping up their business very quickly. Also it’s very important that you know that if you are a lover of our IsaLean bars as I am, you need to stock up because starting May 15 the chocolate dipped honey peanut and yoghurt dipped oatmeal raison will be unavailable for shipping after May 15 because the heat of the summer they melt in shipment. Those of course are my favorites and I believe they’re our top sellers so if you don’t want to be without throughout the summer we recommend that you put in a good size order now or certainly before May 15 so that you don’t have a problem. Now let’s go over some rank advancements for March, March 30 through April 5 and this is always fun because we see the people that are coming up through the ranks. Susan Menahan from New York is a new one star golden circle so congratulations Susan. Robert Capojuano from New York is a new 2 star golden circle and congratulations. Doug Zuko from Pennsylvania is a new 2 star golden circle and I just remembered last week we announced Doug Zuko as number 5 in our overall grand prize winners for our winter win fall contest so congratulations Doug. It looks like winning that contest also helped to get to a 2 star golden circle. And our next rank advancement we just heard from David and Melinda Zabrowski, 4 star golden circle, awesome. You know Frank one of the things when I’m out on the road and I talk about that people think about Isagenix, how long does it take to develop a six figure income and we say it’s possible to do in two to three years maybe four years I mean there are some people that do it in 1 year and David and Melinda were able to do it in two years so it’s realistic.

>>Frank: Wow

>>Rick: You know because they’re 4 star golden circle which is you know over a 6 figure income and they were able to do it in 2 years and retire from being teachers so congratulations.

>>Frank: That’s awesome

>>Rick: For doing that. They were able to pull it off which means that you can do it even if you’re a teacher, right? [laughter] You can do that I mean they started out as a side income and now it’s become their income which is just awesome. And then in our next rank advancement, which is just amazing to me. This person is our new 6 star golden circle and I remember just last October I believe it was when we were talking about this lady. She’s from New York, becoming a 5 star golden circle and she has been able to double her business since October to now to be a 6 star golden circle which means she’s cycling over 200 times a week. This is awesome.

>>Frank: That’s awesome

>>Rick: And before I announce her name cause I want to actually interview her but before I go there I just wanted to let you know that we have 334 new consultants from March 30 to April 5, 13 new start consultants, 9 new one star silver circles, 4 new 2 star silver circles which is just awesome.

>>Frank: That is awesome. It’s amazing how many hundreds of new consultants we’re announcing every week, Rick.

>>Rick: Yeah the company is just growing and I would now like to introduce our new 6 star golden circle. I know that she was on a conference call, hopefully she made it and but let me just introduce her. She resides in West Hampton Beach, New York. She’s a hockey player, division 1 field hockey player. She’s a sport enthusiast. She’s also a sailor. She’s married and has three beautiful girls. She’s married to her husband, Tom. She’s been a personal trainer for NBC for 5 years. She was a middle school teacher, here we go another school teacher, in Connecticut for 5 years and then she left to stay at home with her 3 children and to see her go from a 5 star to a 6 star which is no small feat in less than a year is just awesome so our new 6 star golden circle and a 3 star crystal executive is Jen Smith. Jen, did you make it on the line?

>>Jen: I did, can you hear me Rick?

>>Rick: Yes we can, we certainly can here you.

>>Jen: Oh I wasn’t certain if I was muted or not. [laughter] This whole time I’m not breathing.

>>Rick: Oh excellent and congratulations. We appreciate what you’ve been able to do and to do this with your family and stay at home with your family and everything is just incredible so I’d like to ask you first of all, how does it feel? Tell me what it’s like and then tell me how you’re doing it.

>>Jen: It feels good. [laughter] It’s fun. We just got back from Disney World which was really fun. It made it even more fun to let the kids eat more Mickey bars if they wanted to, we could afford it you know. [laughter] But you know it’s great. It’s absolutely great. And having my whole family involved I mean it’s a family affair. My kids are number 82 in the company. They reside, their Jen Smiths kids, the recognition box is called Jen Smith kids but it’s my husband as well so we literally, my sister is in the top 100 incomers as well and so many of my friends and it’s just an absolute gift from God. It’s a blessing. It’s an absolute blessing in my life and I’m just thrilled to be able to be a part of it so thank you.

>>Rick: And you’re also number 23 in March, [laughter] number 23 income earner in the company.

>>Jen: Yeah, yeah, I humbly, I almost can’t believe it Rick. I almost can’t believe it. It’s incredible, it really is incredible.

>>Rick: Well I congratulate you. You know on these calls we like to get down into the bare bones of how things are done. Now I know you know that you’re a mother of three girls and just that most people would say, gee how do you do this business? And you are doing it and excelling. Tell us how you do it and what do you think your secret is?

>>Jen: It’s funny the secret is the book The Secret [laughter] to be honest with you. What you think about you brain about and I’m all about motivation and you know I’ve had positive affirmations pumped into me ever sense I was a little kid and my biggest thing is I care, coach and connect. And it sounds like from listening to David and I don’t really know the Sepato’s all though I’ve heard wonderful, wonderful things about them and I can’t wait to see them this weekend but I think we have a similar system it sounds like in that I really, really am product driven. I turn product users into business partners and I really care, coach and connect with the people that have product experience and eventually they want to be a part of whatever it is you’re doing because they trust you and they have faith in you because you took them through something and made a life difference. So I wouldn’t say I’m all product. I definitely bridge people into the business but not until they’ve had a product experience. So I would say my biggest thing is to care, coach and connect and really turn product users into business partners.

>>Rick: Which is extraordinary when you think of what you can do with this product. You know our previous caller, real people real results caller, they mentioned I just want to kind of echo this that you know I’ve been in the industry for many years, 18 years almost 19 years now and been with some very good companies but it would take you know 30 days to 60 days to 90 days sometimes 6 months before you could even say you had a product experience with other companies and their products. And with Isagenix you can feel it in your 2nd day or your 4th day or by your 1st week you have a product experience and where else can you have that except for this product that impacts, you know, helps so much. Is that one of the keys why you can grow so fast?

>>Jen: Oh absolutely. I mean I really start with the 9 day. I really start with the 9 day because you get the wow factor. You really get the wow factor. By day 4 or 5 everybody is like screaming wow. [laughter] You know and it’s that momentum and that excitement that you really want to work with. So you know for me I released 12 pounds on a 9 day program. Rick I wanted nothing to do with the business. I actually started making money with the company and I called Fernando and I said can you stop paying me? You’re gonna mess up my taxes. I mean that’s how I mean it’s really a pretty crazy story but it was my product. It was really

>>Rick: Called Fernando in customer service?

>>Jen: Oh yes he’s my up line. [laughter] Let me tell you, Fernando has really shown me the right and the left. I have been blessed to really connect and fall in love with actually Glen and Nina Nozak  as well as Kathy Smith but he really taught me how to do this. Really I told him, he’s the way who said, are you crazy, are you crazy? I mean it was so product driven for me that I was just getting everybody in my life on the program saying you have to do this with me, you trust me. And you know, Rick, one thing I can say is I do believe my success at Isagenix isn’t 2 years, it’s 37 years. It’s been my credibility over the lifetime of always being nice to the bank teller, always being nice to the guy at the gas station.

It wasn’t like all of a sudden I got into the network marketing company and I decided to be everybody’s friend you know. So I just went around and talked to the people who had the belief in me and said you have to do this, do this with me. And really coached them and coached them and from there they wanted to be a part of it, you know. So I’m so passionate about Isagenix. It’s been an absolute blessing. I’ve changed so many lives that I normally wouldn’t have been able to do without this instrument or this tool and I just believe it’s what I’m supposed to do. I really believe, crazy as this may sound, that that’s what I was brought to this earth to do. I always knew I was meant to do something great and help people I just didn’t know that this was going to be the venue and I clearly see that this is what I’m supposed to do and I take it very seriously.

>>Rick: And it’s great when it all comes together and its fun but I have one other question for you because I think this is remarkable. I need to congratulate you for it and I’ll on this call point it out is that I believe it was last October when we interviewed you when you hit 5 star and you’re 6 star in about 6 months. You are doing something extraordinary and if you can think back you know what catapulted you to double your business in less than a year?

>>Jen: Well it’s funny, it took me the same amount of time it took me to go from no star to 5 star as it took to go from 5 star to 6 star. I honestly believe that it’s easier to go from 5 star to 6 star because you start to have a team that leverages you and that’s what residual is all about. So those of you who are just starting and you’re only at 5 cycles please understand, it may be harder to go from 5 cycles to 10 then it is to go from 10 to 30. You know when you start to have a team that’s building and working with you and you start to take that leverage and then this thing just snowballs. So it’s not that I’ve done anything different. I stay simple. I only use, I use two CD’s. I love [inaudible] product CD and I love Jim Rose Isagenix advantage and I just duplicate over and over the same thing and I try not to change my system. So that hasn’t changed. But what has changed is the amount of people believing in me, believing in my leadership, believing in this team. And I do have to say this on the call, I am not the 6th star and I appreciate, it’s my team, my people, Julie Strasser,  Crystal Schlyker  Marylyn Kel  Emily Capulano  those people made me a 6th star. I mean they are just incredible and we have a strong, strong, strong relationship and they’re happy when I do well and I’m happy when they do well so the larger you get the more people come into your life that you connect with that want to be happy for your success and that’s what’s happened.

From October until now I’ve just created more relationships and those relationships are just strengthened and with it we’re rising up all of us, all of us to the top. It’s just incredible, it’s incredible. And the compensation plan is just bar none like nothing I’ve ever seen before. If I may say, it might take me 10 seconds Rick, I do have to tell you I’ll never forget, my husband’s an attorney, and he and I are always open minded but there was nothing that was the right thing and I’ll never forget two years ago I was cycling zero cycles in Isagenix and I sat next to you, I don’t know if you remember but I went to Las Vegas making no money and alone, knowing nobody, to Isagenix University with tears in my eyes. What in God’s name am I doing here, you know and I remember the reason I went is my husband said to me, Jen, do you realize, now we live in the Hamptons which is a beachy community out, kinda the playground for the city people and he said, do you realize you’ve found a piece of real estate south of the highway in Hamptons 20 years ago, Jen and you’re the first one in, this is so new.

So for me it was that belief right then and there, it was that day that I knew that I’d be on a call just like this in 2 years. I called it. I said to him, I said I’ll you know catch up to your salary in a year and I do want to add this on the call because I’ve heard this before, a lot of people have said you know I have no fear that my husband is going to lose his income. He’s an incredible, as good as I am in Isagenix and as valued as you make me feel is as valued as he is in his company and he’s always been an incredible provider. So for me it wasn’t a rag to riches story. It was a I love residual income. [laughter] I love residual because as well as he does in his company it’s still paycheck to paycheck and for me you know we can go to Disney World and I just couldn’t wait for Monday to come so I could use my Isagenix card again. [laughter]

>>Rick: That’s awesome. You know I heard you tell that story back in October and really you saw what he saw that this was the ground floor opportunity. You know what’s neat about this is that yes it is a ground floor opportunity. You’re up in New York at that time it was just brand new and really Isagenix is a ground floor opportunity even with all this excitement but it’s on the 7th floor already.

>>Jen: yeah, yeah

>>Rick: With 7 years of infrastructure, 7 years of paying every week for 7 years on this plan so it’s not like you know it’s a ground floor opportunity and you have to think is it gonna last? We’re already on the 7th floor of experience.

>>Jen: Exactly, the amazing thing is and that’s why I went to Las Vegas because I wanted to look in the eyes of the founders and the formulators and the financial analyst because I wanted to know that this was a strong team. That was my reason for going and when I came home I said, oh my God. Here’s a team that yes it’s still young as far as every single person on this call you are still in the early stages. You’ve got so much ahead of you and that it’s not saturated. I mean you have so much growth yet we have a company that is so strong and so in the foundation in the walls and the strength of their walls is what was so attractive for me is that I have upmost confidence that I can run my business and my team knowing I’m secure with the foundation of what Isagenix is with the founders and the formulators and the financial analysts and you guys and Kathy and Jim and John I mean it’s just an incredible, incredible system.

I have never and I’ve said this before to, I believe with all my heart that an opportunity like this will never come along twice in a lifetime, never. It won’t because we’ve been looking for all our lives and it was never the right one until now. This is an absolute gift. We pray for help and we think it’s gonna come down in a bag of money from the sky but it doesn’t. It comes in opportunities and I just hope people are open enough and mindful enough to see that this opportunity has never been an opportunity like it and it will never come twice in a lifetime. I’m sorry, I get very excited but I’m so blessed to have found Isagenix and been able to help so many people.

>>Rick: Well let me echo a couple of things. Again, you’ve been able to create a 6 figure income and beyond in 2 years and another thing you did it during what most people would say is a recession.

>>Jen: Yeah how about that? [laughter]

>>Rick: In a down economy you have doubled your business, doubled your impact and doubled the influence you have with your friends and helped them even in a down economy and I mean it’s got to be just exciting for you to know that you’ve been able to do this when everyone else is worried and trying to figure out what to do.

>>Jen: Yeah well I just tell them stop watching CNN constant negative news cause the financial sky is not falling, just work with us. You know it’s really quite simple. [laughter] It’s not hard.

>>Rick: Well congratulations again Jen. Just a stellar job to be able to do this and become our newest 6 star golden circle and you join a very elite group of our leaders that are 6 star golden circle so.

>>Jen: Sure did. It really is fantastic.

>>Rick: So I congratulate you for being there and making this happen. And now just to kind of finish up the call. I just looked at the time. We better wrap up here but thanks a lot Jen and also David. And the events this week will be, I will be in Denver on the 16th and I’m excited because I get to go out there with our [laughter] top leaders in Denver, Matt Rockwell and Bill and Cathy Hellwig, Dr. Beck Natragen  and Dan May, Cheryl Muncy,  Nicole Rhoades, you know Jim and Karen and Brenda Kellogg and Pam Chapulane  and it’s just fun to go out there and see those leaders and support them out in Denver. And so what I recommend to you is take advantage of the events and go there.

Next week I’ll be in Montreal and also in South Carolina and North Carolina and Philadelphia. So take advantage of these events. Go out there and build your business and as Frank said, take advantage of that meeting madness and do your own meetings also.
