Rick Despain HeadshotTrainer: Vice President of Field Relations Rick Despain

In order to create a growing, thriving Isagenix business, you have to share the products. How do you do it while staying compliant with the Isagenix policies and procedures? Vice President of Field Relations Rick Despain will share the “do’s and don’ts” of sharing your story and how you can talk about the products and business in a compliant manner.

Well, good morning everyone and welcome to our Saturday morning Business Training with Isagenix International. My name is Kjersti Cote, your host and good morning to everybody and anybody on the East Coast, good afternoon. It is a — it’s going to be a phenomenal call this morning. We have Mr. Rick Despain with us, Vice President of Field Relations and this morning’s call is all about compliance. And you know I am very excited about compliance because — I don’t know about you, but I would like to see Isagenix stay around for many, many decades to come. And in order for that to happen we not only have to do all the right things in the field and at corporate, but make sure that everybody is sharing Isagenix in a wonderful compliant way.

So, Rick’s got all the goods, feel free to take notes and also just a quick reminder that this morning’s call will be recorded, and posted in your back office for you to reference to as we are going to go at a pretty good pace this morning. So, with that I’d love to introduce Rick. As I said before he is Vice President of Field Relations. He joined Isagenix in July of 2004 and he helped developed the compliance and marketing departments for corporate. He has well over 25 years of experience when it comes to strategic marketing and communications, almost 20 years experience in direct sales and network marketing.

He actually helped a company grow to over a $100 million in annual sales and also he helped a Chicago company double its sales and of course since he has been with Isagenix he has helped Isagenix — you know, let’s see, quintuple their sales, that, you know, do five times the sale as it was when he first came in. He works with the field sales force in Isagenix. He is totally committed to helping the Coovers and each — each and every one of you out in the field grow this company to a billion in sales. And just on a — on a family note, he is married to his beautiful wife Susie [assumed spelling]. They have six wonderful children, the youngest of being 18 years of age. They have six grandchildren and of course he is totally dedicated to traveling all over North America, putting on these amazing meetings as he is this weekend over on the East Coast. So with that, good morning Rick and welcome to the call.

>> Well, thank you very much Kjersti. I’m excited to be on the call and I just realized that something has happened in my life that I need to update the information you have on me. Right now, I have seven grandchildren. Can you believe that?

>> Oh, my goodness, it’s growing. That’s great, that’s great.

>> Yeah and that’s only as of about three weeks ago, so I’m very excited about that, a little baby girl.

>> Oh, my goodness. Wow! Well, congratulation.

>> So, I’m glad to be on — I’m glad to be on the call this morning and because — you know as Isagenix grows and you mentioned that, as you introduced me that you want to have this company around for decades to come — yes! We want to have this and we’re all involved — you know I work for the company and my wife is an Associate and because she signed up six years ago and four of my children are involved in Isagenix and I have a grandchild who is 12 years old and he’s — you know, he is already talking about — you know I think, I would like to do this — you know do Isagenix, too. So, we have a very vested interest in keeping this company safe, within the regulations that we have in our different markets in the US and Canada and of course in Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, and Taiwan and Puerto Rico and in — and all the other places that we are going to be going. And so, Isagenix has from the very beginning, our posture, our stand within this marketplace that we will do it in a very compliant way.

We will follow all the regulations in our labeling and how we promote our products and promote our opportunity and the income that people — people make and you know the reason why we’re seven years old and haven’t had any — any problems at all with the FDA or the FTC or Health Canada or Therapeutic Goods Administration of Australia is because we are doing this right. And so, I applaud all your efforts to help this company stay very compliant. So, there’s a lot of information I would like to share with you because the intent of this call is just to give you the pointers of how to conduct your business in a very compliant way. And I want to do it in a way because I know that a lot of new people coming to Isagenix, and either don’t have the opportunity to find out about our compliance, or look at our policies and procedures, or they don’t take time and so in this short call this morning let’s just go over a few things that you’ll find in the policies and procedures, and we’ll keep it light, and we’ll keep it entertaining and we’ll have it fun. You know, we don’t get to bug down and all the new show of all the regulations, but let’s just go over a few things.

And the number one thing that just got intent in the compliance department is to help you stay on the road to success. Some compliance departments that I’ve worked with, with other companies because I’ve been in network market now for 18 years, some compliance departments go to war with their distributors. We do not have that net stands at all. We just want to help you stay on the road to success. If you start to veer off that road to success, then I will help you steer back on. If you get too far off, we’ll help you apply the breaks, and I will say that if we do have an Associate that turns just — is just going off the road to success, and it’s going you know completely off the road and won’t go with us to try to bring them back on the road — yes, we’ll take away the keys and will actually be terminated and we need to do that in order to keep the integrity of the company. But it’s like a one, two, three — you know three strikes you’re out and we will teach every — every chance we can we’ll try to keep you on the road to success. So, the first thing I want to talk about is because our products are nutritional products and dietary supplements, there are specific things in the United States and Health Canada and the TGA in Australia that are prohibited to say. We are regulated as a food, as a food supplement and dietary supplement. We are not regulated as drugs or regulated as foods and as such we cannot make claims for any disease claims or cures or anything like that within our products. And then also we do not mention any health conditions and so, as you tell your story about Isagenix and your product results then just keep that in mind that we do not mention any health conditions.

For example, you know if you have had success for a particular disease condition like Fibromyalgia, since you state that you are making a claim. So, the best way to talk about it is to talk about the symptoms, not the disease, but the symptoms. What are the symptoms of a condition like Fibromyalgia, well it’s muscle stiffness or it’s — you know things that — you don’t have the — you can’t rotate your muscles too much, and you can just say, before Isagenix I used to have this muscle stiffness and now I’m back to normal, I mean, that’s about — that’s easy to just say it. Now, let’s look at some other things, let’s say, ADHD. Well, then the symptom of that is just say, well I had trouble concentrating or my child had, you know trouble concentrating. We don’t say the word pain. We say discomfort for example.

Insomnia, what’s that? You can just say difficulty sleeping. Instead of saying menopause, say you can say, well, I’m going through that change of life. And those are — those are the things that you do is just talk about the symptoms or what — how are you feeling, not the disease condition itself, that’s step one. To elaborate on this also be very careful that when you are writing emails that you don’t do this either. In other words, no claims in writing or advertising in you know in meetings or via email or any sort because all those things can be traced back. The best way to be clean on this is just not go there. In fact I’ve been in meetings before when someone will come up to me after the meeting the microphone’s turned off and they’d say, now that we are in the — not in itself in meeting I want to tell you my real story and I will just stop them right there and said no. I don’t want to hear it that way because I want you to practice saying it right every time, so if you are going to tell it to me, word it correctly so it’s compliant.

What are your symptoms, not your disease conditions and that’s the safest way and to do it. If you want to do an advertising or have — have something — you know, some kind of a sales story you can just — you want to use in your group, you know the number one thing that we would ask you to do is to go to isasalestools.com, the sound concepts, that’s the compliant way of talking about Isagenix because we’ve already have so many tools, and so many things that you can use that are already been reviewed by our FDA and FTC attorneys. If you have something that you would like to propose to us, you can send it to compliance and here’s the email address compliance@isagenix.net. And I will tell you a little bit — just a little bit later about how to find the form in the back office and how to do that. Now, another item I want to mention to you is that the word Isagenix itself. When you signed up as an Isagenix Associate and when you — when you enrolled on the internet, you agree to terms and conditions and part of that is that you — is that the Isagenix name is owned by the company. And so, you are an Independent Associate and we license to you the ability to use Isagenix as an Independent Associate. And so, we don’t — do not allow you to use Isagenix in any other context. For example, not in emails, not in website or anything like that. And also a lot of people ask me if Isagenix products are FDA approved, or if they are Health Canada approved.

Again, when I — when I started this morning I mentioned that we are regulated as dietary supplements and nutritional supplements, so as such, the FDA or Health Canada or TGA does not approve health supplements and they approve drugs. So, they don’t approve us, but we do follow within their regulations and so the best way to say this is that we are federally regulated, we were — all of our labels and all of our documentation and marking materials and everything are considered labeling and all those are in compliance with different government agencies. So, going back to — by the way, this is what they are looking for when — you know when the FDA in the United States does a search on the internet looking for claims, these are the words that they use when they do their searches. They use words like cure, cancer, HIV, they look for blood pressure. If you’re saying anything that, oh this helps blood pressure or asthma or stroke, diabetes, detox, detoxification, AIDS, migraines, heart attack, that they you know, search on the words diagnose.

And so, those are words of course that are red flags to the FDA. And the best way we ask you if you want to put anything out there — you have to have it go through our Compliance Department first. Yeah, I’m sure that makes sense. Going back to the — the best way to use or to talk about Isagenix, you want to use tools then use the company approved tools. We have wonderful videos, “Take control of your Health,” “The Wealth Revolution.” We have that all videos that we have on isamovie.com. Our compensation plan is up there in our website. There are news clips that we have up on the websites for example like Fox News and Channel 31 in Denver, the CNBC news clips. We have that — all those are compliant and you can use them. Anything else, just go to isasalestools.com and receive or you can purchase those tools. Also, when you’re giving presentations at meetings, we allow you to use the company approved PowerPoint presentations. Many of our Associates receive those when they go to an Isagenix University.

A lot of these presentations are also available up on the web. So, we have a product presentation, we have a product and business overview, and we have a compensation plan presentation that presents all of this in the right compliant way. The use of any other material will, you know will result and in fact, for you to utilize you just stop if you’d continue then it could have a suspension of your site. That’s how serious we take this and one other thing as I’m allowed on this — on this part is that we do not allow Associates to sell Isagenix products on eBay. The reason for that is in our policies and procedures, it spells out that eBay is not within the channel, or the branding of our product. In other words, we do not want to cheapen our brand and cheapen our products by having them sold on eBay. So, what we do that I help set this up in the company when I joined Kiersty, you know back in July of 2004, one of the first projects that John Anderson put on and Jim and Kathy Coover was to put in a procedures and monitoring procedures for eBay. And since that time we have literally knocked-off you know thousands of people that have been trying to sell eBay — on eBay our Isagenix products. And so again just know that don’t do that and you will receive a letter from us if we see you selling Isagenix products on eBay. And again, it’s like you know one, two, three — you know, three strikes you’re out. One time, we warn you. The second time, we use stronger words. The third time, your site will be suspended, so don’t even play with that. It’s not our channel. It’s not how we want to build our business.

Now, let’s talk about compliance for the FTC, the Federal Trade Commission and the compliance also the Revenue Canada and the regulators in Australia and Hong Kong and Taiwan. One of the things that they look for is they do not want exorbitant or unrealistic income projections or income claims. That’s why in Isagenix we don’t wave our — our checks and talk about how much money our top leaders are earning. We can talk about ranges and things and we do have a — have a earning statement in the back office and also in our — on our website, income disclaimer, and it list all of our — all the earnings by rank, by our development ranks, which are Associate, Consultant, the Star Consultant, then our executive ranks, which our leadership ranks and we give those, and we give the high, low and average in that earning statement. So, take advantage of those and — and don’t give any income claims. But you can say an approximate of you know because of the rank that you are, if you are two-star or Golden Circle, you can say that, well, as a two-star golden circle, you know in that rank you qualify by cycling 20 times per week. That gives an idea and you can even say, well, and the average cycle value is $54. So, someone can do the math real quick, so okay you are in that range, but we don’t make specific claims, but you can say what range and at the earnings you are in. And now let’s go to the — to another — another subject and this is the one that is — I get a lot of questions about Kiersty, a lot of people ask me about this.

When I’m on the road for example, just in last week I’ve been — I’ve been on the road in six different events. In Atlanta, in Oklahoma City, Austin, Texas, Dallas, Houston, San Antonio and as I’m on the line here, I’m in Baltimore, Maryland today, you know for a Super Saturday, and then in a little over a week I’ll be up in Toronto and then next month I’ll be in Montreal. So, I’ll go in a lot of areas, we’re building this company and it’s exciting. A lot of people ask me — you know I’ve got a great story and what happens if — you know if the media contacts me, you know can I tell my story or whatever and the one thing you need to understand about the media is that the media sometimes they have an agenda that you don’t realize. Sometimes the media have big advertisers behind them.

There are sometimes pharmaceutical companies or our competitors, and you never know if there is — you know what is — what is their agenda for a particular angle of their story. And so — so you don’t get caught up in that. The best thing to do if the media contacts you and some of our 100-pound Club members have — had been contacted because it is quite exciting to lose that hundred pounds and especially some of our people — not some, most of them have kept — they’ve lost the weight and kept it off for two or three years. In the case of Kim Olson, you know lost 152 pounds and kept it off for six years — you know, the media gets interested in that. And so, the best thing to say and you can take notes on this. I know this call is being recorded, but I like to give this one to you verbatim. If the media contacts you, you just simply say, “I want to help you. Let me get your number and I’ll have someone from Isagenix, the corporate spokesperson who is authorized to work with the media contact you.” Now, that’s the safest way to do it. The media may not like that — that statement from you, so they may ask you again. And they even ask for an interview repeated times. Each time you repeat the above statement, “I want to help you. Let me get your number and I’ll have someone from Isagenix who is authorized to work with the media contact you.”

That’s the best way to do it. Now, getting back to — I just have another — something that I want share with you about income claims. So, we have produced 34, now as of — you know we are almost seven years old and on March 23 is our 7th anniversary Kiersty and up until now we have produced 34 millionaires. In other words, 34 Associates that have earned more than a million dollars from Isagenix. I mean, that is fantastic and as we talk about that that can — you know that’s very exciting. We have to be a little careful though that the — that the, you know the FTC, if they are to do any searches on the internet and we talked about this, we just need to, you know to be careful. We can say, we are very proud of the 34 millionaires in Isagenix, but we are also as proud as a single mom or a young person or a retired senior citizen who is earning an extra 500 to a thousand per month. By just saying that it brings it down and is very realistic. And then and yes we have millionaires, but we also have people who are earning 200, 500, a thousand — you know a thousand dollars a month or a thousand dollars a week.

We are very proud of them also because we have a healthy middle class in Isagenix, not just the people on the top. So, these are the main things I want you to — to remember when you’re — you want to conduct your business in a compliant way. And now, I’ll just give you some ideas of where you can go for more resources. Back in — in your back office, you know after you put your Associate login and you’re in your back office and you go to the library home, that tab that says library and you open that and you can — there’s a tab that says compliance. You can click right to compliance and there’s the full policies and procedures archived right there. It also has frequently asked questions. It says FAQs. This is a PDF document that you can open and you can go through and then receive — there’s a lot of these things I just mentioned on this call, which is you know a very easy way to, you know to get up to speak.

There’s also if you want to have — submit an advertisement or an idea for sales tool or anything like that there is a compliance evaluation form on this page, in the compliance page of the library home. Also, and by the way on that evaluation form there you just submit what you want to say. It goes right in compliance, they review it and then they get back to you. Sometimes, I’ll tell you what they’ll do most of the time because we have so many materials and marketing materials now, they’ll probably steer you to they’re using one of our materials and by the way there is a media or a marketing material and even things for the media if they request is there on the website. In the compliance page also there’s a public presentation request form. What this is is a form that you’re doing public presentations or in open meetings.

There’s also a form for giving a testimonial in a — an open meeting and what that is — in other words, while as you link people up, you can just download this form, have them sign it and they agree to when they give their testimonial in front of a meeting they’ll do it in a compliant way. Again, staying away from disease — specific disease claims and income claims. And it’s all there is — very easy for you know to look at. Also, on the compliance page you will see a link to sound concepts and sound concepts, frequently asked questions, which will lead you to the marketing materials that we already have. Now, also in library home there’s a tab that says marketing material. Click on that and you will see a print and web media gallery, which is incredible. These are all things that — they’re already compliant that you can use. We have a media gallery agreement there that you can see and agree to and I’m on that page right now, so I’m agreeing to that and what you see is all the different media and marketing materials and things that you can use in your business. Sound concepts for example has a lot of these, you can get business cards and other things and this is an incredible resource for you to use.

So, this compliance is the way for you to run your business correctly. You can go and then run your business for a long term and the company is very interested in that. When Jimmy and Kathy Coover and John Anderson founded this company, they knew what had happened with other companies. They too did not follow a compliant attitude or that posture, and they agree right from the beginning, we’re going to do this right, because we learn to build a company that will last through the ages and — you know for us and for our grandchildren because we know that many of you when you join Isagenix you are creating new careers with us.

This is huge! We understand it. We get it. And because of that we want this company to be around, you know for you and your grandchildren. So, with that Kjersti, I went through a lot of information, but I’m sure you might have some specific questions, and anything you can think of that listeners on this call may ask and maybe — maybe be thinking about.

>> Well, one of the questions was obviously where — where people can find the information in the back office and you’ve covered that. The second question that I had was in regards to retailing it out like for instance we have a lot of doctors in Isagenix and maybe you can just kind of briefly share with everyone what should it look like when you step into a doctor’s office, maybe a doctor of chiropractic or something. What should it look like? What — should it be a display, could people actually get their hands on the products and go pay for it at the, you know receptionist’s desk. I mean, what’s allowed and what’s not allowed?

>> Okay. The best way and that’s a very good question Kjersti and the best way to explain this is that to keep it simple and just give you the big picture and help you understand what is our channel. We are a network marketing company as — when the company was first formed we didn’t decide to put all of our products out on the retail shelves and pay lots of money for advertising to drive business there. We decided to do this because it’s — this is a system that needs to be shared and then coached and then what we have — you know what’s the company to be able to do it is through network marketing. Let’s share the person-to-person, word-of-mouth advertising. So, with that in mind, if you put the products of Isagenix on a retail shelf that’s not our channel, you know that doesn’t keep with that level of playing field.

So, what we do allow and this is also in the policies and procedures, we do allow that businesses that have a counselor relationship and it’s the key when you think of — okay, what is a counselor relationship? If you have a personal trainer or a spa owner or a chiropractor or a doctor, people make appointments and they come in and they get advice from — you know from these people. They are counselors. They have a counselor relationship. Massage therapist also in that way, and so we do allow those businesses that they can display the Isagenix products. Now, it could be a display it in a way that only an Isagenix Associate can present that product. That means that the product is behind glass, over by the cash registers, not on the shelf as on a retail shelf. It could be behind glass, it could be a nice display, but it needs to be behind glass and closed, so when a — when a person catches the — you know catches their attention, they look at that says, hey what’s this Isagenix, then the councilor or the person who owns this business, he signed, you know an enrolled Isagenix Associate can reach down, grab the products from behind the shelf, behind that glass and present it person-to-person to the client. That retains and preserves our person-to-person, counselor relationship when you do Isagenix. So, if you go on and for example into a health food store we actually allow health food store owners to display Isagenix, but we do not allow them to display it on their shelf in a retail format. Again, it has to be behind glass in a way. And we do not allow the hired help, if they’re — you know if they’re not signed up, they cannot present their product. He needs to be an enrolled Associate.

If a doctor or a health food store wants to have their hired help present their product, then they need to be signed Associates of Isagenix, and then they can take their product from behind glass and present it person-to-person, and start to share what Isagenix is person-to-person, tell their story, that’s our channel, network marketing and that’s why we have those policies and procedures in place. And this other question Kiersty?

>> Yeah, I love it. Absolutely! And I love that because it does protect all of us out in the field. I mean, in one particular thought that comes to mind on that is, if my local health food store here where I live in my town started retailing it off the shelf and if word got around obviously that being non-compliant and all of the sudden my neighbors start to go down to that health food store and buy it retail off the shelf, off the shelf it’s actually taking business away from me. And so, I love that. I love that whole part of compliance because it protects me as an Associate and then also protects everybody else out in the field making sure that there’s not a monopoly going on in one specific area. I love that person-to-person Associate to you know product user sharing that and I think it’s a fantastic part of compliance.

>> A lot is like you and you get it too. I mean what we’re all trying to do is preserve the level playing field. You know, yes there are some — you know there are some people who market or promote themselves better than others, but again that’s the level — it’s still level playing field where we don’t want to do is kind of — and put it in a retail format where that tips the scale the other way. It needs to be a level — a level playing field for all associates and it’s up to you to create and promote your, you know your own talent amongst your friends and associates, business associates, family. And the policies and procedures are here to protect and preserve what you can do there. And even when it comes to advertising, yes we do allow advertising, but it needs to be advertising that’s set out in a specific format that retains our channel and of course you can go through our compliance department and have any ad evaluated. We do not allow infomercials or things on TV and the reason for that is because when you get on TV that is a major media outlet that is really under scrutiny by our regulatory agencies. So, sometimes — you know they can be very brutal out there, so we just don’t allow that.

The only thing we do there is if we have a media outlet that contacts us and we go through the proper channels and authorized spokesperson, we have had the — you know the benefit of some of the TV stations doing you know segments on Isagenix. But they’ve been coordinated — you know with the company’s spokesperson, so that we — we can to the best that we can with the media direct how the message is — is out there. We don’t want to being known as — you know the company that it’s helping people lose all these weight and they call it diet or in fact that it’s a new technology, so we leave that message and direct it.

>> Nice. And then the only other thing is the prints and web media gallery that’s in the back office, I love this, because it has so many different ideas on things that — that can go into print like in the classified ads. I mean, think about it, with the today’s economic recession going on, there’s — you know what is it, over 11 million people or something crazy, but — or not 11 million, over 5.1 million have lost their job, so far throughout this entire process. And I mean, people are looking in the papers and there are so many great ideas and suggestions. A one-liner set would be incredibly affordable to put in the classified ad section. So, if you haven’t been to the print and web media gallery all of that stuff is compliant and ready for you to just grab and go. And with that Rick, if they use that compliance verbiage so to speak to put in newspapers and classified ads and so forth, do they still need to run that through compliance or are they good to go?

>> They are good to go because — I mean, we put this in place — this right on the web. We wanted to make you know make it easy and we’ve just created a compliance Isagenix ad — you know just easy as it can be. And so as you mentioned for print we have headlines and body copy already there. There’s compliant that’s been reviewed by our attorneys. There, all you have to do is put in your contact information. We have lots of different things that you can do. We also have images, before and after images, we have Independent Associate logo and you can use that, we have product images and that you can use that are compliant and we actually — you know make them available for you. We also have a little banner, so you know online banners that are in flash format. And for the web, there’s Cleanse for Life and there’s Ionix Supreme, IsaDelight, all these — you know all these banners. We have videos that are in flash video format, Cleanse for Life and IsaDelight teaser video that you know if you have a website for your own business or for another — another thing that you have and you want to start getting some traffic from a website over to your Isagenix website, then all you have to do is just put this little compliant already made — you know a little banner in a flash file format. People click on it and you code it, so it goes to your replicated website. You know it has instructions of how the — how to use the embed code, so you can even put a video on you know this little banner so a video is placed on your site. And you know and we just made it very easy for you and have the embed codes here.

If you don’t understand then of course your webmaster for your site will and it’s okay I know how to use that. And so, it’s very easy and one thing we do caution you again is that don’t try to you know make it — make your own website. We’ve already done those. We have your replicated sites. You get a $20 million website just when you enroll your $39 in Isagenix. And use our shopping cart. Don’t create your own, and the reason for that is because all the orders that go through Isagenix and we want to track those and make sure that the credit card purchase — credit card processing is all going and functioning correctly and go through our site. So, all these things are already there and I guess the best things is, you know the little key notes that you can build your Isagenix business without having to worry about reinventing the wheel and trying to create something new. We are seven years old now and a lot of these things are in place — you know, we have an incredible staff at Isagenix.

We’ve put in countless hours and put and — you know they have a lot of savvy in the company. You know when I’m not on the road Kiersty I always — always, you know I can see the people’s faces, they’re all excited and I say are you excited about being a part of a — of a ground floor opportunity. How many people like to have a ground floor opportunity and of course they all raise their hands. They’re all excited about our ground floor opportunity. And also what I like about Isagenix, this is a ground floor opportunity, we just happen to be on the seventh floor of experience infrastructure in marketing materials. So, go out and have a ground floor opportunity in your area with 7 years of experience behind you.

>> I’m [inaudible] with that. That’s fantastic. I’m going to adopt that, that’s wonderful. Well, thank you so much Rick for being with us and you have certainly covered, I feel, you know all the basis when it comes to compliance and it’s right at your fingertips in your back office which I love that. You certainly have made it very easy to access and make sure that we’re doing things the right way. So, thank you for all that you do Rick and for being with us and sharing all that you did and have fun at your events this weekend.

>> Thank you. Is that we have — if we have Jimmy Smith in the house and Tom and Kathy Smith and you’ve got the power here for the super Saturday in Baltimore and yeah we’re going to rock the house. We’re going to have fun. Thank you very much.

>> I do not doubt. Yeah, you will rock the house. Well, thank you again Rick. And I just want to thank everybody for being with us this morning and taking the time out of your busy schedules, and we love you all. Go out and build like crazy and make sure that you’re doing it in a compliant way, and I would say that again this call has been recorded and anybody that you are enrolling in to Isagenix, I would definitely say that part of their homework before they really start tackling the business is to just to get familiar with the compliance and of course it doesn’t have to be complicated. Keep it simple for them and guide them along the way, so that they know what they’re doing because again, it’s all going to be involved in the duplication of your business. So, again, thank you everybody and have a wonderful rest of the weekend. Bye-bye!
