All right, good evening everyone, and welcome to our Tuesday night corporate update call with Isagenix International. My name is Kjersti Cote, your host, and it is March 24, 2009. Wow, we just finished the — one of the most inspiring and amazing Real People Real Results call with the lovely family, Nick Jacobs, Patrick Greenlaw, and more specifically Angela Lovelace. What an inspiration you are, honey. I know you’re still on the line. So listen in. We’ve got a lot news to cover for all of you listening in, all of the latest and greatest news that’s taking place with Isagenix.

And here on the line with us tonight are two amazing gentlemen that I have a substantial amount of respect for, that would be Rick Despain and Frank Felker. And just for those of you who are brand new to Isagenix, Frank Felker has been with us well, 2004, and Frank Felker just joined us last year in our corporate team, and these two individuals come to the table with Isagenix with a substantial amount of experience. And a matter of fact, Rick has a quarter of a century, any time I can use that, I love that, a quarter of a century experience in strategic marketing and communications, and Rick I know you’re young still. But that’s always fun. And he’s helped major, massive, multimillion-dollar companies grow and double their sales. And become incredibly successful and obviously he knows what it takes when it comes to, you know, creating success within a company. And so he brings all of his unique breadth of experience to Isagenix, being our vice president of field relations. And then Frank Felker, and I mentioned before, he is brand new to our corporate team. You know, he’s been with Isagenix since about September of last year, he is a master communicator.

He was actually personally recruited into our corporate team by Jim and Kathy Coover. He has more than 30 years experience helping business owners across the country increase their sales as well, and to help them to connect and to share the greatness of their products, their services. So again, a lot of experience, and Frank holds the title of director of field communications. So with that, good evening to the both of you on two, and welcome to the call.

>> Well, thank you Kjersti, can you hear me okay?

>> Yes. Loud and clear.

>> Okay. Well, I enjoyed that call along with you, with Nick and Patrick and Angela, wow, what an inspiring call. Can’t wait to get that in the back office so I can listen to it again. So congratulations there. And also this is a huge week for us, because this is our anniversary week. Isagenix is now seven years old. Our anniversary was on March 23, and we had a wonderful call with Jim and Kathy Coover, and your dad, Kjersti, on Saturday. So this is a great week to know that, you know, Isagenix is a ground floor opportunity, but we’re on the seventh floor of infrastructure and experience and management. So everyone wants to be, you know, in a ground floor opportunity, and we’ve got it here but on the seventh floor of experience. So that’s awesome.

Happy anniversary everybody, all of those who helped Isagenix to grow so well over these last seven years. I’m exciting to be here. I know that the Coover are over in Taiwan and just building this company, you know, world wide. I’ve — I’ve just returned from events, seven events in Atlanta and Oklahoma City, and also in Austin, Texas, and Dallas, and Houston, and San Antonio, fun to meet with all of our leaders there, and I’m on the road again this week. I’ll be heading up for the Canadian tour in Toronto, Canada, this week. So I’m — I’m excited about that. But one of the things that I’m hearing a lot about, Kjersti, is with — and this goes into the announcements that we have, all the training that we do, one of the things that is really picking up in this recession around having business intense and building business right now is our new packs that were introduced during our tough achiever event.

And one of the things I want everyone on the call tonight to know is that our — our big business pack which we call the 1099 pack is also our cleansing and fat burning business pack and fast track business pack, you can still purchase them up through March 31 and to be able to take advantage of those and automatically become a consultant. That’s what I love about those packs. When I train on these packs and I say you become a consultant for 60 days, that’s when the lights tux turn on, oh yeah, I can do that. So you can still take advantage of that all the way to March 31. And the good news — this is for existing associates — the good news the special incentive continues after March 31 for new associates who purchase a pack within their first 60 days of membership. Similar to what we’ve done in our — in the past with our presence pack. That means there’s even more value and incentive to have your new team members invest in a business pack and jump start their business.

You know when you get that new 1099 pack you save $277, below wholesale. It’s awesome. It’s got the equivalent of three 30-day programs in there, it has the iso blender, it has the $39 enrollment fee included, and of course the $50 certificate, you know, for training at Isagenix University or a celebration. So this is — it’s one of those fun packs and I’m seeing so many people take advantage of that. Now I’d like to — for other announcements, I’d like to throw it over to Frank.

>> Thanks, Rick, and good evening Kjersti, good evening everyone. On the same topic of packs, you know we’re always trying to fine tune our offerings to make them the best possible opportunity for everyone. And as a result we made a couple of changes to packs that I think everybody would want to be aware of. First off, we come up with new flavor combinations for the shake and cleanse pack. Now I know I hear this quite a bit coming back from our customer care department that people like those flavors of the shake, but sometimes they’d rather like to have their own combination the way they’d like to have it. So the new pack currently contains two bottles of cleanse for life and two canisters of iso lean shake, and now you can get them in the combination you want. Previously it came with one canister each, one vanilla, one chocolate. But now you can get two vanilla or two chocolates, whatever way you’d like.

And you’ll find that in your catalog in the U.S., Puerto Rico, and Canada. Also because of feedback that we’ve gotten from the field, we’re going to be discontinuing a couple of packs, so if you do want to take advantage of them, you need to do it before the end of March, the ends of the month, which is March 31. And the packs that are being discontinued include the fast track energy pack, the fast track business pack, and the everyday cleanse [Inaudible] pack. So if you want to order those you should do it as soon as possible. And keep in mind, most of our packs, many of our larger packs, you can really save a great deal of additional money by receiving on auto ship, and receiving the auto ship pricing, which in the packs I just mentioned could save you up to $60. So that’s a big deal, and I think between what Rick had to say and what I just mentioned about the packs it’s definitely worth your time to go to your back office and become familiar with the packs that are available there, as well as the ones that are being discontinued. And if you want to take advantage of the opportunity of becoming a consultant for 60 days you definitely need to jump on that before the end of the month, Rick?

>> Oh yeah. And thanks Frank. >> You know Rick, I have seen that site, I’ve been there a number of times and checked it out and forwarded the links using the built in e-mail engine to a number of people, and I think that David’s idea here with the isoincome.com site is an excellent one, and I highly recommend everybody check it out. And use it. Go ahead and plug in a couple of your friends’ names and e-mail addresses and have them receive the links and see what sort of response that you get. I think it’s just another great sales tool that Isagenix is offering to the field, so help spread the good word, and make is easy for you to get that information out there.

>> You know Frank — Frank, just a second. You know how easy it is? The [Inaudible] talking too, I mean, one of the things I love about Isagenix is that when you share Isagenix you can enhance the relationships with your friends and your relatives and your business associates, you don’t have to, you know, think that you’re going to put them off or anything. You can actually enhance the relationship, and they want to know more about what you have. If you just notify them, hey, ask them a simple question. Has the recession effected you? And of course who isn’t going to say something about the recession, or if it hasn’t effected you, has it effected someone you love or someone you know. Everyone is going to say yes. >> It really is. And I think that’s the beauty of the concept and I highly encourage everybody to check it out. You know Rick, one of our best selling products is iso delight chocolate. And for good reasons, they taste great and they help curb your appetite and they just are a great part of our overall programs, and people have had a great deal of success in some cases leading with the iso delight as part of our product line. And of course when they were first introduced they were a fantastic hit. When we converted to the wafer size they became even more popular. But one of the issues we always had is shipping them, because shipping chocolate is a challenge. And naturally there are no preservatives or anything in them, or anything in there to keep them from melting. And since we’re based in Phoenix, Arizona, or Chandler, Arizona, it’s been an issue for us. And in the past we’ve had to add additional shipping charges on them in the summer time that were sometimes quite significant, and what we decided is to take a very simple approach and make it a lot easier for everybody. Greatly reducing those shipping charges and making so that no matter what time of year you order you’re going to be paying the same shipping costs.

So I guess this begins effective from — I guess it’s the end of this month, beginning of next month. But it’s year-long for the U.S., and it will be just from July 1 to August 31 for Canada. There will be a shipping and handling surcharge of $3 added to every two 30-count boxes of iso delight ordered. Now I don’t want to be confusing about that. You order one box or two boxes; you will pay $3 for the shipping. And that includes whatever we need to do to put in there to keep them from melting wherever they’re going in the U.S. and Canada. And if you were to, for example, order four boxes, the charge would be $6 and so on. Two boxes, $3, three boxes, $6, four boxes, $6, 5 boxes, $8 — excuse me — $9 and so forth. If you have any questions about it, just go into your back office and place and order for iso delight and you’ll see exactly what the shipping charges are. But I think for everybody who ordered them summers last year during the hotter months you’ll see this is a much, much lower cost than we charged in the past, and you don’t have to wonder from one month to the next what your shipping charges are going to be.

>> That will be easy, Frank. I just want to clarify, because I remember when we announced this last year that — that shipping charges, a surcharge is $3 above and beyond the regular shipping and handling.

>> Sure, absolutely right. Sigh should have made that clear.

>> We now set them last year, that came up, only the price, no, it is in addition to, but that’s just so you can handle the chocolate. And — but that’s so much better than what we were able to do last year. But we also have one more year experience in dealing with that.

>> Exactly. And when you see all the shipping materials and gel packs and everything else that are in there with the chocolates you’ll be wondering how we’re able to do it for $3 for two boxes.

>> That’s because it’s only our cost, right?

>> Exactly.

>> And some of this we’re subsidizing, depending on the areas that it goes to. >> Wow, this is exciting. I’m — I’m so happy about this contest because you know, if you’re — if you’re new to Isagenix or you have been with us for seven years you know what the secret is to building this business and that is to impact people at an event. You know, when I went on the — these last events I did seven events in ten days, and as I mentioned I went to Atlanta, went to Oklahoma City. When I made the decision to go to Oklahoma City and you know, Jim Rhodes is one of our leading trainers, he’s a nutritionist, he also — he lives in Utah, lives in Saint George, Utah. And he volunteered to come down and help me at the Oklahoma City event and talk about our product and you know, be on stage with me.

And then he said, look, I’ll come down and be at your Austin event, your San Antonio event, your Houston event, and Dallas event. In other words he did this — five of the seven — no, six of the seven meetings, he was there with me. I mean, it was incredible. And I want to recognize him for his efforts, for helping me go through Oklahoma and Texas, and it was just so much fun to be with him. He’s a former field advisory board member, he won the 2007 spirit of Isagenix award, and he’s a master herbalist and was formerly a president, CEO of a nutritional company until his — until he found out about Isagenix and realized he could no longer be a secret agent, he had to come out and be part of this, and hopefully Jim, you’re on the line. Because I want to acknowledge you for everything you’ve done, and also to help me to talk about the next events coming up and why they’re so important. Jim, are you on the line?

>> I sure am, Rick. Thank you for so many kind words.

>> Oh, you’re awesome. Thanks for helping us out. You were there, I think the only event you weren’t with me was Atlanta and Baltimore.

[ Laughter ]

>> Well, I couldn’t fit in your suitcase or I would have been there.

>> Excellent. But tell me from your perspective, why go — we have the U.S. tour going, I’m going up to the Canadian tour, but the U.S. tour is continuing, because I’m going San Diego, going to Oakland, and also going to Salt Lake City, and these — these events, you know, help build belief and help people to see that they can actually thrive in a down economy. So I want to know from your perspective, you were there with me, you saw their eyes, you saw what they were learning, the lights go on when we’re in the meetings, why are you so excited about the events that we’re doing here for the spring tour?

>> Well, it’s — you know, you took the words right out of — today, they’re so impactful. What happens is the event builds belief in the person whose attending, as well as the person who is giving the event. It works on both. First of all you get to associate with other people that share a commonalty of wanting to improve their health, lose weight, know more about these incredible products. I mean literally we — at the end of each event we’re usually there for an extra hour just talking about the incredibleness of what John Anderson has created. But even more so now, which is really a new direction for me and my team, is what’s happening as we’re talking about the product of income that Jim and Kathy Coover have put together and the fact that in a down economy you can have a stable and growing income, a second stream of income. I love the way that you suggested we can approach and share these new ideas.

Would you be open to an extra stream of income in this down economy, do you know of anyone who’s been affected. What if I could tell you that you wouldn’t have to interfere with what you’re already doing, but just add a couple of hours a day and have an extra stream come in. We’re living our dream, my personal story just real quick on events, you know, you’re talking to a person who loves events for the personal reason that seven of my own eight children because of events — well, actually two or three of them were already leaning to become business partners with me, one particularly was my youngest son. He convinced the other seven brothers and sisters to come to one of the enters, which happened to be the celebration. And there at celebration, here I have very, very, well-to-do children who are successful in their own rights, they’re engineers, they’re teachers, they’re owners of companies, they’re authors, they’re very, very well versed and very, very successful and had personally made a decision not to become involved with network marketing.

When they came to the event and met the other people in Isagenix their entire paradigm changed. They said these are real people, with real stories. And they’re making real income — more than I am. I’m interested, tell me more. Now seven of my eight children are actual business partners with me, not only attending events but holding events themselves. Home parties, that’s part of our weekly — we do two a week, and then we attend a third major one that’s held here in southern Utah with several other groups. So we love events because of what they do for the personal testimony of the person giving the event, and seeing the growth, but as well as what happens when a new person is introduced to the atmosphere of success, of the possibilities of dreaming again, and this new income stream in a down economy, you couldn’t time it better. There are so many people holding their hand up — I am interested in that, I am interested in that. And I can easily share that at any of events from the home party all the way up to the major ones that you hold, which have even bigger impacts because they appreciate your corporate allows you to come out and share from a corporate point of view what is really happening and the fact that this company in a down economy grew last year when other companies were shrinking and laying off, we were growing the whole year. So that says it all.

>> Oh wow. Thank you very much. I want you to hold on the line for a second here, Jim, because I’m going to go through the top ten point earners of our winter windfall contest, and one of the people that we helped at one of those meetings a couple of weeks ago has again — is again in the top rankings. So listen to this. In our winter windfall contest for the — it goes from January 1 to March 31, our top ten point earners, they all receive $100 for this week, and then next week we’ll announce the big money, you know, next week because we have a bi-weekly grand prize of third place of $400, second place, $600, and first place, $1,000. Eraol is up in Canada. And seventh place is Dr. Joe Perracho, with 215 points. And sixth place, Jackie McFee, with 220. She’s always in the running too. Fifth place, Tammy Gold, 235 points. And fourth place, Gina Gulliano. I think I’m saying that right,Gina Gulliano. 265 points. And third place, Karl Fowler, with 300 points. Second place, Dr. David Singer, wow, with 330 points. And in first place for this week, someone that we helped in Oklahoma City, Pam and Henry Fahey with 375 points.

Wow. And I remember the excitement that they had in their meeting in Oklahoma City, you were there to help me, and things were just going so well, and last week she won the — well, both Pam and Henry won the, you know, the bi-weekly cash prize of $1,000, and they were on the line with Jim and Kathy Coover, and it’s always exciting, and now to see that they’re in first place again any week, and let’s see what happens next week. They were on a roll [Inaudible] going, so congratulations to the Faheys, and thank you again, Jim Rhodes for helping me out on the spring tour, and always giving of your time. And I understand that May 9 we will have a spring tour meeting in Los Angeles with Jay Bennet, and I understand that you have just made an agreement to go there also.

>> Actually, yes. When I heard you were going I said no problem, Rick and I –

>> Actually, I won’t be able to go because I will be in Salt Lake City on the 9th, but –

>> Thank you, much — very much, Rick, and thank you Jim. We appreciate your story very much, and I just — we can’t overemphasize this whole point of attending events and producing events, and how central they are to building your business. So with that in mind I want to talk about this week’s new rank advancements for the week of March 2 through March 8. First off, achieving the rank of three stars silver circle is Eric Hoover. I recognize that name. Next up, achieving the rank of one star golden circle is Scott and Lindy Lahey. Achieving the rank of two star golden out of New Mexico, [Inaudible] Erickson, and lastly but not least because she’s going to be our next interview guest in just a moment is Dr. Joe Parecto from Pennsylvania who achieved a rank this week of three star golden circle, which is a really big deal. Now during the week there were 270 new consultants, Rick. Six new star consultants, 24 new one star silver circles, five new two star silver circles. So obviously we’re growing and growing very quickly, every week, and these are all people, obviously, very focused on building their businesses. So congratulations to everyone.

Well, with that having been said, our next guest, as I just mentioned, has recently achieved a rank of three star golden circle. He is also a one star crystal executive. He’s from Bell Vernon, Pennsylvania, and he’s been a chiropractor for almost 24 years. He’s always, in addition to his chiropractic practice, been interested in finding ways to generate passive residual income. Like many others he tried too lose weight for many years through a variety of different methods, but with no success. Luckily he was introduced to Isagenix by Dr. Brightenmoser, and Dr. Becky and her husband Dan Mays, and was able to release the amazing amount of 82 pounds. He’s a firm believer in the impact that Isagenix has had on his physical life as well as his financial health, and as a result he finds it very easy to share his story with everyone he comes in contact with. So with that, I’d like to introduce Dr. Joe Parecto to the line. Are you there Dr. Joe?

>> I really appreciate you coming on the line, and I’d love for you to tell us quickly about how you were first introduced to Isagenix and what your initial reaction was before you started using the products and then how maybe your mind set changed over time.

>> Absolutely, and thank you for that wonderful introduction. I was introduced through Dr. Eric Brightenmoser and at the time his office manager, Ronda Lynch, who was my personal sponsor, Ronda and Eric Lynch, and then I talked to Dan Mays and Dr. Becky Natrogin, as I immediately wanted to find the biggest earner above me and interview them. And Dan was telling me how spectacular the products were and everything it’s done for his life and all of Dr. Becky’s patients, and I said to Dan at the time I said Dan, look, if it does half of what you’re telling me, then I want to get involved. And you know, it’s done everything that Dan told me and more. Isagenix truly has — I believe — saved my life. I was 82 pounds over weight, I’ve since lost the 82 pounds, type 2 diabetes runs in my family, and I figured I was headed down a bad road with being overweight. And again, a healthcare practitioner I also wanted to set a good example for my patients. But I tried many, many different things, as you said. I tried high carb, low carb, high fat, low fat, all fat, I’ve tried weight loss cure diet, Atkins, everything.

So I tried Isagenix and in the first nine days I lost 11 pounds. And I’ve just been releasing weight ever since. And I mean, this just — the next trillion dollar industry as Paul Pillser states is the health and wellness industry, and we’re tapped into the health and wellness industry, we’re in the right place at the right time and this business model that we’re using is going to create the next ten million millionaires, as Paul Pillser says, and the next millionaires, and it’s just — I just want to say thank you for everyone there at corporate, I want to say thank you to John Anderson and Jim and Kathy Coover. This has truly been a blessing from God to me in more ways than one, health and wealth-wise.

>> Well, I’m sure that’s a very — those points are very well taken and all the gratitude and appreciation that Jim and Kathy and John get on a daily basis must be very gratifying and satisfying to all of them personal. I have a question for you, one of the tasks that the Coovers have given to me is to do everything that we can to help support healthcare practitioners such as yourself in sharing the good news of Isagenix, and I’m curious how do you go about doing that within your practice. If you settled into a methodology or is it different with each patient — how does that work for you?

>> We definitely have a method. My son Mario is my full-time cleanse director now. We just hired him, brought him in about two or three months ago. He was a chef, he worked at the Decane Club in Pittsburgh, so he’s already familiar with nutrition. And the way we do it, it’s a very simple method, is we have a 42 inch plasma playing in the reception area. So we’re always playing something about Isagenix products, cleansing, food, toxins an so forth. We have the — a binder where we ran off about 25 pages on this Kodak photo paper and put it in page protectors. It’s in the reception area, it’s from the weightlosshalloffame.net, so patients can leaf through that while they’re in the waiting room and they’re hearing it and seeing it play on the TV.

When they come back to the treatment room they say, hey, Dr. Parecto, what is this about cleansing and weight loss, this Isagenix. I say okay, if you’re interested there’s a pamphlet, Mario has a pamphlet and a CD. So we use 21 Reasons to Cleanse, we use Why Cleanse by Dr. Becky Natrogin, [Inaudible] Versus Cleansing, and Why Healthy People Need to Cleanse. So depending on what category that patient falls into, Mario knows which pamphlet and which CD to give them. And I tell them, look, after you review the information, the pamphlet, and you listen to the CD, if you’re interested we have a workshop next Tuesday at 7 o’clock, go ahead and sign up for the workshop if you’re interested. And then I do workshops, we typically shoot for about 12 people in a workshop, and typically will sign up 9 out of the 12 people. So this is a definite movement.

People are asking me — that’s how I can tell if it’s a movement or a fad, people are constantly asking me, they’re interested in this information, this is a definite movement, and I’ve been in practice almost 24 years, I’ve not seen any products in my opinion, nothing even close to Isagenix from a health standpoint, and the compensation plan can’t be touched either, in my opinion.

>> That’s great. Well, that’s a great system, and I would love to speak more to you about that off line at some point, if I might get your help in putting this program together.

>> Absolutely. Have a lot of ideas, I would love to talk you about that.

>> That’s great. Now just before we sign off I was wondering if you had one thought about how people might be able to share this opportunity and the products with lay people, say non healthcare practitioners, if I can say that word, how they might be better positioned to share it with their doctor or their chiropractor, other healthcare professionals.

>> Sure. Absolutely. I mean, right now third party payers, meaning insurance companies, they’re cutting down on everyone’s reimbursement, whether you’re a medical doctor, chiropractor, physical therapist, everyone’s feeling the squeeze no matter what profession you’re in. So I think everyone is more in tune to another stream of income, especially a passive residual income stream, and this is very low start up cost, and there’s no overhead, or very low overhead. I think all they have to do is tell their story, just like they would to anyone else. Just tell their story. Hey, I lost 80 pounds, hey, we went to see a cardiologist last week, my son and I, and he said you know what, I had four patients that came in, in the past month, that really got great results on this program. And they happened to be people in my group. And you know, so he got involved because of that. So it’s just telling your story, just like you would to anyone else.

And just know when you’re telling your story and you know that you cherish the thing that you have in Isagenix because you have what other people need, they need better health, they need more wealth, they need more income. So I look at it as a plate of warm chocolate chip cookies, and I’m offering someone a chocolate chip cookie. If they don’t want it, fine. I’m offering it to the next person, if they want it, great. I know I gave them something good.

>> That’s great. Well, I would love to speak to you for a long time but we have a limited amount of time, but that’s a great, great thought for us to sign off with. >> Thanks, Dr. Parecto, and thank you Frank, and boy, Dr. Frank, I have one more question for you. Don’t get off the line yet, you still there?

>> Yes I am.

>> We need to sign off, this is going long. But such a great story, you’re a chiropractor and you become a three star golden circle. You know, in recessionary times as I talk to the healthcare professionals, you talked about it a little bit, about the, you know, reimbursements going down, but what are happening to most healthcare professionals, other chiropractors, during the recession. Is their business down, and how has this residual income helped you in your office while everyone else is worried about what’s happening, are you scared, are you at peace, or what’s going on in your practice?

>> I’m not scared at all, because you know, my practice first of all is not doing bad. It’s a mind set. What I tell people turn the news off, don’t watch the news. Take care of your micro economics, don’t worry about macro economics, if you take care of your micro economics you create your own economy in Isagenix, especially. But with this — of course with this extra income coming in, I’m much more relaxed, I’m not, you know, patients can sense when you’re pressuring and when you’re really — when you’re needy and you need to close the deal and you need to — and I hate to say that because it sounds so unprofessional, but you know, medicine and healthcare is just like everything else, just like any other business, you need to close deals and you need to sell your patients on what you have. If you’re feel pressure, patients sense that right away. And it’s — it’s, you know, the law of repulsion, I guess. Know how there’s the law of attraction? It works the opposite way. So when you have money coming in from a secondary source, especially like this, passive residual income, makes you much more relaxed, and it makes every aspect of your life better.

And I just a final thought — I didn’t get to three golden stars by myself. I have great team members. So if you write down the traits, the qualities that you want, that you’re looking for, and you live those qualities out you’re going to attract that same type of person that you are. So I have two team members right now on the cruise, they won the cruise, Dr. Joe Lowe who is number ten on the winner’s list this week, and Doug Zutco, and those are the — that’s the reason that I’m where I am because I have great team members.

>> Also good to know you have two team members on the cruise, that they were able to win that. That means you’re a good leader too.

>> Well, thank you very much. I appreciate that.

>> So congratulations, I mean, it’s just — just an honor and a pleasure to have you on the call. I’m like Frank, I could ask you questions all night. You know, when someone is being successful doing this, and especially in a professional practice, I am sure there are others who would like to know how is he doing it. I will be in Philadelphia — there’s so many places we’re going, just look in the back office and make it — make it a commitment to go to these meetings because it will build your belief, you will inspire your new associates and your guests and your new people. And it will teach you how to thrive in a down economy and how to connect with your friends in a way that you’re highly effective and have a high probability of success and enhancing the relationships with your friends and associates and family members. Kjersti Coté (pronounced KEER-stee KOH-tee) is the daughter of Isagenix Founder and Master Formulator, John Anderson. She has been an Isagenix member since the company began in March 2002.

In addition to coordinating and hosting our weekly conference calls, Kjersti is an author and wellness & cleansing coach, and works extensively with the Scientific Advisory Board as well as many of the top leaders in the field.

Kjersti resides in Northwest Montana with her husband Jeff and their 3 beautiful children, Alexa, Tyler and Zachary.
