Well, good evening everyone and welcome to our Tuesday night’s corporate update call with Isagenix International. My name is Kjersti Cote your host and a Happy Saint Patty’s Day. It’s March 17, 2009 and hopefully all of you are wearing a bit green, a bit of the Irish and we have so much news to cover with all of you and of course, we have none other than Jim and Kathy Coover with us tonight to bring you all of the news. We’re so excited to have you on the line Jim and Kathy and miss you when you’re not here. And for those of you who are brand new to Isagenix, let’s introduce Jim and Kathy to the both of you. Jim Coover is our President and CEO, Kathy is our Executive Vice President. They are cofounders of Isagenix and they have seen it since the very beginning before it even — it was happening and we had it in our hands, the magnificent products and the business opportunity [clears throat] and we are coming up on our seventh anniversary.

I’m sure they have a few things to share about that, and they both bring a tremendous amount of experience and we’ve seen their experience obviously in this industry bringing that experience to the table with Isagenix and leading this company with passion, with excitement, with brilliance and we’re just very, very grateful for you both Jim and Kathy. So good evening to the both you ands welcome to the call.

>> Well, thank you Kjersti and thank you for hosting the call. It’s always great to hear all the stories coming on the line and yes, it is Saint Patrick’s Day and next Monday is our 7-year anniversary. It’s hard to believe that 7 years has gone by so quickly and how many lives we’ve changed with these amazing products your dad created for us and this phenomenal business is just impacting everyone all over North America and now into Asia Pacific, and we’re sitting in here in Los Angeles getting ready to take off on a plane to Taiwan to formally launch Taiwan. So it’s an exciting time for us. It’s also Jim and my 25th wedding anniversary today, so it’s a very, very special day and–

>> The anniversary.

>> Oh yeah, it’s a big one. So it’s exciting for us and we have some good news for everybody. We had a huge month in February. We bought in 11,000 new members, they’re nearly 18 million and March is targeting towards 22 million. It’s just really wrapping up. More people are enrolling with Isagenix, people out there charging the way, showing our amazing product in business with everybody they come in contact with. And we also have some special announcements that you need to know about. We have our celebration, our great celebration coming up in August to get that Early Birds special that ends March 31. So make sure to register in your back office. Call everyone in your team to register in your back office and also, you still are able to order the President’s Pak and that great cleansing and Fat Burning Business Pak through the end of March and you know, when you’ve ordered that 10.99 pack, your 10.99 will get bigger. Plus [laughter] you’ll also qualify as a consultant for 60 days.

So we have a new pak flyer in the back office. If you go into your back office, there’s a section that says “Alert.” You can download that new pak flyer and it really sells out a great way to introduce Isagenix. It shows all the cost of the pak. It shows the savings and there’s tremendous savings with these new paks, especially when you’re on our Autoship Rewards Program. I couldn’t believe the Athlete’s Pak was a 60-dollar savings, that big Cleansing and Fat Burning Paks, the 10.99 pack, you’re saving 277 dollars below whole sale. So, all those packs are available. I just recorded a conference call, a webinar last week. I highly encourage you to download it. It’s also in the “Alert” section of your back office, right when you go in there. You can’t miss it. And you can click on that webinar and listen to my audio link and it shows you how to create your story and gives examples of how to create a story. It also shows how to ask the right questions to introduce new people to Isagenix.

We have Lenny Evans on the line, Robin Dunda and Patty Cepeda. So the call was really rocking so I encourage you to listen to that over and over again. One lady told me she’d already listened to it 5 times and she said she finally got it down. So anyway, that’s available for all of you to help really, really build your organization and like I said, celebration is that special is coming to an end but also, we’re also looking for talents. If you’ve been to one of amazing celebrations, we have so many people in Isagenix that are just talented beyond words and so, we have a talent scout going out and if you have someone that — who would like to sing, dance or even fly or whatever out of convention, they can send it in to talent@Isagenix.net and we can look at their information and see if it would be a fit for them to be on stage with us.

So I’m gonna turn over to Jim because he has some exciting announcements on our cash winner contest. We have some winners tonight that really are making a huge difference and are out there enrolling new members, breaking consultants and also breaking star and executives. So Jim, why don’t you share some of our winners for the last week?

>> Well, thank you Kathy and welcome everybody and yes, it’s always exciting to give away cash and of course, we do have this Winter Windfall contest that is going on and will actually run through the end of this month and each week, what we do is we award the people who are the top pointers for the previous week and the way you earn points is by personally enrolling people and when they purchase the optional product introduction paks, you can earn points for that and also when people that you personally enrolled either the contest or even prior to the contest as long as you personally enroll them, advance in rank because that signifies organizational building, we wanna reward you for that as well. So this week’s winners, each of the people I’m going to mention right now will each earn an extra 100 dollars. In 10th place, we had Dr. Joe Pereka [phonetic] with 205 points; in 9th place, Keith Zio [phonetic] with 215 points; in 8th place, Sherry Catlin [phonetic] with 220 points; in 7th, Jerry Right [phonetic] and Carrie Gregson [phonetic] with 220 points; in 6th was Valerie Polawski [phonetic] with 230 points; in 5th place, Jackie Mafaye [phonetic] with 240 points; 4th place Debbie Russell [phonetic] 280 points; in third place Dr. David Singer 310 points; in second place Pamela and Henry Fahey with 320 points, and out first price winner this week was Dr. Randy Russell with 360 points. So congratulations to all of you and also, one of the features of our Winter Windfall Contest is every 2 weeks, we award the cumulative top players for the — those that have accumulated the most point in the previous 2 weeks and in third place is Debbie Russell with 500 points. In second place, Dr. Randy Russell with 550 points — 555 points and our first place winner, and I believe it’s a thousand dollars that they’ve actually as a result of this, is someone who is not a stranger to this type of contest. They actually reside in Oklahoma and 4-star golden circles.

They, you know — their motto is if you’re not having fun, you’re not doing it right. And their method of sharing Isagenix is a kid’s method which is keep Isagenix down right simple so even kids can do it. So [laughter] I know they were just recently interviewed in the news station in Oklahoma for one of their success stories. Actually, this is someone who is now a marine who originally couldn’t qualify as a marine because of his weight issues but as a result of obviously team Isagenix, he’s gone on to lose over a 100 pounds and now he’s a proud marine. So without further ado, I’d like to welcome to the call Pam Fahey, 4-star golden circle, crystal executive. Are you aware of this Pam?

>> I am and happy anniversary you two.

>> Well, thank you. So tell us what — had you so passionate for sharing Isagenix and why are you so consistent in terms of being able to constantly introduce new people?

>> You know, it’s really interesting because I really wasn’t trying to win anything at all and what I was focused on is I’m heading off on a cruise this Saturday with the Isagenix family and I thought, “Man, I’m gonna be gone for a week. If I need to really buckle down and get busy the next, you know, the first three weeks so that I don’t have to worry about that week that I’m gone.” So I was just worried about, you know, making up for me being gone and I got a notice, an e-mail saying I’d won a hundred dollars. So I said, “Huh, that’s interesting.” And some of the things that happened is we went to Top Achievers and took two of my associates with me, one on my left team and one on my right team and they got fired up. They’re both going gangbusters, Karen and Kathleen.

We had a wonderful time. So we were learning how to grow the business together at Top Achievers and I realized that I needed to lead by example and if I’m not out there sponsoring, how am I gonna get them to learn how to sponsor. So we focus on our businesses together, the three of us, that we’re gonna be out there sponsoring. Kathleen has almost gone executive now. Karen’s is right behind her. So that’s working, and then we had a corporate event, March 5th with Rick Despain and Jim Rhoades and as result of that wonderful corporate event and the time they spent with us, I personally enrolled 16 new people I believe and these people in my group that attended those meetings, I think sponsored 20 more. So we’ve been on a sponsoring frenzy and one of the things that I think has helped me and my team is that I really use the kids’ methods. It’s gotta be so simple kids can share it and I actually have my grandson teach people how to put one on the left and one on the right.

If Jimmy Smith can do it, [laughter] my four-year-old grandson can do it. So he does it too and we play with our food and so, we come up with new recipes all the time and one of my new recipes I’ve actually sampled through Kathy and Jim, both of you in Texas and it’s called Venus Ambrosia. We sampled it over 200 times, I think closer to 300. I’m looking at 28 empty canisters of it that we’ve gone through in sharing and every person that has it, out of those hundreds of people, only two people had not fallen in love with it and in fact, I got a message on my answering machine this evening from the man that I couldn’t understand so I called him back and I said, “What was that message that you just left me?”

And he said, “It’s urgent. I wanna know who’s gonna pay for my new clothes. I’ve been eating this stuff for a week and I dropped two pant sizes.”

So, it’s working like a charm playing with your food, working with your people to enjoy their product. It’s not a hardcore program. You’ve gotta understand that this isn’t something you know, it’s an easy program, Cheaters Anonymous, you know, we’re Cheaters Anonymous and Isagenix is absolutely a cause, to me it’s a mission and it’s a mission of love. This is the first company I’ve ever been able to put my heart in a 100 percent and that’s what people see, is they see your heart.

>> Well, we’re sure proud of you, Pam and you know, it’s — you’ve mentioned you’re going on a cruise and I know that that’s a cruise that you won as one of our winners of the last contest we have. So, it’s great to have goals and something to aspire for and I know you find good news for that extra thousand dollars that you’ve just won this week as well.

>> We’re looking at some things on the cruise now that what we’re gonna do.

[ Laughter ]

>> That’s right.

>> So, thank you.

>> Yeah, I got to the spa early enough and so — well anyway, congratulations and one of the things that I just want to also kind of follow-up as an announcement is that we had Dr. Bill Wheeler on our — we had a leadership call earlier today and he announced some exciting results that we just got back from a test that we had conducted on our new Cleanse for Life Tropical Berry product which I know all of you are now starting to get and enjoy and not only does it taste amazing and — but with the added value that John Anderson was able to make with the enhancement of the — some new ingredient to our formerly grape formula. One of the things we did is we knew that we were gonna boost the antioxidant value of that product and basically, we’ve now gotten the results back and the exciting thing is what we found out is that a two-out serving which is what our daily recommended amount is, you have one to two ounces in morning and one to two ounces in the evening, that’s that the equivalent of 18 to 20 servings of fresh fruits and vegetables ’cause the ORAC value on that is almost 1,300, it’s 1298 for that’ serving size.

So, you know, that’s one more validation as to why everyday cleansing, getting that — our Cleanse for Life drink in your body on a regular basis, not just on weekend days. This is gonna be so beneficial in terms of helping you to support your long term goals for greater health. So Kathy, I’m gonna turn it back to you ’cause I know you’ve got some more contest winners.

We have a lot of meetings coming up, a lot of the US tour, the Canadian tour, March 18th which is tomorrow. David Wood will be in Calgary, Alberta with the famous Lenny Evans and then the next day training at Edmonton, Alberta with David and Lenny. You don’t wanna miss that. They’ll definitely rock the house and then Isagenix University in New York. So if you’re anywhere on the East Coast, you wanna get to this Isagenix University. We do one university out in the East Coast every year. It will fill up. That’s April 17th to the 19th and then we’re gonna have quite a training team there. I know Jim and I are gonna be there. David will be there, plus a lot other people will be at that event. So make sure to mark your calendar. Now, I know Jim has some announcements on our IsaDelight shipping.

>> Yeah. Actually, as you all know, IsaDelight is one of our most popular products and because it is a product that can melt in high temperatures, we have been working on trying to find out how we can ensure continuity of that product year-round. Last year as many of you know during the hot months that started, of course for us in Arizona it’s already 80 degrees. So the hot months are upon us, that we needed to start to take special precautions in terms of how the products are packed.

So this year, we’re even upgrading the packaging, not only having the cold gel packs and the foil packs but even in the hotter months you’ll find that we’re gonna even be using some kind of recyclable Styrofoam to really ensure the integrity of the product as we send it out. And the good news is this year, actually starting in April there will be a small surcharge that will be applying for any order that includes the IsaDelight and essentially, it’s gonna work out to be about 3 dollars per 30 counts of product but if you order like the 120 count, I think it’s gonna be 6 dollars total whereas if you recall last year, we had a 15-dollar surcharge associated with the IsaDelight orders. So again, it’s — our operation team has done a great job in terms of not only finding better packaging but trying to find every way we can to keep the cost down so that you can enjoy this amazing products throughout the year. I will say though that this pricing will not go into effect until April 1. So we still got a few weeks for you to take advantage of the current pricing. So this would be a good time to stock up on your IsaDelight as well. So with that, I’m gonna turn it back to Kathy and she can wrap it up.

>> Well, thanks Jim. Lots and lots of announcements, the IsaDelight shipping, we’ve got lower prices for you this year of so many things, registering for convention, making sure to purchase one of those President’s Paks because they’re great to show at your home parties. I’ve watched firsthand how people just gravitate to them, or one of the business building paks are phenomenal if you have a great circle of influence to start. So many things happening with Isagenix. This is gonna be a huge month for us. Our goal is to blow out our records from last year March and really take this to the next level with everything going on in our economy plus all the energy created to our amazing Isagenix associates. We’re gonna rock the month of March. So it’s a very lucky month, this month of March with our seventh year anniversary. So thank you all for being on the call and we’re turn it over to Kjersti.

>> Well, thank you Jim and Kathy. What a fun and amazing call and you two have a wonderful night together. Again, happy anniversary. We have the amazing calls for everybody. I am so excited about this Thursday night. Of course, everybody needs to know that every Thursday night at 6 PM Pacific we do product training calls and the topics vary, the guests vary.
